Hello there,

I present you Zero, my latest short story in the first person. This is the intro (as you can see, the story begins with chapter 0 eh eh eh). Anyway, this is going to be a straight erotica based in a very different dimension.

Hope you enjoy!

I stepped out, and there I was.

What I saw made me close my eyes to it: a surreal landscape that was now etched within me. Slowly I let my eyelids open, finding them adjusted to the light coming from a pale and even white sky.

The polished stone under my bare feet wasn't cold, but I couldn't turn my gaze down as I stared at the speck of flat horizon at the end of a_corridor_: as a matter of fact I was standing before two round columns on either side of me, tall exactly as much as they were spaced apart. Columns like those were placed at regular intervals and created the impression of a straight hallway, cloning itself to form a grid of squares that went as far as I could see.

Only by turning around did I come to the conclusion of finding myself in the middle of one of endless crossroads. There was nothing breaking the continuity as I looked down each of the four hallways, not being able to see through the staggering number of columns otherwise obstructing the view. Having just appeared in that strange world and it having had the time--however long that was--to settle in, I paused in feeling the pumping of my heart as if that was something I had not felt in a long time.

My breathing quickened: it was then that I realized whatever I lost forgetting was gone. Who was I, what was I doing there? I felt as if only a trace of what I've been had slipped in there, and that now I could only try to pick up the pieces.

Accustomed to a form I couldn't remember using, I walked up to one of the columns rising from the even floor; the hard polished surface it was made of vaguely reflected my image, but the light was so I could barely make it out. Only then did I turn my chin down to stare at the white robe I was wearing. For a moment I just couldn't take my mind off how I didn't realize I had it on, exploring the feeling associated to the touch of the fabric against a body covered only by it. Being as lost as I was it was only slightly encouraging how it reminded me of being a male; however I seemed to have points of reference to understand both myself and my surroundings, I just couldn't summon any memories; in a way it was odd for me to find that I was young because I seemed to know perfectly well what the opposite meant.

Lifting my forearms up I revealed my hands by dropping the sleeves. Blonde hair covered my slightly tanned skin, and as I closed my fingers into fists and rotated my wrists I gasped in staring at the large and healthy nails on my thumbs. Then I opened my fists, stretched my arms out only to bring them back, and my soft palms to my face hoping that may have been what I needed to do; but I only explored the features of a face and the short hair on a head that could have been anyone's.

I turned around rather suddenly, hoping that maybe something changed during that time I inspected myself, but I only found more of the columns. The reasoning part of me that had so far been helpful but rather unsuccessful, now suggested that I tried to voice out my concerns and see if someone out there would reply.

At first I tried but I could only move my lips and I had to shake myself out of disbelief before I could articulate a sentence that I had no idea in what language was spoken.

"Help!" I cried, "is anybody out there?"

My voice was deep but not loud. I was about to try again as I could pick up no sound coming from around me; it was really starting to get to me how I seemed to be the only entity in a place that was so void of life it reminded me of it. Wishing for someone to reply I shouted this time and it was as if my heart detached itself from my chest and dropped to my bare feet shattering into a thousand bits as I heard a distant female voice.

"I'm over here!" she had shouted, quite in distress.

Feeling so warm, fresh and excited I started to run through the columns in her direction, going from exact place to exact place to meet her.
