#97 of Exploration

They took about ten minutes, and the cries of exultation from Casdey suggested that she had never experienced that sort of intensity before. As soon as they had all let go once, Valmeero was last, Billy slumped down on Casdey, and Valmeero rested with both of them on him.

"O.K., you enjoyed yourself, I regrettably also, now will you get off me!" the squirrel was polite for the first half, and the last was practically screamed. Billy looked at Casdey in confusion, and Valmeero spoke.

"Alduin, you are a totally evil person, you know that." I sat up on the bunk, and laughed.

"It's worse than that, guys. Casdey, did you lick yourself clean after that sex earlier?"

"Yes, it tasted nice, and I had to find some way of getting it off." the squirrel was looking daggers at me, and Billy turned, and saw me. His reaction was one of someone who had a prank pulled on him.

"I can't believe I've been fucking an evil magician."

"I can't believe I let you, worse still, made you work harder." Casdey replied to the bunny, who was still in her.

He removed himself in a hurry.

"Casdey, I had an exceptionally powerful aphrodisiac in my semen." I smiled, and Casdey got to her feet, grabbed her staff, and fired a ball of blazing fire at me. Valmeero knocked it out of her hands, but the fire passed straight through me.

Valmeero picked the squirrel up, and she continued hurling abuse at me. Billy backed out of range of her kicks as she struggled against the wolf/dragon hybrid.

"You might have gone a little far, Alduin." he suggested.

"They killed me, Billy. I'm allowed a little bit of tortuous fun after that." I replied shortly, and leapt off the bed. Rather a spry gesture, but landing was not even that noticeable. Casdey stopped screaming curses at me, and I nodded to Valmeero. He let her go, and both he and Billy walked out.

Casdey was looking with pure venom in her eyes.

"I hate you even more than I did!" she screeched at me.

"Well, something to like me more about, at least you can exercise your voice in saying so." I smiled.

"Just because you're dead, you think you can get away with it." she hollered.

"I can." I replied, shrugging.

"There are worse things than death!" she screeched, and got no further as I lifted a hand and forced her into the air.

With one deft movement, I pressed her against the nearest wall. She had annoyed me now.

"Try it, Casdey. This is mostly your fault, and if I hadn't been a spirit, you would have joined me. Only I stand between you and your own demise, remember that." I let her go, and stalked outside, walking straight through the door. Valmeero was leaning comfortably against the wall.

"Having problems?" he asked.

"Nothing that can't be cured."I didn't even look back at her as I left, but heard her gasp through the door.

True, I had magical capability to take on some of the more powerful on Central, but had no way of doing things by myself. I suffered no ills, no hunger or sleep,or hadn't so far, but I was unable to feel, or interact in the way normal people could. My feet weren't even touching the ground, I could walk through walls. I was nothing more than an apparition, and I resented it. A glower hovered up, and hovered with us as we walked back towards the food store.

"Alduin, I hope you will not be like this for long."

"Four weeks, glower." I replied, scowling in front of me.

"Dear me, that was an awful face you just pulled." the glower commented."Do you know something, Alduin?"

"What?"

"I cannot actually sense you."

I stopped, and the other two stopped with me.

"What!" I looked dumbstruck, as did Valmeero.

"I could tell when you were possessing Casdey, and I get vague signals from your mind power, but only when you cast spells or talk can I actually 'see' you." the glower replied.

"But I can see him." Valmeero replied.

"You see things in the normal spectrum, we don't even have eyes, Valmeero, as you know. I only feel he is there because of his mental power."

"Glower, could I try something?" I asked.

"If you intend to try and possess me, good luck."

I walked forwards, and stood in the centre of the glower. There was not the agonizing pain I expected, and I stood in the bright light, waiting for something.

"No." said the glower. I know you are there, but you have no body, and neither do I, technically, so we ignore one another's presence. Good thinking, Alduin, though."

We continued back to the food store, talking idly. Valmeero was still getting over the glower's inability to sense me properly, and furthermore me walking into him without pain or even notice. Sure, people had walked through glowers, or at least the glowers had passed through them, and the result was they fell to the ground for a second, feeling the pain. But then it was over, and they continued. I hadn't even felt a tingle. We came to the door, and I walked straight through it.

Valmeero followed me, opening the door, and the glower hovered in after me. As soon as the door opened, then people looked over my direction. There was a burst of delighted faces, and then the faces fell as I walked through a table to crouch beside Draco and Silverine.

"I don't think I can stand four weeks of this." I said crossly to the Lupogriff. He looked sympathetic, that's all he could really do.

"Admittedly, Alduin, it is quite handy."

