Chapter 4 Leaving Springfield

Lisa groaned, her left side completely numb, but she managed to get to her feet and stand up, rubbing her side to get the blood flowing. It didn't take long, but she also felt a rawness and ache from her cock, and a feeling of overuse and almost beat up feeling from her balls. After some light breathing exercising she cast her gaze around. _'Where am I?'_She wondered, not remembering anything from yesterday except that she got into an accident and met... Lisa turned her gaze to her right to see no one. She heard sizzling, so she walked to the kitchen to see Allison cooking. Allison turned her head when she heard Lisa's hooves.

"Finally awake are you? Good... we need to talk." Allison said. Lisa gulped fearful as to what Allison would do to her, memories from yesterday beginning to pop into her mind. Allison pointed to where a table was, and Lisa dutifully walked to it and 'sat' down, her mind racing.

'Oh damn... now I remember, this is trouble... I'm in trouble' Lisa was sweating, her mind racing.

Allison turned back to the skillet, after a few minutes she turned off the stove she slid the eggs and into two plates of with buttered grits. "Eat first." She said, grabbing a plate and some forks then handing it to Lisa. Lisa was surprised, it looked quite healthy. She set it on the table and used the fork to begin eating.

"How did you get such good quality food?" Lisa asked.

"I hunted." Allison said.

"With what?" Lisa asked now curious, she couldn't help but feel the slight irritation that Allison had one-upped her yet again despite the two settling their rivalry long ago.

"Eat." Allison ordered and Lisa once again grabbed the fork and began to eat. It was pretty good but she was quite convinced that she cooked grits and eggs better. She even put the yolk in for extra flavor. She finished quickly and pushed her plate forward, seeing that Allison had eaten her food as well.

"Now about yesterday..." The pure female Centaur said slowly.

Lisa gulped again.

-Simpson Residence-

Bart grunted as he hefted the large special pack he and Laura had created. It was unique because it had a harness meant for slinging onto Lisa. While Bart was strong, his weight capacity was centered vertically while Lisa's was horizontal, allowing her to carry more and for longer periods of time. She had carried Bart around on her back from time to time. Bart chuckled at that memory then he shook his head; his cock had only been sheathed in her ass about 80 percent of the time, a surprisingly low ratio. "Can't think about that now..." He said, "Maggie, how's the portable refrigerator coming?"

Bart had asked Maggie to invent a way to make the cooler work like a refrigerator to allow longer storing of meat. She had taken the task with great pride, claiming she remembered a blueprint for such a device back when internet was still accessible.

"Well bro it's... not looking good. We'll have to survive on what we got and cool what we can. At most it'll last a few weeks, after that... eat the wildlife when we run out, I guess." She said.

"That's Fine." He turned when he heard Laura's footsteps from above. "There anything you need from your house?" He asked.

"Not really-Bart did you get bigger?" She asked, looking at him oddly.

"Can this wait?" He asked as she walked down the stairs, radio in hand.

"Well, yeah but, uh... never mind." She said, "So where is Lisa? And why do we need this thing?" She asked, holding up the radio.

"No idea, but I gotta find her. As for the radio, I heard a rumor from somebody that they were trying to establish radio contact with other cities. Hopefully if they do we'll get news on Springfield." Bart said, "You have a good sense of what's needed, so gather what else you think might be helpful for us." He said. Laura nodded as she got on her tiptoes and kissed his cheek affectionately.

"Be careful." She said concern in her voice. He nodded and unlocked the locks ready to find his sister. He was on all fours and sniffing the ground the moment the door opened, and after some more sniffing he ran.

Once he was gone Laura looked at Maggie, who gave her a sly look.

"Looks like Bro bagged you huh?" Laura blushed, "It's okay, I like you. You were a fun babysitter!" Maggie said.

Laura smiled but put her hands to her cheeks. "T-thanks." then she snapped to attention. "I gotta go, I'll see what I got that might be useful." Laura reported before grabbing Bart's duffle bag. Throwing it over her shoulder she stepped outside and made for her house.

Maggie sighed as she went back to the cooler to get it working, if it was even possible, she didn't fancy eating the wildlife should they run out of normal food. However, if push came to shove she could eat them, disgusted or not.

