A Snakish Attraction

By born2beagator

Serpens left his first convert with a contented hiss. He hoped that all humans would be as willing to embrace reptiles as he was. This was the true test. Chris was practically a reptile before he had even met Karina, completely solitary, spending more time around reptiles than humans. Karina just brought his personality to the surface. It had been simple and quick. But Cynthia...she was terrified of this power that had awoken, and she was afraid of snakes. If she fell in love with Hercules like Chris had with Karina, then Serpens was certain that any human would give in once the reptilian urges began to surface. He kept close watch over Hercules, waiting and hoping Cynthia would return to see the snake. He'd make it easier this time, Hercules would be given the give of rudimentary speech. Serpens would also manipulate the media in Cynthia's house. She would be bombarded with programs related to anacondas. This had to happen or it was back to the "kill off humanity" plan.

Cynthia was shaken badly. As she sat alone in her house, she thought over the day's events. What had started as simple attempt to have the best collection of reptiles in the world had devolved into a horror story. While she expected Chris to change, she did not expect for him to LIKE it. Nor for him to be semi-intelligent. What was she to do? She couldn't quit her job at the zoo she didn't want to leave Florida to look for work elsewhere. It was her only income. She resolved to hire no more assistants and to stay away from Chis and Karina. She'd eventually find a way to have them moved to another zoo.

Cynthia pushed the day out of her head. She needed dinner and a movie. She'd earned some relaxation. Making herself some scrambled eggs, she sat down on her couch to watch TV. The first thing on when she turned on the TV was a program about anacondas. "That's strange. I left this on the news before I left today." She thought. Flipping on the guide she noticed that every slot was filled with a program about anacondas. "Must be a special tonight." She reasoned. Always a movie buff, she settled on one she hadn't heard of before. She sunk back into her couch to relax and watch the movie. Anaconda: Victory of the Snake King was its name. "Hmm, must be a new take on the old Anaconda series." She thought. As expected, it was about a group of explorers venturing into a jungle to find a priceless treasure, which would of course be guarded by the movie's namesake. "Lots of people are going to get eaten in silly overdone CGI and the snake is going to look terrible." She scoffed. She'd seen movies like this before.

Surprisingly, the anaconda looked amazing. No CGI whatsoever. In fact, it looked just like Hercules! "They sure picked a beautiful snake for this one." She thought, then nearly gaged. She hated snakes! Why would she think that, and why was she watching a show about a snake? Despite that, she kept watching, like one morbidly would watch a movie they know they don't like just to see how bad it was. However the expected moment when the snake would eat one of the adventurers still hadn't come. She noticed something strange about one of the adventurers. His eye was all wrong. It looked like a snake's. She watched transfixed as he snuck out of their camp. Where was he going? Suddenly she realized he was heading directly to the snake's den. "Oh here we go, he's about to bite it." She laughed. Instead of attacking, the

massive snake coiled on the dais in the center of the room simply watched the adventurer. The man walked up to the snake until he was an inch away from its snout, looking deep into its eyes. She gasped as the man rapidly transformed into a cobra, slithering off into the darkness. "Of course_. Victory of the Snake King_. The Anaconda is going to win. It just wasn't the way she expected. She watched with fascination as the rest of the party was transformed into snakes one by one. As the credits rolled she thought "Well that was certainly and interesting movie." She couldn't get her mind off of how beautiful that anaconda was...and she hated snakes! Well, all but one snake. Hercules was just such a magnificent creature she couldn't help but admire him. Noticing the time, she headed to bed. As she lay in bed, she noticed just how uncomfortable her bed was, it was too soft, not to mention too low, she wanted a higher place to sleep. Resolving to solve it some other time, she drifted off to sleep.

Serpens hated being in this mundane ten foot form. But he had to make sure this went off without a hitch. Unknown to Cynthia, he had been watching through her window this whole time. He gave a hiss of pleasure as he watched the humans on the movie transform. Then he turned his attention to Cynthia to see her reaction. "Well that was an interesting movie." He heard her say. Cynthia now seemed to be deep in thought. She had rewound the movie and paused it on the image of the anaconda. She sat there and stared at it for about ten minutes before getting up to go to bed. It took her a while to go to sleep. She tossed and turned on the bed, as if it was uncomfortable. Serpens resolved to keep watch over this one. It was a good start, but there was still a fear of snakes there apart from Hercules. Serpens needed her to

accept all reptiles. Unfortunately, Chris' transformation had scared her. Serpens had a feeling that he'd have to enlist Chris' help with Cynthia. He was a reptile after all, and Serpens wanted a world in which all reptiles coexisted. Having animosity between those two was not good.

