A change in pace from my usual. I have another story that just needs to be typed up. When I find it... So, plot. Blood. Some supernatural. And of course yiff. Marked as wip until some proof reads.

It had been an exceptionally long night for the bat sitting alone at the bar. He didn't think himself unattractive. He looked up at the mirror, seeing himself between the bottles he tried his best at a charming smile. Yeah, who was he kidding? The bat finished his scotch and soda and tossed down a few folded bills.

"Leaving so soon Ven?" The dark furred wolf who often tended bar seemed to act the part of a friend. Not that Ven had ever known the true meaning of the word.

"Yeah, I'm just gonna hit the head really quick..." The bat slipped through the usual crowd of the drunk, desperate and damned to the bathroom. The wolf waved him down when he tried to make a swift exit.

"Hey, some chick got this for ya." The bartender waved his paw towards the scotch and soda on the stained and abused wood, a napkin serving as a coaster.

"Yeah, what she look like?" The bat perked up a bit, his ears pointed up.

"I didn't get a good look, but she's right over-" The bartender scanned the small room, a tad bewildered. "I'm sorry, she must have ducked out." Ven eyed the wolf suspiciously. He couldn't believe he was so pathetic the wolf had to make up a woman that'd be interested in him but said nothing of it. The bat downed his drink and almost used the napkin to wipe his mouth, but noticed the writing on it. His name, call me, a number, and a heart. Ven smiled and pocketed the napkin.

"Alright, see ya around man." The bat pulled on his jacket, walking out with a bounce in his step. By the time he'd gotten to his car Ven noticed his vision blurring a bit. He had driven home far worse in the past and thought nothing of it. The bat pulled out of the parking lot and all was well until everything went black for a second. He pulled the car back into his lane and tried to snap out of it. Suddenly his vision went dark again. When it faded he pulled himself from the airbag and found himself staring at the telephone pole blocking his vehicle. He pondered where it came from before realizing his muzzle was quite wet. He brought his paw to his nose and looked at himself in the rearview mirror. His nose was trickling blood. Suddenly the driver side door flew open.

The world seemed to tilt and whirl as he turned his head to see two paws pulling him out of the car and into a snow bank, Then pain and nothing...

The bat awoke in a daze. Almost dry sticky blood was covering his shirt. He tried to force himself up, but fell back down. The room was spinning, but slowly becoming clearer. It was dimly lit by a bare bulb. A janitorial closet of some type. Ven grabbed one of the shelves and used it to steady himself as he made his way to the door. He leaned on it and turned the handle. The bat almost fell, but managed to stay up right by clasping the nearby wall.

Looking around at the long halls and many doors the bat thought this place seemed familiar. Ven managed to push himself along the wall until he fell through an open doorway. Whatever had been slipped in his drink seemed to be wearing off slowly. "Dammit!" He hushed his frustration into a whisper as he pulled himself up. Ven saw light as he stumbled past an exit that had been barred shut. The bat took a deep breath before pushing himself off of the wall and shakily making his way to the lit room. He clutched the doorway as he peeked inside. There was a bandaged fur on the bed, another fur was across the room doing something unseen. The fur turned and held a vial and hypodermic needle to the light, she was a nurse. The nurse began to hum an old, familiar tune as her tail flicked back and forth ever so slowly. She made sure there were no bubbles were in the syringe, tapping it. Ven ducked lower as she turned to the bandaged fur. From the fleeting glimpse he got he could tell she was a fox. The nurse checked her patient's vitals, changed the drip rate on the iv, she seemed to really care for him. Ever so careful she pushed the needle into the clear plastic tube leading to his arm and pushed the plunger. The heart monitor's pace quickened. The bandaged fur moaned and whimpered as he stirred.

"Why won't you let me die?" The patient cried as he struggled with his now obvious restraints. Ven's stomach lurched. The patient vomitted on himself. The nurse turned as she heard Ven puking in the hallway. She was wearing a white mask made in the shape of a fox, her false lips unmoving as she spoke, her eyes shrouded in darkness.

