Chapter 3: Another Wolf?
"Now" spoke Ryu "How about checking out the grounds like Sakura and Kagome".
"This reminds me Ryu and Miken" spoke Kitsune "I brought DDR".
"Really" shouted Miken!
"Dude" exclaimed Ryu "My mom wouldn't let me bring that kinda stuff. She said the last thing you need is to be making all kinda' noise and jumpin' around"! Kitsune walked out of the room door followed by Miken and Ryu.
"So how have you been Miken" asked Kitsune?
"Oh, I've been fine" answered Miken "How have you been"?
"Me" spoke Kitsune "I've been fine, I have gotten way better at DDR, and as you can tell I'm still pretty much the same. Except I'm taller and I have a much longer tail".
"Yeah we can all tell Kitsune" spoke Ryu "It's not like you don't caress the thing enough for us all to notices". Kitsune grabbed his tail and then stuck his tongue out towards Ryu.
"Your just jealous cuz' mines longer" spoke Kitsune "You wish yours was this long".
"Like hell I do" spoke Ryu "That's just way too big and way too much work for me".
Miken let out a laugh and then sighed.
"You two haven't changed that much after all" spoke Miken "Well you've changed in appearance but you still act the same". Ryu and Kitsune looked at each other then looked towards Miken.
"None of us have changed much have we" spoke Kitsune "Especially not you Miken. Out in the parking lot you said goshies".
"Seriously" spoke Ryu "We all act pretty much the same as we used to". Kitsune came to the balcony on the side of the dorm building.
"Damn that looks like a long fall" spoke Kitsune.
"That's kinda obvious" spoke Ryu.
"Tch" grunted Kitsune swishing his tail upwards. Kitsune then started down the steps which spiraled around in a square shape down the side of the building. When they got down a few furs were walking around and passing them. Ryu then looked at a black wolf closely and then ran up to him.
"Jayson" shouted Ryu "Hey Jay"!
"Ryu" shouted Jayson "Hey buddy wassup"!
"Jay" spoke a perplexed Kitsune still standing with Miken.
"Who is that" asked Miken.
"It's an old friend of Ryu's from our old school" spoke Kitsune "Except he was..... Different then. He is bigger than Ryu now it's weird. Am I the only man that's in this school that's still skinny"?
"You're a man" asked an giraffe girl walking by?
"FUCK YOU" shouted Kitsune his eye twitching.
"Calm down" spoke Miken patting Kitsune on the head, which oddly calmed him down.
"Wow" spoke Kitsune "How the hell did you do that".
"I know you very well Kitsune" spoke Miken "I can tell just by looking at you what will calm you. Just joking I just patted any spot". Kitsune looked at her his left ear twitching.
"Jayson Dude" spoke Ryu once more "You have been in FU this whole time"?
"Yeah, two more years and I have a masters" spoke Jayson "Man I can't wait, then every body will want me to work for them".
"That's awesome me and Kitsune are going here now" spoke Ryu "Hey Kitsune come here". Kitsune walked over to them slowly.
"Kitsune" spoke Jayson tapping his forehead "Kitsune, Kitsune, Ummm.... God you look familiar".
"Remember art" asked Kitsune?
"You're the scrawny kid" blurted Jayson "Except you didn't look like you were into the whole bondage collar and chain thing". Ryu let out a loud laugh and Jayson looked at him weird.
"What. He isn't?" asked Jayson.
"No I'm not" spoke Kitsune playing with the chain "I happen to like the way it feels around my neck".
"That's weird" spoke Jayson "I guess what you like is your own business, but is it smart to show it to the whole world".
"Ya' know what. I really don't care what the rest of the world thinks" spoke Kitsune right paw on his cheek.
"Now that's the Kitsune every body loves" shouted Miken. Kitsune gave out a small chuckle then turned towards the university.
"Let's walk guys. You kin' join us if ya' want Jay" spoke Kitsune. Miken walked up beside Kitsune. Then all of them including Jayson made there way to the university.
"So what's the classes like?" asked Ryu.
"Oh there pretty hard" spoke Jayson "I'm signing up for football this year".
"Oh kick ass. I should too. Same for Kitsune, he's pretty fast" spoke Ryu.
"No" spoke Kitsune covering his face with his tail "I'm not comfortable changing in a room full of guys". "Ha" spoke Ryu "I thought you'd love to the way your showing off your chest".
"Yeah what's up with that" spoke Jayson "You look kinda gay".
"You guys are picking on poor little Kitsune" spoke Miken "He doesn't look gay I think it looks adorable".
"At least you're on my side" spoke Kitsune.
"Look at em'" spoke Ryu "he is just sucking it up".
"What do ya' mean by that" spoke Kitsune.
"Nothing forget it" spoke Ryu.
"Hey, Kitsune what's up with the well groomed fur? Back when we had art you just left it alone?" asked Jayson.
"Is every body gonna' be on my case about that" spoke Kitsune "I like it like this. My tail is much longer now so I have to care for it with my soul".
"All right" spoke Jayson "What ever you say". They continued to walk until they came to the front doors of the University.
"Why do I get the feeling that..... I'm actually going to like this place?" asked Kitsune.
"Dunno" spoke Jayson "I don't hate it but it's not good either".