-Laura-

Laura ran through the streets on all fours, it was quite easy to get accustomed to the action, surprisingly even with her jacket on. She recognized the street sign and turned, her house a block down. She slowed her run, stopping at the street her mom's house was. She growled as she saw Jimbo and his goons on the front porch. Laura looked around and ducked into an alley and navigated around. She sidled up next to a pile garbage cans and rubble that was close to her house before peeking in.

"Why are we even here?" Dolph asked loudly, scratching the ground with his clawed hands.

"Simpsons gonna come back for Laura we're gonna make sure he doesn't!" Jimbo hissed darkly.

"But do you even know if Laura is in there? I mean her doors open and-" Kearney began tentatively.

"Shut up, I'm not going into a person's house without permission! That's just rude!" He said, Dolph and Kearney looked at each other but just shrugged.

Laura lowered herself and rubbed her chin, trying to think of a plan. She looked around and smiled as a plan came to mind.

She grabbed a rock about as big as her fist and tossed in the air casually. In her entire bodybuilding career she never felt as strong as she did now. She aimed carefully and threw the rock.

It flew like a bullet, hitting Jimbo square in his face, causing him to flip completely around and land back on his front, the stone still embedded in his face. Dolph and Kearney blinked then they turned to Jimbo and screamed. "Jimbo! You okay dude?" Dolph shouted, running up to Jimbo, Kearney following suit.

Laura smirked before looking around again. Finding two more rocks she aimed and fired, Kearney got clubbed in the back and Dolph took one to the cheek, hitting the doorframe and groaning as he slid to the ground.

"Take that lizard freaks!" Laura said triumphantly. With that she ran into her house, grabbing anything she thought would be useful. She came out with the bag full and heavy; it would slow her down a bit but it would be worth it. She looked at the unconscious forms. She paused, wanting to say something, but decided against it as she ran back to Bart's house on two legs, the items in the bag clinking slightly.

As she walked back she never saw Jimbo's eye open rolling up then looking at where she was running. "Got ya!" He said and he stood up and went to revive his friends.

-Lisa: Allison's House-

"Could you run that by me again?" Lisa asked.

"Like I said for 4th time now, while I am upset that you had your way with me if you need to... relieve yourself, I don't mind... I also wouldn't mind if you came on a more personal note." Allison said, bumping her breasts against Lisa's. The Simpson blushed, relieved she wasn't in as much trouble as she thought she was in, though she had narrowly dodged a bullet.

"W-Well um... I guess, yeah, if you don't mind I'm sorry about doing that. The moment I saw your... privates it just awakened something in me! An animal desire I just wanted to... fuck." She said, blushing on the last part.

Allison smiled then she leaned forward and kissed Lisa. Lisa's eye's widened then shrunk back to normal as she pushed back into the kiss.

"Lisa!" The two broke just in time as Bart kicked the door down, the rectangle of wood slamming down onto the ground as he walked in, looking around and spotting the two. "Come on, I've been looking for you!" He said hurriedly.

"Bart? What's going on, why have you been looking for me?" Lisa said.

"I don't have much time to explain, but Burns is alive." He said, Lisa's face paled in horror.

"B-Burns, that man of supreme evil?" Lisa said her voice shaking.

"Yeah, we gotta go, now." He said.

"Wait, where are you going?" Allison demanded, walking in front of Lisa protectively.

"We're leaving Springfield." He said simply. Silence followed as Bart looked at them while Lisa stared at him incredulously.

"Leave Springfield? Bart wait, how could Burns be alive, it's impossible! Let's look at it factually, he has nowhere to hide and no means of support, especially without Smithers. If you think about he would probably die in this atmosphere if by some miracle he's still alive." Lisa said angrily.

"Lis, this is one time where I trust my gut more than my brain. We need to leave, I already got the essentials packed, all I need is for you to come and we can go." Bart said.

"And what if she doesn't want to come?" Allison asked.

"Then we die, Burns didn't exactly like our father. I also think he still bears a grudge from Maggie trying to kill him." Bart said.

