It was quite the nice day outside, even though it was getting close to the winter months. Although everyone was still shaken up by what had happened at Vanaxxis, things have picked back up quickly as construction on a new castle was underway. Far away from all the noise at a cafe was a certain someone, hair green as a freshly cut lawn and a yawn deeper than most canyons while drinking a cappuccino, "Yaaaaaaawn.....this'll wake me up.", he said, taking a sip under the table's umbrella. As he closed his eyes for only a moment to relish the hot delicious flavor, he heard a voice in front of him.

"You're early. Guess you are as fast as your company claims.", said a woman, quickly opening his eyes to see a woman, dressed in blue jeans, a black tank top and brown hair with intimidating brown eyes, "Yes, I guarantee deliveries at least a good few minutes early from the ETA. You must be Onari. Glad to finally meet you in person at last.", responded Ruru, surprised that she came in while he barely blinked.

A canine waiter came over with a pot of coffee in his hand and a cup in the other, "Coffee for either of you?", he asked, getting a negative from Ruru but Onari nodded, "Black, in a medium cup please.", she requested, getting a good sized foam cup and a piping hot coffee poured for her, "I'll handle the tab so don't worry. Anyway I'm glad you accepted my request to talk to you in person. Honestly I didn't think you would."

"Well you did a fine job at Vanaxxis, so a simple matter like this is a fitting reward. However our meeting has to be kept short, as I have other things to attend to within the hour.", said Onari, sipping her coffee and barely blowing it first. Ruru leaned back and relaxed in his plastic chair, the warmth of his drink getting him feeling just right, "Mmm...good stuff...and sure. I just have to know, what do you plan on doing with Abu? I know you wanted him but hes a good friend of mine. Normally I wouldn't agree to such terms but now I'm getting worried."

Onari chuckled and put her cup down, cracking her knuckles while she looked at him with a light smirk, "Don't worry about that. But I can say, Abu stayed on his own free will. "She" gave him the choice of staying or going off on his own, so don't think we're keeping him captive."

It was a sigh of relief knowing that his friend wasn't kidnapped in the way he had thought, "Well thats good..think I can see him anytime soon? There's a few things that I have to talk to him about and its important.", Ruru requested, finishing up his refreshing morning drink and covering his mouth to burp.

She simply nodded and took another sip of her coffee, relishing the bitter black taste, "Hmm...Not yet..I would like to make sure he knows you first, I'm sure you understand..precautions and what have you.", Onari said while taking another sip of her coffee, glancing off towards another table momentarily before setting the cup firmly down on the table with a sigh of satisfaction, "I'll ask him when I get back. If he knows you I'll arrange something."

The waiter came over and poured another cup for Ruru, giving his thanks as he blew on his cup since it was piping hot, "You really are all about security huh? I hope he doesn't deny knowing me....oh right. Where is he anyway? Or is that confidential information as well?", wondered Ruru, his second cup looking better than the first.

"It is.", Onari responded with a chuckle, simply smirking at his security remark. She began to lean back a bit in her chair as she wasn't relaxed to civilian chairs, "I doubt he will, no reason to do so.", She said with a pause, grabbing a packet of sugar, tearing the top off before dropping it and swirling it in the coffee.

This conversation didn't yield as much information as he had hoped he thought, taking a sip but quickly putting his cup down as it burned his tongue, "Ow Ow hot...hot....blah...well you're good at that type of stuff. I didn't notice you at all...hell even in the papers, nothing was mentioned about your involvement....", explained Ruru while attempting carefully avoiding his semi burnt tongue.

Her eyes seemed to fixate momentarily when hearing his small amount of agony, looking up at him with her intimidating green eyes before looking away. Her hand shifted from the cup down to her pockets, pulling out a piece of folded white paper packed tightly into itself, "I was never there...", she whispered while winking at him, pushing the crumpled paper towards him, "Also something I think you should look at."

Again he blew at his cappuccino, seeing a piece of paper opening up as she pushed it towards him. He put his drink down and opened it up, his jsw dropping as he saw something unbelievable, "WHAT?!...Thats...not fair! How does Eurasia have a higher bounty than me? I'm the one who did N.D. in.....", he whined as he saw his drawn mugshot, with the amount 40 million under his name. He put his head against the table and poked at his cup, feeling depressed that his amount is lower.

