Prologue

"After great disorder there was a solution, Sectors. Each sector represents something, usually related to an element...There is the Pyro Sector, The Cryo+Hydro Sector, The Meta Sector, The Bio+Earth Sector, The Aero+Atmo Sector, The Special Sector, and The Capitol Sector. The Capitol is only for the Normal Ones..."

-Capitol Sector

To determine where a person goes they must take the SEPT a.k.a the Selective Power Test...A person may only be able to control one element...If a person is not able to control an element then they are Normal, However if a person is able to control more than one element then they are known as Kinetic. Kinetics threaten the system's balance and equilibrium, Thus they MUST be removed.

Chapter 1: Test

It was an average day in the Pyro Sector, Jake was in his room getting ready to head out to the Capitol Sector for his SEPT, His father David walked in and said "You nervous?"

Jake gave a quick smile "No dad, I'm fine." He said with a simple nod. David walked over to Jake and chuckled "Sure doesn't seem like you're fine, I think your nervous, You may not look it but I have a feeling that you are nervous, and or scared son..." Jake looked to his father as he put on his necklace ((A basic chain necklace)) "Eh, I guess you're right, after all you are my dad, you know when I'm lying...Well I better go. I don't want to be late"

Jake went downstairs, grabbed his Warp Pass, and left to the nearest Warp Station. When he arrived a rather tall coyote which goes by the name of Emmanuel walked up "Yo! Jake!"

Jake looked at Emmanuel "Yo!" Emmanuel smiled "Let me guess, You're going to the Capitol."

"Yup today's my SEPT of course" Jake said with a cheery tone in his voice, He handed Emmanuel his Warp pass and walked over to one of the glass pods, and stepped inside. Emmanuel looked to Jake and said "Ready?" Jake gave a quick nod and Emmanuel then flicked a swith and Jake was warped to the Capitol.

Once Jake arrived he decided to look around and see if anything changed "Nope...Nothing changed...Same just like always" The wolf then headed to the Hongola Technological Institute. He noticed that no one was in the main lobby of the place, except for one Young wolf sitting in the corner of the room. Jake approached the young wolf and said "Hello. How are ya?" The mysterious wolf looked up at Jake and said "Um...Hi...I'm good I guess, What's your name?"

"Jake...Jake James Darkos"

"Aero Skywell" The wolf said as he heard his name being called. "Aero Skywell, Your room is ready..." A dragon wearing a rather basic doctors outfit had said. Aero looked to Jake and simply said "Well Im next..."Jake gave a basic nod to Aero. After about 10 minutes Aero came out with a shocked look on his face and ran out. Jake wondered "What's up with him all the sudden?"

Jake was waiting for about 3 more minutes until he heard his name"Jake J. Darkos?"

Jake looked over and saw a male fox well dressed in doctor attire. The fox then said "Come on...We don't have all day." Jake then got up and was taken to his ((quote on quote)) room. When Jake entered his room he looked around to see what was in it. He saw a cabinet filled with Syringes, a doctors observation table((Or whatever)), and a computer. After a bit a ((female)) German Shepard walked in.

"Hello Jake... I'm your Tester, Alyssa" Jake gave a smile and said "Nice to meet you I guess..." Alyssa walked over to the cabinet filled with syringes and grabbed one "Okay, The test should only take six minutes, It's an easy test...Of course you should know already since your father should have told you, Right?"

Jake had a confused look on his face and Alyssa chuckled "Okay I guess he didn't...Here's what will happen... First I put you to sleep, then you'll have a test within you mind...I'll be monitoring your brain activity, and your test in your mind" ((Cause you know FUTURE)) Jake then understood a bit and proceeded to say "Um sure I guess it sounds easy...Let's get this over with"

Jake then walked to the observation table thing ((I have no idea what it's called...)) and lied down. Alyssa then injected Jake and then Jake went to sleep.

Jake then woke up inside a small room which appeared to be made of concrete ((Floor and Ceiling)), and Metal on 4 walls, there was a note on the wall which read "Try to find a way out...Use your MIND" Jake walked up to one of the metal walls and he placed his paw against it "Hmmm...What do I do? Break the wall with my fist?" He said as he punched the wall, Jake quickly retracted his fist and said "Well...That was a dumb idea" He then looked around the room to see if he can find a weak point in one of the walls, like a crack or something.

The wolf found no weak point and out of ((random)) anger he punched one of the metal walls, However this time when Jake made contact with the wall it appeared to contort and bend until it collapsed ((This sounded a lot better in my head)) Jake looked the collapsed wall and said "Um ok..." He then looked up and the was a sea of lava ((Cryo+Hydro, and 2nd part of Pyro test)) he then saw a sign which read "Cross over nice and easy..." Jake then chuckled "Nice and easy huh?"

He then said "Well this is for the elements so I guess I'll try one....Water and Ice, Yeah...Against fire...Here goes" Jake then jumped into the lava ((Such a good idea)) and a platform made of ice formed ((HACKS)) and he then ran across the sea of lava to see if he could find a door, he didn't find one, so he looked around and he noticed that there was a door on the ceiling "Seriously..." Jake said as he wondered "What happens if I jump up?" The wolf the decided to take a risk ((Or whatever)) and jumped up ((Over the lava)) and platform of ice formed about 2 feet higher than his first platform...He continued to jump higher and higher until he reached the door...

"Finally...Now to get out of here" Jake said as he opened the door only to be hit with a strong gust of wind. Jake lost his balance and fell, ((Yup...Jake's falling into the sea of Lava)) "AH! No no no no" he exclaimed as he fell "Well I failed the test" Jake said as he suddenly stopped falling, He looked around and he was only 5 feet away from the lava. "Huh? What happened" He wondered...Jake looked around and then he moved his paw around to see if there was strings attached to him

When Jake moved his paw upward the gravity around him begin to decrease at a rather quick rate, and he began to float. "Hm? I could use this to get back" He said as he floated in the now zero gravity back up to the door and entered...Once he entered the door he woke back up into reality ((Best ending to a test EVER))...

Alyssa looked to Jake and said "Well...You're a kinetic...Didn't expect that..."
