From the publicly released files of United Law Enforcement and Military International:

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY

Law Enforcement in the border city districts under the control of the Feline Federation:

Pacific South Eastern Sector

Pacific North Eastern Sector

Arctic East Sector

Antarctic East Sector

Central Lake Sector

Are authorized to use AMD -76 Non Lethal Type R rounds on ALL feline minors under 16.

In accordance with Code(s):


International Juvenile Code

IJC § 24.3(a) Only non-lethal force may be used against juveniles under the age of 16.

(b) Regresene use is categorized as non-lethal as per IMS-106 Revision 09/07/-2193 APD and it therefore legal by the standards determined by IJC § 24.3(a)

(c) In the event that Regresene is used, the minor receiving the dose will be given full Feline Federation Citizenship and will be extradited for adoptive rehabilitation in accordance to FJPC § 20.2(a).


Feline Juvenile Penal Code

FJPC § 20.2(a) In the event an officer of the peace brings into custody a juvenile under the age of 16.

(1) The juvenile in question shall be

(i) Presumed guilty until innocent and treated as such. Any obtained evidence is sufficient, so long as it is not obtained under duress.

(ii) Until the suspected individual is found innocent, it will be mandatory for the said individual to either

(I) Be returned to the nearest relative to undergo a mandatory adoptive rehabilitation program.

(II) Have custody transferred for up to 18 years in adoptive rehabilitation to a state approved family of the same species unless the species is not available.

(III) Have custody transferred for up to 18 years in adoptive rehabilitation to a state approved family of a related species.
