Chapter 1 - Challenge

"This will be an easy victory for you, Nido. I have full confidence in you that you will win this battle with the greatest of ease, just like you always have for me for the last 5 years." These words were spoken by Nido's master for the last 5 years, Leimont. These are not unfamiliar words to the Nidoking's giant ears, for he has it heard all before for the last few years, and every time the Nidoking has done just that, wiping out the competition and thus keeping Leimont's current win streak alive, as well as further pushing his reputation as the world's newest greatest Pokemon master. After Leimont spoke to his favorite Pokemon, Nido just snorted in return, as the outcome in the battle would most likely be the same as it always has been, with Nido winning with the greatest of ease, and Leimont reaping the benefits as always. Nevertheless, Nido would go ahead with this battle, but his mind was more on thought than ever. For the first time ever, the pokemon started to realize as long as he is with Leimont, his life will always be going through the same cycle: Fighting, Wandering, Fighting, Wandering, etc.

"Well, what are you waiting for Nido? Get into the battle field, and get ready to win another victory for me!" Leimont was certainly a changed man at this point in his life. He wasn't quite the same happy 10 year old boy who was eager to see the world, and to be a champion, for he has already seen those things, and now life wasn't handing him anything new. Nidoking realized that, and started to get the feeling that perhaps in due time, things will do downhill just as they recently have. Nevertheless, Nidoking walked out in the playing area, and before him saw a Raichu, an evolved Pikachu that was a lot more powerful, but still not as strong as Nidoking. Nido clenched his fists together, and then got ready for yet another battle, the huge 6 foot tall monster walked forward and then waited for Leimont to shout the first command. From behind Nido, Leimont grinned with much glee, for he knew that this battle would be win rather easily. It truly is amazing just how much this young lad has come from since nearly 5 years ago to this day; he started his journey into the Pokemon world.....

Chapter 2 - Beginning

"Leimont? Leimont!! Its time to wake up, Hun. " Today is the first day that you start your Pokemon journey!" It was the first words of the day that Leimont would hear, spoken by his ever caring mother. Leimont yawned and then slowly rolled out of bed, still rather tired by eager to start the first day of the rest of his life. Ever since he was old enough to speak and see the world, he has been interested in Pokemon and the things that they do. He has watched tournaments on the television sets, heard stories from the people around him, etc. And now he would finally get the chance to venture out into the peaceful world, to capture Pokemon and to use them to not only battle, but to even befriend. Leimont knew little about friendships, for the only real person that has truly cared for him was his own mother. While Leimont was more than appreciative of his mother's love, he wanted to make more friends in the world, and to get his name out into the world. Leimont believed that the best way to achieve this was to be successful in the world of Pokemon, and he was more than ready for this day.

After nearly an hour, Leimont quickly ran down the stairs, eager to start his new life. He was already to go, the boy wearing blue jeans, a plain white short sleeved T-Shirt and a red & white jacket. While he was mother was saddened to see him leave so quickly, she understood his ambitions in life and decided to support him in his quest to be one of the top Pokemon masters in the country. She gave him great words of encouragement, to never let anyone bring him down, and then she said good-bye to him, the boy waving to his mother as he started his journey in the Pokemon world.

Armed with 6 pokeballs, as well as a map of the world, Leimont ventured out into the world, looking about for any Pokemon that caught his eyes. He wanted the first Pokemon he captured to be a special one, not those caterpillar Pokemon that were present about. Leimont simply ignored them and continued to look about for something much better than them. After one hour of searching, Leimont sighed to himself as he has yet to see anything that was even remotely interesting. "Perhaps this was a mistake" Leimont thought to himself, as for a moment he considered turning back to his house. That moment quickly went away when he finally saw a Pokemon that caught his eyes, and that was a male Nidoran. The boy grinned to himself, as he knew that in the future, that Nidorans eventually evolved into great Pokemon that contain much power and strength to get the job done in battles. Wasting no time, Leimont quickly grabbed a pokeball and launched it at the Nidoran, the pokeball instantly sapping it away and storing it inside of the little ball. Leimont was surprised....for the ball made no movements after the Nidoran was captured. Leimont quickly picked up the pokeball and looked over it quickly. Was the Nidoran perhaps trying to trick him or something? Did it even work in the first place? Just to be sure, Leimont held the pokeball out in front of him and said "Nidoran, go!!" Suddenly, a red beam shot out of the pokeball, and then the little Nidoran appeared before Leimont. Nidoran stared at Leimont for a moment, and then the little creature ran up to the boy and immediately started nuzzling his legs, the creature actually happy to be captured and to belong to someone. Leimont smiled and then picked up the Nidoran, petting the top of his head. "I think this journey will be off to a better start than I could ever imagine" said the human. Indeed, for this was the very first step to dominance.

