Therese stumbled with a slight gasp before grabbing the shoulder of her friend and managing to right herself. She grinned stupidly and let out a small giggle as she glimpsed the eyes of her friend. Ally rolled her eyes in response. The flamingo girl was not quite as tipsy as her white furred feline friend, but she was able to handle her liquor better in general. 'We should get some food.' Ally suggested. 'It probably isn't a good idea to have had so much to drink on an empty stomach.' She wrapped her arm around the cat's slender waist and the two began walking, eyes hazy but alert for somewhere they could grab some food on the dimly lit street. It was a late hour and not many places would still be open. 'That sushi place on the corner of third and main should still be open.' Therese suggested. 'Sounds good actually.' Ally nodded. 'And best of all, in walking distance.' The two picked up their pace a little, it'd be nice to be somewhere a bit better lit on a night like this. There was no moon and they weren't in the best position to stave off trouble. There had been surprisingly few patrons at the bar that night, and they had ended up staying later with no incentive to leave with anyone else. One brief walk and a drunken song later they found the place, open as Therese had predicted. Shambling through the door, the pair took their seats beside one another started to look with hungry eyes at the steady parade of freshly prepared sushi dishes as they weighed their options. They were almost entirely just mini rolls tonight, the sort of easy meal most patrons would go for in a pinch. It also suggested that there was only one staff member actually here. 'Mmmhh, I'm going to start with some of the temaki ones...' Therese muttered, drool already matting the fur around her lips in her slurring hunger. 'Uhh, whatever you say. I'm gonna have one of... these.' Ally giggled and picked up the nearest dish to her. She had never been familiar with sushi but on all the occasions where she had been dragged here by Therese she had enjoyed them. 'Ohh you...' Therese started, before slurping her food into her mouth and continuing. 'Always you end up picking the chicken ones.' Another dribble of drool and sauce ran down her chin as she spoke. 'Hey, stop with being so messy!' A laughing voice got both their attention as Ben greeted them both. Having been at the far end of the rotating table tending to another customer, they hadn't seen him when they entered. By the looks of it he was the only chef on duty tonight, the grey furred cat decked out in his usual white garb and almost perpetual smile. 'I'm... sorry.' Therese giggled, wiping her chin down and swallowing the mouthful she had before grinning and giving a proper greeting. 'How are you Ben?' 'Hi Ben.' Ally greeted as well, her beak clicking as she spoke then nibbled a bit on her first pick. 'It's a good night tonight.' Ben nodded. 'Not too busy but good company. Especially now.' 'Sweet talker.' Therese smiled sweetly, before looking over at Ally and shaking her head at the tiny bites she was taking. 'Not like that!' The cat reached over and shoved the remainder of the sushi in Ally's hand into her beak, forcing the flamingo to swallow rapidly. 'Uuurrff!' She gulped rapidly and coughed. 'Hey that was dangerous...' She said. The two girls stared blank eyed into each other before suddenly bursting into a fit of tipsy laughter. They both picked up another dish and once again Therese managed to finish within two bites. Ally took a deep breath before following suit, sliding the whole dish onto her tongue before closing her beak and swallowing the item whole. 'Mff, that was... different.' Ally exclaimed, exhaling sharply and shaking her head. 'I don't think I've had one of those ones before...' 'Brave girl.' Ben interjected with an almost evil looking grin. 'That was wasabi, usually you work up to those.' 'Maybe you should let me pick some out for you?' Therese suggested. 'You're obviously... not quite as used to sushi as I am.' 'Oooh, good idea.' Ally smiled. 'And since you're such a sushi guru, you should let me pick yours. And you have to eat them, no matter what!' 'Deal!' Therese nodded, the two shaking hands and almost stumbling off their seats into each other. For a moment they were face to face, prompting Therese to lean a little further and give Ally's beak a soft kiss. 'This is gonna be... interesting. Especially, uhh, afterwards.' She giggled her fish scented breath straight into Ally's face as she wiggled her rear in the seat. 