Abu was basically luggage at the moment, being carried by a large black dragoness who was covered in medals and wearing the most intimidating militaristic outfit he'd seen in awhile. As they entered the wooden door which stood out from the metallic compound, into an office.

The door was shut behind them as she locked the door three times, all with separate locks meant to keep anyone from coming in.

Its interior was different from the rest of the compound in that it had far more brown then usual, a green tilted lamp resting upon a polished oak desk, and the floor was carpeted in a gentle neutral green and the walls were oak tiled. There were two chairs, one behind the desk and another in front, both had cushy seats. He was being carried around until he was quickly tossed into the door with an "oof", while the dragoness walked behind the chair with her boots thundering on the ground and took a seat.

He took a look around as he felt the chair to be comfy but he knew he wasn't here for a tea party with the head honcho. She stared at him with the coldest green slitted eyes, which was making him nervous but not making him uncomfortable, "You've either never been on a battlefield or you aren't a man looking for trouble, not running says that.", said the dragoness in front of him as she reached back as if to pull something off her belt, unstrapping what appeared to be a gun. She unlocked and pulled out the cartridge, placing the gun aside on the edge of the desk, placing the magazine in her pocket before leaning over the table.

Abu knew what this meant, giving a bit of a sigh of relief inside his head as she rested both elbows on the table, "Now then, what is your name?", she queried, getting a bit of a blank stare from who she was interviewing. He chuckled a bit and shook his head at her, "Well running away would be pointless, as you locked the only way out...however its weird. I assumed that you'd know who I am, seeing how you went through the trouble of kidnapping me. Though I'd rather not waste time. My name is Abu Bryant, Scientist and Engineer. But you should know that, as you're too smart not to kidnap someone without knowledge of their identity.", he responded in a bit of a smug tone.

A smirk crossed her face, if it could be called that when she heard how he answered, "Well I decided to test your honesty. Now since both hate to waste time, on to the proposition. Since you were not directly involved as a soldier we hold no war crimes against you. Because of this you are not an enemy and therefore have no charges pressed against you, so I won't kill you. As you said, I do know that you are a scientist of top class that created weapons, programs, engineering, mechanical work, maintenance...To put it simply, I'd like you to do it for me, that is why I had you brought here."

Business as he thought, expecting her to ask about lending his services. He was sick of being asked for that, only wanting to do his own research on his own accord, without anyone expecting anything from him. He signed and sat back, his white hair being rubbed with both hands, "....you really expect me to work for you? I really detest being made to work for someone's behalf...though you did get me away from N.D. so just tell me one thing. Who are you? And why do you need me exactly? It seems like you're properly equipped here...unless you plan on taking N.D.. If thats the case then you're outmatched, badly."

Even upon hearing the outmatched comment the dragoness expression remained calm as did her voice., "I would say so if this were the base but we keep our prisons away from the base..for obvious reasons I'm sure a man like you understands. But no I do not expect you to work for me nor want to, which is why I'm offering to let you go.", she explained, Abu getting rather curious now as to what she was saying, "Yes our plan is to take on N.D. from the sidelines, but that is not the only reason I'm asking this. But I'd like to hear your terms if you are interested. As I said, if you are not then you are free to leave. Though you will be treated like an enemy if we meet again and I won't hesitate to kill you."

For once it sounded like a good business proposition, liking hearing that he'd be let go but not liking that he'd be eliminated if he'd ever cross paths with them. Though as a man of honor he'd prefer it if he'd pay them back, agreeing to the best option if he can get a few requests done, "So I see....so I can just walk out if i wanted to. But I'd feel bad if I don't repay you for setting me free.", he said with a light smirk, giving it some thought, "OK I'll help you out, but I only want two things that I expect to have upon joining you. A laboratory, and testing site, both are essential, and if you can give me both, I'll tell you all I know. Trust me, I know alot and some of which could be vital."

The dragoness momentarily quirked an eye ridge upon hearing his requirements but was pleased to hear that he made the right choice and that he was being so cooperative, "Very well, we have a few of those, I'll just need to know what staff you want if any. You can therefore use them to work on whatever you want. If you choose to work on something for us we'll fund the project for research, equipment, faculty, you name it. In addition we will also pay you for your services."