Chapter 3 - Friendship

2 years have passed since Leimont captured that male Nidoran, and so far things have been working out great for Leimont. The trials and tribulations have been there as well, for Leimont has lost a few battles, but recently he has started an impressive win streak, mainly thanks to the power of his Nidoran. While Leimont did have a few other Pokemon as well, it was Nidoran who was unquestionably the leader of the group, and not to mention Leimont's best friend. Leimont and Nidoran had quite a strong relationship, and it is believed that because of that it's what made Nidoran a dominant force in any Pokemon battles. With his group of Pokemon, Leimont was able to win many badges, and even finish in the Top 20 of many Pokemon tournaments. While Leimont was having a blast with his winnings, as well as for caring for Nidoran, he wanted a little bit more, as he more than ever now wanted to reach the top of the ladder and to look simply down at the world below. Eventually, he got his wish when Nidoran evolved into a Nidorino, the Pokemon now much bigger than before, and even more dangerous towards other Pokemon that dared to fight against it. Leimont himself was impressed at how big Nidorino got after the change, for the creature was at least a foot bigger than the average Nidorino. The creature stood at 4 feet tall, the exact same height at what Leimont was.

For the next year, Leimont went undefeated in regular battles across the land, with the Nidorino leading the way of course. He won badges wherever he went, and was now finishing in the top ten in major tournaments. It seems that perhaps if Nidorino evolved into Nidoking, that Leimont could very well be one of the greatest Pokemon trainers in the world. But to evolve, Leimont would need a moon stone, an item that is very so hard to find, but the payoff would indeed be very huge. Luckily, Leimont knew exactly where to look for one, and that would be in a mountain cave that is only a few miles of his previous location. While Leimont and Nidorino traveled due to the caves, Leimont would often converse to his Pokemon friend, just like he would to a human friend. Leimont pretty much shared his life with Nidorino, for Nido really was Leimont's best friend and #1 companion for him since the journey had started. The two of them did everything together, and Leimont never kept Nido in that pokeball since he first captured him. In fact, Leimont was even trying to teach Nido how to speak perfect English, for he wanted his best friend to able to reply to what he says.

The two of them would venture up to the cakes, but before they would enter them. The two fell asleep together outside of the cave, the now 12 year old boy happy to be in the presence of his Pokemon friend. He was certainly looking forward to eventually owning a mighty Nidoking, one that will most likely finally put Leimont on top of that ladder, and then for the first time in his life he would be the one that people can respect. Leimont yawned to himself and then fell asleep while leaning against Nidorino.

Chapter 4 - Evolution

The next morning, both Leimont and Nidorino ventured into the cave, to look for the valuable moonstone that has the power to evolve Nidorinos into Nidokings. The cave was full of unruly Pokemon, but Nidorino was easily able to take them all out, as Leimont didn't even have to give any orders, for Nidorino knew exactly what do in those fast battles. It only took an hour until Leimont saw his prize, and that was the valuable moonstone that would finally transform Nido into something even greater than before. Eager to see what his favorite Pokemon would look like, he quickly ventured out of the cave with Nido, and back to the bright outside world. He held the moon stone in front of Nidorino, and then spoke to him. "Nido, for a couple of years now, you and I have been through much together...Battles, Tournaments, Badges won, etc. But now the best is yet to come. For when you become a Nidoking, you and I shall be on top of the Pokemon world. Finally, I will accomplish something in life that brings much rewards and virtue, and together we shall be celebrities!" Nidorino only grinned back to Leimont when he spoke, and then the boy touched Nido with the moon stone. Suddenly, a white glow appeared around the Nidorino, and then the Pokemon began to grow, the boy looking on in awe as the creature perhaps evolved into a monster, for when the transformation was over, Leimont was looking up to the Nido, which was now a huge 6 foot tall Nidoking. Leimont just stared in awe, for the monster was much bigger than him, and looked indestructible as well. Leimont grinned widely and then hugged the Pokemon tightly, for he now knew that things were finally going to go his way. "This is so great....I now know I will never lose a battle again. Heck, if anything you are the only Pokemon I need now, Nido." The Nidoking just looked down at the little Pokemon trainer and licked the top of his head in acknowledgement. Together, the two of them started to head off to the Johto Tournament, the same tournament in which Leimont took 9th place only a year earlier. But now, he has a powerful Nidoking, and not to mention a few decent other Pokemon as well.

