#2 of Unusual Love

This is the clean version because I'm too nice of a guy to just make it otherwise. Also, I am having some trouble screwing up my own head for others. Also also, this is meant to be a sweet love story, so don't read on if it's not your thing.

Continuing from last time, exactly from the end. And sorry if some letters are missing, that is out of my control, or it was intentional.

Sam's head was conflicted. On one side, he really wanted to know someone before this happened. He wanted to feel a connection with someone before he fell in love, or at the very least go out on a date with a girl before the kiss. On the other side, Sam wanted this more than anything. A beautiful girl who wanted him more than life itself, willing to do anything for him. However before he let one side win, his body took over and was able push her off of him. "why... why do you love me," he strained.

Without any hesitation, Lucy replied, " You're so nice to me, to everyone, you're not a jerk, you're sweet, and... there's just to much to list! You are the person I have been looking for my whole life! Since the first day I saw you I wanted to talk to you but I couldn't! Then I read your book, and I knew what was in your head. I felt a part of you inside of me! The tingling sensation was almost to much to bear, and... and..." her face blushed a bright red, and Sam knew what was coming.

Before she could finish, she went in for another kiss. This time Sam didn't seem to resist, but instead he slowly wrapped his arms around her. He felt the plush bed underneath him and Lucy's soft fur on top of him. Yes! Lucy thought it's happening, he loves me! He loves me! He lo-

Inside of his head, the battle was decided. His desires took over and forced his body to pick up Lucy and throw her on the bed. This even caught Lucy by surprise, but in reality, this is just what she wanted. She wrapped her arms around his back, then she wrapped her tail around him, pulling him tighter. It was at this moment that they both felt the same, they became one. The passion they had was mutual, and their love only increased. For Sam, this was going to fast, but he couldn't help himself. For Lucy, this was slower than what she was used to, but it was the perfect speed. Love seemed to fill the room as they felt each other's warmth.

Then Sam heard a sound that snapped him back into reality. " Did you hear that?" he asked.

" What? There wasn't any soun-"

Knock knock knock

" Oh crap? My mom's home!" Lucy screamed. But why couldn't she hear it when a human could? Was she that into the kiss? Either way she went down to open the door and greeted her mother.

Sam's head went racing, which to him was odd if if didn't for a way to explain this. It was too simple he thought. He went to the top of the top of the staircase to greet Lucy's mom. Before he could say anything, both Lucy and Sam noticed the strange look on her face. But why? Better question: was it because he is a boy, or a human?

" Ah, hello. Sorry for scaring you like that. I'm Sam, Lucy's math tutor from school. It's a pleasure to meet you," Sam said in a relaxed tone while giving a formal bow.

Lucy and her mom were both thrown off by this. This boy is so calm and collected, and way too polite for his age they both thought. But her mom simply said," The pleasure's all mine. Now Lucy, did you offer this boy a drink or are you just going to stand there and waste this young man's time?

" Wha... oh sorry, uh... would you drink something to like? I mean... would you like something to drink?" Lucy was shocked that the only two parties in the room who should be shocked or at least nervous were so calm. " Uh... I'll get you something, you figure out that problem ok?" she nudged her head in the direction of the her room, as a hint to get out of there.

Sam obliged, and finally pulled out his math book ( for those of you who don't know, the books had never left the bag) to open it to the chapter they were learning. Still, he couldn't help but overhear the conversation downstairs. Unfortunately, their voices were so similar that he couldn't tell them apart.

He's cute. Don't say that mom!. Why, I'm sure you noticed it as well. Yeah, but... Oh come on, if I were a little younger I would be all over that... MOM! I'm just sayin, for a human he's not too har.... sshhh he can hear us....what? he has really good hearing. Oh don't be shy, I was your age too once. I'm serious! Uh huh, so how good of a kisser is he? What? I'm not stupid, you were either exercising or doing somthin else, so how was he? Well...

Sam began to blush. He had never heard anyone talk about him like this. The other parts, yeah. He heard things like that all the time. but this... he tried to listen in more, but all he heard was footsteps. He straightened up and pretended to look over the textbook.

"Sorry about that, here, some soda. Well, we might as well study." And so they did. At about 5:30 pm. They stopped for the evening.

" It's probably about time I get going. I don't want to bother you all night " Sam stated jokingly.

" Oh it's all right, do you need to call your parents to pick you up?" Lucy's mom replied.

" Uh... no. I live by myself. In an apartment near the school, so I'll just walk." He saw the confusion in the girls' eyes. "Oh, don't worry, it's kinda fun. And the quiet isn't bad either. Well, see you in school tomorrow Lucy."

(Lets' skip ahead about, oh.. I don't know, 18 hours)

Lunch time again. Lucy sat with her friends as usual and once again had to fend off the date requests. She eagerly looked for Sam, but he was nowhere to be found. " Keeping a look out for that freak?' one of her friends asked. " Sort of..." to them, he was a freak, to her, a knight in shining armor, so technically she wasn't lying. " God, that was so weird yesterday, I mean, how did he sneak up on us like that without anyone knowing? It still creeps me-" Her sentence was interrupted by a rush of people heading outside. " What the hell is going on?" Lucy's friend asked. "It's a fight! Some guys from the football team are fighting that weird kid!" a random passerby exclaimed.

Lucy's heart jumped into her throat. He was a harmless, innocent person. Why would they pick on him? Because he was nice? She didn't want to see the aftermath, but her friends were already dragging her there. Before their group reached the "arena", they noticed two teachers on the floor mumbling something about "those damn jocks..." and the entire crowd was awestruck. Lucy finally saw why. on the ground were three musclebound jocks, drooling in what appeared to be a coma-like state. And sitting on a ledge was Sam, with a bruised up face trying to wake up another teacher who was unconscious. *****

Lucy was so overwhelmed with joy that she rushed up to Sam and, with a flying leap, hugged him tightly. She didn't care that anyone saw her, it only mattered that he was alright. Tears began to stream down her face as she sobbed softly. The man she loved was hurt. It was a natural reaction. Sam noticed her tears and kindly brushed them off of her fur, whispering, " It's ok, I'm fine." Instead of feeling better she hugged him tighter and cried more intensely. The, she look up to see his bruises again. Lucy felt the need to try to lick them clean, and Sam was to tired to refuse. Just the sight of the beautiful catgirl licking this loser's face made just about everyone go brain dead, because trying to process this in their minds just fried their brain.

Lucy helped Sam to his feet and helped walk him to the nurse's office to get patched up. On the way back to class Lucy told Sam in a shaky voice, "I was so scared, if you were really hurt, I wouldn't know what to do. I...I..." the tears came down again. But before she could start sobbing, Sam put his hands around her face moved his head to face hers, and gingerly kissed her. Lucy melted in his arms once again.

***** Insert your own kick ass fight scene here. I couldn't decide which one to use, so make your own! If it gets you pumped up and excited, then it's a good one.

Is the apartment foreshadowing? Will his family secret explain his hearing? Or do I not know what foreshadowing really means? Maybe I'll be too lazy to go into the guy's family, think about that...Next time, on Unusual Love #3 (Clean)

Sorry if it's not as good as the first one, but my brain is a little fried itself. I'm currently registering for Fall courses at my college and the professors are either too stupid to teach or are jerks that like to rub it in how much better they are than you. If anyone gives anything a bad rating simply because it's not what they're into, shame on you. Only rate things if you enjoy the theme.