'Just don't forget to use your own bathroom and keep the noise down.' Ally laughed back, pushing the cat back into her own seat and leaning back up herself. She reached over and picked up one of the plates as it slowly rolled past, from what she could tell it looked the same as the one that had just burned her tongue and lifted it up. Therese opened her maw wide up and drooped out her tongue, making Ally roll her eyes before pushing the sushi onto her feline friend's tongue. Therese closed her lips and pushed forward, taking Ally's wrist in her hand and holding it there while she savoured the food as much as her friend's feathered hands. After a few moments of soft slurping that caused both of them to shift their legs restlessly, the cat finally swallowed down the spicy dish and let Ally's hand go, panting for a moment just as her flamingo friend had done. 'You did that on purpose.' Therese giggled, still licking her lips. Ally giggled back and nodded. Therese resisted the temptation to get her back, after all she wanted to encourage more trips like this so she picked one of the more beginner friendly dishes. But that didn't mean she couldn't still have some fun. As a flamingo, Ally was capable of swallowing more at a time than Therese was even though she didn't like to. The cat lifted the sushi slowly towards Ally's slowly opening beak, then suddenly forced the whole thing onto her tongue and tried to hold it in. But Ally wasn't often fooled twice, and this time she opened her beak and gulped with just the right timing to take most of Therese's hand with the food it was holding. She closed her beak firmly, just enough to hold the cat's wrist in place. 'H-hey...' Therese exclaimed. 'Let go. Come on, I was kidding!' Ally let out a muffled laugh before opening her beak and letting Therese's hand go with a wet pop. 'Don't do that to me, or next time I'll keep your whole arm.' 'Oh you're no fun. You eat like a mouse.' Therese giggled, wiping her hand off on her jeans. 'I like to keep this figure petite okay?' Ally preened, spreading her arms and ruffling the feathers that would normally be her wings if not for her long sleeved top. 'I honestly don't know how you manage to keep so slim with how much you eat.' Before Therese could answer they both heard Ben swear before suddenly rushing into the back room. Though curious, it wasn't really important so they both turned their attention back to the steady parade of fresh dishes Ben had been working on. 'What do you think, one more each?' Therese asked. 'Sure.' Ally nodded. Her head swayed wide on her long neck, probably the reason Therese had suggested they start to wrap up the night. 'I-it's a bit more filling than it looks.' Therese nodded. 'Also you got that weird bird belly whatever it's called.' 'Oh shut up.' The flamingo giggled. She began reaching over to pick out Therese's last portion and settled on one that she couldn't see any duplicates of across the slowly rotating belt. Whatever it was, Therese recognized it and sighed before opening her mouth and letting Ally push the food onto her tongue. The flamingo smiled, seeing the look in the cat's eyes made her realize she'd found one the cocky feline was not overly fond of. She pulled her hand away and watched as Therese struggled with whatever she had been given. Moaning in distaste, Therese put her hand over her lips and struggled to get the thing to go down. After a few tense seconds with tears welling in her eyes she finally managed with one thick audible gulp. 'What was... that one?' Ally giggled. 'No.' Therese shook her head, actually sounding serious. 'If I tell you, you'll make me eat it again next time.' 'Aww, poor kitty found her limits.' Ally teased, slowly standing up. 'Should we call it a night?' 'Sure.' Therese stood up. She stretched, then yawned and looked around. 'Where did Ben go...?' Almost as if on cue, Ben came back out into the front room. He surveyed the belt quickly, seeing that the girls were finished and expertly tallying what they owed. 'Not much tonight huh?' He remarked. 'Ugh, too much piss beforehand I think.' Therese shrugged. 'Ah it's okay.' Ben smiled back. 'Tell you what, I know I'm gonna see you again anyway, you can hold paying until then. It's not gonna make it too much.' 'Are you sure?' Therese asked. There was no doubting that Ben was a good sort and both girls had often picked up on his subtle flirting before, but Therese was not fond of exploiting people she liked. 'Of course. No problem at all!' He nodded. 'Oh, and give me a few minutes, I'll make you girls one for the road. Something I don't usually make, but I'm sure you'll like.' 'Ooh, sounds delish.' Therese grinned and nodded. Ally nodded in thanks and then pulled Therese over beside her where they could both lean against the wall for a moment while they got their sober legs back. 