Leaves of Autumn

Another Seasonal piece
Soft rays of light shower down onto the lightly covered ground through the openings between the vibrant autumn leaves of the towering trees that that lean over creating arches along the path making a tunnel of vibrant colors. With every breath of cool wind, leaves begin to dance in the air and on the ground in a colorful display dancing in and out between the lumbering giants preparing for a long slumber. As the leaves dance to the song of the wind they rays of light strike the moisture on the leaves making them shimmer and appears as if they were covered in thousands of crystals burning bright like the starts in the night. As the air begins to cool down more the leaves begin to fall back to the ground heavy from the frost gathering on them. When the sun sets the light streams through the trees along the ground reflecting off the leaves causing the floor of the forest to glow a vibrant amber just before the quite blanket of night covers the land in a peaceful shadow.