Lisa considered those then she sighed. "Can we take Allison with us? She has a lot to offer." She requested.

"Yeah, sure, fine, I'll trust your word on that. Come on, get what you need and head back home, you got stuff to carry Lisa." Bart said quickly.

Lisa folded her arms over her chest and looked Bart up and down. "Bart... did you somehow get even bigger since the last time I've seen you?" She asked.

"Later Lis." He was out the door running back home almost before he even finished talking.

"I must say that brother of yours is a rather impressive specimen." Allison commented.

"In more ways than one...." Lisa muttered.

"Pardon?" Allison asked.

"Never mind. Come on, let's get those plants of yours. Do you have a means of transporting them?" Lisa asked.

"Well I could strap them to my back and they'll be fine as long as I don't run." She said.

"Well we'll be running when we leave, so I suppose I'll help out with it." Lisa said. "I still think we shouldn't leave but... Bart has been right about certain things recently." She muttered to herself.

"Would it be safe to assume that you and your brother are more than just siblings now?" Allison prodded.

"Um... well you see... uh..." Lisa began to stumble.

"Lisa..." Allison walked to her and kissed her on the lips.

Lisa, surprised at the sudden display of affection when it was the last thing she expected, pulled away quickly.

"While I understand that you love your brother, just make me one promise, okay?" Lisa looked at her quizzically. "Promise me that you won't abandon me." Allison grabbed her hands and placed them on her massive chest. Lisa looked at her and nodded slowly. "I don't want to be alone... you... never mind let's go." Allison said as she released Lisa's hands and went to get her plants.

Lisa could still feel the thump of Allison's heart on her hand, even though they weren't touching anymore. She shook off her hands and went to help out Allison.

-Meanwhile, Professor Frink's House-

Frink's son walked about, trying his best to get the computer running, but unfortunately without his dad he wouldn't be able to use it. He didn't know where his father's personal generators were. He scratched his head with his long monkey fingers, his tail curling and uncurling in agitation. He headed for the wall to open the secret entrance where his father's bunker was. He input the complex code and held out his hand for the DNA test, a small machine appearing from the wall and pricked his finger. It retreated into the wall and a buzzing sound was released from somewhere within. 'DNA scan complete, access granted.' The wall split, revealing a passageway. He headed down it and came to a metal door with buttons. He pressed one and a comlink buzzed.

"Father, are you awake now?" He waited for 2 minutes before he released the button and sighed. "Guess not." He turned to head back.

"Hello Junior is this thing on? Maybe I need to fix the wiring in here or something... nyaha!" Came a voice from the speaker.

"Dad, you're alive? Good thing you built this bunker!" His son said.

"Yes, anyway, you're alive junior? Surprising when you locked me in here, I thought you died so I went into a hibernation cycle that would remain active till someone found this place. But I guess that was pointless, since you were still alive." Frink said.

Junior remembered it well, it had been some time after the plants had exploded and he'd heard the news that parents were being severely infected by the radiation and placed his father inside the bunker while the anti-radiation suit was being finished. "Well, whatever your reasoning I'm sure it was a good reason." Junior nodded, "Ha, well I see, um... huh... the suit's finished! Hopefully it should be able to withstand whatever radiation might be in the air hya!" Junior nodded, smiling, happy to have his dad by his side again.

He waited for 5 minutes before the door finally beeped and began to open. Professor Frink stepped out, his suit far different than most containment suits. Being as skin tight as possible, made of a special fabric that was impact, tear, burn, and radiation resistant. That being said though they did have a limit, though it was just pretty high. "Hello m-GYAHD!?" He saw the monkey before him with it's yellow fur and skinny body and yelped.

"It's me dad!" Junior said quickly.

"OH, it is? Well uh... what was the first thing you built for your science fair project?" Frink asked.

"A robot remember? You helped out with the finer details, like the target and voice recognition system."

Frink laughed as he remembered they nearly destroyed the house trying to get the voice and targeting system in check.

"Ha ha, well, I never expected this! Are you the only one left or-?" Frink trailed off his question quickly became rhetorical. His son looked at him and Frink nodded, "I see... there's no adults?" He asked.