Chris and Karina were curled up together in Chris' den sleeping soundly. Chris stirred in his sleep, flicking his blue tongue out. He needed water. Getting up slowly so as not to disturb Karina, he wandered into his lush living room. Walking to his stream he put his snout in and began to drink. "Hello Chrissssss." Came a deep voice. Startled, Chris gave a loud warning hiss. He was about to run to warn Karina. Then he saw Serpens, the strange snake that claimed to be god of reptiles, coiled around the branches of one of his trees. Chris felt his intellect growing with proximity to Serpens. "What do you want? I was sleeping with my mate." He said grumpily. "I apologize for interrupting your ressssst, but thisss isss urgent. You want the world ruled by reptilesss I dessscribed to come to passss yesss? Once it isssss done, you can sssspend your life with Karina with no interruptions" Serpens asked. Chris flicked his tongue out and huffed in longing. "Of course I do." He said. "Then I need yours and Karina'ssss help." Serpens said. "I have a theory that all humansss have a reptile somewhere inssside of them. But for my plan of a peaceful transsssition to work, I need proof that all humansss will come to love a reptile as you have. You were a sssimple cassse. You were practically a reptile before your true self emerged. But Cynthia is the most unlikely person on thissss world to follow in your footsssteps. For me to move forward. I need her to become like you. Sssshe has already begun, but ssshe is fighting it. What I need you and Karina to do isss to show her your love for each

other, and your friendship with Cynthia herself. Ssshe needs to like you." This was a lot to take in, thought Chris. He was helping a snake god change mankind into reptilekind--he gave siss of laughter at this silly term, but it had a nice ring to it. He was broken from his thoughts by his god's voice. "For thissss, I need you and Karina to return to your territory in the zoo. Cynthia needsss to ssee you every day." Chris gave a hiss of displeasure but said, "For the hope of a reptilian world, I will make this sacrifice of comfort." With that, Serpens returned to watch Cynthia, and Chris felt his intelligence fade.

Returning to Karina's side, he nudged her with his snout. "Karina, Serpens talked to me." He said. "Serpens? That strange snake claiming to be a god?" She asked. "Yes. He wants us to assist him in transforming Cynthia." Chris said. "But Chris, we are just a pair of lizards. How are we going to do that." Asked Karina with an uncertain hiss. "We aren't doing the transforming, Hercules is taking care of that remember? What he wants us to do is, well be ourselves. Show Cynthia how happy we are together....and he wants me to be friendly to Cynthia. He said that she needs to not fear me. But for this, we must return to the zoo." Chris finished. "If that is what you believe we should do, my mate, then I will follow you. Now let's get some sleep before we have to go back to that tiny enclosure." Karina said, giving him a nuzzle.

Cynthia woke Monday morning from a night full of strange dreams. Every single one of them had to do with anacondas. "Shouldn't have watched that movie about snakes. Nasty creatures." She shivered. Realizing it was time for work, Cynthia suited up and headed to the zoo. Uneasily she opened her office door and looked at the cameras. There they were, Chris

and Karina, nuzzling each other. They sure looked happy together. Cynthia went about her duties. She decided to get the scary part out of the way: feeding Chris. Entering his enclosure with the pale of fish, Chris and Karina watched her. She froze as Chris slowly got off his belly and came towards her, tail waving languidly behind him. Remembering her lessons about certain reptiles, she didn't make any sudden movements that might scare the ten foot monitor. Chris was at her feet now, looking up at her. He flicked his blue tongue across her leg....and nuzzled her. Cynthia was confused. Hadn't Chris threatened her not too long ago? Why did he like her now? "At least this will make it easier to take care of you." Chris kept nuzzling her. "What do you want?" She asked. She must be going crazy. She was talking to a lizard, albeit this lizard used to be human, but he wasn't now. Chris slowly rubbed his right foreleg against her foot a few times. "You want me to pet you?" She asked incredulously. Slowly she reached down stopping her hand above Chris' scaly forehead. Chris pushed his head into her hand. "Wow, you've had a change of heart. You were ready to rip my throat out not too long ago. I see why now, you really love Karina. I shouldn't have tried to separate you. I'll tell you what, you behave this way, and I'll take care of you. I was going to move you and Karina to another zoo."