With one swing of my arm I brought it hard around. Silverine flinched, and my hand flashed through his body, and then through the cup he had on the table. I looked at him.

"That is not handy, that is an annoyance."

"I'm sorry, Alduin, that's not what I meant." the Lupogriff realised I was secretly furious with myself, silence was perhaps the best option.

I could sit on things, well, sit is the appropriate word for hovering in a seated position. Wooden objects could be treated like solid if I wanted. Hah, even solidity of existence was optional. So I sat on the table beside the Lupogriff, idly getting involved in the chat. Draco was talking about the story with the Lupogriff, he had gotten up to the magical battle, and before long both turned to me and asked me what I did. So I had to tell them I possessed Eviloths, and when he got aimed at, possessed Casdey.

There was a lot of laughter at those two's expense that I had walked straight into them. Javid wasn't there, which was annoying, because Alecto spoke up.

"What's it like to be possessed, does anyone know?"

"I can give it a go." I looked at him, and he shivered.

"Spirit of experiment, I don't mind." the fox stood, and I got off the table, and walked towards him. There was absolute silence as I walked straight into him, and I could see the fear in his eyes, he was terrified of this.

His own self shifted voluntarily as I entered, and suddenly I was a six foot fox. Alecto spoke to me.

"I could like this. Nothing much to do, but it feels good."

"Wait til I leave." I replied to him.I made sure my spirit form was invisible, and the left him. Alecto collapsed onto the floor, breathing deeply, and everyone rushed forwards to help him. With all those people there, I walked straight into Doran unopposed.

The wolf was most surprised.

"Alduin! What are you doing?" he shouted. He sounded worried, not angry, and I soothed his feelings.

"I'm just doing the same to you I did to him."

"What have you done to him?"

"You just don't feel very good for a few seconds after possession, Doran." I said gently.

"Can you just stay in me then, I think I'd prefer it?" the wolf asked, looking at the fox as he got to his feet, holding onto a table.

"It was fine, until he gave it back, then I feel so, so, weak." the fox managed to fend himself off the table and stand upright."Where is he?"

Valmeero looked around."Alright, who are you inside now Alduin?"

"Not me." said Grant.

"He'd get more than he bargained for if it was me." Time said firmly.

"It isn't me."I said through Doran's mouth.

"You filthy liar." Doran thought to me, and I tried hard not to grin.

"Who do you fancy fucking, Doran?"I thought.

"Apart from you? Well, I like Brendan, I suppose."

"Done." I nodded inwardly, and as everyone began to scatter about, spoke."I guess he's gone somewhere."

"Typical.Invisible, sex mad, and running loose." Draco shrugged.

Alex and Brendan left to head back to their quarters, and I followed after them.

Alex saw me as we approached his room.

"Can I help you Doran?" he asked, politely, as he walked into the room. These main rooms of the quarters were all much the same. I came in last, and shut the door behind me.

"Yes, I want to fuck Brendan."

The dragon laughed, and Alex raised his eyebrows. Doran thought to me.

"Well, it's being a tad forthright, now how are you going to make it work?"

Brendan chuckled and calmed down."Oh really, Doran, and how are you going to make me submit to you?"

"Alex, do you want to fuck him as well?" I asked the human, who raised his eyebrows further.

"You seem pretty sure of yourself, Doran, have you been drinking stimulants?"

"I'll prove he's still no match." Brendan charged forwards at me, and I lifted a hand to impede his progress. Brendan stopped in mid run, hovering an inch off the floor. There was a pause of amazement, and Brendan looked down at his suspended figure.

"How?" he managed to gasp, completely unable to move. Doran choked back a gasp.

"You, you, can I fuck Draco?"

"That's not fair, using magical power on him." I replied, and Doran immediately apologised. Alex was watching my eyes, as I looked down to speak inwardly, and smiled.

"Well, Doran," he put a lot of emphasis on the word,"How should we?"

With a magical command, a muzzle came out of a top drawer, glowers had unlimited amounts of imagination when it came to stocking rooms, and Brendan's mouth was secured. He tried to writhe, but soon his hands and feet were tied, his hands behind his back.

"Mmph! Mmmmmm!" he shook his head violently as I let him go, he seemed to be objecting to something.

"What is it, Brendan? Do you not want the muzzle?" I asked, and Doran laughed in my mind.

"I think he doesn't."

Brendan shook his head back and forth frantically. I smiled, and mentally released it. Brendan dropped down limp on the floor.

"That's not Doran, he doesn't have magical power." he whispered.

"Of course not, it's Alduin. Doran just wanted to have it off with you, and I decided to have a go myself. It's your own fault for being handsome."