Kitsune walked through the automatic sliding doors into the university's innards. He gawked in awe at the many pieces of art possibly made by students.
"By the way" spoke Jayson "Kitsune did you choose only this school? I heard you scored pretty high".
"It's a lie I barely made the grade but this is the only university I applied for. Because of the art program" answered Kitsune "Although I couldn't afford to go any steeper with the prices. I'm gonna have to get a job and stuff".
"I'm set, my buddy owns one of the dorm buildings so I get a room on C1-12" spoke Jayson.
"That reminds me Aide is my roommate" blurted Miken.
"Aide" blurted a surprised Kitsune "I shoulda' known!"
"I thought you liked Aide" spoke Miken.
"Yeah she is my friend. I'm just saying I should've known she would apply for FU" answered Kitsune as he started for the halls.
"I wanna see one of the classrooms" spoke Ryu "I also wanna check out the fitness center".
"All right" spoke Kitsune "I wanna see the classrooms too, and the courtyard".
"Oh yesh" spoke Miken "The courtyard is supposed to be uber awesome".
"Who are you trying to corrupt now Stonewater" spoke a middle-aged male cat walking out of a door which read lounge.
"These are my freshman friends" spoke Jayson "What are you doing here, Mr. Jefferies?"
"I'm here to prepare the new teachers for the students" spoke Mr. Jefferies (middle-aged cat) "What are there names?"
"I am Kitsune Warui" answered Kitsune.
"My name is Ryu Mura" then answered Ryu.
"I am Miken Mayakashi" pronounced Miken.
"What an odd bunch" spoke Mr. Jefferies touching the chain on Kitsune's neck "What's this for. Your mom give it to ya' to keep track of yourself?" Kitsune gave out a weak laugh to this joke.
"I'm sorry but tomorrow when you get in your classes you'll have to wear a shirt under that vest or zip it up" spoke Mr. Jefferies and then he walked off down the hall.
"What class does he teach" asked Ryu.
"He teaches the new class. The human life class" spoke Jayson "I took it, it sounded cool, and I wonder why they would talk about a non existing life form though?"
"Kitsune here, forced me into taking advanced writing skills, He said it would at least help my poetry skills" spoke Ryu "But he really wanted to take the class, because he wanted to be a writer. We picked the same classes as each other".
"O...Kay" spoke Jayson "Won't people find it weird you're in every class together. The teachers might catch on".
"Not if they don't talk too muchies" spoke Miken.
"Oh yeah" blurted Jayson "There is a party going on in dorm buildings C through D. You guys wanna come?"
"No not me" spoke Miken "I gotta decide how I want my room. I might visit afterwards if Ryu and Kitsune are there though".
"Will there be beer?" asked Ryu.
"Of course" spoke Jay with a smiling face.
"Huh" grunted Kitsune "Maybe I'll go, I really wanna shave my muzzle fur first".
"What" blurted Ryu "It's not that big a deal"?
"He looked better without it" spoke Miken "He shouldn't have let it grow out".
"Yeah see" spoke Kitsune "I'll give it a trim and then smooth it out. Then it won't look that bad".
"Okies" spoke Miken "You do that. Besides if you don't like it you could always mess it up again".
"Yeah your right" spoke Kitsune "well let's go". The group walked down the hall passing many other students, all of them staring at Kitsune's collar. The group came to a stop at large doors which were made of glass, and saw out into the court yard.
"Hey look its Aide" shouted Miken pointing towards an Cat sitting on a table looking quite content while lying with her cat bells! Kitsune pushed the doors open and walked behind her shortly followed by the group. The cat girl turned to look at Kitsune and the group.
"Miken" shouted the cat girl!
"Aide" shouted back Miken as she embraced Aide (The Cat).
"Hey Miken you've got a foxy little friend here" spoke Aide looking closely at Kitsune "Oh my god, those eyes, that nose. Hey is that you Kitsune?"
"Yeah it's me" answered Kitsune itching the back of his head.
"Oh my god" she squealed as she then Embraced Kitsune. But as she leaned forward her knees still on the table she lost balance and fell to the ground dropping Kitsune with her.
"Are you alright Aide" shouted Miken worried. Aide had landed on her side her back over Kitsune's stomach.
"I'm glad everyone is so worried about me" spoke Kitsune in a sarcastic tone still lying on the ground. Aide got to her feet and brushed her clothes off. Kitsune got to his feet a moment afterwards.
"I'm so glad that you care enough about me to fall off of a table and slam into me" spoke Kitsune chuckling "I'm joking, it really is nice to see you Aide".
"Oh, I'm so glad to see you too" spoke Aide "But I'm really happy to see Miken. I'm her roommate you know".
"Oh really" spoke Kitsune "I'm so happy for you guys". Then Aide put her head down and stared at Kitsune's stomach then poked it.
"Hey" blurted Aide "you're not covering your tummy".
"Am I going to have to go through this with every one I meet" Asked Kitsune turning his back to the group "Is the way I wear my clothes gonna be the topic of every one I meet".
Kitsune looked at the students walking around and then looked back at his friends. He felt loving towards all of them in a way he couldn't quite explain, They all were there maybe not truly for him but at least with him. Just this thought warmed his heart and made him wish he didn't act the way he did. But now he was wondering where Sakura and Kagome had wondered off to.