His son shook his head.

"Hmmm... I'll have to see what I'm dealing with before I decide anything..." Frink said and he walked to the computer he looked it up and down. "You weren't able to get the computer at full capacity? I'm disappointed son." He chided.

"Sorry father." He said, his tail drooping.

Frink looked at his son realizing his blunder. "Don't worry, it's somewhat complicated process. I'll show you so you know from now on." He said as he gestured for his son to come over.

-Simpsons Residence-

Bart looked through the items Laura had picked up. She had grabbed some batteries, matches, small portable pots and pans, flint, and a strainer. He nodded approvingly, "Good stuff." Laura inhaled proudly and Bart put it all back into his bag when he heard the door knock. He looked at the door, mirrored by Laura.

"Must be your sister." She said, only to receive silence as he didn't reply. She stood up. "I'll get it."

He suddenly grabbed her hand, stopping her before he loudly called, "What do you want Jimbo?"

"How did he-whatever, I'm here to pound your face in Simpson!" Jimbo shouted.

"You really need a new hobby!" Bart shouted. His grip switched from Laura's hand to her waist as he grabbed her and jumped to the side as a large rock bashed the door down. Standing there was Jimbo and his cronies along with Rod and Todd.

Laura pushed Bart off and stomped to the door angrily. "Jimbo you freaking loser stop bothering me! I swear to god I will pound you into putty if you don't leave!"

Jimbo narrowed his eyes at Laura. "Laura, just because you're blind to reality doesn't mean I am!"

Laura clapped a hand over her face, the positions couldn't be any more reversed than how there were right now.

"Jimbo don't you get it? We're done. You and me? We're over, kaput, game over, dead in the dirt, nailed on the head! Kapiche?! I can't say how many more times how I over I am with you!" Laura snarled.

"Oh yeah, then why did you come back after you left Springfield?" He said smirking as if he was victorious here.

"Oh my fucking god, I came back because my mother was sick you brainless reptile!" Laura shouted.

Jimbo's smirk slid off his face. "W-What?"

This time it was Laura smirking. "Yeah, my mom was sick because of the radiation. She wanted me to come back home and I did. There's no other reason." She said, more calm now that Jimbo wasn't being an obstinate idiot.

He stood there, his head lowered before smoke curled from his lips as he exhaled.

"Fine then if I can't have you then neither will Simpson!" Jimbo snarled and he inhaled, he opened his mouth thrusting his head forward, a torrent of flame shooting out.

Laura jumped to the side as the flames ate away the wood. Bart, who had been watching, leaped toward Jimbo only to have his leg grabbed and slammed down on the ground by Rod. Bart shouted as he felt his bones nearly snap from the force. Rod raised a fist to hit Bart when Laura rammed him, snarling, her teeth sinking into his arm. Rod roared and slammed his huge fist on her back, an unpleasant cracking sounding resounding.

She gave a loud whine, her grip failing. Using this as a distraction Bart got up and punched Rod in the face.

The muscled behemoth stumbled back clutching his face, Bart was moving on instinct, his animal senses propelling him. He jumped onto Rod, his hands outstretched, and grabbed Rod's shoulders, his claws carving into the titan's skin. Todd, who had been hanging back, came to his brother's aid and went to grab Bart, only for the dogman to jump off, flipping over Todd. He then jumped forward, his mouth opening his teeth biting down on Todd's shoulder, getting a roar from his neighbor. Suddenly Bart was wrenched off by Kearney and thrown onto the ground.

Laura rolled from Rods attacks with his still good hand while Jimbo watched, panting hard with a hand massaging his throat. Breathing out that much fire had seriously cost him. He watched, recovering as Laura got up and began to fight again, biting and slashing at Rod. He then saw a blue form wriggling into the kitchen from the ruined door. He smirked and went after it.

Bart rolled using his claws to stop himself and he snarled at Kearney, his eyes white with feral fury, only for Dolph to jump on his back. Bart reached up, grabbing Dolphs arms and holding them then jumping up and spun forward his back, slamming Dolph onto the ground.

