This is a life long project that I've been working on for a while. A lot more to come. Remember; this is just a prologue so it doesn't go into deep details.

In Old Times there was this tree called Azra, the Tree of Life. It was considered to be the mightiest creation of one of the Four Forces, Life. It resided in the proud Land of the Fire Trees named Arabor where Kings and Queens of ancient times reigned. The firs king, Ané Enero, which meant Father of the Kings, decided that Azra had to be guarded from people with ill intentions since his queen Ìreya, the first of queen of Arabor, saw a magical potential in the Holy Tree. It was quite unusual - that two different Lands, from North and South, reined by their respective race, humans and elves, made the decision to make a common Land. To show their unity the king had to be a human and the queen an elf. The insightful Queen Ireya found a way to use the Holy Tree for magical purposes without using her own life force which was essential to exercise sorcery and magic. This gave the Land of Fire Trees a protective advantage over Azra since the Elves have the ability to sense negativity among the livings giving them the possibility to prevent evil infiltration of the Holy Tree in their reign and the generations to come. This made the fundament for making the greatest structures of all time: A fortress that could defend like no other thing, viewed from afar, resembling a gigantic crown. King Enero called it, in his own tongue from the North, Cirith Arabor; the Capital of Land of the Fire Trees.

For centuries the Capital grew in wealth and population, learned to use the Holy Tree commonly, making it one of the most impressive Wonders of the World. The Monarchy of this pure Land, a mix between humans and elves called miscere, had peace with their own origins alike and within the borders of Arabor; humans from the cold North and elves from the comforting South.

But that was going to end...

In the realm of the Nothingness one of the other Forces got jealous of the masterpieces of Life even though they had made an agreement of not interfering with the World, Rithen, after the creation of Circle of Life. They both got benefits from the agreement but the counter to Life could not stand the perfection of all living beings and started to pull its malicious plan into action by giving an inevitable prophecy to the very young Court Sorcerer of the Monarchy. The young sorcerer, in his obsession of Death, exclaimed with a sinister, cold and ominous voice:

"In these very walls of Royalty two births will have a fateful course for all beings. The first birth will be Servant of the Death, engulfed by desire, given by the Four Forces. The second birth will be hunted down by the firstborn for the ultimate completion of Re'Entar, the Apocalypse of Rithen"

The two who reigned over the Arabor when the prophecy was told was named King Alvar, the 3rd and Queen Mereya, the 4th agreed to demand a birth control of every newborn inside the Walls of the Royal Castle. Even the security could not prevent Life from taking its rapid decision it took: Life took the life force of Azra, made it fall into deep, deep slumber but let one leaf being untouched. Queen Mereya demanded the leaf to be placed in the Sealed Chapel, ensuring the only intact part of Azra because she sensed danger in the future.

Some decades went by since the ominous prophecy. In those decades a child prodigy was raised among the common people, gained fame and honor through the militia. He was named Arustor, the Great General. The Court Sorcerer saw a magical potential in this prodigy of war and introduced Arustor to the magical arts which was far more dangerous than practicing warfare. Arustor became very fond of magic and sorcery along with his master who was aging fast, a result of practicing magic.

Few years later Arustor gained enough trust of his master and thus the master made the decision which he would regret for the rest of his life. The master introduced Arustor to the ancient papyrus and scrolls which contained wisdom and knowledge, derived from the Four Forces; Universe, Time, Life and Death. That day where Arustor dwelled himself in the papyrus and scrolls an urging and irresistible question came to his mind: "Can the balance between the Four Forces be manipulated?" His master sensed this question and so did Queen Mereya while she became pregnant but they did not make any actions.

Months went by and Queen Mereya fell very ill because of the negativity she sensed in the future while she was giving birth. The Court Sorcerer and the best medical elves could not save her from her deprecated death; death caused by negativity. So the newborn child was raised by the Royal Midwife Tira, an elf from the South. Meanwhile Arustor had been poisoned by this reemerging question. There was no way for his master to recourse him to the right path. The master discovered that Arustor had been experimenting with life and life force through himself and animals. The master immediately prohibited Arustor from his studies and asked King Alvar of banning him from the land.

It was already too late.

With Arustor's influence of the army and his power of magic he assembled his own militia and fled deep into the Land of Darkness. It resided beside all the three allied lands which were perfect for Arustor. Arustor knew he would not be able to answer this question in his lifetime unless he made himself immortal. He made a pact with the Death itself; like the Court Sorcerer he communicated with Death through obsession:

"For immortality I demand the souls of every Royal family member of Arabor! If you complete your task you'll be what you need for answering your question"

Few weeks later a war had begun inside the giant ring wall of Cirith Arabor.

As the war raged through the city King Alvar demanded Midwife Tira to take his child and escape through the land with his Endra.

"You must escape with my only heir and child and prevent the prophecy to be fulfilled! I give the intact Azra leaf and my will of my Endra to you as an escape" he exclaimed, pointing at secret passage which led to the Sealed Chapel where every Endra were made. Midwife Tira understood the danger and situation, followed the order without hesitation. As she entered the Sealed Chapel she saw that many of the Endras had disappeared: An Endra is a living statue, resembling a nature-looking dragon. Its lifetime depended on the lifetime of its owner. Midwife Tira made King Alvar's Endra came to life placed herself with the child in her arms on top on the living statue and fled through the many secret passages and corridors and at last flied through the dark night sky for a short time.

"Land now, Endra, and run instead" she thought as she knew that King Alvar wouldn't live for long again. The Endra followed her order and ran. It took hours before they reached through the South Gate of the Great Ring Wall and few minutes later the Endra began to melt and disintegrate. Tira quickly stopped it and ran on her feet, knew where she had to go.

That day was called the Dark Massacre and the Beginning of the End. The Fire Trees lost their color of the flame and died. Since then Arustor was known as Alastor, the Servant of Death, searching for the only living man of the Monarchy while he still had time to do it and the last member of the Monarchy was called The Survivor.
