#1 of Ryt's Rants
?Bunidoom on Fur Affinity had a comic idea that involved her tuggy and my Cheshire. With her love of Sailor Moon she developed an off shoot of the genre involving her own unique take o it. This rant deals with one of the important details about her comic which is only she can cause harm to the monsters and demons she is destined to destroy.
Ryt's Rant #1
Panel 1
Ryt stands on the right side facing forward holding his sword while looking down at it.
"What the hell Verbena? My sword won't hurt them?"
Verbena stands on the left side facing right with a look of concern on her face.
"Ryt..."
Panel 2
Close up of Ryt holding his sword in front of his face. The blade cannot be seen.
"This is the most advanced nanotech Cheshires could steal! Far beyond what your world has! The blade is one molecule thin and you can't even see it unless you're looking at it from the side!
Panel 3
Ryt is flailing his arms forgetting he is still holding his sword.
"It can cut anything except the paranormal? I might as well be using a stick!"
Verbena is cringing as Ryt flails his arms still holding his sword.
"Ryt! Be careful!"
Panel 4
Ryt is turned away from Verbena ineffectively bonking a small, cute demon on the head with his sword.
"See! It's just sitting there looking stupid!"
The demon looks confused as if wondering how it got there and why it's being hit on the head repeatedly.
Verbena stands with her arms crossed, tapping one foot with an annoyed look on her face.
"Ryt!"
Panel 5
Ryt is facing forward but looking at Verbena and is pointing his sword at her.
"You should just hire a clown with a giant wiffle bat! He'd be more use than I am!"
The demon is scooting off panel keeping an eye on Ryt as it does so.
Verbena now stands with one arm uncrossed so she can cover her eyes with one hand with her head bowed slightly. Swirlies and wavy marks have appeared above her head showing everyone she is starting to get angry with Ryt.
"Ryyyyyyyyyt!"
Panel 6
Ryt has walked out of the comic but his words can still be heard.
"I'm going to go chop down a forest just to show how awesome my sword is! The giant sequoias should do nicely!"
Verbena now has both arms stiff at her sides with fists clenched. She is leaning forward with a look of anger on her face as she screams...
"RYYYYYYYYYYYYYYT!!!!!!"