Finished with Chris and Karina, Cynthia finished the rest of her duties, trying not to look at the snakes as she fed them. Until she came to Hercules. She stared at the huge snake, asleep, half his coils lazing in the water. Despite her fear of snakes, this one was one of the most amazing creatures she had ever seen. Suddenly Hercules raised his head and looked into her eyes. Cynthia stared transfixed at the snake. She held his gaze for what seemed like ages until

finally she started to leave. "Return." She heard a deep voice say. She froze. Did that snake just...no it couldn't be.

Chris and Karina watched as Cynthia slowly returned to her office. "Did it work?" Karina asked Chris. "I don't know. At the very least I seem to have allayed her fear of me" He replied worriedly. They heard a door shut. Cynthia came back into their hallway with a chair which she set down in front of Hercules' enclosure. She sat down and simply watched Hercules. Both Chris and Karina slipped their tongues out. "I smell a hint of snake on her. Do you smell it Karina?" Chris asked "I do. I think Serpens will be pleased. The rest is up to Hercules."

Serpens watched from his hiding place above Hercules' enclosure. Chris and Karina had done their jobs well. Cynthia seemed to be over her fear of Chris. He was disappointed that she still had her fear of snakes other than Hercules. But Chris was right. Serpens could sense the slightest hint of serpentine instinct growing with her. Serpens decided to give it a little nudge. "Hercules." He thought. The anaconda looked slowly up at him. "Try to get her to enter your territory, and if she brings you food, see if you can get her to eat with you. I want her to leave tonight with a solid reptilian imprint that can grow at home."

Cynthia sat looking at Hercules for a solid hour. She couldn't help it. His eyes were so beautiful. She watched with admiration as his muscular tongue slowly tasted the air. After a few more minutes in which Hercules lifted his head to look at the ceiling, seemly to be listening to something only he could hear, he looked back at Cynthia and motioned with his head to the back door. Cynthia blinked in surprise. "You want me to come in your habitat? With you in

there? She asked, not caring that she was talking to a snake. Cynthia was conflicted. On one hand, she was scared of snakes and this twenty foot creature could crush her easily if he wanted to. On the other...she wasn't scared of this snake. He was beautiful. Cynthia decided she was going to take the plunge. But she was going to bring a pale of food, just in case he was hungry.

Filling the bucket with all kinds of fresh meat, she entered Hercules' habitat. The great snake flicked his tongue out, tasting the scent of Cynthia. She slowly approached the serpent and emptied the pale of food. Hercules immediately grabbed a large beaver and swallowed it whole. Cynthia sat and watched the snake. He truly was a magnificent creature. She admired his strength, his calmness, and his scent. She stuck the tip of her tongue out unconsciously. Yes there was a definite scent to him, and it smelled good. Hercules watched her motionlessly. Then he nudged a chicken egg that had somehow gotten into the pale towards her as if to say "This is small enough for you." Cynthia was hungry, and she had just had egg this morning, this was no different. She took the egg and cracked it open, eating the yolk. It tasted strangely good. She laughed, this was crazy. She was eating a snack in an enclosure with a twenty foot snake five feet away from her, with no glass to protect her. She thought of her fear of snakes. This snake was wonderful. Surely the others couldn't be all that bad? Cynthia was broken from her revere by a loud hiss from Hercules. He motioned his head to his pool. "You want me to get in the pool with you?" She slipped her tongue out slightly, as if trying to taste his intentions. What was the harm? If this snake wanted to kill her, he'd have done so by now. Cynthia took off her suit and slipped into the water.

Hercules gave a hiss and twined his lower body gently around Cynthia's legs. Cynthia felt so good. No, snakes weren't bad at all. Hercules had shown her that. She loved everything about this snake. His scales felt wonderful against her legs. In the embrace of the huge reptile, Cynthia slowly drifted off to sleep.

Hours later, Cynthia slowly woke up, feeling something smooth around her lower leg. Then she realized she was in the coils of a massive snake. She was about to panic until her slightly blackened tongue caught his scent. This was Hercules. She had nothing to fear from him. But it was time to leave. She pushed gently at his coils. "Hercules, I need to go now." She said, talking without thought to the snake. Hercules slowly loosened his coils, allowing her to crawl out of the water and get dressed. "Thank you, that was wonderful." She said. As she began to open the door to leave, she heard a deep voice, "Return...Mate." Disregarding or not quite understanding the second word, Cynthia answered the snake. "I have to, this is my job. I'll see you tomorrow." Cynthia returned to her office, to clock out, and left. "I wonder why no one else ever works the reptiles." She thought as she drove home. Indeed, apart from the now water monitor Chris, she'd never seen another human in the reptile area. Cynthia never noticed the extra weight in the trunk of her car.