'You know, it's a modern world.' Ally whispered. 'He could just be too shy, why don't you ask him out yourself?' 'Shush!' Therese replied in a loud whisper. Her pristine white fur turned slightly pink around her cheeks as the skin underneath blushed. But there was no hiding it even if she hadn't, her eyes looked at Ben with more than just fondness and her hands bunched under her chin like an excited schoolgirl. She started to shiver once the grey cat turned to walk back to this end of the bar, covering her eyes in embarrassment as he cocked an eyebrow in curiosity at her staring. Ally stifled a laugh and walked back over, smiling and nodding as Ben handed her a paper bag. 'Thank you Ben, you're such a sweet guy.' She looked to Therese as she walked towards the exit. Stopping short, she leaned over and gave the cat a soft kick in the rear. 'Oh!' She almost squeaked in surprise, suddenly rushing to the counter where Ben stood and leaning over. Ben's gaze went from confused, to shock to a shining smile as Therese leaned over and gave him a kiss on his cheek. The white furred cat remained blushing the whole time even as she followed Ally outside. Speechless in a good way, he blushed as he waved to them goodbye. 'Was that so haaaard?' Ally teased, hugging Therese close with one arm as they walked. 'I told you he likes you!' 'Shut up, that was hard and you know it!' Therese retorted, still grinning and blushing like a schoolgirl with a silly crush. She started to walk faster, eager to get home and have what would no doubt now be sweet dreams. 'Don't be like that.' Ally said, her plumage ruffling a little as a breeze picked up. 'You did it and now you know, you like each other. He even gave you a present!' She ruffled the bag, prompting them both to giggle. 'Alright, let's hurry then. We should get home before that goes bad.' Therese licked her lips. Even if she had just filled up, she was gonna savour whatever special meal Ben had made her now.

It wasn't a far walk to Therese's house, five minutes and the pair of friends were already walking inside. Ally set the bag down on the table and stripped down to her underwear, sighing in relief as she was finally able to act relaxed and far less couth than when she was in public. Therese did the same, tossing aside her clothes into a messy heap on the floor to stand in her own underwear. 'Ugh, I'm filthy.' She muttered. 'I wonder if I have time for a bath.' 'Oh live a little.' Ally retorted. 'Life is dirty. Besides, even if you stink I don't exactly have a great sense of smell. You'd have to be basically hugging me.' Therese giggled and quickly gave herself a few sniffs. 'Well... Even if you don't mind it's sure a good thing that Ben didn't come home with me tonight.' She blushed again. Ally picked up the bag again and looked at Therese knowingly. 'Ready for your specially prepared supper?' She teased. Therese nodded excitedly. Ally nodded back and opened the bag. Peering inside for a moment, her smile left her face to be replaced with a look of blank confusion. 'What?' Therese asked. 'What did he make us?' 'This... this isn't sushi of any kind.' Ally shook her head. 'What was he... is this some sort of cat thing?' She handed the bag to a curious Therese, the cat's confused look slowly curling into a smile as she caught the scent and then looked inside. 'Oh uhh, yea it is.' Therese smiled. 'It's an old cat favourite, combined with another cat favourite. I'm so glad I gave him that kiss!' She stood grinning for a few moments, only letting the smile disappear when the look of confusion on Ally's face didn't. 'So what, live mouse and sushi rolls?' The bewildered flamingo asked. She looked into the bag again, the pair of mice had been soaked in one of the sauces and then wrapped up in rice and seaweed just like the others. Only difference was they had been left alive the whole time. Their heads poked out one end, even their little mouths bound by a thin strand of seaweed so they couldn't make a sound. 'Yes.' Therese nodded. 'Hey, remember your first time there with me? Don't blow it off until you've tried it.' She reached in and pulled out both rolls with one deft paw, licking her lips at the sight. 'Uhm, I guess you just enjoy, I'm gonna-' 'No!' Therese cut Ally off. 'He made us one each, you have to have one!' 'But... mouse, not really my thing.' Ally tried to protest. 'Oh it's just little meat things, no different than fish.' Therese explained. 'If it's the fact that they're alive you're worried about, don't. It doesn't matter for long.' 'Alright, fine. Gimme one then.' Ally agreed. 'No, up to bed.' Therese smiled wickedly. 'We're doing this the cat way.'

