#9 of Kiss My Arse

How was she still alive? When I had returned with the others, I had felt happy that I had escaped them; foiling Chloe's stupid police tactics. That night however, it felt like I had failed at something (although I wasn't quite sure what...) A purpose of some evil origin burned within me and I knew that that purpose hadn't been fulfilled. For once in my life, I was truly angry at myself and not another. Finally the horrific day had ended and I could rest up in bed; with only myself to deal with it seemed much easier to release my rage. With my head slowly sinking into my pillow, I believed my dreams could show me shelter. I drifted off slowly and peacefully. Finding a vision like my sessions with Krystal, my heart sank deep. The dark sphere was in front of me and the dark swirling clouds brought horror to my heart. I approached the sphere for the first time in my own, no signs of Krystal. "My, my haven't we grown," called a soft voice from the nothingness. The noise was obviously feminine and flowing; the source seemed to come from all around me. "Who is that?!?" I demanded from the void around me. I turned and twisted frantically to find the source with no success. "You've known me, Mitch." "Chloe?" I questioned. "No I'm not that pathetic freak. I am someone of much more importance." I thought long and hard of who the mystery could be. "I am the final Signit commander," announced the voice, "And I am inside your mind." I burst into action and anger, "WHERE ARE YOU!?!?!! SHOW YOURSELF AND LET US FINISH THIS!!" I breathed heavily in suspense for a reply. "Calm yourself Mitch. I am afraid I cannot appear for you and nor would I. You have proved much but still not enough. You have killed my four inferiors but yet you failed with my bodyguards and you did not kill Chloe." "Is this a fucking game to you?" I asked, enraged at her flippant attitude. "Oh is it ever... Now, I will tell you where I am. IF you can get past my defences and face me, I will tell you of your past." Her voice echoed in my head of her location. A cracking of glass made me turn my head quickly. A large crack had appeared in the sphere, right down the middle. I slowly loomed over the sphere in curiosity. Something squealed and roared inside. It continually bashed and battered the inside of the glass, crying for freedom. Each bash created a bigger crack. "Help me....," it called, "Accomplish your potential." Krystal had appeared behind me, "What are you doing Mitch?" She had penetrated my mind. I did not answer. I was mesmerized by the darken orb. Submitting to my primal instincts, I began to hit and smash against the globes surface, widening the crack. Dark fumes began to seep from the sphere as it's shell weakened with the continuing attack from both sides. Krystal rushed to my side and grabbed my arm, "Mitch, don't!" My eyes had lost all emotion, all colour; just two white slats of malicious intent. Soon the dark smog poured out. The glass shattered and the dark winds swirled around me; clawing at my being and destroying any good and righteousness left within my being. Krystal took a few steps back and prepared herself for the worst, "Mitch..." I turned to look at her. My fur was longer and darker. My eyes returned with their dark, crimson eyes. I stepped slowly towards her as she backed away in fear. "What's the matter, Krystal?" I asked her, "Scared?" I awoke slowly from my sleep to find Krystal shivering on the floor. Her eyes were tightly shut with tears pouring from her. She held her knees closely to her chest in horror. I knew what I had to do. I knelt beside her and rubbed her hair, "It's okay, Krystal. I will complete my destiny. You will recover from this soon." She could barely speak, "......you...don't have....to..." "I do." I left her in pain and devastation, thinking nothing of it. She would die soon anyway. Resolute in my attempt of getting to my last prey and was unflinching of the cold night air and the darkness, I made my way to the landing bay and boarded one of the transport vehicles. Nik, Dark and Fang followed me into the vehicle as I began to power up the engines. "Mitch whadda ya doin'?" asked Fang as he entered the cockpit. "What are you guys doing here?" I answered. "I was fixing up one of the arwings with these two helping me," replied Nik, "Where are you going?" At least they didn't know about Krystal yet. "Krystal sensed where the last commander was and told me. She said I should go alone since it would be very dangerous. Are you sure you guys wanna come along?" They looked at each other to clarify a response, "'Course we are. Let's do this!" The three seemed excited but they had no idea of my true intentions. The planet was relatively close-by and yet it seemed like an eternity to get there. The planet was volcanic with little life. Seas of lava and magma of the earth shifted the ground like oceanic continents. A large, metallic fort sat in the middle of a large island; heavily fortified and guarded. I knew this would be a challenge to penetrate this massive structure but I was ready. As soon as the craft landed, I cocked my weapons and we were at the main gate. "Welcome Mitch to your challenge," called the same mysterious voice. The gate slowly opened to reveal a large hall full of soldiers; hundred to two hundred strong. Wasting no time, we rushed in. Keeping back the lines of