If Serpens could have blinked in amazement, he would have. This human with a deathly phobia of snakes just ate with and took a nap with a twenty foot anaconda. He wouldn't put the chicken before the proverbial egg, but this looked like it would work. He heard a huffing laugh. It was Karina. Serpens looked down at the two monitors. "What is it Karina." Chris asked with

confusion. "Very similar to how we met. You shared a raw fish with me. Let's return to our den, my mate. I don't think Serpens needs us to help with this one." Karina said. Serpens smiled. Indeed it was similar to how Chris began. With that, he stowed in the possible snake-to-be's car. As Cynthia drove, he had a thought: although he was god of reptiles, it would make it much easier for him to rule if he placed some reptiles under him as kings and queens. Who better than his first convert and his mate, and the most unlikely convert and hers. He hissed in contentment. This had to work. It was too wonderful to fail.

Cynthia had forgotten all about the terrifying experience she'd had the other day. She loved her job. What other job closed at 4 every day, with no paperwork? Not to mention being able to work with a creature like Hercules. She wish she didn't have to leave him every day. As she pulled into her driveway, Cynthia noticed something on the sidewalk leading to her house. Forgetting all about her fear of snakes, or the fact that she was about to pick up a poisonous snake, she rushed to grab the small coral snake. Much to her surprise, the snake didn't bite her, but remained calm. Petting its head gently, she entered her house and set him down. The snake lay there on the cold floor, confused by the scent of the strange human. Something had made him not want to bite her. Cynthia returned from the back room with a lamp which she set on the floor in her living room. The coral snake cautiously slithered under the light and fell asleep. Cynthia stuck her tongue out trying to catch the snake's scent, but for some reason it didn't work. She tasted air. Maybe she could only catch the scent of Hercules since she spent so much time with him today? Frustrated, she headed into the kitchen for some food. She had a

craving for egg yet again. She grabbed a whole carton and headed to her couch to watch some TV. She looked over at the coral snake resting in the corner and smiled. If she couldn't be with Hercules at home, at least having a snake in the house would remind her of him. She can't believe she used to fear them so. She flipped on the TV hoping to find more programs about anacondas on. Much to her delight she found the original Anaconda. Sinking into her couch she relaxed.

It had been silent for a good half an hour Serpens nosed the trunk open and slithered to Cynthia's pool deck. There he watched quietly. Cynthia was sitting on her couch with an entire carton of eggs watching a rerun of Anaconda on TV. As he watched, she grabbed an egg...and put the whole thing in her mouth, swallowing it whole! "Wonderful." Serpens thought. It seems her meal with Hercules left an impression on her. Then he noticed a lamp in the corner, and under it a small coral snake fast asleep. Serpens was amazed. Cynthia had a snake in her house, and it wasn't in a cage! Time to push this along even more, he thought as he shrunk himself a bit. He have this house turned into a habitat fit for a snake in no time.

Cynthia heard a tapping on her glass window. Pausing the movie and looking over, she gasped. On her back porch was a twenty foot snake! Stranger still, despite her training, she had no idea what kind of snake it was. Its eyes were a brilliant blue with slit black pupils, and its scales were black as the night sky, some of them seemed to form a pattern that seemed to shine like stars. It reminded her of a constellation. The great snake tapped again as if to say "Are you going to let me in or not?" Cynthia finally obliged him. This snake was the size of her Hercules

back at the zoo. It would do to help her remember him. "Make yourself at home." Cynthia said. The black snake slithered over top the couch and came to a rest, head laying on the arm. Cynthia returned to the couch and continued watching the movie. As a movie buff, she'd always enjoyed seeing the bad guy get his. But in this case she found herself cheering for the snake. It was an anaconda after all, just like Hercules. Popping another egg in her mouth and swallowing, she continued to watch.