'The... cat way?' Ally asked. Therese had rushed up to her bedroom so fast that she hadn't been able to ask downstairs. More questions arose when Therese threw off her bra and underpants. The girls had seen each other naked plenty of times of course, but Ally had never seen this side of Therese before. Still, now more than just her curiosity was waking inside her, and with shrinking reluctance she too stripped down. Therese pulled the covers off the bed, presumably just to keep them out of the way and laid herself down, patting the mattress beside her to call Ally over. The flamingo crawled into the bed beside her feline friend, a coy smile spreading over her beak as Therese lifted the first of the two rolls up, grinning at the sight of the mouse inside trying to squirm away. 'What do we do?' Ally asked. Therese clacked her teeth at the mouse, making him shrink in fear before answering. 'We play, and we make it last as long as we can.' She ran her tongue over the top of the roll, lapping slowly over the mouse's head and dislodging the thin strap of seaweed that had kept him silent. 'Stop, please!' The mouse squeaked. 'All we wanted was food!' He trembled in fear, looking from Therese to Ally in the vain hope that one of them might let him go. Therese saw the doubt in Ally's expression and shook her head. 'Oh just relax bird. You already know I do this all the time. Just have fun!' Ally sighed. 'Fine. So I guess we end up eating one each?' Therese nodded. 'You help me get to the centre of the yummy roll and my delicious little sauced up mouse, and then I'll help you get to the centre of yours after.' 'Ooh?' Ally perked up. This was like a food based kind of kissing game with a live piece of food in the middle. 'Now I get it.' Therese nodded and smiled, leaning in and taking a small nibble of the outer wrapping almost as if she was imitating Ally from earlier. Ally wondered but didn't fuss, wrapping her beak around a slightly larger section and tearing it off. The mouse trapped between them was hyperventilating in panic, still too far trapped in the packed rice to move. The cat positioned her jaws before him and leaned in, her breath hitting him like a brick. He wanted to dry retch at the smell, the fetid stench of old sushi still coating her tongue and teeth. The moment was interrupted as the flamingo came in from the other side, likewise moving deliberately slower than was necessary. Her breath too wafted over him, mixing with the cat's breath and causing a coughing fit. Had he actually managed to procure any food that night before the grey cat had caught him, he had no doubt that he'd be losing it now... Together, the two large carnivores bit large mouthfuls out of the roll either side of him. He was almost free now, the loose bits falling from around him and allowing his arms to move. But his legs and tail remained firmly trapped, to the point where it felt as though they had gone numb. Therese took another smaller quick bite, leaving the mouse stuck in the bottom portion of the roll by only one foot. Her teeth had been close to taking a chunk of him as well, but she had been careful. The ending of this game was much more fun when the prey was still alive to squirm around inside her. Ally suddenly engulfed what was left of the roll and mouse together in her beak. Therese watched with interest as the bird girl's beak clacked softly. Ally gulped softly twice, sending the last of the roll down into her crop, but holding the mouse in her beak with her tongue. They both giggled, hearing his muffled squeaks as she expertly moved him to the tip of her tongue and then opened her beak. He dropped, eyes lighting up briefly at the prospect of freedom only to fade as her beak snapped over his tail, leaving him dangling and helpless. Flamingo drool and sauce matted his fur and dripped from his body as he shook his head in despair. He looked down at his mate, the other mouse still trapped in the roll on the mattress between the two monsters who planned to devour them. Whatever he might have been about to say was ended