He shook his head and cracked his knuckles, feeling eager to get to work soon, "Oh no, don't worry. I prefer to work alone, but if you want anyone to test drive what I make then thats fine. Also pay isn't required either, as long as I can get my research done, thats enough for me.", replied Abu, already knowing the first thing he'd be working on.

She nodded at him, agreeing to his prepositions, "As I said, faculty, equipment, you name it and we can provide it. Also if at some point you do change your mind let us know. I do hope you will understand that a checkup team is required..either that or we can go by satellite feed and you can show what you are and have been doing without needing to worry about somebody breathing down your neck."

Abu knew that was coming, not caring at all really, "Alright then, we'll iron out the details later. Though before we wrap up this discussion of business, what is your name? You seem to know mine and even with my knowledge, I don't know who you are.", he asked, standing up on the chair and holding his hand out to make the deal official. The dragoness leaned forward and shook his hand back with her much larger one, pausing for a moment before giving a single word in response, "Shade."

-

I'm backed into a corner, but I can't let Casey down. I promised that I'd get him off the hook and I will. I have to remember, its not "If I can prove it", but that I have to. That's my job as a defense attorney.

**Date - October 31, 2055

Location - Judicial Hall, Court Room 3

Finally things were gonna be fleshed out thought Phrin, wondering what the accused himself has to say about it. Rose passed her claws through her hair as things were quiet for the moment, then out of nowhere banging her gavel to break the silence, "Ok then. Casey, what do you have to say? If anyone could shed light on this matter anymore, it would be the man who saw the victim last. Please give your testimony, and you are under oath. I probably don't have to say that to one of the Wellington Family but it's part of the law to remind you."

"Of course...I won't lie. Now then...you really wanna know what happened? I hope you're ready to have your heads blown wide open.", responded Casey, cracking his knuckles and brushing off his black shirt.

Testimony 1 - The Old Man and Me.

"I was...hanging with my favorite girl Brenda before I was called. She kissed me on the cheek and told me to come back to her afterwards. Took me about 3 minutes to get to the old man's room. As soon as I entered, he yelled at me as usual over crap that wasn't any of his concern. I didn't touch him but I admit he had it comming with what he was blabbing about. What I do with his daughter, who's legally old enough to be on her own is between her and myself. After that I left steamed and went to cool off, before being caught by the cherry tops."

There was an awkward silence for a moment, Phrin having trouble understand exactly what he just said. From what it sounded, he did nothing wrong at all, but obviously there was something lacking in it. She was gonna beat the truth out of him like she promised, nodding in Rose's direction as she winked back, "Alrighty...the defendant seems to have quite the vocabulary...you teenagers really say the darnedest things. Anyway cross-examination is yours, but this is our last witness Phrin. If you can't establish his innocence now, he'll be tried guilty. Theres too much evidence pointing at him, from the fact that he was the last one to see him to the blood found on the victims body. I trust you know where to look this time."

Direk scoffed and grinned, finally getting to the meat of the case, "Well well...as the butler said you would, you left out something rather important. Not that it matters, knowing Phrin she'll nag it out of you like women do best.", he snickered, only to be ignored by her, "Anywaaaaay...moving on. Casey, you were pretty vague as I expected but I'm proud you didn't lie. I was ready to kick your ass if you had. Now I'll just get the truth out of ya the old fashioned way."

Casey chuckled nervously, feeling a cold sweat going down his head while Rose giggled from how openly hostile Phrin was. With the slam of the gavel, Casey began his testimony, "Ok....I was hanging with my favorite girl Brenda before I was called...", he started, only to be cut off by Phrin yelling her trademarked line, "HOLD UP!...Good boy.", she commented as Casey nearly had a heart attack.

"Ok so who is this Brenda...?", she asked, slightly scratching her snout with a claw as Casey started to blush a bit, "Errm...shes just a girl. The old man's daughter who I met a few years back. Nothing really special other than that.", he responded with a bit of a shy tone in his voice. Direk laughed and gave him a clap, "So ya got a girl huh? Nice work, guess you're a man after all.", a comment that got Casey bearing his teeth at him with a loud hiss.

