Do You Want Me

Chapter 14

It took hours to reach the forest on foot. Aina could swear the foxhound actually wanted to go. Never once did she resist, complain, or attempt to escape as they cut up the back alleys and side streets of the dogland. Every now and then they came across other dogs, but the foxhound kept her hood up, pretending that Aina was her slave and that they were merely walking home. At one point, the foxhound even secured a carriage for them with the ruse. They rode for six blocks before the foxhound bid the driver stop. The carriage ride cut several hours off their journey, and as Aina walked with the foxhound through the forest, she could not stop glancing at her in amazement.

"You running from marriage," Aina said at last. "That's why you don't fight?"

"Yes," the foxhound answered quietly. She still had her hood up, and her cloak swirled in the sudden cascade of autumn leaves that spiraled across the moon. Aina wanted to pull the hood off so she could see her, then asked herself what was stopping her. Of the two of them, she was the only one with a knife in her belt. She reached over and pulled the foxhound's hood back. The foxhound halted in the shifting shadows of the trees and regarded her from the thick wreath of her white curls.

"My aunt wants to take my home," the foxhound said unhappily. "The only way I can stop her is to marry the king. But . . ."

"You don't want that," Aina finished for her. "Foxhound like pussy."

The hound blushed to her white curls. Clearly, she hadn't expected such a response. "Y-Yes," she said, a little flustered. She glanced down, then back at Aina's face. "Yours in particular."

Aina scowled, suddenly glad she was wearing clothing - no matter how awkwardly dogs sewed their clothes. The clothes belonged to the foxhound, who was tall and curvaceous. Aina was short and far more slender in build: the breeches clung tight to her thighs but hung heavily over her bare feet. Meanwhile, the white shirt belonged to the hound's brother and as a result was baggy and sagging.

Aina pulled the knife from her belt and pointed it threateningly at the foxhound. "Do not," she hissed, "make googly eyes at me, _dog._You killed my love! Perhaps I shall lead you deep into forest and leave you to die." She turned and marched on, knowing that the foxhound had no choice but to follow: she would be lost otherwise.

"I didn't," the foxhound said, jogging to catch up.

Aina glared at her. "You did!"

The foxhound frowned. "No! I was carrying you away when I heard her in the grass. When I went back for her, she was gone."

Aina pushed down the sudden rise of happy tears. Nhlahla lived! Thank the gods! Thank the gods. She sniffed as the tears fell anyway. The foxhound grabbed her wrist and pulled her to a halt. "Let go of me, dog --"

"You loved her?" the foxhound said and peered with sympathy into her face.

Aina snatched her wrist free. "With every ounce of me! Tch. Dog, would not understand!" She marched on.

"Why couldn't I?" demanded the foxhound crossly. Aina was walking quickly now and she matched her rapid pace easily - to her great chagrin. "I saw the way you cried for her, and it has haunted me every moment since. For what it's worth, I hope she lives even still. And . . . I am sorry I injured her."

Aina glanced at her sourly and didn't slow her stride, her red mane bouncing with every angry step. "Even if Nhlah live . . . she hate me now. Thinks that I want you."

They fell silent, walking through the trees at a slower pace. Aina glanced at the foxhound and wondered what she was thinking. Her mass of white curls were so thick, Aina could not see her face.

"Do you want me?" the foxhound whispered.

Aina swallowed hard and didn't answer. The river was coming. She could hear the soft flow of its waters. If they crossed, they would be in southern territory, far from the Celankobi, the lands of her tribe. Unknown territory. But she thought of Ukudlala and Nhlahla - who both surely hated her now - and knew there was no going back.

"Do you want me!" the foxhound practically shouted.

Aina gasped when the foxhound grabbed her arm and jerked her around. She twisted to escape, but this time, the foxhound managed to wrestle the knife from her. It fell away in the leaves as they grappled.

"Get off me, dog, or I --!" The words were cut in Aina's mouth when the foxhound slammed her to a tree. They stared at each other, breathless and breasts heaving. Aina's face twisted, and with renewed determination, she fought again. The foxhound managed to grab her wrists, and they strained against each other.

"I know your scent," the foxhound insisted, pushing Aina's wrists toward the tree.

Aina resisted. "No! You lie!"

"Yes . . . you spied on me that day . . . when I was bathing. I smelled your . . . arousal."

Aina's lashes fluttered. She fought harder, determined not to let humiliation stop her. But while Aina may have been faster, the foxhound was stronger. She snatched Aina's wrists in one paw, and slamming them above her head, she looked at her lips. Aina waited, breasts heaving, for that first sweet kiss. The foxhound hesitated . . . and then it came.

Aina melted as the foxhound slowly tasted her, as her careful tongue slipped into her mouth and caressed. Her tongue pushed back, and in sudden surrender, she kissed her tenderly and felt the lips of her sex swelling against her breeches. The foxhound slowly unbuttoned her shirt, and looking at Aina with soft eyes, she pulled her naked breast free and cupped it. She was still pinning Aina's wrists above her head and had to lift her breast to suckle it.

Aina's lashes fluttered as the foxhound's tongue rolled her nipple, wet and slow. "H-Hada," she whispered.

The foxhound kissed the supple curve of her breast, kissed her red fur up her neck and to her cheek. "What does that mean?" she whispered in her ear. She slender fingers slipped inside Aina's breeches and found her clit.

Aina shivered as her throbbing passion was caressed in those careful fingers. She saw her pink nipple stand harder. "I-It means s-stop," she answered hoarsely. Weakly. Her lashes fluttered when the hound's careful fingers glided in her sex. "Oh . . . va h-hada . . ."

The foxhound smiled. "What does that mean?"

Aina kissed her tenderly. "Don't stop," she whispered, lips brushing hers.

