Alright I'm ready as can be. After much research into a field I have literally no knowledge in, I have cooked up something I believe can serve as the stepping stone to my next project.
Currently this game is a mixture of a choose your own adventure game and branching storytelling. I'm not going to lie, this is far from complete but I finally have enough knowledge to move on to a greater project closer to the likes of Nimin and Corruption of Champions. As such I have discontinued this one and uploaded it as proof of how far I've managed to come. If you run into any links highlighted in red, please ignore them, they're not ready to receive guests!
Work on the second game will begin shortly, and I will probably keep a journal updated on progress.
Two characters are available - Samuel, a minotaur who has the most content devoted to him as of now, and Brycen, a stallion who's appearance will change as he grows (currently only via ingame cheats since I'm moving to anther work).
Don't know what else I can say here, will probably put the rest into the next journal I submit.
In either case, please note that since this is my first ever foray into the field, I will GREATLY appreciate any and all forms of comments, critique, and suggestions. However do note that the next game I plan to work on will definitely involve personalised character customisation (including name, species, etc) so you don't have to suggest those :)
Another note, I still have no knowledge as to how to convert this into a flash file (it's a HTML file I'm hosting on another website), so if anyone knows how to work around this, your help would be greatly appreciated for my next work.
Also I'd like to thank Artizek, Nievelion and Nex Canis for their checking of the game for any glaring errors. My apologies for cutting this one so quickly but I sincerely believe I can do far better in the next project.
