Previously on the Digi-Dead:Fox looked at Falco while still holding onto Guilmon. Falco sighed, "I put glass under the right wheel. It wasn't supposed to even go out that far."

Fox asked, "Why would you do that?"

Falco looked down and muttered out, "I don't know the cure..."

Fox let go of Guilmon. And everyone else now looked to Falco. Falco admitted, "I knew I didn't have much to offer. I made up the lie but I didn't think it would drag out this far. I'd be the first to say that I'm smarter than all of you but I still don't know if there is a cure at all. I just thought DC had the best place to keep us locked down, I wanted to survive."

Scourge was driving the car they took. They followed up behind the van with the white cross on it. Beside him was Blackgatomon. She was pretty quiet. Scourge saw a walker on the road he toppled over it and crushed it twice to make just a bit more distance. The van was heading into one of the early cities Veemon and the others attempted to clear a while back. Blackgatomon broke the silence and asked, "Why are we doing this?" Scourge kept up a steady pace as he answered, "Because were still trying." The van drove up the empty lane the other side was still filled with many dead cars. The city was attacked heavily and it showed the buildings were nearly destroyed. It was nice and dark giving the cover of darkness. The van stopped near an intersection so Scourge stopped a bit behind never getting careless in his pursuit. Blackgatomon asked, "Why don't we take them out now?" Scourge said, "We don't know what their capable of. We don't even know if there more of them." A man walked out and started heading off. A walker came up against Blackgatomon side. She didn't even flinch. She remained very still as if it wasn't even there. It took at least minute for the man to return. He got back in the van. When the van was off Scourge attempted to go again but it stalled right into a dead end. Scourge said, "Damn...we can run from here." Blackgatomon opened the window and stabbed the walker with a knife. They got out and headed deeper into the city. They found a building and Blackgatomon said, "In here." They went into the building and started checking the halls. It was an office building. Scourge asked, "You've been here before?" Blackgatomon answered, "Once." They got to an open area with a large cylinder. On their left there were two doors. Blackgatomon grabbed a movable office desk and moved it away from one door and blocked the other. They went through the grey door finding a small room. Inside were bunk beds. Scourge asked, "Beds?" Blackgatomon sat down "We haven't done this in a long time." Scourge sat down next to her, "True enough..."

Scourge laid down Blackgatomon filling her with his green cock. He had not felt a tension in a long time. he pushed feeling her tightness wrap around him. Her moans freely escaping her. He went straight for it not wanting to lose to much energy. He shut his eyes coming out rather quickly. Blackgatomon sort of pushed him off, "Damn...That's it." Scourge looked away, "Maybe things have changed..."

There was a knock from a few doors down. Blackgatomon woke up and Scourge held her down, "Please rest some more." She laid back down on the bed. She was able to rest until next morning. She sat up and looked outside the window as she saw Scourge burning the bodies. She came out and joined him. Blackgatomon said, "Thanks." Scourge said, "No problem." Blackgatomon looked down, "I've been trying too...but it's been hard. Those kids..." Scourge nodded, "I know there not here." Blackgatomon said, "It's worse than that. There not here because of me. Because I felt like it had to be done. I went to the darkest place I could and I did what I felt had to be done. To be honest I think this is a waste of time. I don't even know Beth that well. But you...you treat her as if she was you're daughter. That's a shame...Kiff doesn't even recognize us as his parents even to this day but this total stranger has somehow made you go out this far...and for all we know she could be dead." Scourge looked down, "Look, were doing this because she was in our group." Blackgatomon asked, "Is she? She's a human. And we've never been on terms with humans before." Scourge asked, "What about Lena or Tara?" Blackgatomon said, "To me there just bodies waiting to rack up. Tools we could use. If that means I'm going to hell then so be it. When I first met you as the king I thought you were merely a boy and I fell in love from the first few sentences that we spoke to each other. But you've grown now and I felt like I had to tell you everything." Scourge asked, "Then be honest with me...do you think our relationship is ruined?" Blackgatomon said, "I don't know. We held more than a decade together. Truly the longest couple to last in this world. Perhaps were being tested...or...I don't know? Maybe this is things coming to an end." Scourge said, "From what we did, we could end up with another kid. This time we could do things right. But that means we've got to keep trying." They found a room close by with a nice few of the city during the day. Scourge spotted a white van at the ledge of a bridge. Scourge said, "There...we can found out were they are from that van." Blackgatomon looked out and saw it. The two of them left the room.

