Very, very, very bad news guys. One of our fellow authors has fallen to writers block. Everyone, I plead you to go to LDSAuthor2013's page and give the man some support. He needs it now more than ever. On a lighter note, some good things have happened in my absence. I got my black belt, got my first job doing birthday parties at my karate place, and finally beat COD: Ghosts. Also, this chapter will be split into 3 in-chapter sections. As I said, this one will be very, very long. Now that I feel motivated to write, lets go!

Part 1: Confessions

The events prior that I am to lazy to write:

1) Zac gets on the boat

2) Zac gets off the boat

3) Zac goes back to his room

"Hallo?" I called into my room with a fake French accent. When no one answered, I opened the door and stepped inside. I was about three steps in when I was tackled to the floor from behind. I landed with an oof and flipped my mind to the assailant. It couldn't have been Amanda; She wouldn't attempt two rapes within an hour, but nothing would surprise me. I noticed their legs where on either side of me, so I rolled over to face them. I was met with a knife at my throat, gripped by a person in a black military covert ops getup, complete with a black mask that had a white painting of a skull on it. Once my eyes met the other person's, their mask seemed to crease in a smile, and then they laughed. The unknown person stood up and leaned against the wall still laughing. I brushed myself off and began to question them. "Who the hell are you?" I asked. The newcomer stopped laughing and pulled off the mask. Once the choppy electric crimson hair flopped out, I couldn't help feeling a little less pissed off, but I still was mad. "Whitney, what the hell!"

"I'm a Ghost! You know, from Call of Duty. It's my costume, problem?" Whitney replied.

"Of course there's a problem! You just shoved a knife in my throat." I said

"Oh, it was for effect."

"What the hell though?"

"OH MY GOD! It's a joke, not a dick! Don't take it so hard!" She retorted.

"Like you'd know what a dicks like."

"And you do? Since when where you bisexual?"

"I'm not bisexual, ok? I'm straight."

"You don't seem to enthusiastic about having sex with Amanda!"

"How do you know about that?"

"Everyone knows!"

"Did you buy that fucking tape!?"

"No I did not buy that tape. And watch your mouth."

"Why would you care? All you do is play _my _games on _my _systems."

"Sorry, its just... its just..." I gulped for a second and regretted lashing out like that. I thought she was going to cry, but she didn't. When she looked back at me, she had the slightest of tears forming on her eyes.

"I'm sorry Whitney." I said opening my arms. She fell into them and sobbed into my shoulder.

"It's just that you never spend time around here anymore. You know Zac, a lot of girls here have crushes on you. I mean a _lot. _But I don't have a crush on you Zac." I was kind of taken aback at the bluntness of the statement. "I love you Zac." At that, my face probably looked hilarious. My eyes blanked out and stared blankly, and my smile held awkwardly. Whitney looked up for a moment before quickly looking away. "I never should have told you. I know there are so many other girls in this school, all more attractive than me. I know I don't have the best hair, or the biggest breasts, or the best personality. And I know you probably don't feel the same way I do, but I love you Zac, I really do." I looked into her brown eyes and saw pure hearted truth.

"I love you too, Whitney." And with that, she welled up with tears and swayed a bit. I steadied her and picked her up wedding style. She went limp, so I placed her into her bed. Since it was warm out, I didn't cover her up. I sat at the edge of her bed in thought. I really did like Whitney, but knowing that lots of other girls feel the same complicates everything tenfold. I couldn't wrap my head around it. I felt like a heartbreaker. I can't date anyone without hurting anyone else. What an I to do? Also, I made her faint. How can I make anyone faint? I'm, well, I'm me. I pushed off her bed and headed into the bathroom. I turned on the shower and peeled off my dirty clothes. I stepped in, relishing the heat of the water. I quickly soaped up and then departed from it when I had washed off. I wrapped a towel around my waist and looked into the mirror. Rubbing my cheek, I made a decision that would change me. The window swung open and I grabbed a razor and some cream out. Once it was shut, I lathered up my face. I picked up the razor and lightly pressed it against my skin. I had a severe fear of shaving after watching The Wall. The scene when Pink breaks the razor and shaves his eyebrows gets me every time. Finally, after all that tension, I washed of the razor and put everything back. I turned to get dressed when I realized I didn't bring in any clothes. I tied the towel tighter and slipped outside. Whitney was rubbing her head, but when she saw me, she keeled over again from the sight of my bare chest. I made note to never remove an article of clothing again and grabbed some. I retreated to the bathroom and got on my clothes. I decided I'd hit the gym before I got ready for the party. I picked up my backpack and loaded my party in along with some water. As I was just about to put my last pokeball in, Cinder jumped out and sunk himself into my thick, dark brown, disheveled hair. It cushioned him, and I knew he liked it up their, so I just patted him and let him stay. I slung the pack over my shoulder and headed out the door. I closed it behind me and adjusted the pack so it wouldn't bounce. "You ready Cin?" I asked, my eyes looking up to his little eyes. He squeaked and scooted back to get secure in my hair. My hair wasn't very long, but he still managed to tangle his paws in them so he wouldn't fall off. Once he settled in, I took off in a full sprint. It didn't take very long to reach the gym. I walked on in and set my bag aside.