Dolph coughed, black smoke curling out. Bart growled in victory and got up, ready to charge Kearney.

"Hold it, both of you!"

Bart and Laura both stopped to see Jimbo holding Maggie up by her rear. Maggie looked very annoyed, Bart's eyes returned to normal.

"Uh Jimbo... you should let her go... like now." Bart said, holding his hands up.

"That's right you better surrender, otherwise she's toasted worm!" He crowed, ignoring Bart's warning.

Laura stepped back remembering what Bart told her what happened when a rat had tried to eat the youngest Simpson.

"Jimbo, listen, if you don't put her down she'll kill you." Laura warned.

"Wow you guys are idiots what can-" Jimbo started when he felt it, something crawling into his mind. It was alien but powerful, grabbing his mind and squeezing down.

" You'd better listen to my brother and sister, I could turn you into a purse if you don't release me." He looked at the, what he believed to be, worm in his grip. " Also I'm not a worm I'm a caterpillar and wait till I get older then we'll see whose bullying who." Maggie said.

Jimbo dropped her, stepping back, "G-Get out of my head!" He shouted, "Waste her!" He shouted, panicking. His thugs looked at him, unsure of what to do.

"Maggie don't kill them!" Bart shouted.

" Oh fine... but they aren't getting off easy," She warned.

Rod and Todd heard her voice looking around. Only for them to be lifted up, their heads colliding with each other painfully via Maggie's psychic powers.

Kearney looked around wildly, only to be lifted up and slammed down onto the ground 6 times before thrown into Jimbo. Then Dolph was picked up, his body twisting, the sound of cracking bones audible. This mercifully didn't last long before he was thrown into Kearney and Jimbo as they tried to get up. Rod and Todd growled, standing up unsteadily. They turned to Lisa and they began to advance on her, only for Rod to punch Todd out of nowhere.

"Hey, don't hit me jerk!" Todd shouted before he punched back. It wasn't long till the two were brawling. Kearney however was on his feet and backing away, Jimbo beside him.

"Dude!? Since when does one of us know witchcraft?" Kearney shouted.

"Run for it!" Jimbo shouted.

Kearney grabbed Dolph while Todd and Rod continued to brawl. Bart watched the two go at it like savages, grabbing, slamming, punching, kicking, biting, pinching, low blows being used. Eventually after nearly an hour the two headbutted each other, knocking each other out.

"Damn, they really go at it huh?" Laura said.

Bart nodded looking at their sleeping forms. He then turned his head, the sound of hooves on the ground entering his ears. He could see Lisa and Allison galloping toward them. Lisa slowed, Bart nodded in greeting before he looked at Allison, noticing potted plants strapped around her horse body.

"Is that heavy?" He asked.

Allison looked at him quizzically before noticing his gaze. "Well putting them on they felt heavy but once they were in place, not really." Bart sighed, relieved. Hopefully Lisa's body could manage what he needed from her.

"So what are we taking?" Lisa asked.

"Mainly food supplies, camping gear, and utensils," Bart said basically everything they needed to eat, sleep, and hopefully not get ambushed by some random mutated wildlife.

Then again he had been practicing staying up at night ever since the attack on Maggie, it had become a bit of a habit to stay up late by now. "Alright we'll see what you have then we're leaving when everything has been inventoried." Bart said before he headed back inside to pack up. Maggie wriggled over to Lisa, who looked at her sadly.

"Maggie do you know what has Bart so upset?" Lisa asked.

" Kinda. Big Bro met those purple haired twins you used to go to school with. They somehow gained the ability to see into the future. They predicted that Mr. Burns would come back and when he did there would be nothing to stop him. So they told him to run." Maggie explained.

"Did you... read Bart's mind?" Lisa asked.

" No, I took a glimpse at his thoughts and I got a whirlwind that I've been sorting out since." Maggie said.

"...You're saying we're leaving because of a 'vision' like the same vision that 'psychics' gave? BART!!!" Lisa shouted and Bart was downstairs.

"What?" He walked forward, only for Lisa to slap him. He stood there then turned to her. "Lis?" He wasn't hurt but the suddenness had startled him.