"I'm not handsome!" Brendan replied. I knelt down, and rubbed a hand against his pecs.

"Well toned muscles, a very nice cock, and a tight ass waited to be fucked, I would disagree."

"Alduin," Brendan began.

"Doran."I said sharply,"Get it right, this is a wolf you're talking to, not some dead human."

"But..." Brendan almost objected, and Alex looked at me.

"Well."

Doran spoke."I want to take him anally, if possible."

"Look, Doran, we could take on Silverine...hey, good idea, I'll possess Kodey, that will give him a surprise."

"I've gotta see that!" Doran shouted in my ear. Then Winslo materialised into air beside me, he had followed me in invisibility.

"Alduin, you've got to stop being so mean to your friends, other wise I will cast you out of them."

"Oh come on, Winslo, Doran said he wanted it, what's a little helping friends?" I protested at the bunny.

"You're going to annoy quite a lot of people trying that." the bunny replied, filing his nails idly. He had a fair point too.

I wandered out of Doran's body, standing in front of the magician.

"You're no fun, you know that."

"Alduin, you can't use magic for your sexual fantasies. I have no problem with possession, but could you lay off the spell work?"

"Where did you get that? I am going to burn that book when I find it."

Winslo cast a gold shield around him. "I can understand that being dead might have made you exceptionally powerful, and very angry, but you can't force people to submit by magic, that isn't fair."

"Casdey would."

"And of what neutrality is she?" Winslo asked delicately. Owch, that one hurt.

"I'm just being a nuisance, aren't I?" I sighed. Winslo looked gently at me.

"You are here, that is a good thing, but it's not fair on non magical people." Doran stood up, feeling a little queasy still.

"I didn't like that bit, when he left." he said, a tad unnecessarily. Brendan was still looking at the wolf in shock.

"He, just, walked out of you, Doran." the dragon said, slowly. Winslo smiled.

"That sort of thing is expected, Brendan, it's the sudden feeling of the body rushing back to obey you, not Alduin, and there are always hiccups."

"Now can someone untie me?" Brendan shook across the floor, and Doran looked at Winslo in request.

"It's Alduin's fault, but he isn't in Doran, so Doran has his own choice. Alex likewise."

"What?" Brendan said in horror, and Doran looked slightly relieved.

"Brendan, just the once?" the wolf asked.

"If you had asked politely..." Brendan muttered.

"You would have said no." Winslo chuckled. Alex laughed.

"Come on, Alduin, what do you want to do?"

"I want to have it off with someone, it's bad enough I don't have a body to do it with." I complained.

"It's worse than that, Alduin." Winslo replied, giving me some more bad news."Outside a body for too long, you get very hungry, and very thirsty, and tired. You've got to have regular meals like everyone else, but fortunately you just need to be in possession of them, and both of you get fed. As for sleeping, it's easier for someone being possessed to get to sleep, so I'm sure an insomniac certainly wouldn't mind your company."

"Can I at least make Silverine submit to Kodey?" I asked, and Winslo laughed.

"That is something I am yet to see, and I'm sure you will get raped as soon as you retain your own body, but it would be worth it."

"On second thoughts, never mind." I sighed, the idea of the Lupogriff ravaging my ass was not a pleasant one, even in bionic form.

Valmeero walked in, just as Doran began to gently push against Brendan's ass.

"What did I miss?"

"Just Alduin learning a magical lesson." Winslo said, looking at Valmeero. The bunny's glance was clear, and I whispered to him.

"Can I come in, I know what you want, and I want it too."

"No magic." the bunny replied, and as Alex moved to Brendan's mouth for some oral sex, I vanished, and then walked into Winslo. This time he let me in with freedom, and I leaned casually against the wall in Winslo's body.

Valmeero came forward."How did Brendan get tied up?"

"Alduin possessed Doran, and used his magical power." I commented drily, and moved over to him. Val laughed.

"I should have guessed, only Alduin. Are you looking for something, Winslo?"

Behind me, Brendan got onto his knees, bending over. Doran wormed his legs through Brendan's cuffs ones, and thrust into his ass gently. I whispered in the wolf/dragon hybrid's ear.

"Yes.You." I said, and Valmeero smiled wider.

"So who's fucking who?" he asked.

"Me for the first, you for the second."I grabbed at the wolf hybrid's trousers, but he grabbed my arms.

"I can do that, thank you." we both changed, and Valmeero leapt at me. I fell backwards, and kicked into a backward roll, landing on top of Valmeero. Val recognised the move.

"Alduin!Does Winslo know you are possessing him?"

