Newest Enforcer

The Enforcer had just gotten a brand new member on the force, but Commander Feral didn't like her attitude. Winter's determination reminded Feral so much of Chance and James (who are now the SWAT Kats), that in Feral's eyes, she was too dangerous for to be on the force. Winter wasn't satisfied about how Feral treated her and was hoping he would at some point kick her off the force. Callie Briggs, her best friend was the one who got her a place on the force. Finally, she was chasing after the villain she's been wanting to hunt down for months now since she's been on the force.
She was so full of determination to bring to Pastmaster herself, but Winter forgot that she wouldn't be able to do it by herself. Winter said, "Commander! I can handle Pastmaster myself."
Commander Feral replied, "No! You'll just get yourself killed if you try a stunt like that, and if you succeed or not, you'll be off the force."
Winter, wasn't very happy that Commander Feral wouldn't let her try to take down Pastmaster by herself. This time Commander Feral was right, if she pulled a stunt like that it could wind up killing her. Pastmaster was trying to take over Megakat City, but the Enforcer would try to stop him, but Winter knew that they would fail. Commander Feral, was a hothead that always wanted to try to do better than the SWAT Kats. She knew, how mad Commander Feral would get when the SWAT Kats interfered.
There was a report about the Pastmaster attacking City Hall and capturing Mayor Manx and Deputy Mayor Callie Briggs. Feral gave the orders to send choppers to City Hall and try to stop the Pastmaster. This time he was threatening to kidnap Callie again if he wasn't picked as ruler of the city he would send everyone back into the Dark Ages. Feral tried to tell Winter told to hold fire, but she ignored him. Once she had the Pastmaster in her sights, she was going to fire, but then she saw him holding Callie.
Now, Winter couldn't risk hurting Callie so she listened to Commander Feral for once. Winter wasn't happy that he had her best friend, this made her feel useless, but then the SWAT Kats had showed up to save the day. She radioed the SWAT Kats, Winter started talking to Razor. Winter said, "Razor, T-Bone, I'm so glad to see you guys here. You guys must get Callie and Mayor Manx away from him."
Razor replied, "That's the plan anyways."
T-Bone asked, "Darn it! How can we fire when he's got Callie?"
Razor replied, "I have no clue, but..." Commander Feral got into their conversation.
Commander Feral said, "SWAT Kats you guys just leave this up to us. As for you Winter, if you help those SWAT Kats and destroy City Hall you'll be off the force!"
Winter replied, "I much rather be off the force then having to sit around and do nothing. That's not how you do things. The SWAT Kats are right, but how are we going to save Mayor Manx and Callie? We're not going to save them by just doing nothing. For a commander, you're not doing a very good job at it."
Commander Feral wasn't very happy with Winter's little speech, so he quickly got on his radio, told Winter she was no longer on the force, and that she had to land the helicopter right now. Winter had a plan of her very own, but it was a risky one. Her plan was to land the chopper, get out and go in, and try to get Mayor Manx and Callie out safe and sound. Taking a radio in with her, she radioed the SWAT Kats, and told them her plan. They went with it, but they didn't like the plan, and they knew it was better than no plan at all. Winter said, "Now, SWAT Kats I'm almost there."
As she got closer, she quietly snuck up to Mayor Manx told him to get out quickly and that Winter would save Callie. She was trying to think of a way to save Callie from the Pastmaster without him knowing. The only way she could think of was to quickly grab her from the little creep. Still holding on to her gun she kept to by her side, incase if she needed it.
Winter said, "All right, Pastmaster let her go!" She pointed a gun towards him.
Pastmaster replied, "As you wish." He dropped her from the top floor.
The SWAT Kats quickly, saved Callie from hitting the ground. They radio Winter telling her to get back and they would send this creep back in time. Quickly, Winter ran out of the building so they could blast the Pastmaster back to the Dark Ages again. She radioed the SWAT Kats that she was out safe and sound. That was their cue to fire at Pastmaster, but in the process they destroyed part of City Hall.
Everyone else, was glad that Pastmaster was defeated once more everyone, but Commander Feral. He wasn't happy, that Winter she helped out the SWAT Kats destroyed part of City Hall. Commander Feral said, "Don't think you're getting off the hook that easily Winter. You're going to pay for this by working those other two I kicked of the Enforcers."
Winter replied, "Fine, by me! I much rather work with Chance and James anytime!"
She threw her, Enforcer helmet at Commander Feral. The SWAT Kats weren't surprise that Feral threw off another good Enforcer. Winter said, "Callie, thank-you for at least trying to help. Now, I know if I need help I know who not to call."
Commander Feral replied, "That is it! I'm taking you over to the scrap yard right now."
He shoved her into his car and told the driver to take him to the scrap yard. Winter didn't want to be in the same car as Commander Feral. The Lieutenant she was there, to watch her uncle take Winter to the scrap yard. Lt. Feral said, "Look, I'm sorry, but my uncle he's...
Winter replied, "He's a hothead that only cares about himself more then others. I know tell me about it."
