For centuries, the Selenveen family has been shrouded in mystery and legends. Some say that there were once gods that existed beyond our comprehension,demons that came from hell to kill us all and many,many more. However all these claims are false. The Selenveens were once a royal family that ruled over the nine universes ever since they were first created several trillion years ago. There were many of them,spanning across the nine universes and the ones outside of them by the hundreds.Some thought they were another race entirely but that is false. The Selenveens were from a dimension and universe that we could never possibly comprehend. It is said that this was dimension number seventy seven. What this dimension exactly is,remains unknown as does the universe.
Stretching back several trillion years, The Selenveens first revealed themselves to the primitive races in the nine universes at the start of the civilization era and gave to them the knowledge that they held within them. This in turn allowed many races to reach modernization and eventually space travel. However some were not happy with such knowledge and wanted more. Over the course of a thousand years, various Selenveen family members came under attack by various people in the nine universes. Most of them did not survive these attacks and most of them were beaten with an inch of they're life until the forcibly gave them more knowledge. Seeing such violence,the Selenveens moved to crush those who targeted members of their family which resulted in a large scale war.
During this time, the Head of the family had three children who were destined to revive the Selenveen family should they loose the war,which they did. Helena,the oldest,spirited her brothers away at her father's last dying wish. Doing so,Helena ran away with her brothers to the nine universes in secrecy and gave them to good families that would protect them and care for them as if they were their own. Helena,disappeared from the world after that and was never heard from again.Years passed and the Selenveens were eventually eradicated from existence,or so they had thought. All that remained were the three children of the Selenveen family Head. Eventually,the family was forgotten altogether and by this time,Alexander and Maxwell were in adulthood.
However there are three unique traits about the Selenveens that makes them unique as a whole. Each family member didn't have an organic heart but instead needed their soul to stay alive,many hid their souls in various places while others kept it with them at all times. The second trait is that all Selenveens could see the flow of time but not interact with it under any circumstances. They could see the past and the future. The final trait is that each Selenveen could manipulate an energy called The Abyssmal Flow,an energy that was the life blood to all other Energies. They could cancel it out or destroy it from a person's being entirely.
Lastly, The Selenveens were the only family have its own plane of existence outside of Creation. This plane is often referred to as 'The Blank World' which was and still is a world of endless white nothingness. Only a Selenveen could enter this world and only a Selenveen could leave it. In ancient times it was used to lock away dangerous threats to Creation whether it be a god or a simple mortal man. Now-a-days,it is barren of all life and remains untouched since their fall.The only one to frequent this world is Alexander Selenveen,who may be the only other one to know of its existence aside from his older sister Helena.