Part 2: Gym

I released my party and filled them in. "Alright guys, I wanna exercise a bit before the party, and I thought that you guys would want to join me. Sound good?" They all chimed in their agreement and went off to work. Blade and Sully started a little sparring competition, while Oasis did some tail pull-ups. Bristol, being the lazy lump he is, started to doze off in the corner. Shadow swung on gymnastic rings despite his lack of hands. Cinder decided to join me in hitting some punching bags. I set him up one and made sure it wasn't to heavy for him, but he was one of the strongest on my team, so I shouldn't doubt him. Once I made sure everyone was working, with the exception of the sleeping empoleon, I started myself. I placed one leg out and squatted on the other, stretching out my hamstrings. After a few moments, I shifted to the other leg. Then, I twisted my waist and placed my hands on either side of me. I twisted my feet and did a full side split (their actually not that hard, at least for me, the real me, as in the author). While I did this, I put both of my hands out and twisted my waist back, stretching to the back. I repeated after I switched legs. Finally, I leaned foreword and brought my head to the floor between my legs while in a standing position. I was quite flexible, and I didn't see a reason to stretch, but I did for safety reasons. Once I finished, I got my phone out of my bag and played my exercise playlist. Once 'Who Are You' by The Who came on, I got into a fighting stance. I cocked my hand back and twisted my waist to get more power in the punch, and then released it. It made solid contact and the bag swung back. I met it with another punch. I brought my foot up and hit it with a roundhouse kick. To my surprise, the bag swung completely around me. My instincts kicked in, and I shot my foot out like a piston to catch the bag with a back kick. I couldn't help but hum along when the 'whooo are you' started. I lets some more punches fly.

'I woke up in a Soho doorway A policeman knew my name.'

I flicked out my leg and curved it in to lash out a hook kick.

'He said "You can go sleep at home tonight If you can get up and walk away."'

I leaned in and elbowed the bag, causing it to fly back. I met it with another elbow.

'I staggered back to the underground And the breeze blew back my hair.'

I kneed the bag and pivoted on my foot, allowing my to do a spinning wheel kick.

"I remember throwin' punches around And preachin' from my chair."

I decided to do some crazy shit, so I did a flip and wrapped my legs around the punching bag.

'Well, who are you? (Who are you? Who, who, who, who?)'

From there, I unleashed a flurry of punches.

'I really wanna know (Who are you? Who, who, who, who?)'

I finished with an upside down uppercut which hit the bag so hard that it pushed itself away from me, causing me to fall to the ground. 'Tell me, who are you? (Who are you? Who, who, who, who?)'

The bag swung back around and landed on my chest, causing me to exhale rather violently.

'Cause I really wanna know (Who are you? Who, who, who, who?)'

I patted the 70lb bag as I fought for air. Cinder looked over and squealed when he saw my predicament.

'I took the tube back out of town Back to the Rollin' Pin.'

He rushed over and tried to push it off of me.

'I felt a little like a dying clown With a streak of Rin Tin Tin.'

Finally, I managed to get it off of me. It rolled away and hit into one of the bars supporting Oasis's pull-up bar.

'I stretched back and I hiccupped And looked back on my busy day.'

It leaned backwards and fell to the ground with a mighty crash. Oasis dropped and flapped his wings, propelling himself into the air before it all hit the ground.

'Eleven hours in the Tin Pan God, there's got to be another way'

The noise must've attracted some attention, because a girl walked over from across the room.

'Well, who are you? (Who are you? Who, who, who, who?)'

"What the hell is with all the noise?" She asked.

'Oh, who are you(Who are you? Who, who, who, who?)'

"I'm sorry, the bag fell and-"

'Oh Tell me, who are you? (Who are you? Who, who, who, who?)'

'Could you be a bit quieter?" She interrupted me.

'Oh Who the fuck are you? (Who are you? Who, who, who, who?)'

I picked up my phone and killed the music.

"What's your problem?" I asked her. I saw her eyes burn with an intense fire that slightly scared me.

"I'm trying to exercise and you burst in and wreck the place." She said.

