Appearance

Sheridan is a human at first when met by the player, but after recruiting him, Sheridan will reveal to have lost his humanity and is a Salamander himself. He is coated with scales on his legs, back, and forearms, has a long scaly tail equipped with a sharp axe attachment. Light sapphire eyes shows that he is calm and able to reason or talk with, but when red it is best to avoid him unless you want to fight with your life on the line: His hair lengthens up to his shoulder with an ebony color and is tied up into a ponytail with a homemade band made of vines. (Herm text only) Sheridan sports a pair of DD breasts which he constantly adjusts in his armor if he's wearing it. Otherwise he lets them hang free while adjusting his armor to have it more comfortable when fighting.

History

Like the player, Sheridan is a human that came from the same village. He states that they were foolish to send someone as dangerous as him to help the village thrive. Confused of why he states he's dangerous, gives the player a chance to ask why. Sheridan will explain that with mastery of a dark blade makes him a force to be reckoned with since on rare chances with one swipe of the blade he wields will instantly kill the target. How this does not apply to the player is beyond him. Asking why he hasn't destroyed Lethice makes him growl at the player and storm off to find Kiha (if player has her as a follower/lover) or to leave for a few hours. (Can be found at the swamp or plains, but best not to bother him unless you want to fight)

Encounters

Initial encounter

Sheridan can be found in the bog after hearing rumors from Urta that one of her watchers found some creature that looked human and cautions the player that if they go there, they should be careful for their guard came back with severe injuries. When first meeting the player, will force him to knock the player back holding his blade the players face, quickly realizing that the player is not one of Lethice's he withdraws his blade and help the player up. He explains that Lethice has a bone to pick with him on account of what damage he has done to her forces who were foolish enough to enter his domain.

Combat

Sheridan is a very dangerous opponent being the highest level of all creatures and is even more dangerous to those who are severely corrupt. His sword will do massive damage and will absorb a slight amount of said damage and add it to his health. Blind and Charge Weapon will help, but not by much since his armor provides him with the strongest defense. Despite him having strong defense, Sheridan is vulnerable to tease attacks so use that as an advantage. If were to be taken down by force he will power up his sword with a dark aura around 15% of his health and will strike a vicious blow in four turns to bring down a massive amount of the players health. If his health was brought down by magic, then around 18% he will shout at the player saying that magic will get them nowhere and will cast a reflective barrier to throw back any magic/mental spells the player casts at him. When defeated, Sheridan will get up and asks the player if they really have what it takes to kill Lethice and flees. The next time the player beats him in a fight, he will explain how he planned to go on about his task but realized what the real goal was for their home and asks the player what they think before he takes off. After beating Sheridan ten times, he will ask the player if he can join them in their camp. If the player agrees, he will set up on a rocky bluff near the camp and can be talked with and later on after raising his affection he will offer to teach the player his dark sword techniques and magic. If the player says no, then Sheridan will tell the player they are making a big mistake and take off in the bog. This cycle will repeat until the player agrees to let him in the camp.

Minor encounters

Sheridan can be encountered at the plains or swamp when angered. The player will be given a choice to approach or to leave. If approached, Sheridan will target the player and attack immediately. In his berserk state, Sheridan is something not to mess with so the wise choice would be is to run! (Only able to find if Kiha isn't in the camp)

Other minor encounters would be Tel Ader where he is found at the bar drinking between 12:00 to 18:00 to where he can talk with the player to ask if they can help them with the sexy vixen guard. Other things Sheridan can be interacted with in Tel Ader would be a drinking contest to see who can hold out long enough before passing out, a threesome with Edryn, Helia, or Urta, and or just talk with him to pry more information out of him. (This can also be done in the camp)

Corruption

Like some other NPC's, Sheridan is one to take corruption seriously. The corruption scores show how Sheridan will react to the player.

0-30 corruption: Sheridan will act as fine as he can be and state that the player can resist the corruption the land has if the player has any.

31-50 corruption: Sheridan states that the player is an idiot to succumb to corruption, but they can at least try to revert from the taint.

51-60 corruption: Sheridan angrily yells at the player and refuses to teach their dark sword techniques or his magic if he is a follower, can still be interacted with but will say that there is not much to talk about to someone who is weak enough to give in to corruption.

