(yay im back!)

"TO THE READY!" a black panther yelled out over the field.

"Sssssss" I said with everyone threw my teeth, my head looking down and my quints slanted down as well.

"OK THIS IS THE LAST RUN OF THE SHOW! MAKE IT YOUR BEST. DRUM MAJORS AT THE READY!" The panther yelled.

"DETAL ATEND, HUT!" A normal black and white husky named Devin yelled.

"HUT!" I screamed as well as the others and shot foreword. I breathed slowly, body staying still and waited for the count. Right when there hands started moving I starting count. "Dut, dut, dut, dut" I said in time to keep the line in step, and to make sure we came in when we had to, together. After I started basic running backwards to my spot I noticed the loud ranger was closer to the back hash as then it should be, and heading right for it was me. "Drumline, watch out!" I barked while not breaking my glance away from Devin and nearly hitting the loud ranger. "DUT DUT DUT." I yelled and drumline hit there last note and went back to attention.

"Good job everyone, this years show came along nicely. You can all go and change now." the panther said and all the band member cheered and started for the locker rooms. After I got changed I started out and met up with Hayden.

"There you are, ya big sexy shep." he said and hugged my arm.

"heh, hay there husky." I said and kissed his nose.

"worked hard today? Or are you still wet from your shower? Wait, you smell musky and sweaty, so ill just take it as you worked hard." he chuckled and hit my as with his tail. A smirk appeared on his muzzle and he nuzzled my arm.

"I always work hard, you know that." I chuckled and walked threw band room doors and set my quints down.

"yeah, but the last time you worked this hard, was on our anniversary two weeks ago." he laughed. "we never even left the room."

"OKAY!" Sam, a female dobie said walking up behind him. "Didnt need to hear that, hayden." she laughed, which got me and Hayden laughing as well. "Storm, remember that we have a competition this weekend, be here at 7am, we have to clean the drums again."

I groaned and rubbed my eyes, and moved my paws back so they held my long hair down. "What the hell, I just cleaned them!"

"to bad, Jason's rules." she said back.

"Fuck this!" I growled and picked up my backpack. "fine! Ill be here at 7." I growled out. And headed for the door.

"hey hun, you okay?" Hayden said running up behind me.

"Yeah, im fine." I said still a little bit pissed.

"Hon, I know when your lying, why are you mad?" he asked with a sad face that only a husky can muster.

"im just mad that I have to go in at 7am, when the rest of the band wont be there ini tll 12pm." I said and sighed. "fucking hate band sometimes. Takes up all of my time, I hardly even get to be with you during marching season. And when I get home your normally asleep." I said and nuzzled his neck with a soft whine.

"Well, at least when I wake up I get to smell like you." he chuckled. "My sexy, strong, talented sheppie. " he said and petted my shoulder.

"Thanks hun, I love you." I said and we entered the dorm and made our way to the elevator.

"I love you too, Storm." he smiled and waited for the doors to open again. Once they did we quickly went into our room and fell over into our bed, fast asleep, but with Make A Move by Icon For Hire, (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e_S9VvJM1PI) playing in the background.

-next day-

I took a deep breath and walked onto the stage along with all the other furs apart of the 45 piece band.

"Each and everyone of these musicians you see on this stage to night have been choose due to recommendations and try outs." the old otter said into the microphone. "Please enjoy our show tonight, first song is Earthdance (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5tiqlJIcvZ0)." he smiled and turned the mic off and spun around to us.

-Hayden-

I don't think I have ever scene my shep all dressed up before, not even as much as he was at our wedding. He wore a black tux that hugged his body, a white undershirt that showed of a little bit of his pecs, a bow tie that I could tell was slightly to tight but looked great on him,and his black dress pants that hung loosely but still slightly tight around his formed body. Once the otter raised his, as Storm calls it 'the magic stick', into the air the song begun. Softly the sound of rain rain threw and storm hits the first cymbal roll and bongos, from center stage all you can see is the top pecs of my shep due to the congas, bongos, wind chimes, cymbals, cow bells and wood blocks that surrounded him. He looked up to make sure he was still in count, which for a pup like him he always is, and smiled softly. Then rang another roll only to have everything go quite and the flutes rang out. I watched him turn around quickly and back.. Steadily and with out hesitation he reached over and hit the tube bells while playing the snare drum with out missing a beat. He put the brushes in his muzzle and rolled another cymbal roll, only to replace the mallets with the brushes and went back to the snare playing. Out of no where he dropped the brushes and took out snare sticks and the percussion section rain loudly threw out the theater. The trumpets all in tune hit the notes they were meant to played and sent a vibration like I haven't felt before threw my body, then everything got quiet again. Then the snare came back followed by a cymbal roll and before I knew it, the song was up.

-Storm-

I panted heavily as the otter smiled and dropped the 'magic stick' to his side and turned around. Right when he did the crowed applauded and whistled, almost yelling for a encore! I smiled to myself and he turned on his microphone and pointed back at me.

"ladies and gentlemen, Jeremy Skywolf on percussion." he bowed slightly and quickly got set up for the next song. As I opened the 4 page, front and back, packet I groaned softly as I saw, anvil, woodblock, snare, conga, wind chimes, crash cymbal, suspended cymbal and triangle pop up. "i dont think no one here has put in as much work as, Skywolf. Through out my years of working here." he chuckled. "thank god for Mr. Waite telling me about him and his adaption to many parts and quick reaction timing." he laughed and got some chuckles out of the crowd. "Now, on with the show." he smiled.

-later-

"great job hon!" hayden said and gave me a huge hug and kissed my lips.

"Thanks husker." I chuckled and rubbed his arm then yawned. "i think we have on more thing to deal with, lets hit the stage." I said and we walked back out to the same stage