"Hey, I said I was sorry!" I said with a heightened, edgy voice. The girl had shoulder length dark brown hair and a pair of C cups. She wore a shirt that was cut below the start of her breast that exposed her flat stomach and light abs. She had bandages covering her hands like an MMA fighter, and some more over parts of her legs and arms. One bandage wrapped right around her head horizontally (with a slant), covering a bit of her forehead and matting down a part of her hair. She was really thin, but muscular at the same time. But not gross muscular, but rather really hot. Actually, I would probably have turned this situation sexual in my mind if it weren't for the fact that she looked like she wanted to kill me. I stood up and say she was about an inch taller than me. "Why, do you want to fight about it?" I said as a joke, but she seemed to take it seriously. She stepped foreword and leaned in close. I started to sweat from how close she was.

"Meet me at the battling stadiums in 10 minutes. We'll settle this in a pokemon battle." And with that, she left. I pretty much shat myself right there. I recalled all of my party, with the exception of Cinder, and headed out. I ran over to the battling stadiums, my confidence dwindling. Wait a second, I though. _I'm _not fighting her, my pokemon are. I had faith in my team. I sighed and ran on, Cinder bouncing on my head.

POV Switch to Morgan

"So how'd the confessions go?" I asked as I stepped back into my room.

"Just fine." Whitney said, her words ending like she was breathless. She acted like she was on cloud nine.

"What'd he say?" I asked, trying to pry up some information.

"He admitted his love too." Whitney replied, still in a trance.

"Are you guys official yet?"

"No." She said with a sigh.

"Will you quite acting like that! It's like you had sex. Geez."

"Not yet." Whitney said with a sly smile. I will admit, I am a bit jealous of her. I couldn't possible admit anything to Zac now that Whitney did. We're best friends. But...

"Hey guy's, you hear the news? Zac's about to get his ass kicked at the battling fields!" Jenna burst into the room.

POV Switch to Zac

"Whew." I said as I wiped my brow. I was now blaring with hope. Cinder's pep fueled my fire. He decided to run the rest of the way with me, and the thought of him wanting to run despite his little legs flared my confidence to the max. Cinder always had that effect on me. He refused to go back in his ball, so I let him stay out. Finally, after about 9 minutes of jogging, I made it to the stadium. I was surprised to see a group of people already there. Morgan and Jenna stood nearby, so I ran over and asked them what was going on.

"What's with the crowd?" I asked.

"Do you have any idea about the situation your in?" Morgan said. I shook my head, getting a laugh out of her.

"What?" I asked. She took a step closer and put her hand on my shoulder. She pointed over to the girl I was supposed to face.

"She," Morgan said, "is without a doubt the best trainer in this school. Even better then me."

"To be honest Morgan, you where not that much of competition." I said. She gave me the evil eye and kicked me in the shin. "OWW!"

"Well, she hasn't battled in a while, so there's bound to be a reasonable crowd." Morgan said before she walked off. Jenna shrugged and hurried after her. I let out a sigh and looked across the field. My opponent seemed unsettled about the large crowd. When she saw me, her distraught look instantly snapped into a war face even R. Lee Ermey couldn't match (C'mon guys, easy reference there. Show me your war face. AAAAAA!).

"It's about time you showed up. I was beginning to think you chickened out." She said.

"Eh, cut the shit. Are we going to get this over with or what?" I said. I didn't really fear her. Actually, I did fear _her, _but I had confidence my pokemon could beat hers. She seemed taken aback by my shortness with her.

"Well then, eager to loose are we? Alright, a straight up battle. No rules. Just fight." She said.

"Fine. Lets get this show on the road!" I yelled back.

"Go, Kia!" She yelled. She flung a pokeball out to reveal a hitmontop. It spun out on its pointy head before jumping up to a standing position. I knew that they could be dangerous up close. I thought for a second. Range... range... Aha! I picked a pokeball out of my bag and tossed it out. I smiled as my favorite green dragon burst out with a roar. Once his head lowered, his eyes honed in on the opposing pokemon.

"You ready, O?" I asked my flygon. He growled a yes and swept his tail across the ground, kicking up dust while he waited for instructions.

"Kia, Brick Break, now!" My opponent yelled. Her hitmontop sped off on its head towards Oasis.

"Bad move!" I yelled. "O, Fly then Sunny Day!" Oasis flew out of reach and the clouds parted, the sun slowly warming everything up. "Now lets heat things up. Oasis, Flamethrower!" Oasis nodded and opened his mouth, a small flame at the back of his throat.

"Kia, counter with Gyro Ball!"

"Dodge it O!" My flygon, being a flygon, practically vanished as he flew down at speeds even a fighter jet couldn't match. Once he was clear, he spewed out a plume of fire at the hitmontop. It made direct contact, but Oasis got in a bit to close. Kia let out a powerful Mach Punch straight into Oasis's face. He stumbled back in the air a few feet, but soon caught himself. "Alright, finish it with Solarbeam!"