Lieutenant Feral, couldn't think of any other way to make her feel better. Meanwhile, back at City Hall Razor and T-Bone knew they had to beat Commander Feral back to their place before he got their. Quickly, they jumped back into the Turbo Cat and headed towards home. Razor asked, "Hey, T-Bone?"
T-Bone replied, "What is it Razor?"
Razor said, "I was thinking maybe we could let Winter on the SWAT Kats? She is good at handling herself. She would make it a SWAT Kat."
T-Bone replied, "I guess, you're right Razor we will make her a SWAT Kat."
The SWAT Kats made it just before, Commander Feral showed up bringing Winter along with him. Commander Feral was relief to be getting rid of her. Commander Feral said, "Chance! Jame! I want you two out her now."
He kept yelling, out their names until the two showed up. James replied, "Yeah, we hear you loud and clear."
Commander Feral replied, "Here, you have someone new to help you two idiots out. Maybe, this will give you sometime to think about your actions."
Winter replied, "I wasn't going to sit around and do nothing. Meanwhile, Pastmaster was getting away with taking over Megakat City!"
Commander Feral said, "That's not the point. You never listen to my orders Winter. Now, you must pay for your actions!"
She wasn't, happy with Commander Feral treating her like this, but he left her with Chance and James two former Enforcer. Finally, Commander Feral left her and Chance said, "Hey, don't sweat it Winter."
James replied, "He's kicked us out too because of one of his stunts nearly wiped us out."
Winter said, "I wish I could find the SWAT Kats, I would much rather fight crime with them."
Chance told her to follow him and James, but they both made sure she wouldn't tell a soul about this. Winter promised not tell anyone about what she was about to see. They showed her that Chance and James were the SWAT Kats. The two brought her to the Turbo Cat. Chance said, "Hard to believe we built this out of scrap."
James asked, "So Winter, how would you like to be a SWAT Kat?"
Winter replied, "Sure, if it mean I get a chance to get back Commander Feral then I'll say yes."
Chance said, "Welcome to the SWAT Kats. Now, we need to give you a good nickname."
Winter replied, "How about Ice Wind?"
James said, "Yeah that'll do just fine. After all you are ice cold."
The alarm went off, and already it was time for Winter's first mission as a SWAT Kat. She heard, Callie's voice coming from a speaker telling Chance and James what was going on. Callie told them that Doctor Viper was up was acting stranger then ever before. Chance asked, "Isn't he always acting strange?"
Callie replied, "I don't know, but some reason he's actually buying fertilizer, but it's a big amount of it. He's must at least have bought the entire store supply, but if I were you guys I would keep a close eye on him."
James, Chance, and Winter knew they couldn't get after him for buying fertilizer because that wasn't against the law. This was very strange indeed maybe they thought that Doctor Viper was going straight, but they could be wrong. They had no, time to worry about Doctor Viper right now, they were too focus on Winter. She needed a good looking outfit like Chance and James wore, but more made for girls. Finally, after thinking of a good outfit for her to wear Winter suggested that she could wear one of their spare outfits if they had one.
It hit James, that he did have an outfit that was just a tad bit too small for him to wear, but it was perfect for Winter to wear. Quickly, James ran towards his room and got the uniform. James said, "Ah, this shall do nicely."
Winter took the outfit and put it on. Now, all she was missing was helment that they wore and the mask too. Chance remember his old Enforcer helmet that they, could Winter could use until they got her one. Now, she took the helmet and put that on now she looked like a SWAT Kat, but with an Enforcer helmet on instead. Winter asked, "So what, do you two think of my outfit?"
Chance replied, "Looks, great!"
James said, "You look like a SWAT Kat with an Enforcer helmet on."
The red alert came on once again, this time Callie told them that she overheard Doctor Viper planning to grow his own mutated garding that would take over Megacat City. Quickly, they asked Callie where he was at she said Megacat City Labs at the moment. Chance said, "We'll be there Miss. Briggs!"
James asked, "So Winter, are you ready for this?"
Winter replied, "I was born ready, but let's beat Commander Feral to him."
Quickly, the other two SWAT Kats put on their outfit and got into the Turbo Cat. The only problem was there was just room for two and not three, but then T-Bone remembered that they had a motor bike that she could use to follow them. It wasn't, as fast as the Turbo Cat, but it could sure get around quickly. Not too, long after they left someone was following them. Winter radioed Razor and said, "Razor I think Commander Feral is following us."
Razor replied, "Doctor Viper must be really acting up, if Commander Feral is going after him too."
Commander Feral noticed that the SWAT Kats were called and tried to tell the SWAT Kats to turn around because the Enforcers could handle this. Then Winter got on the radio, she was laughing hard at Commander Feral. Winter said, "Yeah! The only thing the Enforcers are good for is just helping the crooks and that's it."
Commander Feral asked, "Who is this? Tell me now!"
Icy Wind replied, "I'm the newest addition to the SWAT Kats."