"You don't say huh?....Sounds like shes a bit closer to you than you like to let on. Well anyway this doesn't seem too important so continue your testimony.", requested Phrin, getting a nod from Casey, "Alright then...She gave me a kiss on the cheek and told me to come back later to her afterwards...."

He stopped for a moment seeing Phrin holding in a laugh, raising an eye brow as to what she was thinking, "You'd better not be thinking what I think you're thinking...but seeing how you haven't yelled at me, I'll continue. After being called, it took me about 3 minutes to get to the old man's room.", continued Casey, before falling out of the stand from the shock of having his ear drums popping. With her index finger pointed, Phrin got serious quickly, "HOLD UP!...Casey, get up. You'll dirty yourself. Anyway this is confusing...why did it take you so long? I've been to Poile's estate and its not that big from any point to take so long...unless you were in the garden out back."

Casey remained quiet for a moment as he cleaned himself off, shaking his head as he looked at her with a blush, "Phrin...you love making me spill my guts huh? Fine, I was in her room and we were making out for 2 minutes after I got the call...happy?", he said rather annoyed, getting a chuckle outta her, "OH I'm happy that you're finally in a committed relationship. Now carry on, I just wanted to make sure."

"Ok....As soon as I entered the old man's room he started yelling at me as usual--ok don't yell Phrin. I'm ready for you to question this part", Casey said as stopped abruptly, seeing Phrin getting ready for the big shout. She banged her desk in defeat, but she knew what to ask, "Alright alright...didn't gotta ruin my enthusiasm like a big jerk. Anyway what did he yell at you about? I'm pretty sure he just didn't call you to break your ear drums.", asked Phrin, already knowing what it could be about but wanting to make sure.

He remained quiet for a moment, then looking at the judge, "Your honor, you sure no one other than us can find out about what goes on here?", he asked, sounding quite scared. Rose chuckled and nodded, spinning the gavel with a finger, "Of course, this is a private matter so whatever goes on stays here. Even the one with a penis for a brain knows that rule... Now tell us, what did happen?"

"Thats good to hear...ok. Please don't repeat this to anyone...that night..."

-

**Date - October 30, 2055

Location - Poile Brandz Private study

Time - 10:43 pm**

Casey walked into the small square room, seeing an older green lizard male dressed in a black suit sitting in a large comfy chair. Neither of them were happy to see each other, as they glared at each other, "...glad to see you could make it. You ungrateful little shit.", he remarked, his voice deep and full of authority. Casey scoffed and sat in a chair in front of him, the chair pretty large compared to him as he was looking at a man nearly twice his size, the father of a female he likes.

"What do you want you old fart? I took the liberty of coming here as Brenda asked, now don't tell me you just called me to waste my time.", scoffed Casey, trying not to look him in the eye due to how much he disliked him. Suddenly Poile slammed on his desk, and growled at him, getting what looked like a small envelope as he threw it at him, "Can you explain why this was found in my daughter's room while the maid was cleaning?", he asked, seeing Casey catching it with ease.

The letter was addressed to him, but didn't remember getting this in the mail recently. However he was noticing it looked familar until he realized what it was. What got him angry was the fact that it had been unsealed, very recently in fact, "Wait, this isn't any of you business! It's addressed to me old man!"

It was then that Poile attempted to take it back with a claw swipe, but it was a miss and hit the envelope instead. Out fell a picture of a very thick Kemodo dragoness who was of a silver hue showing off her ass in the thinnest thongs in the world. Both of them stared at the picture for a moment, as Casey looked up while feeling awkward.

Suddenly he saw Poile cover his nose, not noticing the blood falling into his shirt. It was then it was made clear exactly what was going on, the picture being grabbed and put into his pocket, "Wait...thats it! You have it in for your own daughter. I didn't think the great Poile Brandz was into incest like that...", chuckled Casey, having finally something up his sleeve.

Poile grabbed Casey by his shirt, stretching it as he raised up him to his height of about 10ft and staring right into his eyes with his own red slitted eyes, "Shut the fuck up you little mistake! Assume what you wish, it was just a random nosebleed. Now if you keep getting close to my daughter, I'll tell her what you really are. That secret you keep from everyone and what you keep running away from.", he shouted, Casey easily swatting his hands away and falling back down to the ground.