There was no doubt about it. Cynthia had an anaconda within her beginning to manifest itself. It explained her sudden need to have snakes around her. If all continued as planned, she would become the queen of snakes on this world along with her future mate Hercules. Serpens watched her out of the corner of his eye. Finally the humans on the movie won and killed the snake. Cynthia suddenly jumped to her feet. "NO." She screamed. "How could they do that to such a beautiful creature!?" She yelled. Serpens watched closer, had he heard a hiss? She turned to Serpens and asked "How could anyone kill a sssssnake?" Serpens' heart leapt with joy at the sight of a long, muscular black tongue slipping out of a small opening in her green scaled lips. Nothing would stop it now.

Cynthia was distraught from watching the anaconda in the movie die. She wanted to be with Hercules. He'd comfort her. She pushed another egg into her mouth, enjoying the feeling of it sliding over her smooth lips and down her throat. For now she had her two friends to keep her company. She especially liked the black one, he seemed to radiate an aura of calm. From now on she resolved to always have at least one snake in her house. They could come and go as

they pleased as long as one was there. She looked around her house and thought of where Hercules lived. What if she ever wanted to bring him home? This would simply not do. Sure she had a pool but it was full of chlorine. That nasty chemical would have to go first, and she was going to remodel this entire house. She didn't care how much money it cost, she was going to make it livable for Hercules. With the happy thought of seeing her charge tomorrow, Cynthia fell asleep on the couch.

The outpouring of emotion at the death of a snake was exactly what Serpens had wanted to hear. It had immediately scaled over her lips and changed her tongue. Serpens closed out all other thought in his mind as he tasted the air around Cynthia as she slept. There was a definite scent of an anaconda about her now. When he looked at her again, her eyelids were gone, and to his delight her eyes were completely circular, golden brown, and slitted.

Cynthia awoke Tuesday morning, delighted to find the two snakes still in her house. But she ushered them out, telling them they could return soon. She was going to remodel this house right now and she did not think the people that were going to help her would appreciate a twenty foot long snake in the house. Their loss, but she needed this done. Remembering what Chris had done to his house, she did much the same. Despite the oddity of a seemingly cosplaying women giving the instruction to turn the inside of her house into a jungle the landscaping crew she hired did their job. She'd emptied her life savings for this job, they'd be rich, the men thought. Who cared if she was a crazy "snake lady?" For the amount of money she was paying them, they worked all day and through the night. By Wednesday morning her

house had been transformed. "Take your money and leave, humans." She said to the crew. Confused, but satisfied, the landscapers left. With the crew gone, Cynthia explored her house. She'd give the crew this: they did an excellent job. Except for the walls and TV, anything artificial had been completely removed. She left the TV so she could watch her programs about snakes. The furniture was smashed to bits and spread all over the floor. Lush vegetation had been planted. There was even a few strong tress with branches perfect for a snake. She'd had an Kapok tree imported from the Amazon. She knew these trees grew massive, but it was small enough now. She had a funny feeling that by the time it grew too big for her roof, people would be used to it. A five foot deep stream ran from a waterfall she'd had installed, into the pool, which had had the chlorine removed. Another five foot deep canal had been cut from her pool to the lake at the edge of the Everglades Swamp in her backyard, so the two bodies of water could feed each other. She smiled as she saw fish in her pool already. Now she just needed her friends back.

Serpens watched from the boughs of a Cypress tree in Cynthia's backyard as she tore apart her house. Finally, the woman came down to the lake and called out to them "You can come back now!" Both Serpens and the coral snake returned to the house. As he entered and took in the transformed house, he noticed that except for the TV which was constantly playing snake documentaries, it was nearly indistinguishable from a piece of the Amazon Jungle. Serpens gave a hiss of delight. This once Ophidiophobic girl was a reptile. All that remained was for her body to catch up with her mind. Something that Serpens didn't think would take too long, taking note

of the the large tent in the back of her jeans and the patches of scales beginning to break out on her skin. This world was his. For now, he cleared out. He knew that there would be another anaconda with Cynthia tonight, and with the possibility of her completing her transformation, two twenty foot snakes in one house was enough.

Cynthia gave a huge yawn that dislocated her jaw. She was tired from the hard day's work, but something was missing here. Popping her jaw back into place, she felt her teeth fall out to be replaced by proper fangs. Finally she was rid of those useless veggie mashers. With only a few hours of daylight left, Cynthia ventured into the Everglades behind her house. She was looking for snakes to bring back with her. She reached the swamp and realized it was flooded. Feeling a gentle push in her spine, Cynthia lowered her jeans a bit to allow her tail to grow. Remembering the documentaries about anacondas, she suddenly took off her clothes and lowered herself into the water. Putting her arms to her side and legs together, she moved her body from side to side, delighting in how her short tail acted as a rudder. After an hour of searching, she returned triumphant with several cottonmouths and pythons behind her. As she got back to the shore, she pulled her legs and arms apart with difficulty. Drying off and putting her clothes back on, she found that they barely fit, like her swim had thinned her body out. Her tail was certainly longer. Too long to be hidden. So she let it over her jeans and returned to the house, tail dragging the ground behind her.