At his outburst she quickly swept over the cafe without turning her head, searching for any unwanted attention. After a few moments she saw there was no one around and then looked back to him with a light chuckle, "Heh, Well that just means you won't be hunted for quite as fiercely.", she joked, seeing him sitting back up.

He gave a sigh, knowing that there wasn't any trouble here since it was close to a time where everyone would have to stay inside. Slowly he grabbed the paper and noticed a few other various mugshots, two of them he knew, "Huh...even the dragonesses have a bounty...well I'll worry about Eurasia later....", he muttered, Onari briefly catching a glimpse of Eurasia's mugshot and recognizing him from not too long ago. Her gaze didn't linger for but a moment, not wanting to draw his attention, "Nobody is above them..I'd probably have one on my own head.", she said as she took the final sip of her coffee, finishing the cup.Â

A loud beeping startled Ruru, looking at his P.I.C. and seeing that an alarm to remind him of something important was going off. It was quite annoying that time was short, quickly drinking down his cooled down cappuccino and looking at Onari with a serious gaze, "Well we have to end things now. You know its barely 10 minutes away until that dragon comes along. Just one last thing...who do you work for? I was told you work for someone but nothing else.", he questioned, getting a bit of a harsh gaze, "I work for...well that's not important now, you'll meet them in due time."

Although he did not learn much, he was aware that his friend was alright at least. The clock on his P.I.C. reminded him that it was 7 minutes until D time, "Dang, I'm still in the dark. Well let me know if I ever earn the right to and meet Abu...and I'll let you know if I learn anything else.", he said as he gave back the bounties list to her and looked down to reach into his pocket for the money to pay for their drinks.

Nodding softly she folded the paper again and placed it into her pocket, making a mental note to investigate her target, "Sure thing, I'll ask him when I get back. Just make sure you don't get picked off before then.", she teased, standing up and walking out of the cafe. Ruru nodded and looked into his wallet for a few coins to pay for their drinks.

By the time he had his money out, he realized that she had paid for her half even though he was going to pay for it. He sat back and looked up into the sky for a moment, seeing a few clouds as the warning for 5 minutes left rang, "Huh....shes so mysterious. Well doesn't matter too much if shes going to ask. Guess I should head out too and get my place on lock down...", he said giving the waiter who was in a rush to get inside the money and quickly ran off.

-

My time has come...after all I've done for "those" two, I regret everything. I shall share the same fate as Eurasia did for defying their power, something I should've done long ago.

**Date: November 2nd

Location: Downtown Hydion, Blacksmith Workshop

Time: 12:20 pm**

With Shyranrya off doing her business, Rizan and Michael entered what looked like a wooden 3 story building, which stood out among the many modern buildings, especially when only a few buildings away from the Heat Season Inn. For some reason, Jack made sure that building would not be demolished like many of the old ones. Everyone wondered why but a decree by the mayor himself is something important so people just started to not care.

A laminated paper sign said "Open, Come In if you have what you want made, and the money.", so they just went on in. Inside was just as old as the outside, the floor being complete dirt and various weapons lay on the side in barrels with price tags on them, as well as others hung on the wall. Axes, swords, spears, it seemed that this was a place for selling weapons at various prices, "Huh...look at all these swords. They're bigger than mine....oh no wonder! These are two handed swords!", said Michael as he checked out a barrel full of blades. As he pulled one out, it felt as if it was very light but felt frail.

Rizan chuckled as he looked like a child, walking up towards the front desk and ringing the bell to ring for someone, "Don't forget Eurasia, we're here to get your sword fixed. If what I remember, a dragoon weapon is a weapon forged with magic, meaning that pitiful piece of metal doesn't stand a chance compared to your blade. Now let me see if anyone is here...", she muttered, the smell of dirt covering up most everything here, as well as the smell of ash.

As Michael put the blade back, someone walked out from the back room, the door opening then closing shut as a young dragon, definitely younger than Rizan's son as he stood 6 feet tall from horn to foot. He was orange, a very bright orange and dressed in a pair of overalls, "Yes, I'm here. Welcome to Alex's Smithy, where we smelt the competition in quality of weapons...oh a dragoness and a human. Thats rare to find in this part of town.", he said as he walked behind the counter and wiped his overalls off of soot, "So how can I help you?"