The threat made him nervous but not enough to make him run away in fear, turning around and going out the door while flipping him off, "Please. You really think Brenda will not love me anymore? Someone like you should die for getting in the way of two lovers."

-

"....then I just left. The time was about 10:50 as I was leaving if I remember correctly. I may have seemed not caring but I was hoping he wouldn't so I just left the party. Though one thing I thought was weird was that the lights went out for about a 10 seconds before going back on as I walked out the door but I heard some idiot was the cause of it."

The silence was deafening when he finished, Phrin shaking her head at what she just heard. Rose laughed while Direk chuckled, both of those reactions making Casey feel quite down, "Hah...so Poile was incestuous huh? I didn't know that. Though from your testimony, if true, means that you did nothing and it was Poile himself who was being the criminal. Though that is of course, if this is true.", commented Direk, having his hands out like he was disappointed in what he heard.

"OBJECTION!", shouted Phrin, banging her desk in front of her, "W-what are you saying?! You really think Casey made this up? It does explain the blood found on him! It obviously fell on him when Poile saw the picture!"

"OBJECTION!", retorted Direk, shaking his finger at her, "Well theres no exact proof and no one to back it up. Plus if you were a murderer, wouldn't you want to make yourself look innocent?"

"OBJECTION!", again shouted Phrin, wrapping her arms around each other, "Y-you gotta be kidding me! Tell me, does that witness of yours that was murdered mean nothing? He obviously had something that may have helped my client or implicated the real murderer!"

"OBJECTION!", yelled Direk, pointing his finger at her and looking glittery as usual, "Sorry but that's not gonna work you naive woman. As much as there is the possibility of the butler knowing something that would've helped Casey, its as high as Casey may have hired a hit on him too. Everything you've said, is just a possibility. Do you have definite proof that Casey did not murder?", he asked, getting a growl out of her. "I thought so. If you did, you would've presented it by now."

Rose had to break this up, banging her gavel 3 times and raising her voice, "Order! Order! Now Phrin, you know I love ya, but he has a point. There is definite evidence showing that Casey could have done the murder and he has a motive. You haven't shown any evidence showing his innocence...and his testimony is probably the last of importance we'll get today. Please tell me you have something...you can't lose to this guy but the law is absolute with evidence. Without it, You can't prove his innocence."

Casey wondered if telling this was a bad idea, hoping that it would clear things up but only ending up getting things even more messy, "I-I can't believe it! Phrin, you believe me right?! Thats the pure truth!", he cried, sounding quite destroyed.

Phrin scratched the front of her snout, wondering what to do now, "Of course I know you're innocent...but without evidence..I can't prove it....", she thought, then suddenly remembering something quite important as she opened her eyes wide and glanced at her client, "Thats right! Casey, do you still have that picture on you?", she asked, getting an awkward look on his face, followed by a nod.

"Your honor, I request that photo be analyzed for scale residue! If Casey's photo has Poile's residue, it'll prove Casey's story to be true!", announced Phrin, getting a smile from Rose as she ordered the bailiff to take custody of the crumpled picture and take it to the back room.

"Hold it!", shouted someone out of nowhere, stopping everyone in their tracks. Direk was chuckling and holding his head back, "Hah...your honor. You really think this will prove anything. So Poile touched the picture, this proves nothing related to the case. Just that he touched the picture, nothing else."

Phrin's last hope was dashed as Rose nodded in agreement, realizing that he had a point, "Unfortunately, Direk has a point when he puts it that way. It seems that this case has reached its end. The defense has failed to produce definitive proof for their case, and as it pains me to say, the defendant had ample time as well as a strong motive.", explained Rose, banging her gavel once more.

There was a long sigh from the prosecution's side, as well as a laugh, "Hah, I should've known that a woman couldn't keep me entertained. The sex I have last longer than this. You're a disappointment.", said Direk, not getting an answer from Phrin.

