#2 of Commission Works

This was a commission for danio13. It was my first ever paid commission, and I think I ended up doing pretty well! It's about two college roommates named Greg and Bobby. One of them is hiding a dark secret, and the other is in for the weirdest night of their life.

Characters and situation are all © danio13 (http://danio13.deviantart.com/). All I did was bring it to life.

Writing is © Zorpix.

The Zorpix Den, where everyone deserves a voice.

I'm currently closed for commissions, but keep checking back if you'd like one of your own!

It was nearing evening when college roommates Greg and Bobby returned from their night class. They had been let out early, so the faint glow of twilight was still casting lazy shadows all around their apartment. Hanging up their jackets, Bobby continued their conversation they had started on the way home.

"Dude, I'm telling you, that was not the correct way to turn in your homework."

Greg shrugged and headed for the bathroom. "He literally said 'toss your papers up here', what was I supposed to do?"

Bobby huffed a bit and crossed his arms. "You didn't have to make a paper airplane and throw it at him!"

"Hey, at least he caught it! I was surprised a man that old had such good reflexes." He laughed and mimicked the lively movement their professor had made to catch the aircraft.

Bobby grumbled and went to the fridge for a before bed snack. Finding nothing of interest, he slammed the door a bit hard in frustration, trudging over to the couch to take a seat. Greg noticed he'd been acting like this a lot tonight. Instead of his normal and quiet self, he had been edgy, temperamental, and a bit snarky. Greg had toyed with the idea of mentioning something about it to his friend most of the evening, but was able to shrug it off most of the day. After the little fiasco with the fridge, it was now quite apparent that something was off.

"Hey Bobby... Are you okay?" He asked tentatively.

"Of course I am. Why would you even ask?" These words were almost spit out of the boy's mouth, making Greg wince a little.

"Well, you've just seemed a bit on edge is all. You're normally not this touchy."

Bobby's eyes softened as he heard the concern in his friend's voice. "I'm sorry Greg... I guess I'm just a bit nervous, that's all."

Greg walked over and sat on the arm of their sofa. "What are you nervous about? Whatever it is, you can tell me!"

Bobby shook his head and stood up, sighing. "I appreciate the concern Greg, but nothing you can say will change what's weighing on my mind." He started heading towards his room, which was directly across the hall from Greg's. "Just do me a favor and don't come in my room tonight... okay?"

Greg's sank onto the couch cushion beside him as he saw his friend walking away, lost in thought. "Okay Bobby. Whatever you say."

"Thanks Greg. You're a good friend." Bobby closed the door behind him with a hollow thud.

Greg sat alone in the growing darkness for a few minutes, pondering what Bobby could've meant. There wasn't anything too odd about today that would cause such behavior. He was like this even before he made the paper airplane, so that wasn't it. It wasn't a special holiday or birthday that he'd forgotten, though Bobby's 20th birthday had only been a few weeks ago. There was nothing he could come up with that explained Bobby's behavior. In their years together as friends, he'd never seen him act like this before.

With a sigh, Greg stood up and headed to his own room. He stood outside the door for just a moment, trying to hear if Bobby was doing anything. All he heard was the wind quietly whistling against their little stone building, making the window panes creak eerily. Greg shrugged and trudged into his own room, switching off the light in the hallway. No light came out from under Bobby's door, indicating that he'd probably gone to bed. Greg left his door open about a quarter of the way, just in case Bobby decided he needed him in the night.

After stripping off all but his boxers and crawling into bed, Greg found himself having a hard time sleeping. He tossed and turned, but couldn't get Bobby out of his mind. After about an hour of frustration, he threw his blankets off and sat up on the edge of his bed. The wind was a bit stronger now, pressing against the windows to give the panes a good cracking sound as they buckled under the pressure.

Suddenly, a faint moan came from Bobby's room. Greg instantly bolted upright in his bed, craning his neck to hear more. Another moan came drifting out of the dark room. If it weren't for the open door, Greg probably wouldn't have been able to hear it over the wind. He stood up and slowly walked over to his open door, peeking out into the hallway.

Oddly, the air in the hallway was cooler than that in his room, chilling his exposed flesh. The wind was practically screaming now, but it seemed to mostly be coming from Bobby's room. Does that lunatic have the window open? Greg wondered as he stepped into the frigid hall. As he approached Bobby's room, he could feel cold air rushing over his feet from under the door. A loud moan suddenly burst from the room, making Greg jump. Ignoring the warning his friend gave, Greg charged into the room, unsure what to expect.

As he ran in, he was instantly hit with a blast of cold air that was coming from an open window on the other side of the room. The drapes that normally rested beside the window were now flying wildly, making weird scratching noises against the walls. Greg wasn't able to notice that though. He was too focused on the convulsing figure in Bobby's bed. Glued to his spot by fear and bewilderment, he watched helplessly as his friend writhed around on his bed.

The blankets had already fallen off the bed what looked like long ago. It was now just Bobby struggling with his clothes. It looked to Greg like Bobby's eyes were still closed, and his mouth, aside from the occasional moan, was remaining shut and stoic. He must still be asleep! Greg watched in horror as his friend convulsed.

