Chapter 1

The halls of Destiny High bustled with activity as students ran through the halls searching for their friends. This was not true for a group of Timber wolves. Twisted Kingfield stood by in-between her two brothers. She stood at around five feet six inches and was just under a hundred twenty pounds. Her and her two brothers Shadow, and Vincent were examples of pure bred, they all had coal black fur, with silver tips on their ears and tail. Her hair was a light shoulder length grey while as her brothers both had short spiky hair that jutted out to all sides. Her twin brother Shadow said it was just bed head, but Twisted would always tease him about how he would spend at least an hour in the bathroom fixing it.

"Hey! Twisted, Shadow. Viny!" Twisted turned towards the voice as her two brothers sighed deeply.

"God, here she comes," she heard Shadow whisper. Twisted popped him in the arm as a mass of dirty blond fluff latched on to her arm. Twisted looked down to see one of her good friends Coco, a rather hyper Gothic Welsh Corgi.

"Ready to go to class?" Coco giggled out as she wagged her small tail. Twisted beamed down at the smaller fur. Coco was always like this, she was a happy-go-lucky Goth. She was wearing a small black and red blouse with matching mini skirt she loved to wear, with a big white and black stripped belt around her midriff. Coco loved to wear stockings and heels, it's what her legs looked good in when she didn't wear long pants.

Shadow laid a paw on Twisted's shoulder patting it twice before he walked off waving . Vincent coughed and he scuffled away quietly. Twisted knew that Coco liked both of her brothers, and she had also heard a rumor that the other femme liked her, too. Coco cocked her head to the side and frowned, "Now where are they going?" she asked in a small almost sad voice.

Twisted almost felt sorry for her brothers coldness towards the small fur, but she brushed the feelings off. "Probably wanted to get a head start to class," Coco nodded and bounced up and down beside Twisted. She suppressed a growl and forced a smile as she asked, "Want to go?" Coco giggled and she took off in a dash down the hall.

The bell rang and Twisted stood off by her locker, as the hall cleared out. Luckily she didn't have a first class, so she got to roam the halls and scare the freshmen, who were skipping class. She may not have looked it , but she had a rather intimating aura about her. Maybe it as one of the reasons why the teachers sent students out into the halls on purpose. She laughed softly to herself as she pushed off her locker. Pulling a pair of small black rimmed glasses (Vincent called them her trademark Emo glasses) and placed them on her muzzle.

Her ear twitched slightly as the sound of hooves on tile wafted down the hall. A deeply pained sigh escaped her maw as she moved towards the sound, making sure to stick to the wall. The sound stopped, but Twisted kept moving, along the wall. She poked her head around a corner to see Lizzy Stripes the schools vice principal, standing in front of a tall dingo. Twisted gasped softly as her eyes traveled down the dingo's body, his fur was a rich orange golden color matted and unkempt, his hair was a crimson blood red, slicked back on the top, only to fall into spiked layers around his shoulders and back, the spikes getting longer the further they went back. He had on a long hooded trench coat, so it made Twisted wonder what was underneath. She noticed that under his emerald eyes were small black stars tattooed under each eye.

Lizzy turned her head sharply in Twisted's direction. "Who's there?" She called out, her hooves clicking on the tile floor as she advanced towards Twisted, a frown on her face.

Twisted growled softly as she stepped out from the corner with a small grin on her maw. "Sorry Mrs. Stripes," The zebra sighed happily waving Twisted over. Twisted reluctantly walked over, ears folded back against her head. "I'll leave if you want me to."

Mrs. Stripes laughed and waved Twisted's comment off. "It's okay my dear, I was just telling our new student here," Twisted's gaze fell on the dingo who was staring at her in content "about what all we do here at school," Twisted looked back to the principal and smiled.

"Well, that's cool, I thought it was someone skipping class," she knew how the teachers loved the fact that she was like their little spy while class was going on.

"Oh! Silly me, Twisted this is Dante Long. He comes to us all the way from New Zealand."

Twisted extended her paw and smiled "Hey, I'm Twisted. Welcome to the school."

Dante looked down at her paw then his eyes traveled up to her face, he raised an eyebrow before turning to Mrs. Stripes with a sigh saying, "I'd like to see the rest of the school now."

Twisted growled lowly as she retracted her paw, shoving it into her pants pocket. "I'll take him Mrs. Stripes." Dante turned to look at her with a glare.

Mrs. Stripes smiled, "Of, course Twisted!" She smiled at Dante before walking off.

Twisted returned his glare, but added a smirk, "Welcome to hell,"

The rest of first period was a nightmare. Twisted walked the halls aimlessly with Dante on her heels looking at everything in the school like he had never seen anything like it before. When the bell for the end of first period ended Twisted felt an urge of energy fill her body. Finally! she thought to herself as she all but skipped over to her locker, glancing over her shoulder with a gasp. Dante was still following her.