T-Bone replied, "She is telling the truth too Commander."
Icy now, had the same gauge against Commander Feral just like T-Bone and Razor did. According to Commander Feral the Enforcer were the best that Megacat City had and they didn't need the SWAT Kats. Icy speed up her motor bike and the SWAT Kats put feet to the medel. After, arguing with Commander Feral, they had arrive at Megacat Labs where Doctor Viper had his garden growing. Quickly, after Doctor Viper poured some chemicals on the soil some mutated plants began growing wildly.
Icy had no, clue that mutated plants could grow that quickly. The roots grew so big that they smashed the windows out. T-Bone asked, "How in the world are we suppose to kill a plant this big?"
Icy Wind replied, "Maybe, somehow if we get some frost on that big bad plant."
The plant's roots were still growing finally, hitting ground, and they began tearing the streets of Megakat City apart. Mayor Manx noticed that the citizens of Megakat City were running in terror from something. When the Enforcer showed up Feral ordered them to fire at the plant. The SWAT Kats knew that was bad idea, but it was useless trying to get anything threw Feral's thick head. The plant let out a scream of pain as the Enforcer fired at it.
Out of nowhere it started swing it's vines at them destroying some of Feral's choppers. Feral wasn't too impress with his choppers being destroyed one by one by an overgrown weed. He told, the men to retreat for now, until the tank showed up. Icy Wind asked, "Is he nuts? If missiles didn't work what makes him think that using a tank at that thing will work?"
Razor replied, "I don't know, but I know for sure that's not going to work on this overgrown beast."
Then the head of that mutated planet popped out of the rooftop. It looked a big Venus Fly trap. Doctor Viper was on top of that evil creature and said, "What'ssss the matter Feral your missssiles not working? Don't think about hurting my lovely mutated plant. She is indestructible!"
Icy Wind replied, "That thing, maybe indestructible, but that overgrown fly eater won't stop us from trying to take it down."
Razor said, "Remember, we need something ice cold to stop this thing."
Icy Wind stopped, to think about how they could be done. That was when it hit her maybe if they she got in there and turn down the air conditioning inside the building maybe it would freeze at the roots. Then Feral brought in the tanks and started firing off at the overgrown Venus Fly trap. Only making it even more made, this it picked up the tank and threw it across the city and it ended up landing on the roof of City Hall. Lucky, it didn't hit Mayor Manx or Callie.
Razor said, "Me and T-Bone are coming in with you."
Icy Wind replied, "Sounds like a plan to me!"
She grabbed a gun that was under her right leg, in case things got spicey in there. She was waiting for T-Bone and Razor to land so they all could go in and stop this plant at its roots. Finally those two landed and the three went inside the building finding it covered in some weird green goop. There guess it was from this overgrown fly eater. Icy wondered where in the world they would keep the air conditioning at.
T-Bone asked, "Any clue where the air conditioning could be at?"
Icy Wind replied, "I'm wondering the same."
Razor said, "Let's see the last time something like this happened I found it in the vents. Maybe it's in the vents?"
` Icy Wind looked up and blasted a hole in the vents. Icy Wind asked, "Going up anyone?"
She hopped up, grabbed on to the vent, and climbed up there herself. Holding her hand out to Razor. Icy Wind said, "T-Bone maybe you should stay here in case something goes wrong."
T-Bone agreed and stayed behind to keep watch. Slowly, Razor and Icy climbed thru the vents trying to find the way to the air conditioning. They started to fill a breeze, as they got closer it got colder. Finally, they made it this time Razor looked down and there it was the controls to the air conditioning. Razor cut out a circle in the vent leading to the controls. The two leaped thru the hole and were now at the control.
Razor asked, "You want to do the honor?"
Icy Wind replied with a grin, "Of course."
She turned the dial down to 22 degrees and the cold air was beginning to hit the plants roots. The plant was beginning to shrink a bit and Doctor Viper was trying to figure out what was happening to his precious plant. Doctor Viper said, "What is going here? My plant is unstoppable!"
Icy Wind replied, "Yeah, it maybe unstoppable to missiles and rockets, but not the freezing cold. If it gets too cold for any kind of plant it sherval up."
As the plant, started to get smaller the Enforcer made their move and put the handcuffs on Doctor Viper's wrist. Callie came out and thank the SWAT Kats and noticed their newest member. Callie asked, "Who are you?"
Icy Wind replied, "My name is Icy Wind, Miss. Briggs."
Callie replied, "Well, it's nice to see you SWAT Kats let a girl help ya out."
Razor said, "Well, we must be heading back now."
Callie replied, "Well, thanks SWAT Kats for stopping Doctor Viper."
T-Bone said, "It was no problem Miss. Briggs just doing our job and protecting the city."
They hopped into the Turbo Cat and Icy got on her motor bike and followed the SWAT Kats back home. The three had a little talk. T-Bone said, "Well, Icy you did alright for your first time."
Icy Wind replied, "Alright, I thought I did pretty darn well!"
Razor replied, "You are right about that."