"Kia, delay it with Rain Dance!" Her hitmontop started off in a dance, and the clouds started to cover the sun.

"Oasis, fly above the clouds." Oasis did so and vanished behind the veneer of clouds. 30 seconds of awkward silenced passed before anything happened. My foes hitmontop looked around, confused. Suddenly, it looked up and its eyes widened. A beam of green smashed through the clouds, causing them to disperse immediately. It slammed into the hitmontop and the area around it exploded. I cheered, but as the dust cleared, the opponents pokemon was still standing. "How the hell?" I said aloud. Oasis flew down to me, unaware that his foe was back up. Oasis looked back for a second, but he was met with a Vacuum Wave to the face. He flopped back a bit, slightly discombobulated. I knew that I had to end this soon. I decided to do something risky. I've done it before, but very rarely. "Alright O, Dig!" Oasis flew up and then smashed into the earth's crust, burrowing his way underground.

"Kai, after it! Close Combat!" My opponent yelled. Good, just as I had planned. Her hitmontop dove in after Oasis. I smiled and started to tap my foot. Since I knew Oasis had heightened senses underground, I used that to my advantage. Once I finished tapping, the ground started to shake. Slowly, the shaking went from a light rattle to a violent tremble. The hole where Oasis dug lit up, and I turned to shield my eyes. The ground violently ripped up as a white beam of pure energy shot up through the ground. After a few seconds, the Hyper Beam calmed down, leaving an unconscious hitmontop lying near the crater edge. In a moments time, Oasis flew back up and made his way to me. As soon as he reached me, he stopped flying and landed with a thud. I knelt down and congratulated.

"Good job buddy. I know that last move took a lot outta you, but you won." I returned him and grabbed another ball. "Are you ready?" I asked.

"You bet! Abigail, Tetris, lets do this!" She yelled as a majestic absol and powerful golurk was released to the field. Two eh? I'll stick to one. I gripped a ball and brought it up to my mouth.

"Don't fuck this up, Bris." I whispered before throwing it on to the field. Bristol popped out, obviously just waking from a nap. When he realized where he was, he jumped up and sprung into a fighting stance. "Alright Bristol, your on your own here. Are you ready?" Bristol nodded and faced his opponents determinedly. "Alright, start us off strong with a Hydro Pump!" Bristol planted his feet and aimed his beak at his foes. He opened it and directed the pressurized torrent towards the golurk. It was just about to hit home when the water was interrupted by a well placed Psycho Cut. The absol, finished blocking its ally, turned its attention on Bris. The clouds started to darken, and I was a bit scared for Bristol. It was my fault for not taking consideration of our foes move sets. The golurk stomped down, shattering earth. The shockwave from the stomp send Bristol flying back. A fucking direct hit from an earthquake. Great. And to make things even better, a huge lightning bolt shot out from the sky and struck Bristol, knocking him out. He landed with a thud, and I returned him. "Sorry, bud. It was my fault for poor judgment. Good job." I reached into my bag and pulled out two more balls (bow chicka bowwow). "Alright team, we can do this!" I yelled, throwing my next two pokemon out. Sullivan and Blade took the field, eager to battle together. I knew they where good battling partners, so I hoped that would help. "Alright, Leaf Storm, both of you on that golurk. Both of my pokemon obeyed and unleashed a hurricane of leafs. It was a good choice: the golurk almost fainted. I told those two to continue the onslaught, but I again forgot about that _fucking _absol. After Blade leapt in close and finished off the golurk with a few Leaf Blades, he was hit with a fridged Ice Beam. He fell to the ground, frozen in a solid block of ice. Sully took notice, and attacked the absol with an Iron Tail. He was a little to slow, and the absol jumped out of the way. I yelled to him, and he swung back, clipping the absol with a Dragon Tail.

"Abigail, Aerial Ace now!" The absol's blade shone, and it slashed down on Sully's back. His head shot up in pain, but it was met with an X-Scissor straight to his cranium. Sully fell down, KO'd, leaving just the defenseless Blade to himself. "Abigail, warm him up." The absol nodded and opened its mouth and walked over to Blade. His eyes followed her as she walked. When she reached the ice, it started to liquidate near her mouth. "Now!" My opponent yelled. The absol gaped its mouth fully and let out a blazing Fire Blast. It melted Blade out in a second, but also knocked him out.

"Fuck that absol." I muttered. I looked up and smiled. "You ready, Cin?" I asked. He squeaked once and leapt off my head and onto the field. The other girl surprisingly recalled her absol and selected another ball. I knew that I was going to have some type of disadvantage here, and boy was I right. The pokemon she selected was none other than a kabutops. Cinder seemed unfazed, so I just rolled with it. "Cinder, Wild Charge!" Cinder peeped and sprinted off towards his foe.