"Well I was told you can help us by Koi Fisher. He said that you can repair magical weapons and you're the best in the world...but he said it was an old dragon. You look like you're no older than my own son.", said Rizan, getting a chuckle from him as he wiped his snout off as well, "OH thats because the orignal owner, my great great great great....well theres alot of greats there, but he passed away recently. The original Alexis Vectorz was about barely over one million when he died. So I inherited the job of forging for those with the money."

Michael snapped his fingers as he was hoping to ask that guy a question, though he thought to take this chance to ask the descendant, "Dang, I really had something to ask him...oh would you happen to know anything about dragoons and the such? I heard that he was making weapons since the Dragon Campaign.", he asked, getting a look from Alex. He rubbed his head and put both hands on the counter, "Yea he did, thats why he died at one million. He made the first dragoon's weapon, a broadsword which he used in battle. Since then he served dragons and humans alike in making weapons, for the right price. I know how to make'em too as he taught me since I was hatched."

It was then that Michael took off his backpack and opened it, putting on the table the hilt of his blade which was shattered the other night, "Great, can you please help me then? My blade was broken in battle and I really need it fixed up--", but as he was explaining, Alex's face went pale, quickly grabbing the broken sword and looking at hilt its self, "....impossible?! How do you have this sword?!", he asked, his voice trembled, making Rizan feel a bit nervous as she walked forward, "Relax Alex. That sword belongs to the father of this dragoon here. Whats so special about it?"

He swallowed hard as he was sweating bullets, putting it back on the counter and looking at the red haired human, "You name...wouldn't happen to be Eurasia would it?", he asked, getting a slow nod from Michael. It was then that he laughed, finding it hard to believe but it was true, "Haha...amazing. Eurasia...the name of the first dragoon himself. This is the very same blade he had in battle, the first ever dragoon crafted sword. Although its power has long since faded and it shrunk with time. I also see fragments of a dragon buster here too. No wonder it shattered as it did...this was made before that horrible weapon was created."

The news was quite shocking to Michael, not thinking that this blade was close to one million years old, "W-what?! But I was told that my father had this before I did when became a dragoon! There's no way it could've been used by my descendant!", he argued, looking at the hilt one more time, "Well the proof is in the hilt. Not to mention that...well never mind. It's up to you if you believe me or not. You said you wanted a new blade correct? Normally I'd charge Fifty Million Kash for a job like this since magic forging is a tough process, but I'll only charge you 2 thousand. That'll get me lunch for the week at least."

Rizan nearly blew a gasket hearing that price, "F-f-fifty Million?! How can you be charging that much just to make a sword?!", she shouted, Alex grabbing the broken sword and walking towards the door he came from, "Because, if you're good at something no one else is, you never do it for free. Plus remember, I'm the best maker of magical weapons. Come back by 7 pm Eurasia, because I'll need you for the blood pact before the sword is complete."

"Uh oh...I forgot about that..alright. I'll be back by seven. Rizan...you wouldn't happen to have two thousand would you?", he asked, seeing she was still angry as she pulled out two coins that had the number 1000 on each of them and tossed them at him, "Here, two thousand. Boy I'm glad he gave you that discount Eura. Fifty Million is far too much and I didn't have that kinda money on me. We probably have it in our savings since my risk taking son is a bounty hunter..."

Alex caught it easily and smirked, opening the door before remembering something, "Oh right, one last thing. I'm making you a sword based on what the Great Eurasia used. Meaning it will be powerful, but at your level, you probably will need more training to use it. Be sure to prepare yourself Eurasia.", he said, before finally leaving and exiting. Michael wondered about what he would need to train in, thinking about something he had heard in class referring to that.

His thinking was broken as Rizan tugged on his shoulder and reminded him it was time to leave. The two left and noticed that the town was back to bustling with life. Everyone was fixing their houses and picking up the mess left from earlier's destruction, "Well seems that everyone isn't too bothered by what happened. Now we can just wait until Shyranrya is finished with her errand, and go back to train.", said Rizan, eager to see how strong is Michael first hand.

Something else began to bother Michael as he looked down to his dragoon spirit and noticed it was flashing, "Huh...its happening again...like someone is calling out to me. Something like a voice that is too faint...coming from the direction that massive dragon flew off to.", he muttered, suddenly ending up getting shaken by Rizan, "Hello, you listening Michael? Whats bothering ya?"

