The door bell rang and I looked up at Niiro and rolled my eyes.

"I'll get it." I said in a disappointed voice.

He nodded at me as I stood up groggily. I walked to the front door and stopped right in front of it I looked out at the peep hole. I saw a little red wagon and instantly knew that the Girl Troop cookies were in. I clapped once and anxiously opened the door. I looked down at the wagon and smiled.

"HMMMMM! I wonder who would leave this nice red wagon on my front porch." I shouted this in a playful matter and heard a snicker in response from the bush right next to me. I acted as if I didn't hear this.

"OH! And give me all these free cookies to boot!" I started to look around and grinned widely.

The little Girl Trooper jumped out from the bush and shouted "BOO!"

I played along with this and I jumped back a little laughing as I did. She giggled too.

"Whoa your gunna give me a heart attack if you keep doing that." I said this while kneeling down

"So how's my favorite special Girl Trooper." I said cheerfully.

A tiny grin started to cross her face and said "Fine."

"Good, so let see what you have today in stock." I said pointing at the wagon

She walked over to it and started to show me the different cookie boxes. I read them to myself they all had some funny names to them like 'Zwinger Dingers', Tra la la la's, and Jimmy Jarmans. I smiled as she showed me; then pulled up a box of Snicker Doodles.

"Uh I think we found a winner." I said this then she pointed at the picture on the box, I nodded and she started to jump with joy.

"How many you want Mister." She said this and I couldn't help but chuckle.

I held up four fingers and said "four."

She grabbed four of the same boxes and held them out to me I took them and placed them on the little table next to the door. She held out a paw for the money.

"Alright let me get my wallet." She nodded at this

I walked over to the living room and picked it up off the coffee table, I made way back to her and gave her a twenty.

"Keep the change." I said to her with a wink.

I watched her face brighten up and she put the money in a money pouch. She then picked up the wagons steering bar and took off running to next house. I closed the door and picked up the boxes of cookies. I chuckled in triumph; I looked over at the kitchen door and saw Niiro standing against the wall one eyebrow cocked up and a smirk on his face.

"What's with the look." I said all innocently.

I heard a horn honk outside and then heard a loud thud. I turned and opened the door I saw a wagon crushed under a Semi-Truck. I saw the little rabbit standing on the other side crying. I slowly closed the door and felt a slight relief that she was okay. I turned to look back at Niiro but he wasn't there. I looked into the living room he wasn't there either.

*Sigh* I went back into the kitchen and sat down and finished my meal. I sat there by myself and started to remember that I needed to run a few errands. I ate my food as fast as I could and went up to take a shower. I stood in the shower and let the hot water engulf me. I closed my eyes and imagined the water was washing away all my sins. I slowly opened them and looked around the bathroom. I finished showering and got out I just shook the water off grabbed a towel and wrapped it around my waist.

I stepped out of the bathroom and into mine and Niiros' room I walked in and went straight to the closet. I stepped inside and grabbed me a pair of boxers. I ditched my towel on the floor and put them on. I then grabbed a pair of blue carpenter jeans; the bottoms where completely ripped up. But they were my favorite pair. I looked around for one of my white high collar long sleeve shirts and found one that was in Niiros' shirt collection. I put it on and tucked it in then I started to button it. I walked out of the closet and examined myself in the mirror; I smiled at the reflection and walked to the bathroom door. I went in and brushed me teeth; then I walked downstairs and picked up my boots. I put them on and laced them up. As I started to rise I saw Niiro standing in front on me, I gave him a grin. He stepped forward and grabbed me; we locked lips I felt his tongue force its way into my mouth. This stunned me for a moment but it passed quickly I closed my eyes and let him have me. He pulled his tongue out and I felt him start to kiss my neck; I started to let my hands wander.

I stepped out the door and gave him a wink I saw him give me a smile back. I closed the door and walked to my car the mess that happened awhile ago was all sorted out as if nothing happened. I opened my car door and put on my leather gloves I got in the car and drove to the mall downtown. When I got there I saw that many people where doing their last Christmas shopping. 'Good thing I already went Christmas shopping.' I thought this while trying to find a parking spot.

After I found one I went straight to the jewelry store and had my checkbook at the ready.

As soon as I opened the door to the mall I was greeted by the sound of yelling and squeaking sneakers. I sighed and walked in. I headed straight for the jeweler and bumped into many others along the way. I got inside the jewelers and noticed that only three other men were in the store; I chuckled at how many people were here and walked straight to the counter.

"Hello sir may I help you?" I looked up at the old Bloodhound clerk and nodded

"What could I do for you then?" the clerk asked.

"I believe I have an order waiting on a ring." I reached into my coat pocket and pulled out an order form and handed it to him.

He took the paper and went into the back I looked at my watch and saw that two hours went by since I left. I shook my head and looked back the counter. The Bloodhound walked out with a beautiful ring made of pure gold with a two karat diamond in the middle; I looked at it and remember when me and Niiro first met. It was about three years ago in a park I still remember the cheese ball pick up line I used.

"Well this is going to make a wonderful gift for your mate." Said the clerk, I looked around and saw some of the gawking faces.

"How much is it?" I said

He lifted up the price tag and his eyes widened he looked back at me and said "$14,560"

I took out my check book and signed a check I looked back at him and handed him the check. He took it and gave me the ring.

I asked him they had any little black boxes with a string attached to it like an ornament. I put the ring inside the box and put back in my trench pocket I got to my car and headed home. As I got closer I felt my heart start to race. I was just inches away from the driveway when I noticed a shadow in the window; I stopped the car and put in park I got out of my car and gently closed the door. I walked softly to the living room window and saw a much larger shadow pass by this time.

I crouched down and move closer to the window. I looked into the window and saw two figures on the couch; I gritted my teeth as I saw that one of the two was Niiro, I could not make out the other one. I felt a click in my brain go off I started to laugh with him. I raised my head and looked at myself and saw a big grin across my face; I couldn't help but smile back...
