Sorry for the long wait had to deal with a few thing of my personal life and I'm not going to submit chapter 10 and 11 and 12 until after Christmas so this is my last one until the end of the month. Book one is going to be a dusey of a story (Now I know I mis-spelt that). Anyway, I might consider on submiting my christmas story I've been working bit by bit.

Drako's wish, A dragon's tale,

Chapter 9: The reborn.

Kara and Marina screamed out in horror as Drako laid still. Marina burst into tears running to Drako's side. She held him, crying out his name. Her gaze turned to Jin who was laughing. "How could you, He was your brother. You're a traitor!" She cried out.

Darkness, what is this dark? I was floating in darkness, total darkness. AM I dead? I asked myself. No it can't be. It can't end this way. I journey has barely been started. Why would I die? I thought I was the all mighty Chosen One. No I'm not. I was just normal kid. A light began to form in a distance. The light was so bright I covered my eyes at the sheer brightness. Everything that the dark touches turned to light revealing a room. But something about this room felt familiar. The room was fairly large. There were ten bunk beds in a neat row on ether side of the room. The door burst open. A young boy came running in. He clasped on his bed, tears rolling down his face. I gasp at what I'm seeing. There was blood on his back. Could it be? I said out loud. The boy sniffled looking up. "Hello, who's there?" He called out. "Great now I'm hearing things."

I hid behind one of the bunks. I didn't want him to see me. He most likely would cry out in fear at the sight of me. Shit I am a. I looked at my hands. "Holy shit" I cried out falling back. I was back to my former self. I checked my entire body wasn't dragonish anymore. "How could this be?" I said. "Hello, who are you." I looked up at the boy. He was staring right at me. "Oh uh Hi what's your name?"

"Drako's the name Sir." He smiled holding out his hand. I grabbed it. As he touched hand something snapped within my body. It is him. He's me. "What's your name Sir?"

"It's Drako." I trailed off. Drako gasped. "Well that's cool."

Wait is this kid really me or is he not? "Uh kid can we walk somewhere?" I asked him.

A few minutes later we walked under a big oak tree. "You know something about you seems familiar." He plopped down.

"More then you realize." I muttered. "So why are you at an orphanage? You seem like a kid with parents."

He looked down. "Their both are dead." He said coldly, looking down. "Mister, why does it that you have the same name as I do?"

"Well Drako all I can say is that I and you are connected. You aren't going to like what you are about to hear." I looked up. I sat down next to him. "I am you but older."

"I knew it." He laughed out loud. "I knew you would come. A guy name Rio told me."

"Rio is our father Drako. How he manages to go human form is beyond me."

"Human form what do you mean."

"Earlier you had two bloody spots on your back. Those were beginning of wings. Have you ever wondered why or how you got them?"

"Yes I have."

"Well you are really a half dragon. Our father was a dragon and our mother was a human. I would prove it but apparently when I came back in time I transformed back into my original form."

"But Drako you already look dragonish. Just look at yourself. I yelp I was back in my dragon form. "How can I just transform without me knowing?"

Drako frowned at me, "Now is not the time Drako. It's time for me to give you something." He pulled out a note out of his pocket. "Rio told me to give this to you." I took it from him and opened it up.

It read: Drako what you are reading now is in fact from me, your Father. Now I am sorry of my death but I will return later in your quest to find the keys. But as of now you need to take the next step in your form. This sword I'm about to give to you will help you transform. Now I'm working my ass off to get back into the living world to help you defeat Gazer. Now I want you to go to Conagos castle in the north where it is cold. There you will meet the Dragon of the Ice, Elixa if you can't find her castle you'll pick up her scent. Once there she will help you get in contact with me. Now I will give you the present of a wonder.

No sooner as I read that the note began to change. It got longer and a handle formed in my hand. A long blade came out of the handle and grew until it stops. From the handle to the tip it was more then five foot long. It was a huge sword. I jumped up and took a swipe. A wave of light shot out of the sword. It hit the ground throwing dirt everywhere. I then heard a faint voice. "Drako it is time to wake once more." My body began to light up with reddish green light. "I guess it's time for me to leave. Drako you will meet up with a girl in the future. You and she will be married. Also be strong when you lose Rio." He shook his head, disappearing into a mist. "Good bye Drako."

Marina was on the floor badly hurt. Jin was laughing at how Kara struggled in his death grip. There was boulder smashed on the floor. Pillars clasped on into the wall. Much to Jin's demise Drako's body began to glow. Suddenly was engulfed in a whirlwind of light. Jin was shocked to see it. He threw Kara down to the ground at bolt toward the ball of light. Hey Marina holds on just a few more minutes. Marina lifted her head trying to see where the voice had come from.

