Just something I'm gonna be working on for maybe the next couple weeks or months. Maybe the year. I DON'T KNOW, still thinking of this as I progress to write more. Whoever is going to read this, please enjoy and tell me any possible ways to make this better.

'Ugh... why can't I feel anything...'

The lynx groaned and rolled on his side, stirring the other that slept next to him. She merely let out a muffled moan and shifted away from him, making the lynx feel a little cold.

'Here I am again...' Deverim thought, grunting as he rolled off the matress and landed on all forus. 'Fucking out the brains of the poor bar girl... I feel sick.' The lynx shook himself and stood on his forepaws, stretching out his arms and easing himself. 'At least she wasn't a big waste of time.'

The lynx stepped into his bathroom and looked into the mirror that hung itself on the wall, just over the sink. He glared and scoffed at the sharp yellow that eyed him, over his bulky frame and burnt fur near his left breast. He shook his head and spit into the sink, smirking a little.

'Why am I so screwed up?' he questioned, looking down at his greying fur. The once-perfect opal fur that brimmed with joy and pleasure as a kitten, now reduced to this weary grey ball of fur that slept with anyone.

'I need a life...'

Deverim thought this daily; 'I need a life... I need something to do!.. other than to have a one-nighter with every girl in this town, of course. I'm sure they all remember me now...' He glared up at the top of his forehead, the fur drooping slightly from it's spiked origin. 'And I need the fur trimmed...' Deverim turned and looked at the shower door, smirknig at the uncleanable stains that lingered around the glass door.

"Good times..." he stated, opening said door and twisting the faucets inside. Cold water immediately rained onto him, making him jump slightly and shiver. But he didn't care, Deverim was used to the shit water that came through, hot or cold. Besides, he preferred the cold water as his own reanimator.

Deverim shook off the excess water as it stopped pouring out of the showerhead, opening the door and looking around for a towel. He scoffed, and rolled his eyes.

"Great..."

The lynx opened the bathroom door and peeked his head through, looking around his room. He scanned around, looking over his desk and dresser but to no success. He groaned and stepped out, looking out more. He walked over to his bed and looked underneath his, occassionally hearing the shuffle of the bed sheats as his 'mate' stirred. Deverim growled when he couldn't find his towel, looking around more and padding over to his cloest. He opened on of the ruddy doors and picked out his favorite zip-up, the one with the forcefully torn sleeves. He smiled at the blue thing, looking at the custom logo he imprinted on the front. His red print looked back at him, seeming to brighten at his presence. Deverim hugged it tightly and murred, smelling his own musk.

"Wh... what are you doing?"

Deverim looked back at his bed and saw a young human woman giving him a puzzled, but still sleepy look.

"Grabbing my sweater from here, obviously. What are YOU doing?" The Lynx grinned at her, showing a chipped fang. The girl giggled and pushed off the covers.

"About to find my clothes and leave, that's what." said she, looking around the floor for her jeans and tank. Deverim smiled as he watched her look for the obviously placed clothing, which were simply laid across his desk. The girl huffed and crossed her arms over her breasts, glaring at the lynx.

"Alright Kitten, where are my things?" Deverim smirked and pointed at them, extending his claw. The girl huffed and shook her head, stomping over to them and quickly putting them on. The lynx kept his smirk, more so chuckled, as she stomped out of the apartment. Deverim closed his eyes and shook his head, waltzing over to his dresser.