"Katrina, dodge, then Aqua Jet!"

"Cin, cancel and Double Kick!" Cinder stopped sparking and jumped up, his legs cocked back to kick. The kabutops, now surrounded by water, smashed into Cinder, but his kick made contact too. Both pokemon got knocked back.

"Katrina, Scald now!" The kabutops landed on its feet and primed its attack. Cinder was a bit late. He was lighter, so he didn't fall as fast. By the time he it the ground, the boiling water hit him. Sure, it hot water, but its water nonetheless. Not good for a fire type. Cinder let out a high pitched squeal, and I could almost feel his pain. I couldn't let him suffer this.

"Cinder, return!" I called out. The kabutops let up and Cinder looked back at me with pained eyes. He limped on across the field, but I ran to him before he even made it to the last quarter. I picked him up and cuddled him close. He was still hot from the water and soaken wet. I took off my shirt and wrapped him in it. That drew a few whistles from the crowd, but I ignored it. "Alright, I'm down to my last pokemon. Any more fancy shit you want to pull off?"

"I'd like to pull some fancy shit off with you!" Someone in the crowd yelled very suggestively. My opponent hesitated a second before answering by sending out her absol and lilligant to accompany her kabutops.

"Alright Abigail, Lily, Katrina, lets finish this match!" She yelled. That's real dirty. Luckily, I had a wildcard. I picked up my last pokeball and hoped that her pokemon didn't die.

"Shadow, now's your time to shine, er, win!" I said. My opponent just looked at him with the weirdest face. Then she started to laugh. And laugh. And laugh. I know what you're thinking. "A roserade against all that. LOL NOT GUNNA WIN!" Well, Shadow is... Shadow is... well, he's Shadow.

"Alright. Your move!" She said.

"Shadow, show em' what you got! Energy Ball!"

Sorry to interrupt guys... I just... well... my sister in law had... well... she's pregnant... 7 weeks... but... as of the last 20 minutes (as I'm writing this)... there's no heartbeat... I am just so fucking torn right now. I'm going to plow through this for you guys, but I might take a while to update afterwards. After all... for the fans...

In a flash, the green ball shot across the field and smashed into the gut of the kabutops. The shot exploded when it hit and the foes pokemon went flying. It skidded a few feet, on the verge of unconsciousness. For a 4x damage move, I was surprised that her kabutops picked itself back up. "Resilient motherfucker." I said under my breath.

"Abigail, Night Slash! Lily, Hyper Beam! Katrina, X-Scissor!" My opponent commanded.

"Shadow! Defense now! Protect and Toxic now!" I yelled. Shadow Planted his feet and flicked a rose, causing him to be surrounded by a blue ball of energy. I Hyper Beam was successfully blocked, but the absol and kabutops where still charging. Shadow quickly took down his Protect and flung foreword his other flower. The blue rose secreted a thick purple toxin which he flung onto the field in front of him. If the opposing pokemon step in it, they'll be poisoned.

"Jump over it!" My opponent yelled.

"Shadow, send em' on a trip!" I shouted. As they where about to jump, blades of grass and roots shot up and wrapped around their legs. Shadow's Grass Knot caused both of them to faceplant into the toxic goop. While they where wallowing in the mire, I took advantage. "Double Team and Shadow Ball!" Shadow ran and blurry copies of him faded from him like a blurry photograph. They all sidestepped to reveal five total Shadows. They all jumped, a shadow ball primed, and fired it at the duo in the poison. The assault pounded the pokemon. After a few volleys, his copies faded, leaving just the original. The kabutops was unconscious, but the absol took minimal damage. It got up and rejoined the lilligant. Shadow stood on his side of the field, poised in a cocky stance. "Sludge Bomb!" My Roserade raised both flowers and shot a large purple blob at them. They both dodged it, but they were distracted from Shadow. He managed a left hook Poison Jab on the liligant, poisoning it in the process. The absol turned to attack, but Shadow took care of it with a well placed Seed Bomb. He spun back around and unleashed a Venoshock on the liligant, knocking it out. The absol tried for a Megahorn, but Shadow did a backflip over it.

"Attract!" My foe yelled. Her absol turned to Shadow and gave a pants-dropping gaze to seduce him. I knew exactly how this would pan out. Shadow stopped and stared. The absol strut over, her mouth slightly agape. But the inside was _orange. _I knew I had one shot at this. Once the absol reached Shadow, his gaze bore into hers. She leaned foreword, as if to offer a kiss, but a nasty Flamethrower was waiting instead. Shadow kept looking into her eyes before springing into action. He gave her a wink and dropped to the ground, catching the absol by surprise. He kicked her underside, launching her into the air, before firing off five consecutive Pin Missles: Each a direct hit. The absol hit the ground hard, finally out of commission. I cheered loudly, but the girl just looked at me sternly.

