THE VISIT

To the citizens of Trabon City, it was as though time had stopped when the blue wall had surrounded the city. Those who touched the wall or tried to leave it were instantly transported into the middle of the city. This made it impossible to investigate it to find a way out.
The wall covered the city like a dome so even areal escape was cut off, and efforts to dig under it found that it extended underground as well.
All communications from inside or out were ceased though communications within the city were still working properly.
People traveling into the city were not hampered at all but trying to leave brought the same result as those who were there when the strange dome at appeared..
It didn't take long before panic began to set in; the police had their hands full with looters and murders. The Mayor came on the air and told the citizens there was nothing to worry about and that they had all the city's efforts directed toward reaching some kind of solution. Everyone knew he was lying and the government had as much idea of what to do as the rest of the people living in Trabon.
The people were so wrapped up in their own affairs they didn't notice the rhythmic shaking of the ground until it had become strong enough to begin knocking thing off of tables and move furniture.
Most people thought the shaking was an earthquake so they began to get in their shelters, and as the shaking got more and more violent, they began to wonder if they were right. Most of the people could recognize a kind of pattern to the rumblings. One would come then silence then another then silence then another.
The shaking got more violent and then suddenly it stopped altogether.
People began to emerge from their houses to see the damage of the quakes.
Everyone seemed to be okay except for the occasional cut or scratch. They were in puzzlement of the sudden coming then going of the quakes, after all they were not on a fault line or even near one the nearest one was about 600 miles away.
All talk silenced as a huge shadow fell over the city; the creature was siloughetted by the sun. It was absolutely huge and all that could be seen of it was its glowing yellow eyes.
There was silence as the people and the monster regarded each other. They remained like this until someone screamed and as though a spell had been broken, the people began to run in the opposite direction.
The monster, people close to it could see it was a huge bunny, began to walk toward the carpet of humans in front of it.

The rabbit turned out to be a female with mottled brown and white fur covering her body.
As she walked toward the fleeing crowd a smile could be seen on her muzzle.
Each step from her massive paws left equally massive paw prints in her wake. In a lot of those paw prints could be seen flattened property, a car here, a parking meter there.
Her size could be gauged at about 1000 feet tall which made the people under before her seem like ants. She was about twice as tall as the buildings that surrounded her.

The rabbit continued her walk toward the center of Trabon and each step killed hundreds of people, she loved the squelching and popping sounds that could be heard when she trampled the tiny humans.

Crossing over the buildings on her right she headed down the street aways far down the line of little people and stopped behind a tall building that reached up to just under her breasts and crouched down. It did not take long before people started trying to enter the building in which the rabbit was residing.

And so it went until the rabbit could not hold any more people in her maw. The people passing could hear crunching sounds from just inside the building and could see the rabbit's jaws moving up and down as she chewed her meal.
Then a loud gulp could be heard as the rabbit swallowed.
After eating her snack the rabbit rose, not caring about the building crumbling as she rose through floor after floor, destroying the building's infrastructure.
When the rabbit had stood up to her full high, the building was still standing, though barely and with a tremendous kick from the rabbit's left hind-paw the building came crumbling down on the street on which the bulk of the people in the city were trying to escape.
As she admired her work the rabbit began to feel a stinging on her legs and ass. Turning around she could see the city's police force had arrived to try and stop her.
