I myself was in an ocean around a beach, where I watched all the people who walked by, these disgusting

people, littering my territory with their, what the humans called them, towels,beach balls, and umbrellas.

But even though I despise humans, there was this one particular guy, who would always surf around where

I was. I swam quickly to a large rock which I hid behind, so the human wouldn't notice me. I watched this

human every day, surveying him, wondering how he glided on the water so fast, the humans called it surfing,

but what is surfing? As I wondered what this so called "surfing" was, I slowly creeped out of my hiding

spot to the middle of the water where the human was and poked my head above the water, but just as I

did that, the human crashed into me.

The human flew maybe 50 feet, smashed his leg into my face, and hit

another part of land. Something about him made me rush to him,but how to help him? I swam to him and

crawled up on the land where he was. The young boy was still breathing, "a good sign" I thought to myself

as I took my wing and lifted him, then taking my second wing and holding him in a sort of hugging way.

With no wings, I simply had to walk to where my home was. The human's head was bleeding, but I saw the

human wake up in my arms, which I switched my wings into a cradling position. The human looked at me and

noticed I was holding him. The human jumped out of my arms, and noticed one of his legs was broken.

I gave the man a curious look, and put a thought into the human's head. "Hello. I am lugia, I was

watching you, and you crashed into me, are you alright?" The man's eyes bugged at me, clearly noticing

I was talking to him through telepathy. The human said to me "You can use telepathy? I've never met one

of your kind, can I..." The human walked up to me and rubbed his hand over my wings and beak. The way

the human touched me was kind of nice, the human obviously, to me, didn't seem a threat. The human asked

me "Why did you rescue me? And why we're you spying on me?" I sent a thought to his mind "I rescued you

because you got hurt, my fault really, I'm sorry. And I was spying on you because...something about you

is intriguing to me, I don't like most humans, but you...you're different, something about you...intrigued

me."

I thought to myself "What was so intriguing about the human?" Was it his hair? No, his hair looked

like most humans. Was it his height? He was rather short to me, but humans don't get very tall. Was it

his voice? I was unsure what he was so intriguing of. A warm feeling took over my body, it started from

the middle of my legs. The human looked at me and walked up to me. It hugged me, unlike most humans who

would stare at me and be disgusted from me. I took my wing, which encased the human, and hugged him back.

The human then stepped back and smiled. The human walked up to me and stepped on my leg for support, and

kissed my beak. Was he in love? Was I in love with him? The human said to me "Do you have a place I could

maybe...recover at?" A wide smile went across my face. Yep, I was in love with this human.

The human said to me "Hello?" I said "Yes, let me take you. Hold on to my back." I crouched

down and let the human climb upon my back and I flew to my cave home. The human climbed off with one leg and I pointed him to a bed I had.

The human gave me another smile before laying on the bed. The human said to me "Thank you. I never knew how

caring your kind was." I said to the human "Well thank you, I can mend your bones if you want." The human said

to me "It's okay, my leg is just sprained is all, nothing too terrible." I said to the human "Well at least let

me clean your forehead." The human said to me "What? Oh that, I didn't even notice, well alright." The human laid

upon the bed, waiting for me to cleanse his head. I went to a little waterfall in my cave, grabbed a small bowl,

dumped it on one of my wings, and started to pat the human's head.

The human simply stared at me and smiled. Why

did this human love me so much? And why did I fall in love with him so easy? And why with a human? After a few more

minutes, the human was back to normal and walking, but still wincing in pain. I said to the human "I think you might

need to stay here for another night, okay? You need some recuperation time." The human said

"Well alright, if you don't mind, thanks again. But you of all pokemon, why did you save me? I don't even know you

very well." I said to the human "I said, something about you intrigued me, and so...I saved you, I'm not sure why

either." The human said to me "I'm tired, I think I'll go to bed." I myself was tired as well, and decided to go to bed.

Since the human was in the only bed, I decided I would sleep beside him. The human noticed I was sleeping beside him, and

he crawled back into my wings. I took both my wings and held him there, wondering why this human in particular loved me so

much.