Michael looked up at her and then to the sky, "Its my dragoon spirit. It seems to be responding to that dragon...which flew past us earlier. Something is telling me to go after it...like a voice or a force. Seems that my dragoon spirit is being pulled towards it, and I think its worth investigating.", he responded, Rizan tilting her head and wondering what he could be talking about, "Huh...really? Well we can't just leave here, Shyranrya is expecting us here...and since her P.I.C. was fried that day we went to save you, we couldn't tell her. How about this, you go on, as I've heard that it stays in a large canyon past Juromaru Meadows. Its...in that direction, so just follow this road. Also please in touch with me with the P.I.C.s, and make sure you do keep in touch! I don't want a repeat of Vanaxxis so soon.", she said, pointing towards the east.

He agreed to do so, not wanting to be caught off guard again, "Rizan, how far is it about? To this canyon.", Michael asked, stretching his legs a bit as he got ready to go, "I'd say a good...30 miles away. Theres a road that leads right too there so you can't miss it.", she responded, suddenly seeing her favorite human flare up and quickly speed off, leaving a light trail of fire as he looked like a fireball speeding along.

Immediately following that, she got a call to her P.I.C., which was hanging off her waist. Quickly she answered it and pulled up a holographic screen that showed Michael's face from a lower point of view, "Can ya hear me? My stop speed with the dragoon spirit is 250 miles per hour on foot so I'll be quick as I can...wait? Whats that?", he said, suddenly looking forward and coming to a stop. Rizan was wondering what it could be, tilting her head as Michael looked at the screen again, "Seems you're gonna have some company Rizan...big big company. You ever fight anyone the size of a building?"

Rizan flew up into the air when she was asking, going high above the buildings to see something over the horizon, as well as the faint sound of voices, which normally wouldn't be audible but it was a very loud and booming voice, "Maybe I should go back...they may be some trouble.", wondered Michael, seeing Rizan shake her head as she grinned, "No need sweety. Seems that someone is taking advantage of Hydion's lack of shielding...I hate anyone taking advantage of anything that couldn't defend its self. Leave it to me, but hurry back!"

The transmission was cut while Michael was looking in the distance, speeding past 4 very large guys who were heading towards the city. It got him worried but he knew Rizan could take care of them easily. Quickly he turned around and continued down the path, the desert around him quite hot even though the city felt cooler. Within minutes, he slowed down as he saw people walking down the same path and startling them. The desert quickly turned to forest, in which he had to slow down to cause any problems, "Huh...this must be that place Rizan mentioned...but it seems more like a forest than a meadow.", he thought, now running at his normal speed of 40 miles per hour.

It was more country like here, many small houses and businesses all around, but the most noticeable thing was a massive field with a fence around it. Though it had a big "closed" sign at the entrance, not that it mattered since it wasn't on his path. With a long screech, he came to stop as his path ended in a town square, the dirt road opening into a multitude of broken down buildings with a statue of a dragon in the middle holding an apple. It was crowded with people but nothing compared to Saint Falda, all working on repairing the ruined buildings. He took a moment to walk around, seeing places for food, drink, tools, and other various necessities people would need to buy. However he saw no trail going to a cliff which Rizan mentioned.

As he pressed his P.I.C. to call her, he heard yelling all of a sudden, turning to see human kids on the ground with three large black bears dressed in leather jackets and black jeans towering over them. Another thing he saw was someone on the ground, as well as a little pool of blood which made him realize someone was in trouble, "Uh oh...whats going on over there?", he wondered, seeing that Rizan did not answer and walked towards the group.

"...you kids really have one hell of a father here. Just as useless as you three are!", shouted a male wolf dressed in a glittery silver suit. How bright it shone in the afternoon sun was amazing but what surprised Eurasia was his height. He was probably about 3 feet tall, no bigger than 4 and stomping his foot on a male human covered in bruises before showing his claws at the kids. The wolf had two other wolves probably 9 feet tall dressed in tuxedos, just watching this go on, "Yah Boss! Show him what happens when dah kids get in youse way!", they shouted, everyone who wanted to help kept their distance. The kids began to cry and screamed as the little wolf was about to bring down his claws.