as Therese's jaws rose up underneath him, clamping shut around him and delivering a soft slow kiss to Ally at the same time. His squeaks of fear were crushed from his lungs as the cat shifted him back over her tongue, the wetness of his fur giving him no resistance. His last sight by the dim light afforded showed him a glistening hungry throat that lead only to darkness, before that same darkness had enveloped and threatened to crush him. He squirmed to no avail, the pungent wet blackness leading only to a sudden drop into a fetid smelling lumpy stew. Gasping for air, he tried to find some purchase, somewhere to pull himself out of the already burning digestive acids. But her stomach was too full to allow any respite. The sound of the cat's rhythmic heartbeat and soft sensual giggles had become all he could hear, and the merciless touch of her digestive acids all he could feel.

The remaining mouse was already being assailed by the hungry pair of predators, most of her roll already gone in their eagerness to reach the climax of their game. She could only hope now that she might be able to join her mate in the cat's belly and share their last moments together. She remembered with hope that the flamingo had sounded reluctant earlier but the thought was tempered by the cat's insistence that her friend share in the treat. Hope faded by the moment as one by one the pair of hungry maws got closer and closer. She tried to stifle tears but failed as the flamingo's hot putrid fish breath blasted into her. The girl had laughed before taking that bite, the shivering mouse causing endless amusement. The doomed rodent tried to catch a breath of fresh air, only to be hit from the other side with the cat's even worse exhalation. The feline had breathed out deliberately, filling the mouse's nose with the disgusting blend of day old breath, already fermenting sushi meals and a tiny hint of... a mouse. It was too much, the mouse broke down into tears, her crying muffled almost immediately by the cat's unrelenting maw. She squeaked in panic, glimpsing the gleaming teeth around her and the coarse pink tongue beneath. The ungentle tongue pinned her to the hard roof of the cat's mouth as she slurped the remaining rice away. The mouse cringed as a sickening wet gulp sent the food down to where her mate would even now be dying a horrible death. She turned her head, hoping she might find herself beside him in a few moments... The faint hope was shattered as the cat's maw opened, and the rodent was greeted with the sight of the flamingo girl's open beak below. Squeaking in protest, she was unkindly ejected from the cat's mouth to land on the bird's tongue with a heavy thud. Darkness followed with a solid clack as the beak closed and gravity shifted around her. The flamingo's tongue worked her around, accompanied by sickening wet slurps and moans of pleasure. And then it was over. Everything suddenly lurched and she felt the slick sides of the bird's gullet press in around her and force her down. The sauce and drool caking her body made it impossible to slow her descent, and after a few moments of sliding deeper into the bird's body the pressure suddenly lifted. She fell into a pit of what felt to be a mess of half chewed food, the stench making it clear that the two girls had been eating at the same bar where she and her mate had been caught. A slow steady rocking surrounded her, each heartbeat and breath almost deafening. But worse than that, the sheer lack of air and unbearable heat assaulted her like a wall of stones. She couldn't breathe, and with nowhere to go, no escape, her body simply began to grow numb. In darkness she shed her last tear and allowed her eyes to close.

Ally and Therese nuzzled close to each other. The cat yawned and hugged her avian friend close, unwittingly putting the two mice within inches of each other yet separated by two walls of lethal flesh. 'Well you were right.' Ally said with a smile. 'Told you it would be fun.' Therese grinned. 'Oh not about that.' Ally teased. 'You definitely do need a bath.'