61-85 corruption: Sheridan becomes enraged at the player, attacks yet narrowly misses and leaves the camp, but strikes a boulder with his blade and leaves a huge scar in said boulder and says that this is a warning if the player becomes even more corrupt.

85-100 corruption: If the player seeks out to find Sheridan again or finds him in the bog, he will cast a spell to bind the player and tell them that they would have had a chance to live if they didn't give in to the demons corruption and thrust his sword into the players' heart which kills them.

This shows of how much hatred Sheridan has towards corrupt, though he only mention this to the player and ignores other characters corruption score. The only way to seek out the Bad End is to acquire the amount of corruption to make him leave the camp or find him in the bog.

Affection

Raising Sheridan's affection is a difficult task since he is filled with much hatred towards the world. Talking to him will raise his affection score a little, but talking to him while having a drinking challenge at The Wet Bitch will have a more decent raise in his affection. Giving him items like Lactaid and Pure Succubi Milk will boost up his affection towards the player even higher than just talking to him. Giving him something corrupt would reduce his affection and also makes him smack the player for bringing him something corrupt. Bringing Sheridan's affection to 40% allows the player to receive handjobs, blowjobs (Males/herms) or being licked by him (Females/herms) or have the player do the same to him/her. Having his affection score at or higher than 45 will allow the player to learn his skills to bring down Lethice's forces. At 70% affection score, Sheridan will have other sex options available to the player. Once Sheridan's affection score reaches its maximum, he will have a similar scene to where Kiha admits they are in love with the player and Sheridan's stat will be labeled as lover...though nothing really changes in sex and he refuses to get himself, others, or the Player pregnant.

Interaction with other characters

Sheridan interacts fine with other characters, except for Ceraph and Vapula. Upon seeing the onyx token (Bellybutton piercing or not) Sheridan will ask where you got that and Ceraph will appear before the both of you, which Sheridan will become enraged and draw out his sword at Ceraph, the player will explain to Sheridan that Ceraph is now under his/her/her control and no longer has any intention with Lethice or other demons. Sheridan will accept this and walk to a different part of the camp, Ceraph will shiver a bit in fright and will resume as like you have just summoned her.

With Vapula, she will walk up to her master/mistress if they need any assistance but will begin to cower in fear behind the player because of Sheridan. He will state that it's been a while since he has last met Vapula and asks if she still has a deathwish. Confused, the player asked what is the meaning of this between the two and Vapula explain that she and her scouts once encountered Sheridan in the bog and she was the only one who managed to escape alive from the onslaught. The player then explains that Vapula and her gang of demons have been disbanded and no longer is a threat. Sheridan will accept this and moves along. At times when the player looks for Vapula, there is a chance where they catch Sheridan raping Vapula, to which the player can watch, join in with them, stop them, or leave.

*Once Sheridan is in sexable mode, he will partake in threesomes with other characters like Urta, Helia, Edryn, Izma, Vapula, Latex Goo-girl, Kiha, or Essyrael.

Training

Sheridan can train the player if they have him as a follower and his affection score is at 45 or above. Sheridan will teach the player how to handle the dark power he has in his blade and show them the true dark power he has within the blade. Sheridan can also teach the player two powerful Black and White magic, but both are dangerous to perform and could backfire recklessly.

The powerful Black magic the he will teach is Curse. Curse will sacrifice the players' lust and 1/5 of their health to drain the enemies' health each turn by 1/10 of their maximum health, but a drawback is implemented for it will raise fatigue up by 50 points. If the spell fails, the player is instead afflicted by # points of fatigue depending on how well they can cast spells. Also, Curse ignores the Bloodmage perk, so no matter if you're wearing the inquisitors Robes, or corset, you will still be taxed 50 fatigue.

The powerful White magic Sheridan will teach is Holy. Holy will be affected on how corrupt your opponent is. Ex: Let's say a corrupt drider attacks, use cast Holy and huge damage occurs for the drider is a corrupt being. But if you were to face a non-corrupt...or how should we say this...a pure character like Amily, or one who is not that corrupt, the spell will either fail or do minimum damage to the enemy.

Dark Sword Techniques

Sheridan will train you on how to handle the darkened blades he owns. He will teach you skills that go with the swords as long as you have it the one that goes with the sword equipped with you.

Blood Sword: Sheridan will teach you a dark secret on how to use your foes blood as your own. With this sword and skill, you will drain your opponent with each strike and restore 1/2 of the amount damaged to you.
