"W-Well I just wondered.." Rex back handed Sasha. She whimpered. "I-I'll go! Please!" She scooped up the money and rushed out the door. She walked down the snowy streets of San Fransisco. The place had just as many liquor stores as it did hospitals. But for some reason Rex only liked beer from the ABC. Mostly because it was the most expensive on Sasha's part. The ABC was the kind of store where a shooting would take place. But,surprisingly it hadn't happened yet.
Sasha grabbed a basket and strolled through the isles for the beer Rex usually drank. She examined a bottle that looked like it,then dropped it in the basket. She sighed as she walked up to the cashier. The young anthro working at the counter was a familliar looking squirl. She wore a pink flowing top with some skinny jeans. She was very pretty and didn't look like she should work here. Sasha covered her black eye with a strand of hair,the squirl looked like she would be concerned and call the police. As Sasha approached the squirl smiled brightly. Sasha also smiled gently and set up the beer. Before she bagged the item the squirl examined Sasha. "I'm sorry,it's none of my bisuness but..you look so familiar.whats your name?" The squirl asked. Sahsa blushed. "I-I'm Sasha." She suttered. The squirl grinned and her eyes lit up. "Holy cow! Sasha who!?" "Oh,Sasha Collins." Sasha replied. "Oh my gosh! I'm Tammy Willson. We went to High School togther!" Sasha thought for a moment then remembered everything. "Tammy!? Yeah,we where lab partners,we where in glee club! We played video games after school!" Tammy grinned. "You whipped my tail in Donkey Kong!" She said. Sasha giggled at the fun memories of hanging out with Tammy. Tammy looked at the clock. "You know,I'd love to catch up,and it's allmost my lunch break.Do you wanna go somewhere for a bite to eat?" She asked. Sasha forgot all about Rex's beer and agreed immediantly.
The two girls walked down the street to a local diner,talking the whole way. "I wish I had gotten your address in High School." Sasha said as she opened the door to the diner. Tammy smiled as she walked in. "Yeah,I allways wanted to hang out in college but I forgot about you and never got to it." Tammy said,taking a seat in a booth. The girls ordered and chatted as they drank some cokes. Tammy finished off her drink and set the glass at the end of the table for a re-fill. "So." She beagn,resting her arms on the tabel top. "Got a boyfriend yet?" She asked. Sasha nodded nervosly. "What about you?" Sasha quickly changed the subject. Tammy shook her head. "Can't find anyone to recgonize my awesomeness." She joked,and pretened to flex. Sasha threw her head back laughing. Tammy looked concered and pointed to her black eye. "Where did that come from?" She asked,her voice full of concern. Sasha placed her hair back over her eye. "N-Nothing!" Sasha,brushed it off.
Sasha walked back down the street to the apartment. "He is going to be so mad." She mumbled as she opened the door.