They went outside to check it out the van. There were walkers around a corner Scourge and Blackgatomon made it to. Scourge pulled off his bag taking out a pad and a lighter. He lit the paper on fire then tossed it. The walkers were drawn to the light. Scourge and Blackgatomon go to the bridge. Blackgatomon asked, "Do you think I am wrong?" Scourge kept walking along with her and said, "About us?" Blackgatomon nodded. Scourge looked down, "To be honest I first thought our love was just a thing of chance. There were even moments when I thought it happened by complete accident. I mean it happened pretty quickly. Over something so small...just eyes...But now...small things are all we have left. Every day with you is a miracle." Blackgatomon asked, "You still believe in miracles?" Scourge smirked, "Well from the moment I met you...yes...Is that stupid...maybe but I don't care. I'd take that over giving up any day." Blackgatomon asked, "Do you think I've given up?" Scourge stopped at the van and said, "You tell me." They opened the back doors. Scourge said, "It's nearly fallen over." Blackgatomon said, "Let me check it out, I'm smaller." Scourge hopped on regardless and went to the front which was leaning off the bridge. They checked all the compartments finding very little. Scourge checked the slab in the back. Blackgatomon looked in the mirror seeing walkers coming in. Blackgatomon said, "We've got company." Scourge checked seeing Merriam Hospital on the stretcher. They tried fighting out but there supplies were short. They were able to take out three walkers before being overwhelmed. They hurried back in the van. Scourge sat down as well as Blackgatomon. Scourge said, "Buckle up...this is gonna suck." They buckled up as the walker tipped the van off the bridge and the van hit the ground below.

Scourge looked up seeing the bag deployed and they heard a thump on top of the van. He stumbles out and grabbed Blackgatomon was also bruised. They slowly made their way back to the city. They were stumble to a building near the hospital to get a better view of the situation. They went right up seeing there was a bridge connector to another building. There were walkers in small tents and sleeping bags. Scourge raised a brow this was one of the weirder places to see a walker. They made their way through Scourge using his crossbow to take one out and retrieve the bolt from it. They stumbles passed the walker in the tent not bothering to risk opening it and it sliding out and scratching one of them. They reached the end and they heard, "Freeze right there." Coronamon stepped out with a gun in hand holding them up. He said, "I'm sorry, but I really need weapons. So drop them." Scourge held out his crossbow and said, "You're making a big mistake." Coronamon took the crossbow when Scourge lowered it on the ground. He said, "You two look tough. So..." He backed up ripping the tents open letting the two walkers out. Scourge took out his knife taking out the first one. Blackgatomon raised up her gun aiming at him and Scourge pulled her down before she could shot. They followed up after taking out the second walker down another hall. Blackgatomon led on with the gun hand. They stopped seeing a walker with a bolt stuck in its neck. Scourge had picked up a machete from one of the dead walkers along the path. He killed the walker with the machete and took out the bolt. They made it to a turn. Blackgatomon was tackled by a walker right at the turn. Scourge came up and took it out with a knife she struggled and yelled, "Just go!" Scourge gave chase. Coronamon got stuck with a shelf blocking a door and walker behind him. Scourge tackled Coronamon into the shelf knocking it down on him. Blackgatomon caught up. Scourge pulled out a lighter. Blackgatomon asked, "What are you doing?" Scourge said, "If you're giving up, then so am I. This creature tried to kill us so I say we kill'em before anything else." Blackgatomon said, "Don't...were still both here. He's clearly not even as used to this as we are. Just save him." The walker was stuck wedged between the door and the shelf. It could almost reach Coronamon. Scourge lit up the lighter, "We don't have to save him. I say we leave him here like how he left us..." He lit up a smoke he had and started walking away as Coronamon was pleading for help, "Please..." Blackgatomon had a single tear come down, "Save him or this thing with you and me is over..." Scourge already shot in mid-sentence taking out the walker. She lifted him up and guided him on her shoulder. They went back to the first floor. She walked outside looking to her right. And in an instant she was hit by a police car. Scourge pushed forward, Coronamon pulled him back, "Wait, there are too many of them...But they save her I swear. But seriously were just two creatures. There's no way we could take them all..." They people in the car took in in a stretcher. Scourge backed up, "we have backup..." They went out another way and secured a truck. They headed back leaving the town Scourge had a look prepared for a fight.