offence, Nik cleared a path to the centre with a few sonic booms. Fang took out a few lines with blasts of his powerful dragon cannon as Dark turned into a large anthro version of a lion with sharp claws ready. With heavy swipes and a few simple chucks sent enemies flying in all different directions. Fang took out a line or two with a few energy blasts and chopped down a few with his sword. Cutting down a man from the shoulder to the thigh splattered covered Fang in blood making him cry with joy. "Ha! They die so easily!!!" Decapitating a few more soldiers, Fang jumped back into another group of them. Nik had removed his sword and took on row after row of soldier. Combining his sonic boom move with sword swipes, Nik cut through dozens of them in seconds. Taught by Fara and Krystal; Nik showed such skill in sword combat that no-one could touch him. He danced with his moves while using an open hand to blast away all those who got too close. I was a bit less elegant. "KISS MY ARSE, FUCKERS!!!" Adopting the same, animalistic savagery used by Fang, I tore my way through the flood enemies like they were frail paper. Using my sword and randomly chopping in front of me seemed to be working. Using a combination of slashes, special powers and a few blasts from a shotgun, we had cut the strong 200 hundred to a mere handful. We surrounded the small group in the centre of the hall as they laid their arms down. "Please, spare us," pleaded the front man. "We will leave and cause you no further trouble." Fang and Dark found mercy in there hearts. They turned to me to see what my verdict was. With a click of my fingers a column fire engulfed the small team and burned them to ashes within seconds. "That was difficult..." We trekked on through the large, impressive halls with little fear or wounds. I led the group with Nik coming to my side, "Mitch; why did you do that? They surrendered..." "I didn't want to show weakness." "Weakness? Showing compassion isn't weak." "They choose their side. You stick to your side and live with that decision." "Surrender doesn't mean you abandon your beliefs." I stopped and turned to him, "Why are you hanging on this, Nikolas? I asked if you guys were ready for this and you're giving me this speech on showing mercy. Drop it or fuck off..." A proud, calm-headed and aloof fur' Nik didn't like patronization especially for someone as impertinent as me. Seeing him swallow his pride was a personal victory for me! "Sorry Mitch," he replied, avoiding eye-contact. "Good." I continued with the others closely following. Another large open gate led us to yet another large hall and, this time, we were ready for anything she could throw at us. With the large gate slamming shut from behind as another opened in front of us, I knew what was next. "This is your final challenge Mitch," called the voice. There, in front of us, stood the twins Alice and Alex. "Hiya Mitch!" they waved with beaming smiles, "Told ya we'd be back! Ready to die?" "You first," I replied. In an instance I rushed towards the pair in screaming fury. A kick to the face sent Alice flying to the other side of the room as I simply used my sword to dismiss Alex's lightening strikes. On the retreat, Alex's back soon hit the wall behind him and he began to panic. "Sister I can't fend him off." As I was about to deliver the final blow his sister heeded his cries and pulled me back only for Fang to shunt her to the floor. With Alex readying his hands to me, a Dragon Cannon from Fang was enough to send him off balance. This was my chance. With a dodge underneath his lightening strike, I grabbed his neck and threw him into the wall. The blow was so intense that the force broke his neck as he hung lifeless from my hand. "ALEX!!!" cried his sister. Hitting her with the flat part of his sword, Dark sent her flying across the room and into a powerful tackle from me, picking up from mid-air and choke slamming her to the ground. Her injuries were too much for her and she died under me. Picking ourselves up and dusting off we continued deeper into the complex.

"Krystal?!?" cried Sally as she strode down the corridors in search of her lost companion. Pushing the panel on the wall, she opened and door and shouted in, "Guys is Krystal in..." On the bed in the middle of the room was Rouge lying with her arms around a naked Renamon and Lalon. Empty bottles of wine dotted the floor and the clothes hung from every piece of furniture. Rouge slowly awoke as the other two snoozed in her arms. "Morning...Rouge..." said Sally with a confused tone in her voice. "Morning Sally. You okay?" "Apart from how I found you with our new member asleep using your breast as a pillow, yeah I'm fine." Rouge gave Sally her toothy grin, "Seriously Sal, she's incredible! For a virgin she was amazing. I think I have a new pet!!!" "Yeah, that's great... Just wondering, have you seen Krystal?" Rouge paused and tried to recover what was left of her memory from the hangover, "No. I think she went to go and see Mitch last night but I'm not sure; I could be wrong." "Okay, thanks Rouge." Sally closed the door and left the three to sleep. She knocked respectfully on Mitch's door, "Mitch? Can I come in?" With her ear to the door, she could make out a faint cry, "...Sally..." Without hesitation, she burst through the door to find Krystal on the floor in covered in sweat and shivering.

