His fur is a light teal blue with black spots dotting his whole body. Long and narrow muzzle, tall ears. Usually dressed comfortably in a button down and loose fit pants, secured with a belt.

History: Vince's family had moved to America shortly after he was born during a time when the economy in Italy was at a low, and wanted a better life for their son than that. His father, Dante Vernmont, was a wealthy man when in Italy, but joined the military--having prior experience--when they moved as American business was a different language. His mother, Vienna, was a skilled chef and became somewhat renown in America for her culinary.

Despite constantly moving, spots of family drama, and parents who worked most of the time, Vince's parents did their best to teach him to work hard and be honest, doing well and school and showed music when he was young. But the slightly distant relationship he and his parents had left Vince lonesome, only with the arts for company. He had a knack for all kinds of arts, but neglected his schoolwork and had trouble connecting with other people, despite being a sweet hearted and intelligent kid. He told his parents of his telepathy when he first discovered them, after getting in a fight with another boy after overhearing a plan to hurt him. They only wished the best for their child, and taught him not to abuse his gift and treat others like they can read his mind as well, which lead Vince to tell only the truth.

Having his respect for the truth and a power to read minds only made it harder to connect with people, though, as it is only nature to lie for others. He found that most could not be as truthful as he was, and came to realize that most friends and lovers as they grew up became selfish and lied to him all the time. He grew distant, holding close only those who were as truthful as the day he met them, and those were few and far between.

Vincent was a man grown in his parents eyes by only sixteen, and made plans to join the military at eighteen, feeling that following in his father's footsteps would lead him to a more honest life. His father had his full backing, but his mother was upset. It turned out Dante had developed heart disease, and hardening arteries gave him only another three years to live. Vince promised he'd take care of her, but Vienna only said "Just go do what you were meant to, my son. I have a life of my own now, so you go have yours."

Feeling strangle free, but lonely, Vincent went on. His father died in a thankful five years, and Vince and his mother made his passing as happy as possible. His mother grew even more distant, to the point where she wouldn't answer Vincent's calls anymore. "I can't bare to talk to you anymore. You remind me too much of my dear husband. I love you, Vincent, but I need to live my own life now." It wasn't a surprise to him, as he was use to being alone. He just wished she would accept his Birthday and holiday cards...

Without much more to focus on, Vincent had gained renown for his excellent sniping skills, as well as a natural knack for recon and intelligence thanks to his telepathy. Over time he mastered the power to read multiple minds over a long range, and was assigned to command several recon and intelligence missions all over the world, effectively earning him a place in the worldwide special forces project.

When not on the battlefield, Vince would spend most his time alone with music or painting, or trying his best to connect with a person, and finding those rare few who could be totally honest. Having connection issues, he gets clingy--yet very loyal--to those who stay true to him.
