Neighborhood Relationships

The conversation lasted the rest of the class period. We talked about the classes we were gonna have together and other stuff pertaining to life and how much it sucks. When class had finally ended the three of us left the school and started walking to our own houses. We kept walking in the same direction for at least 10 minutes before reaching one of our houses. While we were walking Dan said,
"Hey look! The brown house over to the left with the fancy swing that's my house. Ok. Now I want you two to wait here i'm gonna go put my backpack in my room.
Dan raced off to his house trying to be quick as possible. While Laina and I were outside I noticed that she started shivering at an abnormal rate. I responded,
"Laina are you cold? Come embrace me. My nice, soft fur will keep you good and warm."
As she hugged me I could feel her cold, soft fur rubbing against mine. I used my paws to rub her back gently and passionately, so she could warm up quicker. After embracing each other I noticed her constant shivering had come to an end. Then Laina gazed at me with most beautiful eyes ever and said softly,
"Thank you. I love being embraced by you."
Soon after saying that she gently laid her head on my shoulder and nuzzled me until Dan came back. When Dan came back he wanted to know why we embracing each other, but he didn't ask the question he just said,
"Ok. Who's house is next?"
Before we continued our walk together I took off my jacket and gave it to Laina.
"This will keep you warm until we get to your house" is what I announced before giving her the heated jacket. She put my jacket on and the expression on her face showed that the heat in that jacket felt wonderful. As we continued to explore our neighborhood we finally arrived at my house which was only a block away from Dan's house. I asked Laina and Dan,
"Hey do any one of you want to come in my house or meet my mom? She likes to meet my friends at school and get to know them and their parents as was as the kids themselves."
Dan happily said,
"Sure!"
Then Laina said softly, "Ok. I don't mind."
So after everyone agreed I lead them into my house. When they came in they saw a neat, clean house with black and silver furniture and utensils. After everyone was in I looked to find my mom in the kitchen concentrating deeply on making her bread dough soft, nice, and perfect. As I signaled them to come near me I said,
"My mom is one of the best cooks I've known especially when it came down to biscuits or anything that had something to do with dough."
After saying that my mom heard me, turned around and said with enthusiasm,
" Zigger your back from school and you brought guests that can stay for dinner. So who are your new friends?"
I brought them in the kitchen and responded,
"This is Dan he lives one block down the street and this is Laina."
As I announced my friends my mom greeted them with a flour covered face which was funny for a couple of seconds. After greeting both of them my mother noticed that my jacket was being worn by Laina. She asked me in a curious voice,
"Zigger go and show Dan your room. I just want a little private girl-on-girl time with Laina."
I couldn't say nothing but "Ok" and soon lead Dan to my room. While we were walking upstairs to my room I was wondering curiously what my mom wanted to talk to Laina about. As we left my mom started talking to Laina. Even though me and Dan were in my room we could still hear the conversation between my mother and Laina. My mother started talking first beginning with,
"Zigger's a nice, cute little vulpine isn't he."
And in a soft voice Laina chuckled, "Yes. Yes he is cute."
My mother continued, "If like him or maybe even love that's fine with me. He's had no one besides me for some years now and I would think it would be a new and good experience for him. So it's ok to date him if you want to, I don't mind. To tell the truth you're kinda cute yourself Laina and your name is beautiful also."
I couldn't keep my cheeks from turning red after overhearing what my mom had announced. I looked over at Dan and he was staring at an odd object I found when I lived in the Loner Wolf Village. I stopped blushing and gained control over it, so I could keep listening with my head to the soft carpet in my room.
Laina blushed and said, "Oh my god, I love your son! I want to be with forever and I can't be away from him! I love his soft, warm fur, his cute little ears, and I love him and I always will! Forever!"
After hearing that my mother said, "Well date him I don't mind and I bet he doesn't either. So just go ahead and tell him how much you love him. One more thing he's very, very shy, so he will blush and close his eyes, then...then you kiss him. Don't hold back, just keep it going and if it advances to stage two all I want you to do is have fun."
Laina and my mom laugh until there were little, tiny tear droplets coming from their eyes. Once the conversation was over i sat up, leaned against my bed, laid my head down, and closed my eyes pondering about what I just heard. Dan was going through all my games and systems, since there wasn't anything else he could do that was entertaining. When my mom was ready she allowed Dan and I back downstairs. Then once everyone was downstairs my mom said,
"Zigger I want you to walk Laina home. It's ok if she lives a couple of miles away you can still go to her house when you want to. If it's possible ask your friend's parents if they want to come over for dinner. Ok. Now go on and get going before it gets too dark."
I walked to the door and opened it for Dan and Laina then I left out after them. Once we were out the door and on our way my mom continued baking homemade bread. While we were waling the street lights turned on and gave off a hazy glow. It was getting darker with every step we took, so we had to speed up our pace a little. As we were walking Laina remembered what my mom had said then she chuckled and blushed until redness crossed over her beautiful muzzle. I looked over at her to see what she was laughing about, but she had finished when I saw her blush covered muzzle. She then grabbed hold of my arm and leaned her head on my shoulder and she licked my cheek with her warm tongue. Then she kissed me in my muzzle for a quick second, soon after she announced,
"That's my house. You can come in if you want to, since I have to ask her can I spend the night over your house."
We had stopped dead in our tracks when we heard what she said. Dan looked at me and I looked at him trying my hardest not to blush, then we heard her yell,
" Are you gonna come in or are you just gonna stare at each other?"
Then we ran a couple steps before getting to the front step of Laina's house. When we entered her house I noticed that her house was kinda like mine except she had sky, blue furniture and utensils, plus it was a little more feminine than mine. As I took a step forward I slightly bumped into this big, tall fox and the first thing that came to my mind was that that was her father. All I could do was say,
" Hello sir. I'm Zigger Wolf, I just moved here from the Loner Village. I also go to school with your wonderful daughter Laina and if you don't mind me asking, but my mom wanted to know if you, your wife, and Laina would join us for dinner."
The whole time I was talking I could feel my fur getting drenched from the sweat emitting from my head. He stared at me for a good minute then he smiled and said,
"Son. Relax, I'm not gonna chew you up and spit you out like these other fathers. And to answer your question, sure my family and I would love to join you and your mom for dinner, but first I want you to meet my wife. Ok. Follow me."
Dan was breathing intensely as if he ran a 100 meter dash and I almost passed out from the pressure and stress, but we both managed to make and find the strength in our legs to follow Laina's father to his wife. We had walked into what looked like the living and saw his wife sitting on their blue couch. Laina's dad whispered,
"Sweetie. Laina's friend wants us to join him and his mom for dinner."
She turned her head and said,
"Well that would be just wonderful. And it's nice to meet you my name's Kiki and my husband is Jack."
"I'm Zigger Wolf, I just moved here, and I go to school with Laina." Trying my best to not show my nervousness as I explained myself. Then once I was finished Laina's mom called for her to come downstairs, so they could go to my house. She came from her room with a bag, so she could spend the night. Her mother seen the bag then asked Laina why she had it and after Laina told her what she planned to do her mother agreed and we all left in their PMW going to my house which was only two blocks up the street.