"It's not over yet! I got one more!"

"Did you just see Shadow?" I asked. I took a step foreword and pointed to him with both hands. "Did you just see that shit? We should just call in here. I think I won this one sweetheart." I said. She looked slightly disgusted at the sweetheart part, but then she smiled.

"Fine, I'll let you lose." She gripped another pokeball. I had a seriously bad feeling about this. "No competition, really. Kaz, burn him to a crisp!" She said. Burn? Ok so we're rolling with a fire type here. Still shouldn't be too hard. I thought that until I saw what fire type it was.

"Whaaaaat theeeee fuck..." I said, jaw dropped. "How is this fair!?" I yelled.

"No rules!" She yelled back. Just great. A Roserade against a _fucking fuckity fuck fucking _Moltres. The phoenix flapped its searing wings, causing me to be blasted with heat. "That flower of yours can't do shit now. Do you give up now?" She asked. I looked into Shadow's eyes before replying. Once I saw his eyes flicker with a flame brighter than the sun, I knew my answer.

"Never!"

"Very well. Kaz, Overheat!" The moltres started to glow red before releasing a pillar of fire towards Shadow.

"Protect, then Rain Dance!" Shadow crossed his arms, the blue bubble appearing around him again. The shield didn't falter, and withstood the attack. While the shield still held up, Shadow did a little jig, causing clouds to roll in and rain to fall. The moltres obviously didn't like that. While it was distracted, I went over a plan in my head. I can't use physical moves. That leaves me with 4 effective moves. Shit.

"Kaz, Sky Attack!" Fuck, one of the most powerful moves she could use! The moltres started to glow, but I stayed calm. A moment passed, and it dove towards Shadow. I waited until the moltres slammed into Shadow. Or so it thought. It passed right through. The moltres flew up into the air, confused. "What!?"

"If you weren't so busy bragging, you'd have noticed that that was a fake."

"But, how... Wha?"

"Double Team, Bitch! HYPER BEAM!" I screamed. All around, trees lit up. Then, from various branches, light exploded into view in the form of solid white beams. They rocketed across the field and slammed into the moltres. Sure, it _was _overkill. Even Arceus his or herself couldn't withstand that many Hyper Beams. The moltres fell to the ground and landed in a cloud of dust. once it cleared, it was official; I was the winner. I jumped up and cheered. Cinder leapt up into my arms and started to cheer on with me. Shadow emerged from the trees and walked on over. "Nice fucking job!" I congratulated him. I raised my hand for a high five, but he just looked at me. For the first time, he cracked a smile and then pounded his red rose on my palm. I picked him up and hugged him, causing him to growl. "Oh shut up. You might be a flower, but your the most badass flower ever." I whispered to him. I let him go and he landed on his feet. He looked over across the field, and I took a look too. The opposing girl was about 10 feet away and closing. I flinched. Judging by the length of her legs and the fire in her eyes, I suspected she was going to axe kick me in the face for beating her. But she never hit me.

"Good job out there. That's the best battle I've ever had!" She exclaimed.

"Umm, thanks?" I said, rubbing the back of my neck.

"You should stop by the gym so you can teach me some of those strategies."

"Ok, sounds good. By the way, why where you such a dick earlier?" I asked.

"You interrupted my training." Her face darkened a bit. "No one interrupts my training."

"So I don't disturb you in your time of leisure, then were cool?"

"Yeah. Also, the names Cassidy. Cassidy Redfield."

"Zac." I said. "Zachary Whittman."

"Oh yeah. Never call me sweetheart unless you want to wake up in a pretzel knot and an aluminum flashlight 18 inches up your ass."

"Note taken." I said. She walked away, but before she rounded the corner, she turned and looked at me.

"And don't even think," She said while flicking her hips back, "that your ever going to get a piece of this."

"Don't worry." I said. I turned around and Morgan walked up to me.

"So what's up?" She said.

"I think I found the only person I can sit in a room with without them trying to rip off my pants."

Part 3: Party Time!

After the battle, Morgan and I went back to the dorm to change. Once we had our costumes on, we headed to the gym for the party. I dropped my team off by Jamie's place so she could heal them since she is good with medicine. Once we go to the gym, I noticed that no one was really there. The only other people there were three other girls up on a stage.

"There's a band?" I asked Morgan.

"Yeah. Come on, I'll introduce you." Morgan offered. She led me over to the stage where the band was setting up and ushered me onto the stage. "Zac,this is Kelly Garcia, Michelle Simpson, and Yvonne Baker." She said, pointing to each individual band member. The one named Kelly took me a bit by surprise. Her purple/pink jacket, dark purple undershirt, blue handkerchief around her neck, and black hair that went down to the bottom of her neck, but cut off at the eyebrows to show her face semed very familiar. She was about 5'5".