"Yes.We're both looking for some sex, and I thought it would be nice."

Valmeero admitted defeat graciously, and spread his legs so I could enter. Brendan was now in the swing of being fucked either end, and Doran was panting in enjoyment as he thrust into the dragon's ass. Alex looked at me/Winslo, and laughed.

"Is there any way to stop him doing that?"

"Yes." I replied,"Winslo said there is a way to cast out a possessor."

I only went the one round, and I left Winslo and Valmeero to continue. I stalked down the corridors, and found Time Dancer walking towards her rooms.

"Hey Time."

"Hey Alduin, I guess you're slightly bored."

"I am, Time Dancer. Furthermore Winslo tells me I will get hungry, thirsty and tired if I don't possess someone while they do those things. So come dinner time, someone's going to have to volunteer."

"That will not prove a problem, Alduin. I will, as long as you leave when you're finished."

"Thank you, Time Dancer."

I followed her to her quarters, and she read a book while I discussed idly with her. Thomas Nagoya came in, and the snow leopard joined the conversation. The minutes passed, and I decided I was bored enough to go find Draco. He was in his quarters, reading a book and listening to music on his camera glasses, and he looked up as I walked through the door.

"Hey Alduin, getting used to it?"

"Draco, that's not a good question to ask.I am just so tired of this nothingness. I can't do anything that interests me unless I possess someone."

"And not many people want to willingly give you their body in case you do something mean."

"No, Winslo talked me out of that sort of thing." I shook my head.

"Well, that's a mild relief." Draco put his book down, and looked through his glasses at me.

"Draco, could I make a request?" I asked.

"What's that?"

"I need to sleep as much as everyone else, but I need to be possessing someone. Both of us get the sleep, but I was wondering if you'd object."

"Not at all, Alduin." Draco nodded, and then added with a grin," Providing you leave in the morning or fuck Simba when I tell you to."

I sighed, a very weak smile crossed my complexion, and Draco chuckled.

"What's this about fucking me?" Simba asked as he came in.

"Alduin wants to sleep in me, and I said he could as long as he fucks you when I tell him to."

"I thought he wanted to sleep?" Simba gave this emphasis, and Draco laughed.

"Sleep entails more than that."

"And what about Casdey?"

"Casdey is for when I need to possess someone and can't or won't possess you guys."

"Righto." Simba nodded. I explained Winslo's reasons, and he nodded.

"Of course you could enter me, providing you fucked Draco."

"Any one using magic on me will regret it." Draco replied, going back to his book. Simba gave me a half amused half mock scared look, and I rolled my eyes at the lion.

After an eternity of waiting, dinner rolled around, and as it did I realised I was feeling really hungry. I followed the dragon and the lion back to the food store.

Time Dancer was standing outside, and she saw my trailing figure, glowing gently.

"Evening guys." she said cheerily. Draco stopped next to the door, and smiled at the canine.

"Having a good day, Time Dancer?" he asked.

"Mostly." she replied briskly. She stepped forward towards me, and walked into me. Draco looked astonished as I vanished, and Simba looked intrigued as I assumed control of Time's body.

"I take it you get hungry as much as us, did you arrange this with her?"

"I did." I replied, in Time's lilting voice." Don't tell everyone, I want to get this over and done with a minimum of fuss."

Time Dancer laughed, a peal of bells sort of laugh."You're definitely not Alduin."

"Hush."I thought back to her,"That's not a nice thing to say."

She radiated innocence.

We entered into the food hall, and Simba and Draco flanked me as I casually slid towards Silverine, Kodey, Ryan and Ryan. Simba went off to Abigail's table, and I sat down beside Silverine with Draco on the other side. The Lupogriff looked at me in some surprise, Time Dancer hardly ever sat beside him, only me, Kodey, the dragons and the dragon hybrids did so with regularity. He quickly worked it out.

"Alduin?" he whispered.

"Winslo says I need to eat as well, and Time didn't mind volunteering. So hands off my hips before you think you're seducing her."

Time Dancer laughed, and Silverine smiled." I wouldn't do that."

"Oh really?" Time said innocently, and I relayed this question.

"O.K., maybe once or twice, hasn't everyone?" Silverine said defensively.

I had Time's physique, I ate what she ordered, because it wasn't my stomach.

Turns out her tastebuds thought it was fairly good stuff. Without resorting to the claws like my Lupogriff friend next to me, I fairly wolfed it down, I was so hungry.Draco kept casual conversation with Ryan Lewis, Silverine engaged Ryan Viper in discussion about explosives, and Kodey ate quietly, listening to everyone with a trained ear. There was another feature of the reindeer, he listened, and picked up so many things. He was a good man to ask what was happening, because chances were he had heard of it.