A deep silence flooded the courtroom for a moment, before the sound of a cellphone began to ran. Everyone looked at Casey for a moment, only seeing that he had none, "Hello?...Finally took you long enough, I nearly got the guilty verdict....uh huh.....exactly as I thought. Thank you, I'll put you on the witness stand."

Phrin had taken out her P.I.C. and answered the phone, pointing at Casey, "Sweety, can you move from the witness stand? I have what I've been waiting for.", she asked, seeing him move as she pointed her P.I.C. at the witness stand and pressed a button and a bright light blinded everyone for a moment as suddenly the hologram of a Jaren in the witness stand.

It looked like he was actually there, though Rose and Direk knew what she was doing. Jaren coughed to cleared his throat, and pulled out a couple of papers that were vital, "Ahem! Yes....well sorry to interrupt your honor, but I have interesting news. Phrin before the court began asked me to look into something regarding the murder, something that was overlooked before due to the prosecution's arrogance. Of course Phrin had no idea who the victim was so she kept her request simple. Check for any spikes in energy that occurred in the room, as well as signs of dimensional activity. I'm here to report that we have signs of it, in fact two signs of it! One happening at about 10:55 pm and the other at 11:04 pm."

Direk couldn't believe what he was hearing, smashing a hand through his desk in his anger, "You gotta shitting me! You're saying that the woman over there actually thought to ask that even before she met her client in person?! HOW!?", he yelled, not looking as cool or suave as he did before.

"Prosecutor Direk, you're a fool. Underestimating me because I am a woman, constantly insulting my gender. The whole time I was waiting for this one report to come in as I knew I had nothing physical to show. Its probably not enough to prove his innocence immediately, but I've proven that someone else could have murdered him, which turned out to be two people! I was cutting it close really this time but I had faith in Jaren's team. Your sexist ways won't beat me!", she shouted with her index pointing right at him.

Casey jumped up in joy as he felt his innocence finally close to being proven, Rose herself feeling quite happy that Direk had been beaten though just for the moment. There was indeed more investigation to be done but now things were in Phrin's favor.

However things were quickly cut short as Jaren quickly got everyone's attention with a loud intensional cough, "AHEM!...Thank you. I apologize for such rudeness but there is a more pressing matter to discuss. It seemed that about half an hour ago, there has been an update on the case. The body of Brenda Brandz was found in the late Poile Brandz's room. There was a seal on the room so it was impossible to get in until just now. It seemed that part of the carpet where Poile sat was cut too in a square. Everyone here is going crazy but it has been concluded that Casey definitely couldn't have done it."

"NO! NO! He did it! I can't be beaten by this novice slut!", screamed Direk, falling onto the half broken desk in defeat, "Hey, same to you pal! Though you're more of a slut than I am...far more.", responded Phrin, grinning at him as she wasn't worried at all though it was a bit of a close call.

The sound of Rose's gavel signaled the end of Jaren's explanation and the end of the case, getting everyone to look up at her, "Very well then. With the recent light of things, I have come to my verdict. I hereby declare the defendant...NOT GUILTY!"

Phrin jumped over her desk and gave Casey a hug, who was much taller than her at his height of 7 feet tall, "Well I got you the acquittal as expected. I'll expect my fee...wait. Casey whats wrong?", she asked, seeing tears going down his face and snout, as well as the expression of anger across his face, "B-Brenda....shes dead?! This can't be...BREEEEEEENDA!", he shouted, knocking Phrin back as she was pushed by his sudden burst of power. Rose gasped and hid under her desk as the entire room darkened from the lights breaking.

Suddenly he jumped up and broke through the ceiling, the pressure of his power fading from the courtroom but leaving a lot of debris falling down on them. Phrin punched through all the rocks about to fall on Rose, easily blasting through them with her mighty fists of fury as Direk was left to fend for himself, barely dodging them until finally everything calmed down.

"...that was unexpected. Casey...You must be heartbroken...Please don't do anything reckless. I may not be able to defend you if you really do murder someone in cold blood.", thought Phrin as she looked up into the noon sky.

-

The pain is nearly gone but the nightmares still haunt me. I have a lot to atone for before my eventual death...All I hope for is to not cause trouble for those who care for me. Rizan, Shyranrya, and Hamelis. I have to remember to ask about Hamelis...I haven't seen her since I returned.

