#4 of Apocalypse
David woke up and saw that Sarah was still asleep and hung loosely around him. "Sarah" he said softly, "it's time to get up."
Sarah slowly opened her eyes to the sound of her mate's voice. She was still around him since last night. "Good morning," she hissed.
"And a good morning to you as well," said David, then he kissed the snake on the lips.
She was a little taken back at what he just did, then she melted into the kiss. It felt right for his lips on hers. She then felt something poking at her lips and realized it was his tongue, so she opened her mouth and let his tongue in while letting hers explore his mouth.
Their kiss was broken up when knocking came at the door.
"Hey! Wake Up! We have some problems!"
David walked over to the door and saw Mike and two others, a man and a women. David opened the door and said, "What is it? It better not be about Sarah bitting anyone."
"Actually-" Mike started before getting cut off by the man next to him. The man wore a plaid shirt and some jeans. He had blond hair that looked like he just woke up, which he probably just did. He was about five foot ten inches high.
"Yes it is about that fucking snake!" He screamed, Sarah hissed in the background. "You see! That thing will hurt me and my family if you don't get rid of it!" Sarah hissed loader.
"Will you stop calling her a thing? She gets a bit aggressive when you do that." David said.
"So, you're saying it will bite me?!?!" Sarah hissed louder than before and was coming closer.
"That's enough!" Mike yelled. He turned to the man. "You stop calling her a thing otherwise she will bite you!"
"I promise you she won't bite, unless you call her a thing or try and touch her. Alright?" David said.
"Just keep it away from my family!" this time, Sarah came, as fast as lightning, to the door and hissed in the man's face. Her eyes glowing with rage. The man flinched back when he saw how fast Sarah could move.
"Again, I suggest not to call her a thing." David said, then he closed the door.
David waited until the footsteps sounded very faint then said, "What the hell do you think you were doing?"
"He kept calling me a thing, I don't like that," she hissed.
"But you are part snake."
"I know, but I still don't like it."
"So if I start calling you-"
"Don't even think about it"
"Any way, what do you want to do now, we're in safety and we can get food off of them?"
"From what happened out there, I don't think I'm really that safe, plus, if what you call zombies can smell like me, they can be here very soon."
"But their senses have got tore apart by decay. Anyway, can try the pills? We have nothing else todo."
Sarah hissed angrily, "Fine, but I won't like it. I'm still against you taking them with us."
"Whatever." David said then walked over to his bag and searched through it till he got the pill bottles. This time, he notice on the Human-Like pills, there was two sides. One was the Human-like side, the other was Arms and Legs (Horrible name, couldn't think of anything else). David popped the Arms and Legs side, and took out a pill. It was neon orange.
"Here try this one," he said. He tossed the pill at Sarah. It fell in front of her. She looked at it, then bent down to sniff it.
'This smells like meat, maybe its ok.' Sarah slowly ate it. 'Tastes like meat as well.''
As Sarah swallowed the pill, the sound of bones cracking and breaking echoed through the room. Two buds appeared six inches away from her head. The buds kept on growing while two more appeared two feet from the end of her tail. They kept growing until claws appeared on the buds and they changed into clawed hands and feet.
"Well, thats interesting to say the least." David said.
"What?" Sarah slowly opened her eyes, she seemed to be the same height, but felt weird near her tail and close to her head. "What happend?"
"You grew arms and legs. These pills are really weird."
