A Writer
A little free verse poem i wrote at 1:30 am
A writer is the saddest of beings,
We have been given the most morose of tasks,
We seclude ourselves,
We love others,
Not ourselves,
We watch others,
They are our inspiration,
They are our hope,
Because we are scared to put that faith in ourselves,
The world will pass by around us,
Passing as if we were never there,
Someday I hope to love,
But i doubt I ever will have the courage to,
All I can do is dream,
That is my nature
That is our nature.