"Why did you leave your room?" She tilted her head. "How are we supposed to make you better if you don't stay in your room?" She began to walk towards the bat, who in turn bolted. The fresh adrenaline in Ven's veins seemed to counteract the drug, or perhaps some of it had left in his vomit His breath seemed to escape him quickly thanks to the strain of vomiting. The bat was unsure of where he was going, but he wanted to get away from that sadistic fox and fast. Ven had to stop and pant as he made it out of which ever wing he'd escaped. He peered into the darkness, something was moving. Ven huffed his way to the entrance, it had been buried beneath furniture. The door on the other side of the barricade was emblazoned with the Rod of Asclepius and the words 'St.James Medical Center.' He kicked at the heap of junk "Ven, darling..." Came a sultry whisper. The nurse's paw raised as he spun to meet the blackness where her eyes should have been. The scalpel she held gleamed in the flickering fluorescent light. It came down as he raised his arm, the small blade put a giant gash in his wing. It hadn't hurt as much as the bat thought it would but he screamed in shock and anger.

"You fucking bitch!" His fist bashed against her face without thought. Her mask cracked and a chip fell away, scarlet blood stained the porcelain muzzle. The nurse let lose a sob. The bat cocked his fist but in a flash she caught it and pulled him towards her blade. The scalpel stabbed into his torso. That time it had hurt. The sound the fox made was something between crying and laughing. Ven tried to pull away, but she was stronger than she looked. "What the fuck is wrong with you?" His knee met her stomach, hard enough to make her feet lift off the ground. He pushed the stunned fox to the cool tile. The bat stumbled away into the opposite wing of the hospital, his bleeding arm and wing pressed against his injured abdomen to slow the blood flow. The lighting of the hallway dimmed and flickered. It was messy, gurneys and papers strewn about. Before long he found himself against the wall again, like leaning on an old friend, as he dragged himself along.

Ven stared at the boarded shut fire exit. It'd seemed like forever getting there. He pulled at the dry and rotting wood. The first gave away quite easily. The second took some time and both of his arms, the struggle left him panting as he started to pull at the third and final board. He heard a growl behind him, he glanced behind him. The lights were going out, shattering as the growling drew closer. He pried harder at the board. Finally one side tore away. As the bat grappled with the other claws dug deep into his shoulder and he was pulled into the darkness. "No, no, no, no.... No!" Ven heard himself screaming, the word stung his dry throat. His desperate swinging and struggling did nothing to free him. Despite the pitch black the nurse seemed to know where she was going, though she didn't mind if he bumped into things.

The fox dragged Ven all the way back to a room right across from where the bandaged fur was kept. He was too weak from his blood loss to fight her as she bound his legs and one arm in the four point restraint bed, making sure they locked in place. One of the straps had been broken. She went to work, setting up an iv drip with a mild sedative (among other drugs), cutting away his shirt, attaching an old fashioned heart rate monitor to his chest. Then she climbed atop her new patient, he raised his arm and tried meekly to push her away. "The vasodilator I've given you will speed up the bleeding. Try not to struggle." Ven let his wing fall across himself. The fox moaned a little and grinded against him. Despite himself the bat felt his sheath swell and before long he was completely hard. "Another effect of the vasodilator." She shifted, and pulled off her panties without removing her skirt. She rubbed his cock through his jeans. "I guess that's as big as you get." The nurse whispered then pulled down his zipper. She pulled out his erection through his jeans, the teeth of the zipper digging ever so slightly into the pink flesh. She lined up his hard cock with her swollen pussy lips, then shuddered as she plunged down onto him. The sensation felt foreign to Ven, she was rather cold. Her claws raked across his chest, drawing blood, as she slowly filled herself with his erection again. He tried to stop the assault with his free paw, it only seemed to spur her on. She let loose the sickening laugh/cry as she fucked him faster. She batted him away and dug her claws deeper into into his chest. Ven felt his eyes water from the pain, but he felt something else. The fox wanted him, and she had him.

"Th-thank you." The bat's paw embraced the cold porcelain mask and his thumb ran across the cracks he'd made earlier. When she pushed away his arm the muzzle of the mask broke away, bouncing off of the hospital bed and shattering on the tile below. Ven stared in terror at the black void in the midst of the white mask. The heart monitor beeped faster as he pushed at her. "Stop. Get off! Get..." He panted, blackness closing in. Where was her face?

"Calm down. You'll make yourself bleed out." The sharp, grating noise slipping from the nothingness again. She was moaning with each bounce on his lap. Then she screamed something unnatural as she tightened around him, her entire body tensing. The last thing Ven felt before losing consciousness was weightlessness, a chill down his back, and nails like tiny blades across his muzzle.