The foxhound didn't. They sank to the leaves and made such sweet love, the forest seemed to sing with the thrum of their hearts.

Some hours later, Aina couldn't believe that she was lying naked in the leaves, in the foxhound's arm, watching the sun rise through the trees. The foxhound's great white breasts were near her face, and she couldn't help cupping one every now and then, caressing it, watching the large pink nipple harden from her touch. The foxhound would blush at such fondling. She seemed to blush so easily. Aina had to remind herself that the dog had been raised like some sort of coddled doll, far away from filthy words and dirty innuendos.

Lying on her back with her arm around Aina, the foxhound's slanted blue eyes were warm as they peered from the wreath of her white curls. She touched Aina's face, longing in her gaze. "You're . . . absolutely beautiful. When I shot you out in the forest, I knew I had to keep you. Make you mine and only mine."

"And then you were going to sell me to your dog king," Aina said darkly.

"That's what I told Charles and Richard," the foxhound said sadly. "My real plan was to run away, take you with me, and never look back. During the journey to face his majesty the king would have been a perfect time to slip off."

Aina looked at her quickly. "And what if I tried to kill dog first? Didn't think of that?"

The foxhound laughed and squeezed Aina in her arm. "I honestly didn't care. Somehow, death was preferable to being bartered off to a mate like the family tea set." Her face darkened.

Aina glanced at her sympathetically. "I was forced to marry too. That's why I was in the forest that night. Thought I would run. South of the river is wild land. I still intend to go there."

"Take me with you?"

Aina saw the sadness in the foxhound's eyes, and cupping her face, she kissed her sweetly. The kiss deepened, and Aina climbed on top of the foxhound, straddling her. As their lips pealed apart, their foreheads touched. The foxhound smoothed her slender paws up Aina's narrow back.

"You are part of me now," Aina whispered. She smiled. "I have little choice."

The foxhound smiled up at her. She looked at Aina's lips and they kissed again. Tenderly and slowly. "What's your name?" she whispered against her lips.

"How you say in your language . . . Fang. Fang Lily."

The foxhound smiled. "Lily. That's lovely. I am Evelyn."

"Ev . . . leen," Aina tried.

The foxhound laughed girlishly. "Eve . . . lyn," she corrected, playfully pinching Aina's cheeks in her fingers.

Aina smiled against her fingers and tried again, "Evleen!"

The foxhound laughed. "Close enough."

"Mm. Your tits jiggle when you laugh," Aina observed.

The foxhound blushed to her mane. "I-I - they do not!"

"So cute when flustered!" Aina teased. "Such big, beautiful titties." She grabbed the foxhound's wrists without warning and pinned them, tickling her wildly under her arms. The foxhound giggled and twisted, her slender legs kicking helplessly under Aina's weight. Aina kept tickling her and felt her juices gushing to see the foxhound's breasts flapping everywhere, to see her slanted eyes crinkle up with laughter, to see her mass of white curls spilling around her. She was beautiful when she was laughing. A part of her wanted to see what her sex looked like when she giggled. It was probably heaving and sucking.

The foxhound kicked her legs harder and her tail flashed. "Ahhahaa! Oh - oh, Lily -- hada!"

Aina leaned down and kissed the foxhound's neck. "Say that again," she whispered, squeezing her breasts. "It makes me wet . . . . when you speak my language." She kissed her neck, her shoulder, then licked her pink nipple and suckled it. The foxhound moaned when her fingers slipped in her sex. She curled her fingers in a beckoning gesture, and the foxhound arched her back, pressing her big breasts in Aina's face.

"Oooo, Lily . . . va hada."

Aina smiled. "Would you learn my language?"

"You seem surprised," the foxhound returned, and her blue eyes twinkled amusement. "I already know small parts of it. I used to come here to study the ruins. That your kind once had an entire empire . . . it's utterly fascinating. I wanted to bring proof to the king that foxes were not mere brutes. I thought maybe then he would stop the hunt."

"Ah," Aina said, shaking her head reproachfully. "That's why you brave our forests? Could have gotten yourself killed. Bears, cougars, wild boars --"

The foxhound suddenly kissed Aina. Their lips broke apart, and she smiled. "I knew it was you," she whispered, touching her face. "Following me, watching me. Watching over me."

"I . . . I wanted you. To love you."

The foxhound's lashes fluttered.

Aina looked at her lips. "So desperately." She kissed her again. The foxhound kissed her back, pushing her slender fingers through Aina's red mane. Aina smoothed her small paw up the foxhound's long neck and deepened the kiss, tasting her with a hunger that made her moan. She started trailing kisses down the foxhound's body, over her nipple, her trembling belly, her thighs. She pushed her thighs apart and tasted her sex. It was the first time, for the foxhound had tasted her the time before. And the taste of her. Aina couldn't get enough. So wet and warm, soft and swollen.

The foxhound's lashes fluttered at the canopy of leaves above as Aina's head moved slowly between her white thighs. She arched her back, pressing her breasts to the sky as her mass of curls tumbled back. "Ah . . . Ah . . . A-Ahhaaa . . ."

The foxhound squirted. Aina's tongue pressed against the sudden rush, curling to gather the moisture. She sat up and swallowed, trying to keep the sweet taste on her lips.

The foxhound lay in the leaves, pale and beautiful, her curls clinging near her slanted eyes, her breasts heaving and blushing as she sought to catch her breath. Her waist was tiny, her hips round. Aina smoothed a paw up her shapely thigh and thought she was incredibly gorgeous.

"Disgusting," hissed a voice.

Aina stiffened. She and the foxhound clamored to their feet as two shadows emerged from the trees. Aina's heart sank as Ukudlala and Nhlahla stepped forward, faces twisted and eyes glaring.