The Johto tournament went much better than Leimont could have ever expected. Together with his Nidoking, Leimont won the Johto tournament, and thus finally stood on top of the world. Millions of Pokemon trainers around the world knew who Leimont was, and many were willing to challenge him to battles, even though they knew that they could never defeat his Nidoking. But if there is someone else who perhaps captured quite a bit of attention as well, it was his Nidoking. Nidoking's huge stature got the most attention, for Nidokings were only supposed to be 4'7, and this one stood proudly at 6 feet tall, easily towering over most Pokemon that it fought. One could perhaps wonder if this made Leimont slightly jealous, for the next 2 years the boy would adopt a sterner attitude, one that would cost him many things later on.

Chapter 5 - Consequence

2 years have passed since Leimont "conquered" the world of Pokemon, and he has been living the great life since then. Ever since that day, Leimont has racked up victory after victory, never losing once since that tournament day and thus has built up his reputation ever since. Nearly every badge has been won by him, battles haven't been close, and every tournament won, mainly thanks to his Nidoking, who has built up quite a fantastic reputation as well, gaining perhaps more fame than Leimont himself. While it was Leimont who controlled Nidoking, the world turned their attention to the Pokemon, for Nidoking certainly wasn't typical, as it was not only much bigger than an average Nidoking, but could take plenty of punishment and never stay down. Trainers all over the world wanted to challenge this Nidoking, just perhaps just to say that they took on the infamous Nidoking, only to fall rather quickly. Yes, life was fantastic for the both of them, for together they stood on top of the world, just like Leimont envisioned.

But it still wasn't enough for Leimont, for he was still disappointed and wanted more. He may have achieved his life's main goal, but he was only 15 years old, and was no longer receiving any tough challenges whatsoever. He tried to his best to bring back the challenges too, including doing many things that seem to be unethical. Many of his Pokemon that he used for so long would be traded away for much weaker Pokemon, causing quite a concern for his Nidoking who wasn't quite thrilled at how his master handled things. It still never brought a new challenge for Leimont, for even with weak Pokemon in his lineup, the powerful Nidoking was all that he really needed to win battles.

Even the relationship between then two of them have seemed to grow a bit sour as well. Nidoking was finally able to learn perfect English, and Leimont never felt the need to teach Nido anything new. One even has to wonder if Nidoking would also be eventually traded away, just so Leimont could get back his challenges. Nido was too afraid to ask that question to Leimont though, and for a majority of the time kept to himself, even though he could do most things that any Pokemon couldn't. And perhaps the final straw for Nido is when Leimont refused to head back to his birthplace. "It's unnecessary to return there." Leimont often said. "That place would only remind me of what I used to be, and now what I am now. My friends and family...they are in the past. All I need is you now, Nido." While Nidoking did appreciate the gratitude that Leimont showed to him, he was still a bit miffed at how much Leimont was just tossing his aside the friendships and everything else that at one time meant so much to him.

The two of them continued to walk along the meadow plains, with Nido typically saying nothing while Leimont sighed to himself and continued to look about for challengers. Never before in his life until now has Nido felt so down about things. The attitude of his trainer has changed dramatically, and the Pokemon himself had been burned out by all of the constant fighting, and the fact that he has been associating himself with such a human that no longer cares for the people who brought him up. The pokemon's deep thinking was interrupted when he heard and saw Leimont making yet another challenge to an up and coming Pokemon master. When Leimont motioned to Nidoking to start the battle, the Pokemon sighed and got into battle, but things weren't going to turn out that entire great as things were going to get very dramatic for Nido and Leimont.

Chapter 6 - Conclusion

For the battle, Leimont planned on using only Nidoking in the battle, just as he always had. He faced off against the Raichu, and it seemed like things were going just as they always did: Nidoking putting the hurt down on the poor Raichu, and the giant pokemon taking pretty much close to no abuse at all. When Nido saw the wounded Raichu that was instantly before him, Nido thought to himself; "Why does it matter if I win this battle....nothing will ever change. Maybe.......I can do something different in which I can explain to my master on how I feel about him and his journey." It was at that moment that Nidoking would do the bravest thing he has ever done, and that was to simply throw in the towel. He wanted for the Raichu to do a special move, and got it when Raichu's trainer told it to do thunderbolt. The blast did faze Nido a little bit, but he fell back down on the ground, as rarity as that is in a pokemon battle with Nidoking involved. Leimont was stunned, and angrily told Nido to stand up and strike back with a poison needle. Nidoking overacted that was he was groggy though, and thus wasn't able to pull off the poison sting. Instead, Nidoking got hit again by a thunderbolt, but this time stayed on the ground, his eyes closed and not moving a muscle. He was still alive of course, but had no desire to fight anymore. Leimont was livid, and started to yell at his favorite pokemon to stand up and get back into the battle, but Nido just stayed down, and thus gave Leimont his first loss in 2 years.