The narrow corridor led to the final room, bigger in size then either of the last two. The room itself had a large platform with a ramp leading upwards in the middle. On top was a throne for which a figure sat, loaming over us and watching our every move. With our swords drawn we rushed up the gigantic structure to face our mysterious foe. As we neared the top I could hear the figure clapping in delight. "You finally made it..." I stood at the top and looked at her, keen to chop her head off and be done with the whole escapade. "Hello Mitch," she presented, "I am the last commander." She was a wolf like me with blue fur. Her eyes were focused and her muscles were present and firm but not evident; they avoided taking away any femininity. She wore a simple space suit with futuristic pads of armor and gauntlets. Her sword was curved and spike like a sort of master craft blade. She was nearly as tall as me with long, knee length hair and a long, sweeping tail. She had permanent fangs and sharp claws on show. I readied my sword for my final fight, "Get ready to die." She simply held out her hand to me. I felt a force of energy, a wave of emotion surge through my very being as if the God's themselves had commanded me. I dropped to my knees and sweetly kissed her hand in pardon for what I had done. "My, what a gentlemen!" she said with a giggle. "My name, if you were wondering, is Heart Wolf. I can control the emotions of anyone I choose. I can choose what you think, hear, see, say or do just by twisting and manipulating your emotions. I also go by another name for which you can call me." I looked at the floor as I knelt with the others kneeling behind me. I tried to struggle against it but it was no use. "Go get out here boys, we need to chat." With a click of her fingers, my three companions strode to the bottom of the ramp and waited tentatively for their next instruction. She paced around my body as it were her puppet, "Unfortunately my powers do not extend as far as suicide or murder but soon they will. With your help they will." She looked down at me with patience until she realized what was wrong. "Oh yes you can speak now." "What do you want with me?" "Good question." With a remote in her hand, she pressed a button as the structure rumbled and shook with the movement of machinery deep within. A sort and plinth arose from the throne. The tattoo on my arm began to burn wildly. "I simply want you," she said, pointing to the sword hilt, "To touch that." "What is 'Project Sword'?" I asked eagerly before she made me perform again for her. "Well, well, well aren't we curious. 'Project Sword' is the codename I gave to the project that would help me bring my son back to me. This is sword is of Myth and Legend. Order and Oath. Life and Death. Those who take control of it are given power for their will. Chosen ones who control it are given powers for their dreams. Very few are chosen to control swords like this so you should consider yourself lucky. The sword merges with the owner and fulfills its shape, power, purpose and energy to the morality of its user." She bent down behind me and whispered in my ear, "And it will become apart of you..." Allowing me to my feet, she walked to the side of the sword and examined it closely. "Your evil will create the perfect weapon." "I am not evil..." I said though my intangible restraints. "Your not, huh?" she asked inquisitively and she stood in front of me, "What of all your sins. Fine you killed the evil Signit commanders and the troops but what of your family?" I looked at her for more answers, "My family?" "Most of them are dead. All by you hand." I shook my head at her words, "I....never..." "Oh you did. You, Mitch, were born of Cerilian origin. I would know Mitch. This is the other name you could call me by. I am your mother." She had devastated me, throwing my whole reasoning into disrepute. "You were born of me and your weak father. I knew of your destiny from the prophets. They foretold of your coming power; an evil the likes of which had never been seen before. Your father, however, disagreed and tried to bring you up good. I took you from him and trained you myself to become what you were meant to be. Before our dimension collapsed, I sent you for your first mission to prove your worth; kill you father. You brought back his head for me to see. You were blessed from birth." "I......killed....my father...?" "You did indeed," she replied while stroking my hair lovingly, "And I couldn't have been more proud of you. What you did to your sister though was quite callous as well." Although I did not want to know anymore, I know I had to stall her and find more of my past, "What did I do to her?" She looked at me surprised, "You don't remember? You released your inner evil and attacked her, sending her into shook. She's not dead but you came quite close. It's not like you to spare people..." I thought hard from what she said but it made not sense. It sounded like what I did to Krystal but how can