"You look a lot like"

"Joan Jett?" She finished. "I get that a lot. After all, that is my costume. Nice to meet you, I'm Kelly, the bands guitarist. Michelle plays bass, and our lovely Yvonne is on drums."

"You don't have a keyboardist?" I asked.

"We tried auditions for one, but no one can really play." Kelly explained.

"I think I could help you with that." I said. Her face lit up.

"Really?" She asked.

"Yeah. Do you have a keyboard though?" I asked.

"Of course we do! We'll get it set up for you." She said. "As for now, enjoy the food, go chat, dance, do whatever. We'll call you up when we need you." We said out goodbyes and I went to go hog up the punch stand. After a while, everyone started to fill in. I finished my fourth glass and walked over to Morgan and crew. Morgan was dressed in a prison jumpsuit, Whitney still in her Ghost uniform, and Jenna was in a Cowgirl outfit. Jamie was with them in a nurses outfit. No surprise there. I walked over and talked a bit, until the mic turned on and Kelly spoke up. "Alright everyone, welcome to the Halloween Party of 2013!" The crowd cheered. "Have fun and dance along!" She backed up and quickly tuned her guitar. Then she strummed it and began to play a song. We danced to a couple of songs, most notably The Beatles "Twist and Shout", Joan Jett's "I Love Rock and Roll" and more. I did heavily embarrass myself by singing and dancing to Cyndi Lauper's "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun". Eventually, the most inevitable song came on, and I couldn't help dancing. The Bees Gees "Stayin' Alive". I could dance. Actually, I can't for todays standards. But if we where in the 70's or 80's, John Travolta would have some serious competition. I didn't just have a seizure or do the "Duggie", but I had good rhythm in my feet. I walked foreword slowly, dipping my right hand in towards my chest and curving it back past my shoulder, repeating every time. Then when the lyrics started, I set my weight on my back foot and thrust my hips foreword in time with my hands while opening my hips up. I will admit, it was kinda awkward for one major reason: my ass. I had the ass that every girl wanted. It was perfectly curved, and the tight pants I was wearing didn't help. (A/N: Trust me, I have the same problem. My best friend, who is a girl, even told me she wishes she had mine instead. That's a good point. Why are girls obsessed with guys' rears?) But, I still went on with the gyrations. When "Now its all right" came on, I place both feet together and swayed my hips. I brought my hands together and swung them in a semicircle along my left side. "We can try" dropped in, so I stuck my right leg out and put some emphases on my hips. The "Whether's" kicked in and I put both of my feet parallel, and snapped my fingers on each side. Four consecutive on the right, and three on the left. I pivoted my feet and pointed my right hand up and left hand down. I did this eight times, each time switching sides. Then I did both of the previous moves again. After that, I took a step back, pointing my right hand over my right shoulder with my thumb, switching seven times. Then, I stepped out to the right, then left, then right, then left and flung my corresponding arm out each time. Then I leaned back and rolled my chest up and down twice before doing the same while facing the right. Then I repeated everything I just did in time perfectly with the music. Once the second long "Stayin Aliiiiiiive!" ended, I rolled my hands in a circle around one another to the top right with my legs spread apart. One roll to the top right, then top left, then bottom right, then bottom left. I did that twice before advancing to my next move. I did the same thing, but kept my hands still and legs together. I did that twice, but then put some motion into it. I walked over to the right, rolling my hands and pointing after each roll. I did four rolls before moving back to where I was. I did the same on the way back, and then did the same backwards once I reached there. I stopped and did two pelvic thrusts back up. Then I spun to my right and clapped when I stopped, and did the same to my left. I did everything leading up to the fist rolling all over again. / Then I turned to my right again and did the fist rolling, only this time I did it top right to bottom left three times. I pivoted to my left and made a grabbing motion outwards. Then I turned round and did it going back. I did one more circuit of that move before putting my hands above my head and grabbing my elbows. I flicked my hips from side to side before placing my hands out and swinging them with my hips. Then I made a swimming motion along with a much slower gyration of the hips. Then I mixed the arm flick from the beginning and roll together. After that, I put my left arm out to my left and started passing my right arm past it in a vertical semicircle. I did it eight times to the left, then 16 times to the right, putting a little step into it, before capping it off with eight more to the left. I repeated the last set (everything after /) before I finished. I was sweating really heavy. After all, I've been dancing nonstop for 2 hours or more. When the music stopped, I wiped my brow and looked around. Everyone was staring at me. Even the band.