"Hey!", shouted Michael, getting the little wolf's attention as he stopped his strike, as well as everyone elses. He took out a cigar from his pocket and lit it, breathing in and puffing out a large cloud of smoke, "Who has the coconuts to speak up while I'm making some deadbeat pay up?", he asked as Michael stepped forward. Everyone started to back away from the red headed human, knowing that he'd be the target of someone very dangerous, "I don't have any coconuts in my backpack but why are you beating up on little kids? Thats not right!", he responded, never liking anyone preying on the weak.

The two wolves beside him drew out two guns, looking like magnums and took aim, "Dah boss doesn't like it when people like youse meddle in our affairs. If ya knows whats good for yahs, you'll make like a banana and split.", they said, not making Michael flinch as he continued walking but making the crowd gasp and back up. The little wolf patted the two wolves on the shins and walked forward, looking up at the human, "Huh...you got moxie kid. Though I feel like I've seen your mug somewhere before....nah can't be. If you were him, you'd have killed everyone in this town by now. You look like you couldn't hurt a fly yet you have his face.", he commented, puffing smoke at Michael and making him cough.

He blew the smoke away from his face with his hands, not liking it one bit as he backed up but thinking of what he meant. It could only mean one thing but not wasn't the time to think about that. The wolf walked back towards his bodyguards and patted them twice on the shins, knowing the signal as they once more took aim. Michael quickly took a stance, knowing he was unarmed and focused hard as the two guns fired with him being the target.

**Date: November 2nd

Location: Downtown Hydion, Front of The Heat Season Inn

Time: 12:32 pm**

Jack was shaking Frin as she was still knocked out, the body of the creature already moved to his private lab underneath his profitable Heat Season Inn, "Come on Frin, you're tougher than this. Theres nothing wrong with you...wait I know.", he thought, suddenly squeezing her breasts and fondling them for a moment until suddenly he was slapped and knocked down, getting a growl from Frin as she quickly stood up with both arms flailing, "Hey! No one touches me without--wait...huh.."

She looked around and saw where she crashed, remembering what happened, "Oh right! I was knocking him senseless until...he grabbed me at the last second to land on me. Everything is blank after that...oh also sorry about that Jack. You know how I am with personal space and whatnot.", she chuckled, seeing her friend with a bloody nose and wiping it away with a rag, "No worries. Glad to see you're unharmed...though you should be thanking the ones who stopped that thing.", he said, pointing over to Michael who was standing beside a red dragoness in green shorts.

"Wait...it him! Hey Eur-", but she was cut off by Jack grabbing her by the tail and pulling her back before she tried running off, "One moment Frin. You seem to be forgetting the problem of payment here. You broke some very expensive glass and ruined one of my best rooms.", he said, looking quite angry. She was in a hurry, so she took out from her pocket a check book and wrote out a check for 1 million Kash to Jack, "Here! If theres any extra keep it!", she yelled, seeing Jack grin then turning around to see the one she wanted to talk to speed off.

Frin was quite pissed, being only a few seconds short of talking to Eurasia. Though she could follow, the dragoness he was beside perked her curiosity, walking over to her as she stood to see the dragoon vanish in the distance, "Excuse me, can I have a moment of your time?", she asked, getting Rizan to turn around, then look down seeing the short dragoness, "Yes?..oh! You're ok! Glad to see Shyranrya took care of that cut...whats up?"

Rizan was wondering what to do to pass the time as she noticed this dragoness's expression looked quite serious, "Tell me, what is your relationship to that man? The dragoon of fire Eurasia?", she questioned, making Rizan tilt her head as she kneeled down and stared at her eye to eye, "Why do you ask? And how do you know Eura?", responded Rizan, seeing Frin look away for a moment, then stare back, "Because I have a bone to pick with him. He left me waiting for 50 years and I'm gonna beat the answers out of him as to why he didn't keep his promise."

This little dragoness was starting to make her feel uneasy, standing straight up and looking down at her with an angry gaze, "Huh?...A promise...look if you're going to try something on him, you're gonna have to go through me. Eura has been though alot lately and I'm not gonna let anyone hurt him.", she threatened, cracking her knuckles and making sure that if she had anything bad planned, she'd stop her.

To be continued.....