I was equally quiet, although I was thinking conversation to Time Dancer. She was quite enjoying this. Winslo walked over to the table.

"Hey guys."

"And girl." I said crisply, in Time's frosty tone. Winslo laughed.

"I'll make the exception, Alduin."

Ryan Lewis turned like he had been dragged, as did Ryan Viper and Kodey. Several tables turned and looked at me.

"Winslo, could we refrain from this topic?" Draco asked.

"Oh, this was planned?" Winslo's cheerful voice dipped by many decibels.

"Yes, what gave it away?"

"Who sits by Silverine?" the bunny laughed, and the Lupogriff in question rolled his eyes.

"Those in need of a table."I replied," But I am going to have to stop that now, I suppose."

"No, no." Winslo remedied,"Just is Time Dancer aware?"

"Of course she's aware, she volunteered when I told her what you told me."

"Just checking."

"Winslo, could I ask you something?" I requested. The bunny looked wary, my sense of humour had become legendary to a degree.

"What does it involve?"

"You made reference to dispelling a spirit from a body."

"I did."

"Can you perform it on me?"

Winslo's eyebrows went up about half a mile." Spirit of enquiry, Alduin?"

"Yes, something like that. I can't be killed by it, and I thought as I've been doing the same by possessing everyone, I could at least take one for the team by feeling it."

"Now?"

"Well, I've finished eating." I nodded, and got out of my seat. I took three steps backwards, standing behind Silverine. Everyone who was within range was watching intently, even a glower appeared into the visisble spectrum.

Winslo looked at his fingertips. He raised both hands to shoulder height, as if drawing in great power. His hands glowed as light began to draw in to him. His eyes closed in concentration, and then his eye opened again, his eyes glowing sheer white. Both hands were thrust forwards together like someone throwing a fireball, thumbs touching with all eight fingers in a wall. As he did, he gave a shout, a terrifying cry.

"Exi Macula damnata!" he shrieked, and the white light was flung at me. I was scared, and I began to swear as the ball hit me.

There was the sound of tearing steel, a screeching agony noise to the ear. My entire body contorted in pain, and then I was flung backwards, landing heavily against the wall. I never even felt the sensation of leaving her, but as I landed on the ground, I could see Time Dancer sinking to the ground as she regained control of her limbs.

"Uuunnhh." she managed to gasp, and Silverine had to hurriedly reach back and catch her before she collapsed. I was still in too much pain to move, I could see flickers of light dancing across my spirit frame. Winslo was still in recovery, he wouldn't have noticed my rifle going off next to his ear. As I finally regained enough mental energy to sit up, people got out of their seats.

"I thought dying should have been like that." I muttered, holding my head in soreness. It was technically phantom pain, but I was a phantom, and it hurt like Draco had walloped me.

Draco and Ryan Lewis arrived first, Ryan forgot himself and tried to grasp my shoulder to help me sit up straight. But instead of going straight through me, he encountered a invisible wall, unable to come into contact with me. It was as though I was unable to have anyone's body in contact with mine. Winslo looked tired and weak, Grant had to half help him over to me. The bunny crouched down, swaying slightly.

"Centralis, you are powerful." he used the word like someone would use their gods name.

"I didn't even resist the spell?" I sounded confused.

"I know, it would always work, but your resistance has nothing to do with it, only the magical energy you have."

Time Dancer was being gently comforted by Silverine, I don't think the canine was aware it was him.

"Winslo, does the spell temoprarily stop possession?"

"Yes, for a few hours. You cannot posess, we cannot approach you."

Draco shivered,"I don't want to have to see that again. The light struck you, and Time's face contorted in agony. Then you were flung out of her, it looked excruciating."

"That sort of thing has to be." Winslo replied." Ripping an invasive spirit from a host, you have to force him to let go, molecule by molecule."

"Will she be alright?" I asked, looking at Time Dancer.

"In a minute, the spells takes a lot more out of you than the spirit walking out."

"If I had known it would do that to her, I wouldn't have asked."

Time Dancer was naturally a tad miffed by the spell casting, but she accepted my apology, and forced Winslo to apologise for not mentioning it. I gained my feet, and exited the food store, feeling better. I would wait back in our, no, that would involve quality time with my corpse, and I didn't like that idea at all. Which meant the only option was to go back to Casdey, and that was no option at all.

"I Really don't think I can stand four weeks of this." I said, and cursing a little colourfully, went back towards our captive squirrel's bunk room.