Serpens watched the girl from his perch in the Cypress tree. His magic was strong indeed. While Chris had needed to be near Karina for his changes to really accelerate, it seemed all

Cynthia had needed was a little push despite her irrational fear. He watched as she returned to her house, five foot tail slithering on the ground behind her, she was walking with difficulty. There we also several snakes behind her. "Welcome." He heard her rasp as the snakes went their various ways into this strange new habitat. Serpens had a feeling that tomorrow she was going to bring Hercules home. He decided to spend one more night in her house. Cynthia greeted him with a hiss of joy as he entered. As he coiled in corner, he watched Cynthia climb a tree in her living room and fall asleep on her belly, tail hanging off behind her.

Thursday morning Cynthia awoke with one thought on her mind: Get Hercules out of that cage and bring him home with her. She climbed down from her tree, noticing that the great black snake had left. As her feet hit the ground she wobbled a bit. She wanted to be on her belly. But she had to wait. Hercules had cared for her, now he needed her to help him. Using the drag of her tail on the ground to steady herself, she headed out the door. Passing the mirror, she hissed in delight at the head of an anaconda protruding strangely from her human neck. Hercules would be so happy. She faced a dilemma when she got to her car: what to do with her five foot tail? She'd tough it out. After today she'd have no need to drive. Stuffing her tail into the car as painlessly as she could, she headed to the zoo.

Chris and Karina had been alternating time between their two dens. They were worried. Cynthia hadn't come yesterday. Had Serpens' plan failed? They were broken from their troubled thoughts by the sound of the door to the outside opening and shutting. In walked Cynthia. An improved Cynthia. Karina and Chris took a few minutes to examine her. A five foot

tail was slithering on the ground behind her. Her legs and arms looked week, green and black scales had broken out over much of her body, and her head was that of an anaconda. The first thing she did when she entered was to enter the back room. When she came out all the snakes in the reptile house were following her. Flicking her black, serpentine tongue out, she entered Chris and Karina's enclosure. Without speaking she motioned towards the door. Chris huffed in surprise. This girl that he had only last week threatened when she tried to keep him away from Karina was now a reptile herself!!! Serpens was right, this world would be theirs. If Cynthia willingly converted, then anyone would. "Cynthia, I am free. Remember my house? I have a tunnel that Karina and I use." Cynthia hissed her acknowledgment and exited.

Hercules lazily awoke. What was the commotion? Giving a started hiss, he noticed another presence in his cage. Preparing to attack, he froze when he saw what appeared to be a mix of anaconda and human. Remembering the strange behavior of the girl from the other day he called "Cynthia?" "Yes my mate. Our den is ready." She said with a satisfied hiss. Cynthia turned to leave, long green and black tail dragging behind her, and Hercules at her side. It was with some difficulty that Cynthia stuffed her tail in car. It had extended another five feet. Hercules coiled as best he could in the trunk. As Cynthia prepared to leave, she took a moment to look at herself. Her entire body was covered in those wonderful green and black scales. By the time they pulled into the driveway, Cynthia could barely grip the steering wheel or press the gas. Cynthia staggered into her house with Hercules slithering alongside her. She locked the door.

Hercules hissed in surprise. The inside of Cynthia's house was a jungle, literally...and there were snakes everywhere. He was broken from his amazement by a hissing "Enough" and a dull thud. He looked over and saw that Cynthia had fallen to her belly. Her arms and legs were nearly gone. As he watched they disappeared completely and her upper body extended ten feet to match the ten of her tail. "Beautiful." Hercules hissed as he observed Cynthia, now a twenty foot long anaconda slithering out of her clothes. This human had given up everything she had to join him, and now they had the perfect home together. As they coiled around the Kapok tree in her bedroom, they resolved never to be parted and drifted off to a content slumber.

Serpens gave a long, hissing laugh. This world would belong to reptiles, and it was the unsuspecting humans that would be supplying them. Oh yes, he was going to enjoy watching scales break out all over the world.