"Bart how could you believe something that has been... proven as utter bullshit!?" She snarled.

"Lis look, Burns is alive. I know, I saw his bunker. He's alive and it's gonna open soon. I don't know what kind of threat he can pose but just trust me when I say that nothing good is gonna happen if we stay here." Bart said, Lisa looked at him sternly trying to find a sly smile of a joke. But no smile, not even hint of a chuckle shaking him, he was dead serious.

"I'll go... but I want to know what you saw!" Lisa said.

"Ok how?" Bart said.

"Maggie... think I can get a look see?" Lisa asked.

" Lisa now's not the time to be childish." Maggie said.

"I wanna know." Lisa repeated.

Bart sighed then he nodded. "Maggie link us, I guess, or whatever it is you need to do."

Maggie wriggled between the two.

" Alright put your hands on me. Physical contact allows me to look into your minds better." Maggie explained. The Bart grabbed Maggie and held her up to Lisam who put a hand on her. They almost felt sick her body was-" Finish that thought and I'll give you two a literal mindfuck." Maggie said peevishly.

The two silenced their minds. Maggie concentrated, connecting her mind and memories with her older siblings then connecting them together.

She sifted through Bart's memories, eventually finding the one she needed. Lisa could see from Bart's view as he leaped onto the rubble of Burn's former nuclear power plant, his scanning then finding the road, following it and coming to the large chrome bunker. Looking at it then seeing the control panel and the words, 'Hibernation sequence ending' then they were looking at each other.

Lisa was silent as she looked at Bart. Even she could see that his reasoning was plausible and well warranted.

"When do we leave?"

He lowered Maggie. "Yesterday." He replied.

And with that the Simpson family and their colleagues returned to packing.

A few blocks away the reborn being of Edna Krabapple, having followed the scent practically everywhere, finally found where the trail ended. She looked up and saw the doorless building and the people running about. She sniffed the air, the scent emanated from it and her tail wagged in response. She ran forward the instinct to bark happily flooding out as she barked and yipped.

Bart froze and he went to the door, "Santa's littler helper?" He asked, to him it sounded like a his beloved friend. He saw the thick furred creature running toward him. Then it leaped up and he caught it, surprised, even more so as it licked his face eagerly and barked. "Wh-what the-hey cut it out!"

It was then that the creature stopped.

"B-Bart?" Bart recognized the voice but... that was impossible she should be dead!

"Mrs. Krabapple?" He dropped her and the creature raised it's head. Sure enough before him was the face of Edna Krabapple, but now she was... some sort of large dog with a mostly human face. But that wasn't what really shocked Bart, what shocked him was that she was alive and... younger. He crouched so he was more level with her but still had quite the height difference to make up for. 'Huh? I don't remember being this tall, maybe I did grow bigger somehow?' but he could wonder about that later.

"What happened?" He asked.

He heard hooves and he glanced to see Lisa peering down at him and Edna.

"Honestly I don't know myself, all I remember was being crushed by a building and dying because of the radiation... next thing I know I'm suddenly alive and feeling as young as I was in my teens, but my body was... well, this." She raised her front paws and looked at her body for emphasis.

Bart put his hand on his chin then he felt Lisa's hand tap his shoulder, he was wasting time.

"Listen Mrs. Krabap-"

"Please call me Edna, I'm not your teacher anymore and this situation is strange enough without needing to stand on formality." Edna requested.

"Edna then... we're packing up. We think that Burns is alive and planning to kill us somehow, so we're leaving Springfield. Mind coming with us?" Bart asked.

"Ah hmmm... eh why not?" She said shrugging her shoulders, "Not sure how I'll be useful but sure." Edna said.

"Okay then, come in. We're getting everything ready." Bart said, and thus Edna joined the group, her role far bigger than any of them realized.

-Burn's Bunker™ -

Montgomery Burns moaned lightly as he sat up his cryogenic capsule having finished the awakening sequence. "Good morning Mr. Burns." came the rather dour voice of his servant Smithers. Burns heard a slight crackling and he turned to see Smither's standing there, but his face was slightly torn and he could see mechanical parts rotating and moving silently. As Smither's moved to grab Burns he heard the whirring of the parts.