that be? "Krystal is your sister. Your father kept her. You failed to kill her all those years ago as well. Twice in a row? You must really like her..." Her grip on my body dispersed and my free will returned. Yet, instead of grabbing my sword, I fell to my knees in sorrow. "Still not as bad as what you did to your kin..." she said while she shrugged her shoulders. Her words brought horror to my heart; I needed to know more. "I had children?!?" I asked, surprised. "Until today. Technically they weren't paternally yours. We took some of your DNA and mixed it with a donor egg to grow children. The twins were trained to become partners for you. However, they failed my test and were not worthy to fight at your side. You were my test." I realized what I had done. I fell to my knees as tears dripped from my eyes. I gave everything up; my free mind, my mentality, my stability. "Their names were Alice and Alex." Pouncing on top of her, I held my sword to her throat with all my cares and emotion gone. "I WILL KILL YOU!" She just spurred me on, "Go on and kill me. Forget your destiny and return to the pathetic life you once led. Become an insignificant speck on the marks of history or grab the side and fight by my side." I held my sword at her throat, knowing the slightest movement would kill her and finish my mission. Sweat poured from my body as tears once again filled my eyes. I dropped the sword and stood in front of her. "MITCH!! DON'T TOUCH THE SWORD!!!" Behind us at the door rushed the Star Fox team; Sally had Krystal supported by having her over her shoulder. Fox and Falco stared at me through readied sights. "Mitch mate, we don't wanna shot you," called Falco. Krystal cried to me, "It's not too late Mitch." Chloe and a group of her officers rushed into the hall next to the Star Fox team. "Mitch, don't you dare touch that sword. It's over you Signit bitch," she cried. With her hand outstretched, Heart Wolf made the crew drop to their knees and bow their heads. "Look Mitch, they are bowing to their new rulers." Her smile only grew more savage, "Grab the sword Mitch and become my son once again." It seemed fruitless to resist her will any longer. I made my way towards the blade, its sheer brilliance calling me forth to it. It tempted me, calling my soul to bind with it. "No Mitch..." called a weak voice from the crowd. Krystal stood above the others. Her will was strong and her heart was pure, "Please Mitch..." "Know your place, Krystal," called Heart Wolf as she concentrated harder. The vixen stumbled a little but continued up the ramp. "Mitch, you are a good person. I have seen it and I know what you could be and how you could act. This evil can be extinguished and you can become righteous and just." "No further vixen." "Please Mitch." "I said no further." "Mitch...I implore you..." "Stay where you are." Heart Wolf was no struggling. Krystal was now on all fours; crawling towards me with her hand outstretched as if to try and reach me. "Krystal...I found out you're my sister...that's probably why I didn't kill you!" I became hysterical. So many things swept through my head I went into a sort of overload. I began to laugh at the whole situation as my body tried to find its sanity. Looking back at me and pointing at me with the other hand, Heart Wolf took control once again, "Mitch, grab the hilt." "No...Mitch..." Her grip on me was much stronger now. Her power burned within her eyes, her lust for power growing ever stronger and my will growing weaker. "Fight her Mitch......" Her voice was so weak that I barely noticed her. Heart Wolf had enough and withdrew her sword, aiming the point at the back of Krystal's head. "Last chance Mitch." As she lifted the blade into the air, I reached out and grabbed the ancient hilt. The power of the sword flowed through me, unlocking a power that dwelled within my essence. The darkness rushed from hands and feet, eyes and mouth, nose and ears. It overwhelmed me; consumed me. All my goodness and free will culminated into a final scream as Mitch died. The sword melted into my flesh creating a large sort of spear where my arm once was once; a mix of sharpened metal with blood, bone and flesh. The tattoos on my back ripped as two evil demon wings burst forth from my back, dripping blood and pure darkness. All that was left of my being was gone and my mix of pure black and blood red eyes emphasized that. My fur grew long and ragged like sharped nails. Claws grew from my remaining hand and my teeth become long and sharp. Horns grew from my head and my tail burst into pure dark flame. I was complete. "My...my son..." My mother fell to her knees in tears at her new creation. "MY SON IS BORN!!!" The team pulled themselves from the floor to see me in my full glory. "Say hello to Death Wolf! I feel the Gods tremble!!!" proclaimed my mother. (((Is this good or what? I hope it is, I tried very hard. Hopefully the last one will be released on Christmas. Thanks to all of you for your support and Merry Christmas!)))