The human was devastated. He was nearly on the verge of tears for losing was something he was not comfortable with. He growled to himself when he saw the other pokemon trainer celebrating the victory. "That's what I'm supposed to be doing.....I don't lose!!" he thought to himself. "Come on Nido....tell me why....why did you do this? You never lose!!" Nido then opened up his eyes and struggled to stand up, the giant creature dusting off the wounds on his body and shaking his head, trying to clear the cobwebs. He then spoke to Leimont, something that he doesn't do very often, but must do so in this time.

"I'm sorry Leimont, but I can't do this anymore. The fighting...traveling to places we've already been before....the new development of your attitude...its depressing to me to see that my companion has absorbed a new negative attitude on everything and everyone. You've changed my friend, and I want you to go back to what you once were, someone who was always happy to be living, who respected his friends and family, and most of all, a truly great friend to be around with." The Nidoking put his right hand on the human's shoulder, the monster sobbing somewhat as it was one of the hardest things he has ever had to say to someone. Leimont looked at the monster's right hand for a second and then back up at the creature. "You don't understand though, Nido", he said to the creature. "I have everything I want in life now, and I don't want to lose any of it. I've achieved my goals, and yet I am only 15 years old. I still have the rest of my life ahead of me, and I will do everything that I can to make sure I stay on top of the world. You better just hope Nido that no one believes that trainer that I lost...in fact; I didn't lose because you threw the match....and we don't throw matches!" The boy then pushed off Nidoking's hand and shook his head, the boy giving the monster the "You're a disappointment" look. "It's ok though. We can simply shake off this loss, and try it again. We still have many more battles to do, and I will not waste any time by standing around having a useless conversation such as this one. Now let's go!!!"

The Nidoking was crushed. He felt quite saddened that Leimont didn't take him seriously, and was even more upset at how disrespectful Leimont was by simply looking to the future, and not caring about his pokemon's feelings. Nido grumbled slightly to himself, as he is now starting to feel much anger and hatred towards his own master. He gritted his teeth, and then tried once more to change his master's mind. Perhaps if Leimont said the right thing, the situation might resolve. He then spoke to his master, slowly and even softly as the Nidoking tried his best to hide back his anger. "Master...I just need to know...will you ever be the same Leimont that I knew of....the one that first captured me when I was a Nidoran? Or heck, even when I became Nidoking? Will you be the same Leimont that together, the both of us had a blast capturing wild pokemon in the land, winning badges in local towns, etc? Will you be....my best friend again? Leimont walked while Nido spoke to him, and then Leimont looked over his shoulder, giving a glance to the monster. He then walked over to his pet monster, the human looking up slightly to the somewhat angry beast. Leimont then spoke to him, the human losing patience with this creature which seems to rebelling." I will say this for the last time Nido, and you must promise me you will never bring it up again. What I once was was a young boy eager to see the world and to become the greatest Pokemon master there is. And I have done that much quicker than I would ever though, thanks to you I must admit. And now that it has been achieved, I will continue on my current path of being #1 and staying that way until I die. So to answer your question Nido...no, I can't change. Those days of innocence are forever over. You have to develop a tough attitude to make it in this world Nidoking, and I suggest you do the same. Or perhaps....I can start over and get a new monster....a new beginning that could be better for the both of us."

Nidoking sighed when the human was done speaking, for he knew his master was right. Leimont was never going to change, and it would only be in due time to where Nidoking would be perhaps traded away for something else, only to be left by himself for the rest of his life. Nido certainly didn't want to continue on the current path of where he was going, but most of all he hated the way that Leimont was acting now. Nidoking knew there was something he had to do....he had to do something that was perhaps fated....something that was only appropriate in this dire time of crisis. He looked down at his pokemon master, and then spoke to him very slowly. "Fine then, master. I will drop this conversation....and I will make sure that you won't harm anyone again with your words." The Nidoking then wiped away a tear from his eye, for it was going to pain him to do what he had to do to his master.

