Despite being the youngest and still a baby, she is something of a child prodigy, being incredibly smart, and very physically capable; comparable to the other two sisters. Although she often has to correct and inform her two elder siblings, her behaviors and mannerisms are still like those of a genuine 3-year-old, so supervision between the three is pivotal.Catty appears as a childishly small, yet well-dressed brown cat. Her cloths consist of a formal child's gown, accompanied by contemporary, old-fashion undergarments that cover nearly the entire lower region of the body. These cloths were chosen by her mom so as to limit here crawling, resulting in faster transition into walking. Her feet are covered by small, cloth booties with hard rubber grip pads on them.Because Catty is so young, yet so smart, her personality is quite the blend of childish and mature. She speaks beyond the level peers in her age group usually do, and often likes using big words to describe things. With how much she knows, she's often the de facto in times of misinformation. She sometimes teaches her siblings more that they teach herAlthough her knowledge seems to have a boundless limit, she has her childly flaws, such as being easily distracted or discouraged, as well as being rather self-centered, self-conscious, easily upset, and at times very stubborn. She also still needs aid with feeding, despite knowing how to use common utensils. Despite this, she is a very content person, and very surprising... considering she's a toddler.History:Catty was born last to the family of kittens, encompassing one mother, and two sisters; the father is not present. Catty has since always been the baby of the house: that one everyone could nurture. Tiger took a particular responsibility and liking for her, as Tabby (who'd be three at this point) was still developing cognitive and social skills.As the child grew, however, she had gotten unusually smart, and active. Soon, she was able to keep up with her other two sisters, and was gaining on them in their smarts as well. Once for fun, she read a thesaurus. She also picks up using a parasol, handkerchiefs, and a tazer. No one would know how this came to be.However, one day, the three kittens' mother fell ill, and she couldn't care for them in her condition. She needed medicine from the pharmacist to help ail her illness, but said pharmacist did not have the medication. Desperate to save their mother, she had permitted them to venture to the nearest town the find something for her. With each sister at one another's side, they set off to find this medicine to cure their beloved mother... along the way, running into a
few detours and roadblocks.Weapon: Miniature Parasol, Handkerchiefs, and a TazerWeapon Type: Non-Weaponry, Shocking WeaponDiscipline: Self-taughtBattle and Abilities:With Catty being so young and so small, she isn't even expected to know how to fully use her motor skills. However, because of her immense intelligence, she actually becomes aware of them, and thus uses them to aid her physical abilities on her own accord. They aren't much, considering how underdeveloped her body is, so she opts to use other means to supplement her lacking areas.One of these means is using weapons in the form of non-weaponry items like her parasol and handkerchiefs, and a high-voltage tazer she made herself. Her parasol is her primary tool, having somewhat of a triple purpose. She usually uses it for its intended use: to block sunlight and light rain. However, she may also use it as a form of bludgeon when confrontation arises, wielding it something akin to a sword in the hands of an expert swordsman.The handkerchiefs play more strategic role in her fighting prowess. They may work not only as a handy cloth, but may also play roles in deflection, diversion, blinding, binding, constricting, and even launching as a projectile. The tazer, as one would expect, is used to shock and stun people with a large electric shock. Despite the close range, it's probably her most effective weapon.As well, when falling, her dress and open parasol can act as fall-slowing parachute. Because of this, if she was to fall off a high rise, she could easily survive simply by straightening out, and opening her parasol. She may also use it to sail when the wind is blowing, or to keep herself suspended when opportunity calls for it.However, Catty is of course going to have her weaknesses, and quite major ones. Keep in mind she is a toddler: the fight itself puts her at great jeopardy. Like so, her body is small and quite delicate, so as even the most mild of hits can hurt greatly. She is only so strong: Her attacks and hitting strength are impressively executed, but mildly weak at best. Because of her small body, she may be hit, and it in turn striking a much larger area of her body than a normal-sized person.However, it is good to watch for some of her skills, techniques, and that tazer of hers, as they may hurt a lot. Because of how small she is, this may also make her a smaller target to hit, so missing is an increasingly likely probability with her. Although she may not get far, she can move quickly, which one could do to watch for with her, as it may be fatal if one is unaware of such happening.
