Damien said, "They won't come down here. You can rest up..."
Gabriel sort of yelled, "Then what...They won't stop. I don't know how they figured it out. But I'm dead to them now. And eventually they will wise up."
Damien had a stern look, "Then I'll take out every Angel if I have to."
Gabriel said, "There's no way. There will be angels far superior to the ones we faced."
Damien said, "I don't care. I'll take them on if I have too. You're my lover and I won't let you go. We now know the risk of our relationship, so now we have to find a way to deal with it."
Gabriel looked down, "This is all too much...Maybe for you're sake you should just leave me."
Damien took Gabriel's hand and said, "That is one option I'm not going to do. Besides we have a miracle too see."
Gabriel looked away, "Forget the miracle. Were only a little more than half way and will never make it with the elite Angels flying around."
Damien paused for a thought then said, "If we combine our disguise maybe we can sneak passed them."
Gabriel said, "I'm still weak..."
Damien stood up and kissed Gabriel on the forehead and then said, "Rest up; we'll start up again tomorrow."They took the time left in the day to rest. The next day Damien used a lot more power to merge with Gabriel to appear as a man. They walked out and found a car with the keys still inside. People had freaked out with all these angels flying around. There was no crime or anything like that. They stepped on it getting a few more states across. They were almost out of fuel. A group of angels stopped seeing the crash. They were ready to advance. Another car was working its way up. Martha and Sam were inside. All the angels hid from those two trying to keep the miracle alive. Martha stopped the car seeing the flipped car. Martha got out and bet down seeing both Damien and Gabriel were unconscious. Marta pulled them out then gasped seeing their wings. Sam walked out and pulled her by the skirt, "See I told you there were an Angel and a Demon."
Martha picked them up and put them in the car. Sam asked, "What are you doing?"
She said, "They need help." She rode up to a hotel. She placed them on two separate beds. Sam waited and fell asleep on a chair. Damien and Gabriel stayed asleep for most of that day and well rested into the next. Damien sat up first and Gabriel just opened his eyes.
Martha asked, "Are you ok?"
Damien looked down, "You helped us. Even me...I'm a demon."
Gabriel asked, "What are you saying?" He sat up and covered his mouth.
Martha sat at the edge of the chair, "So you can talk."
Sam woke up as well. Gabriel sat up, "It's true. You must understand I had to follow the rules which included no direct contact with humans."
Martha said, "I see..."
Damien asked, "Why would you help us?"
Martha said, "I believe in helping those in need. So what I saw on the television was that..."
Gabriel said, "That was me. I was supposed to complete the miracle and guide you to California. Then I met him and I fell in love with him."
Martha asked, "An Angel and a demon?"
Damien said, "We both had gut feeling and went through with it. Turns out since were lovers now heaven is out to get us"
Martha asked, "Why are you here?"
Gabriel said, "To make sure the miracle still happens. I might end up in limbo but I'd be willing to risk it...after all you saved us. Now were both in your dept."
Martha asked, "So what happens now?"
Sam stood up, "I have an idea."
Everyone looked at Sam. Sam said, "I'll switch my cloths with the Angel. And the angels will think I'm him."
Damien asked, "Are you insane? That's a death wish. No human can stand up to the power of an Angel."

Damien looked at Gabriel and Gabriel nodded. Gabriel went into the rest room and so did Sam. They traded cloths. Gabriel pulled off what was left of his wings down. Sam pulled the wings to his mother she would grabbed some rope tying the wings on tightly. Damien took Gabriel and Gabriel said, "Keep heading to California. If were lucky we'll meet you there."
Damien and Gabriel left with Martha. Sam left last. Martha took the car making some good distance. Some of the angels started to head toward Sam. They tackled him down. The biggest Angel came in. He was the Angel who had discovered Gabriel's betrayal. The Angel took out a mace and said, "Now then by the name of god..."
Sam cried, "I'm a human..."
One of the Angel's asked, "Jason, this isn't Gabriel. Look at his wings. There tied on with a rope."
Jason lowered the shirt just a bit. Jason said, "We've talked near a human...fine, so human where is Gabriel?"
Sam asked, "What are you going to do with me?"
Jason said, "We will grant you access to heaven."
Sam pulled away, "But I've sinned."
Jason said, "We will expel that sin. Just give us Gabriel."
Sam asked, "What if I don't help?"
Jason looked down, "Then I will have no choice but to send you to limbo."
One of the Angels said, "What? We can't kill a human."
Jason said, "God has no mercy for this sick boy. He's damned. So we have no choice."
He pointed to Sam and said, "Now tell me where Gabriel is."
Sam cried, "There heading to California."
Jason smirked, "Finally, we can put an end to this. Come Sam you shall serve in heaven once this is over."
Jason took his hand and Jason teleported the group to California. Gabriel, Damien and Martha arrived at the prison. They got out the car. They saw Sam's father. Then they looked down the street to see Jason's angels and Sam teleport to them. Jason said, "Gabriel, we meet at last. The former guardian of the horn, yours sins shall land you in limbo."
Damien yelled, "You'll have to get through me first."
Jason yelled, "Shut up vile demon. This is none of you're concern."
Damien said, "I beg to differ. I love Gabriel and I won't let you take him anywhere."
The father came down. Jason teleported and grabbed the father.
One of the angels asked, "What are you doing? "
Jason said, "Gabriel give yourself up or I will send him in your place."
Gabriel was about to speak but then Sam spoke up, "Take me instead."
Jason said, "Trust me, when I say you will be dealt with. I have one mission and I will do anything to complete it."

The light spread, God pulled all the angels up along with Gabriel. And God also sent all the demons back underground. The family was left unconscious with a memory swipe of the viewing of angels or demons. God went back to heaven. One year passed, Sam and his family now lived in California. Sam now had a boyfriend. Meanwhile in hell Damien was so depressed. Satan tried to connect with his Son, but he was often in his room crying. Damien kept getting a knock at his the door. He couldn't bare it anymore. He ripped open a whole to Earth and flew up. Damien looked around. A light beamed down from the sky. Damien looked up thinking he was in for a fight right away. He got ready as one different angel came down. Damien looked at the angel with the black and silver uniform; his wings were also in both shades of black and silver. His slick hair also matched. Damien took out his trident and asked, "Who are you and what do you want?"
The angel smirked, "It's me Gabriel..."
Damien stepped, "Yeah right."
Gabriel leaned in and kissed Damien. Damien pulled away and asked, "Gabriel...you look...different."
Gabriel nodded, "God made me an archangel. I have a new mission now. I came back to watch over Sam and his boyfriend."
Damien crossed his arms, "I thought god wasn't a fan of gays..."
Gabriel said, "That's funny...because he talked to me about that...and well he thinks we should be with each other. Things in heaven have changed."

Damien wore an all while suit just like the purple and black cloths from the start. Satan was there was well. He stood next to the light. Satan said, "Brother it's been too long. This is quite the event."
God said, "Don't get used to it."
Satan smirked, "Of course not. This atmosphere is really boring. But Damien..."
God said, "If either of these two wants to return they may whenever they want."
Damien and Gabriel kissed at the altar. Satan asked, "What ever happened to Jason?"
God said, "For his willingness to do anything, I sent him to limbo."
Satan said, "Very well. I'm gone."
Satan teleported away, Damien and Gabriel went to earth to enjoy their honeymoon. They went in disguise and met up with Sam and his boyfriend to become friends once again.