Dante walked up to Twisted with a sigh. "Is that it?"

Twisted was about to speak when she was tackled by a bouncing ball of brown fur. "Hey Twister!" Twisted couldn't help but smirk when she saw Dante backing away from her with wide eyes.

"Easy Coco, you don't want to break her." Twisted looked to her left to see a tall, slim yet built leopard walking towards them. He waved and brushed some of his shaggy black hair away from his eyes.

Coco giggled as she detached herself from Twisted. "Sorry Adolph, I know that you'll have my head."

Adolph smiled smugly as he walked up behind Twisted, wrapping his arms around her waist, while he gave her a soft kiss on the muzzle. "How was your time off?"

Twisted growled softly as her eyes traveled over to Dante. "I had to show this stupid new kid around."

Coco pulled on Twisted's tail and yipped softly as she said, "Oooh, a new kid! Where are they!" She began zipping her head from one side to the other in her search for a new face.

Twisted shook her head and fell back against Adolph resting her head on his shoulder. "He's over there." she lifted her paw to point over at Dante. He was fighting against the crowd, so he could get to the other side of the hallway.

Coco giggled and batted her eyes. "He's cute; you've got some competition Adolph." Adolph chuckled softly and he wrapped his arms tighter around Twisted taking a turn to nibble on her ear, with a soft purr. "Hey! Guys!" Twisted and Adolph looked at Coco with a growl. "He's looking over here!" Twisted glanced over at Dante and sure enough, he was watching the trio with a hollow gaze.

Adolph whistled softly, then said I sarcastic tone. "That's a little creepy."

Twisted laughed softly "I thought you liked creepy." Adolph made a soft purring noise and nuzzled the femme's neck. A soft groan escaped Coco's lips when the bell for second period rang.

"I really don't feel like dealing with Mrs. Stripes today." Coco wined.

Twisted laughed with a grin. "That's right; you have to deal with your punishment."

Coco stuck her tongue out and Twisted leaned forward snapping at the pink appendage causing the smaller fur to yip in fright. "Very funny. It's not my fault that this school won't let you eat lunch on the roof."

Adolph rolled his eyes and he whispered out slowly. "He's still there..."

Twisted grunted and she pushed herself out of Adolph's grip so she could walk over to Dante. He was trying to act cool by leaning up against the wall, and watch the trio. Twisted gripped one of the ties on his coat and pulled on it catching his attention. "Hey," he shook his head before turning his unblinking gaze to her. "We're leaving..." she turned to look at her two friends and blinked. "want to come with?"

Dante lifted a paw to scratch his muzzle, before shrugging. "Sure whatever."

Twisted pushed his shoulder playfully. "Well, move your ass." She blinked at him before walking back over to Adolph and Coco.

Dante smirked flicking open the lighter he was hiding in his pocket. "Sure," he pushed himself off the wall and slowly walked after the trio, continuing to flick the lighter in his pocket.

Adolph wrapped an arm around Twisted's waist, laying his paw just above her tail, drawing lazy circles on her pants. He leaned over and whispered in her ear, "Why is dingo coming with us?"

Twisted shrugged smiling up at him. "Cause we need something to do, and also I want to play a little joke on the new pup.

Adolph chuckled shaking his head. He turned his head to look back at Dante as they reached the front door of the school. "So, where are you from....Um...."

"Dante, and I'm from Australia." His tone was cold and his voice was low.

Coco bounced up into Dante's face giggling. "Wow! That's really cool! You don't sound like your from Australia. You don't have an accent."

Dante growled showing Coco his fangs. Twisted felt something surge throughout her body when she saw Dante's fangs, but she ignored it while Adolph opened the door leading the group to his car. Coco stayed silent this made Twisted laugh softly.

After they had all piled into Adolph's car and pulled out of the parking lot heading towards the security gate, they were stopped by a large Bull Terrier. Adolph sighed and stopped the car, rolling down the window with a growl. "Yes sir?"

The bull terrier was Officer Scott, the schools parking guard. "Do you all have a pass?"

Twisted smiled sweetly as she leaned across Adolph. "Why, Officer Scott! You look handsome this morning." Coco giggled and playfully hit Twisted in the back.

Officer Scott tipped his hat up and smiled. "Thank you Twisted, I didn't know it was you. Go on through,"

Twisted smiled smugly as they drove away. She looked back at Dante licking her muzzle with a hum. "I love having control over the school."

Dante raised an eyebrow while he questioned: "What do you mean?"

Adolph laughed. "The staff trust us with the school, we have more power than the principal!"

Dante smirked as he muttered to himself, "Interesting."
