#15 of My Poems
another one on how i view politics, really to be honest all of them are the same person.
To this day, while i watch the ads for campaigns,
to everything that is said, all i can think is,
Their both the same person, the same ideals,
taking this land on a mind bending journey,
soon ,i can feel it in my bones,
soon there will be fire and chaos,
and i hope that i am not alive to see it.
Though in a way i can see it,
the destruction and chaos,
the sheer death and blood,
such a metallic and bitter smell,
that clogs the senses, the rot and decay.
It stuns the mind, leaving me shocked in my seat.
Even as more tears are shed by me,
i know this for a reality,
to happen sometime to me or my children.
