Just a prologue, hope to be adding onto it every other day, or so. Feel free to comment and leave suggestions, i am always looking to improve on my writing

Bane crouched, completely concealed by a bush as he listened, waiting for the signal to advance. Behind him were three of his closest friends and allies, his squadmates Peter, Jakob, and Greoz all of which mimicked his position not moving a muscle. He could tell their breaths were shallow, and they had all begun to sweat from the prolonged necessity of hovering so low to the ground.

His squad had been the first to arrive in their position around the brightly lit mansion, their route had been planned to be the most difficult, but they had met very little resistence. The whole mission so far had Bane on edge, the lack of Intel on the area and the lack of opposition around such a high profile target was alarming. However, it was only his place to follow orders so when HQ had pressed on with the mission he and his squad were forced to wait for the others to catch up.

His watch beeped once, it seemed to split the silent air like the scream of a siren making each member look at him. They all knew the beep was not nearly as loud as it had sounded, in fact if u were not within three feet of the watch you wouldn't be able to hear it. However they had all been trained to that sound, and we're all on edge with the situation.

Bane nodded and held up two fingers letting them know it was the five-minute marker, and to ready up. The mission would begin soon. As he turned back to the house he saw something was different, nearly half the lights were now off. Someone had cut the power early, forcing the mansion onto it's back-up reserves and most likely alerting those inside. He could see the party-goers rushing around inside their shadows from the dim lights inside playing easily across the curtains. There was a flutter across some of the windows as he could pick up the curtains being swept aside and then replaced as the surrounding area was quickly scanned.

He looked back at his squad mates, noticing they had picked up on the new situation and had gotten a bit nervous as well. Checking his watch he noted they were still two minutes from the last, and most crucial group to be in position, a small growl leaving his lips. Suddenly the radio silence was broken as he heard a new order barked over his ear piece.

"Bane!" came the voice as he heard his commander shouting through his head piece, "Get your ass in there, you were supposed to move out an hour ago!"

"Sir, mission clock still states three minutes before mission launch." he whispered back, a bit unnerved towards his CO.

"I don't give a rats hairy ass if your clock says three minutes, move out NOW!!" came the loud voice, the shout nearly deafened Bane and allowed his squad to hear the last words of the order. Wincing at the piercingly loud squeak that followed the abrupt end of communications.

Growling he quickly turned back towards the mansion that had now began to seem as if no one had even been there. He motioned to his squad and they promptly picked up their weapons, they all had the standard issue M15H-Rs a modified version of what most recalled as the M16 but it was modified for extreme close ranges, and allowing for the multiple necessary attachments that Spec Ops had come to encompass. He crawled through the pushes and moved slowly along the deeply shrouded open yard, the lights having been turned off in the mansion, now allowed them to move with relative ease among the shadows.

The lithe group quickly reached the mansion walls, and moved along them, believing their sister group was moving as well, they stuck to the plan, moving along to the north entrance of the building, the climbed behind the hedges where intel had stated there would be a window into the basement. They stopped abruptly, there was no window there. He looked back at his squad, Jakob having been in the rear, slipped away to check the other side of the entrance, returning quickly motioning to say there was no entrance.

Bane sat and thought for a minute, knowing he was losing valuable time he quickly decided they would attempt to enter the same way their sister squad would have. Switching to the grapple attachment on his M15H-R and aiming up at the second story window he fired the small needle like hook watching it embed itself in the wood just above the glass, the small nano fiber string leading from it to his weapon as he retracted it pulling him upward, his squad mates kept watch.

Using a small laser he burned a whole through the lock at the bottom of the window and lifted it open, sliding inside as he hit the button on his grapple attachment releasing the hook as he landed inside. Scanning the area, he tapped his comm twice giving his team the "All-Clear" as he crouched to the side of the window, lending cover as they came one by one through the window. The place was completely silent, they heard and saw no signs of there having been anyone here, making the group uneasy as they slowly stood to their feet and began to walk forward, checking each room as they passed.

"Comms, Check." Bane whispered after switching back to the main group comm, what he heard was unnerving, there were cries and moans shrieking through his head piece laced with gunfire.

"Bane! Where the fuck are you!?" came a shout amidst the noise

"Trent? We are on the second floor, of the mansion, what's going on?" Bane asked, looking around his surroundings and trying to listen to see if he could hear what part of the woods the firing was coming from.

"We were ambushed..Fuck...North Woods..get here!"

Bane turned to his team, "North woods, now." he said with a growl, turning back to rush towards the window, so he could jump down, the brush below would cover his fall.

"Sir.." came the aggravated tone of his second in command, Greoz. As he turned to see what it was he was clipped across the back of his head, he fell to the ground with a loud thud, his weapon falling away from him. He felt a heavy foot press down onto his back and he growled loudly and tried to roll to the side.

"FUCK! Get this fucker off me!" he barked towards his team, before he realized they had already been thrown to the ground as well, bags over their heads and bound together. He had known something was wrong from the beginning, someone set them up, and cost many valuable lives. As he struggled he felt himself hit again in the base of his head, his eyes lolled to look at the back of his head as the darkness covered him and he fell into a deep unconciousness, still hearing the dying screams and moans of the rest of the assault force blasting through his ear before complete numbness fell over his body.