"What?" I asked. "I'm a dancin' man. I just can't lose!" That caused everyone to burst into laughter. Kelly smiled and readjusted the mic.

"I'd like to have a gest up here now." Kelly said, waving me up. I jumped up on stage, not bothering with the stairs. "Zachary Whittman everybody!" Everyone cheered, or at least it sounded like it. The high pitched screams almost blew out my eardrum. Once the noise settled, Kelly walked over to me with the microphone. "Zac, would you care to tell everyone why your up here?" She asked.

"To do standup?" I asked.

"No." She said with a peculiar face. I put on a shocked face and quickly sat down. "What are you doing?" She asked.

"You said no standup, so I'm doing sitdown." I said with a huge smile. Everyone laughed, even Kelly, and I jumped back up.

"Zac Whittman on keyboards everyone!" She yelled. I took my place and waited for her cue. We played some nice songs, like Queen's "Don't Stop Me Now" and "Bohemian Rhapsody", The Doors "Break on Through", and finally Billie Joel's "Piano Man". Finally, I had my choice of final song for me to play. The party was at its halfway point. I think it was about 11:30. I choose a song that gets the whole crowd singing. Without telling the rest of the band, I dove headfirst into "Hey Jude" By The Beatles.

Hey Jude, don't make it bad. Take a sad song and make it better. Remember to let her into your heart, Then you can start to make it better.

"Hey Jude, don't be afraid. You were made to go out and get her. The minute you let her under your skin, Then you begin to make it better. And anytime you feel the pain, hey Jude, refrain, Don't carry the world upon your shoulders. For well you know that it's a fool who plays it cool By making his world a little colder. Hey Jude, don't let me down. You have found her, now go and get her. Remember to let her into your heart, Then you can start to make it better. So let it out and let it in, hey Jude, begin, You're waiting for someone to perform with. And don't you know that it's just you, hey Jude, you'll do, The movement you need is on your shoulder. Hey Jude, don't make it bad. Take a sad song and make it better. Remember to let her under your skin, Then you'll begin to make it Better better better better better better, oh." I screamed into the microphone and stopped playing.

"Nah nah nah nah nah nah, nah nah nah, hey Jude Nah nah nah nah nah nah, nah nah nah, hey Jude Nah nah nah nah nah nah, nah nah nah, hey Jude"

"Everybody now!" I yelled and held the mic out over the crowd. I sung along, putting in Paul's background words and nonsense.

Nah nah nah nah nah nah, nah nah nah, hey Jude Nah nah nah nah nah nah, nah nah nah, hey Jude Nah nah nah nah nah nah, nah nah nah, hey Jude

"Nice! Now all the ladies in the house." I said. It still sounded the same as before.

Nah nah nah nah nah nah, nah nah nah, hey Jude Nah nah nah nah nah nah, nah nah nah, hey Jude Nah nah nah nah nah nah, nah nah nah, hey Jude

"Now all the gents in the house!" I yelled. I was the only one singing now.

"Nah nah nah nah nah nah, nah nah nah, hey Jude Nah nah nah nah nah nah, nah nah nah, hey Jude Nah nah nah nah nah nah, nah nah nah, hey Jude"

"C'mon. Where are all the fellas at?" I called. Then I looked down as a joke. "Oh, that's right." That got a few giggles. "Alright, EVERYONE NOW!"

"Nah nah nah nah nah nah, nah nah nah, hey Jude Nah nah nah nah nah nah, nah nah nah, hey Jude Nah nah nah nah nah nah, nah nah nah, hey Jude Nah nah nah nah nah nah, nah nah nah, hey Jude!"

Kelly looked at me, mouthing if we should stop. I looked back at the crowd and, seeing how they where loving it, shook my head no. We continued the song, extending the "nahs' even longer.

"Nah nah nah nah nah nah, nah nah nah, hey Jude Nah nah nah nah nah nah, nah nah nah, hey Jude Nah nah nah nah nah nah, nah nah nah, hey Jude"

At this point, I leapt of the stage and tried my luck at crowd surfing. It was all fine. The hands where a little awkward. Some girls tried to grab for my crotch, and im pretty sure one or two hands made it in my pants.

"Nah nah nah nah nah nah, nah nah nah, hey Jude Nah nah nah nah nah nah, nah nah nah, hey Jude Nah nah nah nah nah nah, nah nah nah, hey Jude Nah nah nah nah nah nah, nah nah nah, hey Jude Nah nah nah nah nah nah, nah nah nah, hey Jude Nah nah nah nah nah nah, nah nah nah, hey Jude Nah nah nah nah nah nah, nah nah nah, hey Jude"

Finally I was let down. I clapped my hands, and the crowd burst into dance as the band played another song. It was fun, playing in the band. But with every band comes either a luxury or a hell. Groupies...