Jin pulled his sword up and brought it onto the ball of light. The barrier of light reflected Jin like a bug. Sending him flying towards the marble flooring. Thunderous booms roared in the whirlwind of light. It exploded into little fragments, like it was glass fragments. Right in the middle was someone standing. He was tall with blue sapphire hair with black blue wings. In his hands was a sword. The hilt was the shape of a dragons head with the grip coming out its mouth. The blade extended out five foot long. It was a tremendous sword.

Where is all this power coming from? Is it coming from with in? Light charges of energy engulf my body. It felt good. Like a mothers warmth. Like my mother. What is happening to me? I don't know. I opened my eye looking out into the chamber I was once in. I gasped out in horror. Marina laid still off to my right and Kara was to my left. Both were hurt badly. "Dr...ako...Drako...." I heard a whisper from Marina. IT was faint but I heard it. I walked over to her. I picked her up. I held her in my arms. She smiled at me. "I thought you were dead." "I was my dearest Marina. I was. Now I'm back to protect you and Kara." I hugged her tightly. "Please hold on. For me love." I laid her down softly.

"So little brother do you think you can beat me now. You're wrong, dead wrong. He came at me with his blade. I pulled mine up and the battle begins once more. WE clashed with power. Sending sparks flying everywhere. Fire erupted out of thin air. But it didn't matter. I goal is to stop Jin. I disappeared into the fiery mist of smoke. "Coward, that's what you are Little Brother. You can never beat me Drako, NEVER. I came from behind and sliced his tail off. He fell to the ground roaring in agony. "Listen brother, Gazer is manipulating your mind. He wants nothing but Evil. I know you what your like. You have a kind heart. You aren't evil, this isn't you. Come back. Are you going lay waste to all our father has set in front of us. I need you to help me open the gate. You are my brother now listen. Listen at what I have to say." These words echoed through the chamber. It went quiet, only the crackling of the fire could be heard. I came back down to the ground. I stood by Jin. He was losing blood and fast. "Brother please listens to me."

"Why should listen to you. You took my father away from me. You should have never come into my life. No never came into this world."

"Listen to yourself. Jin this isn't you. How ever little time I've got to know you it was fun. You were fun to hang out with. Have you ever stop to wonder what father actually thought of you. He loved you, and this is how you are paying him. You need to come to your senses. Father loved you and you know it. You letting Gazer Control you."

"Liar, you're a liar."

"JIN I'M YOUR BROTHER, YOUR FLESH AND BLOOD, ARE YOU GOING TO LET SOME JACKASS TELL YOU HOW IT IS OR ARE YOU GOING TO LISTEN TO ME AND COME BACK!" I thunder. Jin whimpered before me.

"But I can't, Gazer put a spell on me. He's controlling me now. Ugh" He thrashed around. "Fight it Jin. He can't entirely control you. He may control your mind but he doesn't control you heart and your spirit. Fight back." He thrashed about, gasping out in pain and for air. He stops and went quiet. He jolted up right. "Drako come here, I don't have much time." He gasped out. I moved forward. "Gazer is going to unleash something sinister. He going to open the gate into Hell and unleash a monster. He is going to bring back the Shadow Dragons. You have to stop him before he does. If he succeeds in unleashing them, all we know is lost. Shadows will rush the world into darkness. It is up to you Drako. You are the one to destroy them once and for all. Only then both the new world and the human will be in eternal peace. DO me one favor my dear brother." He was losing air.

Tears were running down my face. "What is it Jin?"

"Tell my father I won't be seeing him and that I am sorry for all I have done. He was my best friend as I was his. Ughhh" He clenched his chest as with his heart was burning. "Are you going to be alright Jin?"

"My time in this world is up. It is time for me to go. Good bye Drako, My only Brother." His body began to fade. His legs turned into light particles. "I'm sorry my brother. I'm sorry for all I have done to you. Please don't let this world be taken over by our shadow Dragons. Goodbye..." His face was last to go. He disappears into the smoke of the flame. The chamber started to crumble. I acted quickly. I rushed over to Marina and Kara and put both over my arms. I summon the last ounce of power I had in my body to get all three of us out of the hellish chamber. I exited to the outside after a few seconds. I looked around, looking for any signs of a village. My eyes finally found a small town in the distance. It took me quite some time to get there but I got there in fair amount of time. MY strength was leaving me and fast. I had to get inside somewhere. I found strangely that the town was disserted. I'll worry about it later. I settle at a Hotel named Kilo Inn. I opened the front door and picked up a key to a room and went to the first door that I could see. Inside I found two full-size mattresses. I laid Kara on one and Marina on the other. I then just clasped on the floor. Falling asleep quicker then I could feel the pain.

The dream I had was creepy. Darkness and evil creep a-cross the land that was our world, red sky glowing above the land.

Thing are heating up now. The revealing of King Gazer's plan to open the gate too Hell. Yes That's what I've plan. Oh and guess who Gazer is, He's was menchened in the first chapter.... If you don't know then I'll tell you when I Submit chapter 13.....
