Despite the fact this crazy tigress stripped right in front of Enek without a care in the world and just had him dosed with a questionable

potion, the human had to admit she cut quite the striking image. There was something attractive inside of all that confidence. When a person can

carry themself so well in these times it's natural to want to know more. And besides, she flirted first.

Enek leaned up against the table nearest to Amarith and gave the tiger-morph a quick once over from head to toe. The unspoken rules and racial

stigmas that existed during the war had mostly disappeared. Though he hadn't grown up with the best image of the "beast" races, it hadn't stopped

Enek from understanding that the actions of the individual are what matters. Mistress Amarith was a strange one, yes; but she was also bold,

beautiful, and seemed to have good intentions.

"I'm not so much interested in the stock as I am in you." Putting on a soft smile, he looked into the tigress's emerald green eyes and saw a

smile of her own tugging at the corners of her cheeks. "Who is Mistress Amarith and how did such a lovely lady get into the business?" Risking a

chance on being bold himself, Enek reached out and gently wrapped his fingers around her flicking tail. Running his fingers along the stripped

length, he waited for her to jerk it away as a shiver went up her back, she however allowed him to continue to hold it.

With her tail twitching in his grasp, Amarith leaned against the table next to him as the smile slowly spread across her face as she focused on a

spot on the floor. "Me? You want to know about me?" She purred softly in her throat as the tigress closed her eyes. "I- wait. I never even caught

your name first of all." Tipping her head slightly to the side, the tiger-morph blinked her emerald green eyes at him in an overly dramatic

fashion.

The human laughed softly at this, feeling the wiggling tail twitch as his fingers hit an apparently good spot. "It's Enek, just.. Enek. Never had

a surname, the folks were both born without them so I was too. But I guess that's fairly common these days, eh?"

Amarith nodded. "It's a common enough of an occurance..." She spoke softly and seemed to be hesitant. "You know, you're the first person who has

asked about me? Oh plenty have asked to share the evening in not such polite wording, but no one has thought to try and actually find out who I

am. Idiots.." Shivering, she moaned softly at his touch. Picking up an empty vial and cleaning rag nearby, Amarith cleaned it with a soft smile

on her face.

"It's just Amarith for me as well, I lost my parents when I was really too young to remember and ended up being raised in the 'care' of a group

of bandits." The tigress didn't seemed focused on the vial or even him, her eyes had drifted off into thought now. "You seem like a smart guy

Enek, so I'm sure you can imagine the sorts of going-ons that occurred during my stay there. It was probably a miracle of some kind that I'm

still alive but I stayed alive long enough to pick up a few things from watching their mechanic. So long story short while they slept one night,

I snuck out and mixed in an explosive compound with their cars gasoline."

Setting the vial down, she hugged her arms around her chest and looked him in the eyes and smiled. "So my first experience with the business of

chemicals was watching as all 3 of their vehicles turned into fireballs of sharpnel. With most of the group dead, the remaining ones scattered

thinking it was an attack leaving me to loot the place for food and water." Amarith laughed softly. "I wandered the desert for a few days before

I found a Rustwater patrol who took me in, and the rest is just busy work as I slowly built my empire here."

Stretching her arms above her head and sticking her chest out, the tigress scooted closer to Enek. With her bare furred hip pressed against his

clothed one, she rubbed her hand along his arm. Amarith purred softly as she looked at him. "So how about you then? What's your story?"

It was Enek's turn to gaze deep in thought at that for a moment. Reaching the base of Amarith's tail, he rubbed his hand across her butt. "I'm

just from a small village, don't even know if it was big enough to have a name. I was part of the local militia force that kept out the wasteland

undesirables and scavenge for supplies. There was a bit of a misunderstanding back at home though and I had to leave, and it's not likely I'll be

going back anytime soon either or even able to. Found a land transport service in the next town over from mine and my money got me as far as

Rustwater, which I just got into a few hours ago."

The tigress continued to purr as her fingers brushed across his neck and cheek. "I'm... sorry to hear that about your home. But thank you for

letting me get to know you Enek. Mm.. What do you say then, want to stay with me for awhile? We can continue to get to know another as much as

we'd like, a little more personally this time though." Amarith's shy but playful smile gave a clear indication of what would come to be.