Leimont raised an eyebrow when Nidoking, for he had no idea what he meant by that. The human then got a pretty good idea when suddenly; his pet monster quickly grabbed both of the boy's shoulders, the monster keeping a very tough vice like grip on his master. Luckily for Nidoking, there was no one around to see or even hear what was about to happen to the human boy. Leimont was in shock right now, as he had no clue what the Nidoking was going to do to him. His nervousness went up a few levels as he felt his body being hoisted up into the air, and right in front of the pokemon's growling face, where stinky air flowed out of Nido's nostrils as he was breathing heavily, the monster taking the time to remember what Leimont looked like, for the monster had ambitions to end Leimont's life in the most appropriate way, and that was to be swallowed alive by the powerful monster that he trained for 5 years. Leimont continued to stare in awe at Nido's ugly face, the boy squirming in the tough grip that was over him. The boy then spoke softly to the monster as it just stared at him. "Ni...Nido...what are you...p..planning to do? You're not going to....." Nidoking sighed and then nodded to his master. "I'm sorry...but I can't allow you to be this way anymore....the way you treat people...it has to come to an end. Thank you for training me, as well as for everything else, Leimont. I will always remember you." And then in a flash, it happened. The monster opened up his rank jaws, giving Leimont a very fast view of his rows of small teeth, the red slobbering tongue that was already moving up and down in a small anticipation of devouring up the man, and the back of Nidoking's disgusting throat which was pushing out hot burst of rank air that quickly enveloped over boy's head. Before Leimont could get a scream out, his head and shoulders were pushed past the rows of teeth and into the carnivorous maw of the monster, the beast gently closing his jaws over the boy's belly, the pokemon's teeth gently piercing the boy's belly but not doing any damage since the bite was very minimal and Leimont was wearing a shirt. Inside the Nidoking maw, the boy screamed loudly for help, but his voice was too muffled for the mouth walls slightly were able to constrict the boy, keeping the struggles in his upper body to a good minimum. His lower body was a different story, as the boy's legs kicked constantly outside the monster's drooling wet lips. Nido was amazed, not because he was actually eating up his monster, but how great this human seem to taste. Nido decided to get a much better taste and then proceeded to work his red wet tongue, the disgusting tongue drenching the boy's head and part of his even upper body, the saliva doing its job of coating the man's nice tasting flesh. Nidoking started to murr loudly at what was going on, as he didn't want to let this sweet tasting prey go. But he knew that time was of the essence, and had to consume this prey quickly before would spot him.

The monster quickly snapped his head back, and in mid snap he opened up his jaws, so that more of Leimont would slide down. He is successful in that, as the strong motions forced Leimont's head and shoulders to vanish into the deep dark throat of the Nidoking, the boy unable to get a sound now as a pink fleshy walls surrounded him, the boy sobbing as he felt the walls pushing him down what seemed like an endless tunnel of slime. The monster continued with his loud murring as now his tongue was licking over and even pressing up the boy's upper legs against his very rigid mouth palate, the pokemon chuckling when he sees the boy's little feet kick helplessly from outside of his lips. Nidoking tried his best to calm down his prey by gently scritching the feet with his claws, but it seemed to only make the motions go faster. While the boy was slowly traveling down the gullet of the monster, he started to go into a state of denial, not believing that his best monster friend is the one that is ending his young life of only 15 years. But reality would set back in when he heard the rumbling of Nidoking's soon to be filled up belly, and then Leimont started to panic again, his squirming motions causing the bulge on Nido's neck and chest to move constantly, which amused the monster. Nidoking then tilted his head back again, and then opened up his maw for a split second. He then gulped powerful, causing a loud sucking noise to be heard as Leimont's feet vanished inside of the maw and into the throat, the boy now officially monster chow for the hungry beast. The monster then looked down at the squirming bulge on his throat and then rubbed over it, all while the gullet muscles inside pushed Leimont all the way down into Nidoking's hungry belly. The second that Leimont filled up the monster's belly, he pressed himself up against Nido's stomach walls and started screaming for help, begging Nido to let him out and even asking him why he did this. After a few seconds though, the screaming had stopped and Leimont passed out due to the lack of air inside. The monster rubbed over his fat belly and then softly said. "Goodbye Leimont....perhaps somehow we'll meet again, and you will be different." The monster than yawned widely and then fell asleep against a nearby tree, the monster sleeping peacefully as Leimont got digested from inside. The future for Nidoking is now surely a mysterious one, but one thing is for sure, it will be a new beginning for him, and change right about now seemed to be a good thing.
