#2 of The coldness of joy
this is the second part of Enders and Jacobs story though id lighten it up a bit before getting down to the darker parts of his future and my imagination x3
Ender looked at the ticket to the concert in his hand before sighing to himself then looking at his laptop screen looking deep into the pixel eyes of Jacob. Before nodding reluctantly and speaking with a little fear in his voice "sure ..I'll go with you " right at that moment Jacob green eyes lit up and he smiled the biggest smile before shouting "AWSOME!! ..." Ender jumped out of surprise and fell backwards off his chair before getting back up before Jacob could speak again after having a the kind of happy fit that a child has after getting a double sugar rush.
Jacob calmed and continued to smile before finally speaking "ok.. be there six o'clock don't be late" Ender went to talk but Jacob had already left leaving him speechless. Ender's whole world was called into question every one of the questions flowing through his dark mind without a answer which only lead him to believe that he had to go and meet up with Jacob to get the answers he wanted. Without hesitation he put on a jacket and some jeans then headed out of his dimly lighted apartment to spend the evening with the one guy he trusted in a long time.
Jacob was standing there wearing a rock band T-Shirt and some really small shorts which only made Ender blush before his eyes met up with Jacobs the shorts barely covering his ass cheeks as he moved closer to him swaying his hips till there was only inches between them. When they looked into each other's eyes the whole world seemed to slow down for a moment the street lights blurred out and the people walking by seemed to slow down to the point you could hear a fly beat its wings or as if someone drank one hundred cups of coffee and suddenly slowed down time for no reason.
Jacob took Ender by the paw and walked with him inside while the collie was still blown away by the dingo's such revealing clothing. They headed inside the building for the concert walking between the crowds to the drink and food stands as well as stopping at the arcade for a while to stair and play some games from shooters to dancing the fact that Jacob was acting so upbeat was really touching Enders heart.
Before the concert even began as they both went to head for their seats Jacob stopped in his tracks looking at the claw machine with a bunch of pushy toys inside. Ender looked at Jacob curiously before looking to the machine "you want one of the stuffed toys huh? " Jacob looked at Ender with puppy dog eyes pleading with him to win him one. "Please win me one..Please I really want one Ender" Ender sighed then walked to the machine putting in one cent and playing the machine repeatedly for a couple of minutes Jacob stood at the side his face against the glass as Ender kept playing the machine till he eventually won.
Ender handed Jacob a stuffed kitty that looked like a Frankenstein monster with different body parts stitched together at the moment he reached over and took it from Enders hands Jacob giggled and hugged him tight leaving Ender frozen and slightly unsure as to what to do next. Jacob only nuzzled into his chest then grabbed his paw dragging him to their seats in the stands to the side of the stage but instead of sitting in his seat Jacob pushed Ender into his seat and used his lap to get comfy murring as Ender kept his hands by his sides.
As the concert rolled on they both started head banging as the music blared out from the giant speakers every last person in the crowd cheered and shouted out as the band continued to play all the way through the night. But as soon as it comes to the final song the slowest song of the night Enders mind and heart slowed and sank as his feelings on love and caring for others we're clear and upset him to his very core but before he could start to cry Jacob made him look into his eyes and slowly comforted him stroking his cheek gently with a light touch.
Ender looked at Jacob with a scared face the kind of face only scared of being hurt by love once more while Jacob only continued to comfort then collie trying to take his thoughts away from his dark past.
Jacob: "Ender please..focus on me...no one else not even the past ok..just me"
Ender shakes his head refusing to believe it was safe to fall for a moment like this again the same moments he had felt before weeks before they only seemed to last a brief amount of time till the guy or girl he loved left him standing there.
Ender: "I..I..I cant...it hurts too much"
Jacob held Enders hand and moved his face closer to his smiling before whispering into the collies ear "it's ok...I'm here for you now" Enders body relaxed then slowly he could feel his concrete heart start to beat again making sounds similar to stones and rocks rubbing together. The heart beat soon sped up as Jacob slowly moved in to lay his lips upon Enders to the point it was thrown into overdrive braking away out of its rocky shell to now beat freely like a normal person for once in Enders life.
The kiss intensifies as they started swapping saliva the heat between them built up as their tongues rubbed against each other as the lude sounds of squishy wetness escaped from their lips. a small long string of saliva was what connected their lips when they parted for a brief moment before going back to kissing as the stage fireworks set off to mark the point in time as of it was something to never forget.
They the kiss kept going the feeling of sparks flying and magic in the air soon flowing till eventually breaking the kiss due to the need to breath air. They both smiled and soon left the concert after it was over Ender knew this was a start of a new chapter in his life. Ender whispered into Jacobs ear "if this is a dream...I never want to wake up" Jacob only giggled to himself and nodded before responding "It's not a dream hun only the beginning of our life together" they continued the walk home as if they were hyper and happy although they never even touched or took any drugs.
with Jacob by his side and the feeling that this love was something that will never break down like it had before even if he still carried the emotional and physical scars on him forever. His life soon changed around him his apartment changed from the old dark place that it was to a home which now welcomed the morning sun rather than keeping it out with the curtains drawn. The walls painted from a dark black to a light blue and yellow followed by changes in the bedroom and kitchen along with new bits of furniture being brought in to complete the apartments transformation.
Jacob soon moved in to Enders apartment picking up the dingo's clothing and stuff in boxes from his old home into Enders apartment even if they had barely any room to put it in. Jacob put the boxes into the only spare room in the apartment sneakily planning on sharing a bed with Ender which did not escape the attention of the collie but did not seem to bother him that much.
The first night they spent together in the same bed felt like something that was meant to happen in Enders eyes holding the dingo in his arms while resting on his side in a deep sleep. Both of them wearing nothing but a vest and female panties to cover their bodies as they slept mostly due to the feeling that it gave them rather than the lame excuse that women's underwear is more comfortable.
but the question kind of still remained while they both laid there in bed under a sky light with the moon light shining through what would become of this new found love? would it last or is there a thorn in the tale yet to be found?