Bobby's body, normally tall and lanky, was starting to shrink. Even from Greg's distance, he could see his friend's skin almost closing in on itself. It looked like something on the inside was pulling on every inch of his body, contracting it into a smaller, more petite form. Eventually, he shrunk to the point where he was able to fairly effortlessly thrash out of his clothes. His socks hit the floor first, followed by his pants and boxers, scattering in various parts of the room as they were flung off. Greg waited for Bobby's shirt to come off, but it looked like that wasn't coming so easily. Enraged, Bobby literally tore his shirt off of his body with a loud, resounding moan, ripping a hole below the left arm that was just big enough to slide over his head and toss at the wall. Now that he was entirely naked and quite a bit smaller, Bobby's flailing almost stopped completely. A few moans escaped his shuddering body as it regained a sleeping position, resting gently over the bed, and even the wind started to die down a bit.

Greg's voice, cracking due to a dry throat, managed to choke out: "Bobby?"

Instantly, Bobby let out a tremendous moan and his convulsions started again. His moans grew faster and more intense, chaining one right into the other as the wind howled back to life, sending papers flying around the room. The realization hit Greg that it was starting to sound like a female orgasm: quick, rapid, and breathy. Bobby's hands snapped up to his chest, his crude, undefined fingers clutching at his ribcage. Greg watched in astonishment as the flesh under Bobby's hands started growing. Bobby's greedy hands clutched onto his expanding breasts, squeezing them tightly with white knuckled fists. Bobby's moans were almost screams at this point. The breasts kept expanding, even fighting against his terrifying grip to expand to a full C-cup with pink, puffy nipples. Greg couldn't help feeling a little ashamed looking at such luscious breasts, but fascination and fear kept his gaze locked on his friend.

As his moans grew louder, Bobby began clutching his head, scratching at the scalp underneath his hair. His fingers tore at his hair, ripping it out and letting it blow away in the gusts of wind coming from the window. As the old hair blew away, red sprouts started growing on Bobby's head, slinking out of his scalp and slowly falling under their own weight. His moans waned on as his head spasmed back and forth, hair slowly creeping out of the violently shaking cranium. The hair was reaching shoulder length now, and it's growth slowed to a stop as Bobby's head slowly regained its stillness.

A quiet moment followed by a piercing moan signaled that the next change was occurring. Bobby's hands hovered over his pelvic area, then slapped against his crotch, causing a smack so loud Greg could clearly hear over the wind and moaning. While it was hard to get a good look, Greg was able to see his friend's penis start shrinking, eventually starting to invert itself. As it tucked itself inside Bobby's body, the shrunken head stayed fixed in place, becoming a small bump on a smooth pelvis. However, the bottom of Bobby's body started splitting open, a bit of clear liquid oozing out as it did. What used to be Bobbi's testicles were squished and pushed up into his body, the leftover skin forming the labia around a glistening strip of flesh, leading to a very tight hole. With one final, drawn out moan, Bobbi's body fell limply against the bed, her right arm dangling off the side of it.

Now that the transformation had ended, Greg finally found motivation to start moving again, and went over to shut the window that was still letting in freezing air. As the window shut, Bobbi's eyes fluttered open at the noise.

"Gr- Greg...? Is that you?"

Greg swallowed nervously, embarrassed at the sight of his now female friend in the nude. "I was just shutting the window... It was cold."

Bobbi blushed and covered herself with a blanket "I'm sorry you had to see that."

Greg carefully stepped over the scattered papers and clothing to sit on the other side of Bobbi's bed. "It was a bit odd, I'll admit... At least now I know why you were so apprehensive today."

"I'd control it if I could, but it's not up to me. My family has been cursed for many generations before I was even born. When we're in our twentieth year of age, we undergo that transformation, and our gender is swapped. Apparently hair color gets altered as well." She said, pulling a lock of her hair into her view.

"Bobbi, I don't know what to say..." Greg stuttered. It was a lot to take in, after all.

"Greg, I know it's not how you've typically viewed me, but I have something important to talk about with you." Bobbi twiddled her fingers nervously.

Greg smiled warmly and put his hand on Bobbi's shoulder. "Whatever you have to say, you can always talk to me about anything on your mind."

Bobbi nodded decisively. "Greg, I've always been a girl on the inside. When we first met, I told you I was straight. This doesn't mean I wasn't lying. I guess you can see what implications that carries with it now that I'm in my natural gender... I'd like to tell you that I've always thought you were really cute..." As she said the last line, color rushed to her cheeks and she turned her face away out of shyness.

"Bobbi, are you asking what I think you are?" Greg asked, keeping his voice intentionally hard to read.

"Yes, Greg. I want to be your girlfriend! But if you can't love me because of what I am or what gender I was, I understand... It's a lot to deal with." Bobbi's voice grew soft with her last words.

Greg was silent for a few seconds, and then spoke up with confidence in his voice. "Bobbi, I saw something really, really weird tonight. It scared the crap out of me, and honestly, it was one of the craziest things I'll probably ever see."

Bobbi cut him off. "I understand..."

"Let me finish." Greg countered. "It was weird, and it did scare me. But the entire time, I couldn't stop thinking about how I just wanted you to be safe and happy. I racked my brain trying to figure out what was wrong with you, because I genuinely cared about you as a friend. Now that you're like this, I'm more than ready to take the next step in being your boyfriend." He looked up and gave a humble little grin, tears welling up in his eyes.

"Oh, Greg!" Bobbi cried out, almost fly tackling him from across the bed. "I promise you that you won't regret it."

Greg smiled and wrapped his arms around his new girlfriend. "I'm sure I won't."

The two looked into each other's eyes, both seeing a mixture of joy and amazement as they thought of their new life together. The couple pulled each other close, knowing that whatever they had to face in life, be it curses or college, they'd face it as a team. The two looked into each other's eyes one more time before losing themselves in a kiss.
