Marko got in the car, "Dude, this week sucked."
"You said it."
"I mean, first we have to play gay chicken, then my homosexuality is exposed-"
"Then we had that fight, and you got suspended for beating the shit out of Titus-"
"Oh yeah, I didn't see him today. How's he doing?"
"Honestly, he's fine, but he's trying to milk the whole thing to try to repair his self esteem."
"Oh, very honorable, trick other people into doing your will."
"Ha, yeah. So, um... there was something I've been wanting to tell you."
"You're gay?!"
"God I hope not, no offense."
"Oh, none taken. Although, it'd be easier for you, I mean, your brother's gay, so he'd understand."
"Yeah, but I've been a total asshole to him about it. He'd probably tease me if I turned gay."
"I doubt it. So, what'd you want to talk about?"
"Well, I haven't been able to stop thinking about that whole gay chicken thing."
"I don't think anyone has."
"Well, I mean, I've been having wierd dreams."
"Man, I do not want to hear about your sex fantasies-"
"What!? No! God, you're a pervert! I just, I mean, I've been having a dream, where it's the gay chicken thing, but it's... It's... It's meaningful?"
"Wait, what?"
"I don't know, it's probably nothing."
"But what if it's not? What if you actually are gay?"
"I don't know, man. And, anyways, I have a crush on Kiari, so I can't be gay."
"You could be bi."
"Ugh, that sounds even worse. What am I supposed to do then? Be a polygamist so that I can have both a guy and a girl?"
"I don't know, I'm gay, not bi. Bi's too wierd. It's like only for hermaphridites in my opinion."
"Yeah, but, you don't think I'm gay, do you? I mean, anyone would be confused by dreams like that, right?"
"Yeah, and dreams are really just things that have been on your mind a lot. I mean, people have been known to have dreams of video games and stuff."
"Yeah. So I'm not gay. I'm just... stressed."
"Probably."
"Yeah. Okay. I can live with that."
"Or you're totally gay and want to go out with me."
"Yeah, I doubt it."
"Oh, come on! It can't hurt to try."
"Try what?"
"Just... A kiss."
"No!"
"It'll solve the gay issue, and it'll make me shut up about it."
"Not happening."
"Please?"
"No."
"I won't tell anyone."
"I'm choosing not to be gay, so-"
"Come on! What's so bad about one kiss?"
"Well, a few things. One, you're a guy."
"A gay guy."
"Two, I'm a guy."
"Who might be a gay guy."
"Three, I have a crush on Kiari."
"Oh, please! We know that's not gonna work out unless you make the first move."
"No, it'll work out. I'm just taking it slow."
"Slow? Really? Slow and not at all are two different things."
"Yeah, as in slow with Kiari, and not at all with you."
"Oh, come on! Just one kiss!" I pulled the car into the drive way. I glanced around real quick to make sure Kyle's car wasn't here. If his green lambourghini wasn't here, neither was he.
"Fine."
"Yes!"
"But only to shut you up."
"I'll take what I can get."
"And if you tell anyone, I'll kill you."
"I'll do it for you."
"Good. So..." He hesitantly reached behind my head and pulled my head to his, for a quick kiss. He let go and I pulled away.
"So?"
"I... guess I'm gay?"
"Really?!"
"But don't tell anyone!"
"Not a soul."
"Promise."
"I promise."
"Good." We got out of the car.
"So, does this make us... us?"
"I don't know. Maybe. Honestly, I might not even be gay."
"But you liked the kiss."
"Yeah, but I've never been kissed, so I don't really know."
"Wait, you mean, I got your first kiss?!"
"No. Not until I'm officially gay."
"But assuming you are-"
"Which we are not."
"I got your first kiss?"
"Yes."
"Sweet."
"God, I hope that's just a spur of the moment thing. Like, I'm not actually gay."
"But you're so cute! And Kiari doesn't even like you that way."
"You don't know that."
"Didn't hear your name when she said who she had a crush on."
"That's because you were arguing with Alan."
"Oh, like you could hear?"
"Yeah, it started with T, so it's me or Titus."
"Or anyone else in the school who's name starts with a T."
"Yeah, yeah. So, other than prove I'm gay, what do you wanna do? I mean, you're here for the whole weekend, right?"
"Yeah. Hey, we should try to actually get all the way to the end, in vanilla minecraft."
"Okay. Sounds good."
