The fire roared up to the sky burning the town down. I slowed down time around the fire as the firemen came and put the fire. They were surprised by the fact that the fire stopped and didn't begin to burn anymore. I looked at my watch waiting for the time to happen. The hour hand hit tweleve as everything began to wash away. I stood up, and a few people appeard in a circle. I glanced at all of them as they looked around. Their whispers were all the same "What's going on?" This is the second annual time battle. I was the champion for the first round. These are all the newest competitors for the title of the time fight. They all seem weak. I smiled and watched the center open up. A path appeared to allow me to walk foreword. With each step the light fadded behind me all eyes were on me. I couldn't help but laugh.
"Welcome everyone to the second fight of time. You nine have the highest ability to become time fighters." Someone raised their hand and I looked at him nodding at him "What do you mean?" I sighed "You nine will fight along side me to win the title as time fighter. If you defeat me you become the new leader and will hold the following time battle." The person raised his hand once again "The enemy is right next to you. You all live around the world so the first challange is to find eachother. If you choose to drop out and not fight do so now by stepping foreword." I paused as one person walked foreword vanishing as another person appeared. No one else moved the new person looked very confused and I don't blame them for they are in the same position I am when it first started. "There are three types of time. Stop which stops the time all around you, speed which increases the times around you allowing you to move in super sonic speed, and finally slow which slows down the time around a location." I have the power of slow and stop which makes me unbeatable.
"Once you find an opponent you must touch them and everyone else will vanish allowing you both to fight on even ground not needing to hold back. Any questions if not," a few people raised their hands "you can activate these powers outside of battle so I sugest you practice quickly. This battle will last only one year if none of you can win..." I smiled "you all die." A few people began to panic as others looked calm. I see we have a few killers in our group this time. Though it makes no difference I shall be the champion once again. Hmph, is actually a lie they'll all die, but the last time fight lasted over the course of 10 years. It drove me insane. " good luck to you all. This time battle has begun!" They all vanished in the blink of the eye.
Two months have passed since the beginning of the time fight a few people have died already. To be precise four have died by their own powers. Two people of speed increase their own time, but failed to release it. They ended up speeding up their own life force. A person of stop tried to stop a car from crashing into them but they missed their target. I suppose it was a good try though but maybe they should have practiced on a smaller target. And person of slow tried to do something brave they try to rescue a family. The building was caught on fire he thought he could save them in time. Irony isn't it? A person is with all the time in the world and he wasn't able to save anyone. And then there was five remaining. But it makes no difference to me. I shall win. But, it will be very dull if they all died by trying to save the people like these fools did. I sent the message to the remaining few. There we go now I don't have to worry about them dying.
Another month has passed and the remaing four formed a group wanting to come and kill me. I sighed as it reminded me when I was first joined in this, and I joined a group like that. I sighed walking to the large group seeing them all surprised by this. "We want you to take this power away and stop this and never do this ever again." I time walked with only one being able to see me was the last person of stop. i placed my hand on the guy's head and slowing down the time in his skull walking about and returning the time back so they all can see me. "I can't do that." The guy I slowed down flopped to the ground. "Four time people are now alive." The person of stop ran towards me thinking he can negate my speed. I stopped time so we both can be by ourselves. He tried to stop my movements, but then realized that we were already in the time of stop. "Why won't you stop moving!" I walked over to the other placing my hand on their heads like the first one. "This game is about to end, and it will be starting once again, sigh." I restarted time so that we no longer are in stop time. "And now two are alive." The two fell down on the ground as I looked at the last one. "I need you to die now so this can end." "End? How are you ending this you've been doing this for how long?!" I sighed as I stopped time again as I ran to him placing my hand on his head. "Good bye...for now." I restarted time watching his body fall.
I saw the golden clock falling down, and a white angel swooping down grabbing it before it hit the ground. "So you won again." I looked at it and grabbed the clock. "I now have all the speeds and two wishes right?" It nodded and smiled "I wish all the people that have been affected by these fights to be revived without their abilities of time. And, for my second wish I wish for these fights to never happen again in this wold or any world." It's wings fell off as the four people started screaming and stood up looking at the two of us. I looked down seeing the person of stop standing looking at us. "Now complete the second wish." It nodded its head as it vanished. "What happened?" I looked at the person of stop. "I ended these games. I saw one of them taking out a gun firing as I stopped time. I sighed and grabbed the bullet pointing it down to the dirt. "I guess this will now happen a lot." "Why does it have too?" I turned seeing the person of stop kept his powers laughing a bit. "I see this is intresting." I pulled his arm and speed up our time and jumped foreword breaking the time wall. I touched the ground and unstopped time. "But, fighting will never stop." I let go of his hand stopping time once again and jumped away fron there. "Want to join the fight?" I turned my head seeing it again. "I have to be." The angel gave me a pocketwatch "Now go time fighter and fight for those who have lost their time."