**Date - October 31, 2055

Location - Rizan's house, living room

Time - 11:34 pm**

Everyone was in bed early this night except for the two adults Rizan and Shyranrya, now that Eurasia was feeling well enough and not in any danger. Shyranrya was talking to Rizan in her living room about tomorrows plans, knowing that Eurasia would want to go quickly to get his sword fixed. She was sitting on the floor due to her size, as other than the guest room no where else had anything for her big butt to sit on.

"So we're going to Koi's place right? We should go in the afternoon to give Eura as much sleep as possible. Hes stressing himself for our sakes...", she said while dressed in nothing but a nightie that went down to her legs. Rizan was dressed with only a bra and a very shirt skirt that barely went past her thighs, enjoying the freedom as she was talking to her best friend.

Rizan pressed her legs against her chest, wrapping her arms against her shins as she wondered about when the time ever came, "Yea...and I'm worried about what he'd say about Hamelis if he asked. I know he'll wonder eventually...Well until he does, don't say anything ok?"

Shyranrya nodded and quickly grabbed Rizan to pull her into her lap for a hug, pressing her chest against her friend's head, "Mmmhm...well its about time for bed. We gotta get some training in before we go tomorrow morning.", she said, leaning over to give Rizan a deep smooch on her lips, murring in the moment as Rizan turned a bit to give her breasts a nice grope and lowering one hand between her legs to give her moist pussy a quick rub.

Shyranrya gave a light moan, lowering both of her hands down to squeeze her friend's chest back and let her tail slip past her skirt to let the tip tease her clit with pinpoint accuracy. Rizan jumped up from the shock and fell off Shyranrya's lap, both laughing as they helped each other up and proceeded to bed with Rizan fondling her friend's ass while they walked.

  • Later that night, time: 12:59 am, Location: Guest room

Though the two dragonesses were enjoying themselves, one person wasn't. Michael tossed and turned in his sleep, memories of his deeds as a dragoon surfaced as his old memories that were altered were beginning to crumble. With a shock Michael awoke covered in sweat, groaning in pain as his chest was still a bit sensitive with the bandages still in place. He was panting hard after awaking from yet another nightmare, going off the bed to see if he could find some water.

As he opened the door slowly, he saw a shadow from the moonlight head towards the front door, followed by a very faint sound of the door opening then closing, "Huh?...could be going out at this hour...", Michael though, tip toeing over in his pjs and saw the empty living room. Quickly he went to one of the windows and barely saw a dragon tail disappear into the forest, bringing the question again as to who could that be.

Being the curious guy he was, he quickly tip toed up the stairs and heard some snoring. It was very loud as he entered the bedroom that had its door slightly open and saw a very large bed, so high that his head was barely above the covers but he knew Rizan was there. The best way to wake them up was to jump right in, and that was what he did.

Michael cannonballed in and got Rizan and Shyranrya all worked up as they were given a rude awakening, quickly grabbing onto their favorite human and squeezed them between their nude bodies, "H-hey! Can't...breathe...", he muttered, getting squashed by breasts from both sides. They laughed and let him go, Rizan leaning over and turning on the light switch with a yawn, "E-Eura? What are you doing out of bed?", she asked, giving him a lick on his cheek while Shyranrya did the same.

He shook his head while chuckling himself, looking at them both as he sat back, "Well I came here to ask, did anyone plan on going out tonight? I saw someone leave the house just now."

Rizan and Shyranrya both looked at each other and shook their heads, "No, there wasn't any plans....well that means that my son must be up to something. Let me get dressed and we'll follow him!"

Chapter end.

Tune in for the next exciting chapter, Chapter 7 - Eurasia's Fall! The Zoan Hunter's Trap!

Letter from the author - I apologize for taking so long with this chapter, I had been very unmotivated and busy due to college, but recently DNA finished his comic "Free Lunch", which was the best ending I'd ever read. It was so great, that I was inspired to finish my work that I had been putting off. With all this motivation and college winding down, I hope to write more. Please don't think I've stopped writing, I'll finish this book! As theres still 3 more books to go!