"I see... you didn't make it Smithers. A shame. Well, inform me how things turned out." Burns demanded as Smither's took him to the shower where deep below a large water tank was sealed in a metal that would never rust and resist radiation. Smither's explained what he had been able to gather through hacking old, somewhat functional street camera's.

Burns was showered, dressed, combed and fed while he listened. "Well that's quite unexpected, children now ruling the world... not on my watch! Smithers, I'll teach those ruffians how the world works. Please open the door." Burns said in his usual pompous tone.

"Very well sir, as soon as you put on this anti-radiation suit." Smither's said he held up a radiation suit.

"What? Smithers you cannot be serious, I would barely be able to move in that contraption." Burns said, "Besides, I'm indestructible, remember?"

Smither's sighed at that, apparently Mr. Burns was still under the belief that because he had every known disease known man he was unkillable.

Unfortunately in this case it would be true.

-Simpson House-

Bart looked over everybody, triple, even quadruple checking to make sure they had all they needed before they set out. Maggie was unable to get the portable fridge working so they turned it into a cooler, putting in as much untainted ice in as possible and burying the food in layers of ice to keep it cold for as long as they could. They had a bag filled with cooking utensils, pots, pans, knives, etc. and a bag with batteries, flashlights, and other items that could be useful. Lisa was carrying that along with Maggie on her horsey back. She bore the weight with relative ease, it was slightly heavy but she assured Bart that she could handle it.

As it turned out Lisa's weeks of running and conditioning proving to be a blessing in disguise, it had made her limber. However she turned to Allison, who was carrying much heavier items potted plants, and all the canned items, Lisa felt the tiny irate anger that Allison once again bested her. However she had a tiny devil in the back of her mind. 'Heh she can carry all that but you get to pork that sweet cunt of her's all night long!' She giggled darkly, not arguing.

Edna was carrying a bag filled with cans of food, her bag though much lighter. Bart himself was carrying backpack with the tents, and some canned foods with a flashlight strapped to the side. Laura also had a backpack but had a tarp for if it ever rained. She also had more canned food.

He looked at them then turned to the street, inhaling the horrible air deeply and exhaling. 'Gotta be strong.' He reminded himself.

"Alright... we're leaving our home to find a new one and a better life hopefully." Bart said slowly, "I never thought I'd ever leave... but," He turned to the small party. "I'm keeping what's important to me safe... my family." Laura walked forward and nuzzled his chest gently. Lisa narrowed her eyes but didn't comment. "Let's go." Bart declared.

And so the Simpson family left Springfield to avoid the wrath of a man who would hunt them down to the ends of the earth.

-Burn's Bunker™-

"Smithers get out of the way before I deactivate you!" Burns snarled. He was getting more and more annoyed with this babbling stupidity of his former yes man, now yes bot.

"Sir you cannot go without protection, you will not survive." Smither's stressed.

"Smithers... this is your last chance. Step aside, or I will deactivate you then I'll erase your personality." Burns growled.

Smithers was silent before he stepped aside. "Good." Burns walked forward, he paused then grabbed his tie. "A mirror please."

Smithers pressed a button and a full length mirror appeared from above and positioned in front of Burns. He looked at himself; thin, sickly, with a business suit and pants, and his near bald head. To him he was the picture of his standard health. "Thank you Smithers." The mirror heading back to the ceiling. He walked to the door, grabbed the handle and turned it pulling the door open.

The moment it opened by a single inch the corrosive and radiated air of the world filled the bunker in seconds, flooding in and permeating in the air. Smither's rubber flesh singed slightly but otherwise was unharmed. Burns though was standing there, his eyes wide. He looked around then gave a roaring moan, his flesh rippled then began to expand. Smither's stood back, watching dully, his emotions non-existent in this robotic form.

He waited for Burns to swell up and explode like a zit. When suddenly Burns body began making cracking sounds and his arms were suddenly exploding out of the suit as they became large, muscled, and veiny; like tree trunks. Burns then threw his body back, large cracks sounding, then his torso swelled ripping through the suit like paper as he suddenly was studded with large powerful muscles.
