eric's love
This is a prologue to my story that is called Eric's journey
Eric is an 5"4' anamorphic fox with red fur, white belly, black at the ends of his paws and ears, and white at the tip of his tail. He was always the smartest one in his family when it came to numbers and formulas. He has one younger brother John who was very jealous of his older bothers talents because he didn't have any advance grades he was just an average boy. Eric was never the strongest but he had a fairly muscular body. When he was 19 he went to college the university of future technology. He was the best student when he took formulas class. The college was working on a secret project called the T project (teleportation project) and decided to bring Eric in to help with the equations. That's where he met Thomas.
Thomas is a 5"6' 20 yr old fox covered in all black fur except white on his belly. He specialized in the more technical part of the project. He does not have much of a history because his parents died in a car crash when was 10. His aunt Kelly was the only living family he had. He is muscular because he loved fixing things and when he was in high school he worked on his car a lot. He was the only kid in school that could attach a turbo jet to his hovercraft. He went to college and specialized in the more physical part of making new machines. The college pulled in the project to help design the pods and the programming of the machines function.
Eric and Thomas had a crush on each other through out the year but to afraid to tell the other about how they feel. In the middle of the year Eric mustered up enough courage and walked up to Thomas and said.
"Hey, Thomas can do you want to go get some coffee after class today." Eric said nervously with a little shacking in his voice. Glancing down at the ground.
"Sure, I did have some planned but will just tell them later." Thomas said knowing he had no other plans after class. He thought this would be a good opportunity to tell Eric how he feels.
"How about the hang café at 9:30am" said Eric as he lifted his head to look at Thomas.
"Well, seeya after class" Thomas said as they went to different directions to there next class.
After class Eric went to the to the parking lot and unlocked his hovercraft and got in and left the parking lot. As he drove to the café he looked around at the campus. He drove by the jet testing court and he saw there were attaching a solar power jet to a hovercraft to be tested on the track. Then as he went by the track he noticed the gigantic library. This university has the largest college library in the country. He saw a lot people rushing in and out of the library. Then he passed the dormitory building were he was staying and also were Thomas was staying one floor below Eric. Eric then slowed down and pulled into a parking lot of the Hang Café. He got out of his vehicle and locked the car. He walked towards the revolving doors and walked in. he saw Thomas in the corner of the room. Eric walked up and said.
"sorry if I'm late I was held up in class." Eric said pulling up a chair and sitting next to Thomas.
"That's ok I was a little early anyway." Thomas said sitting up straight. A waiter came up and said.
"what can I get you boys" said the gray colored female fox.
"I will have a latte" said Thomas as he glanced over at Eric to see what he wanted to get.
"I'll have an espresso," Eric said glancing over at the menu on the counter.
"It will be a few minutes. Ok boys" said the waitress as she walked away to some more customers.
"Hey, Thomas the real reason I wanted to tell you something important." Said Eric with his voice shaking. "What I wanted to tell you is that I like you and I want to spend more time with you." Eric said nervously as he lowered his head to look at the ground.
"So what your saying is that want us to be boyfriends, right?" Thomas said, as he couldn't believe what he was hearing. Its like a dream comes true, the only person he'd ever cared about since his aunt Kelly.
"Yes, I would like us to be boyfriends, so do you hate me" Eric said with his voice calming down.
"How could I hate you I feel the same way about you, so the answer is yes" Thomas said as he put his paw on Eric's shoulder. Eric looked up at Thomas his eyes were locked him his. They stared at each other for what seemed to be an hour but were only about a minuet. Their faces moved closer to each other's then they kissed. Thomas's smooth warm lips pressed up against Eric's and what felt like a lifetime. Thomas could feel the warmth of Eric's lips. They pulled away because their coffee just arrived. They drank their coffee.
"So I guess I will see you after class Thomas." Said Eric as he got up and paid the waitress.
"Hey, do you want to see a movie after working on the project tonight?" Thomas said as he got up.
"Sure what time do you want to go to the movies?" Eric said as he turned and they walked out of the café.
"How about 7:00 we'll take my car" Thomas said as he walked through the parking lot.
"Sure, I'll see you later" Eric said as he walked to his car.
"Seeya" Thomas said as he got into his car.
This an intro to chapter 1 of my story
Thomas and Eric decide to move in together. Three years later Eric is driving to the lab to pick up Thomas. But then he has a flash back about how they met and their project. Thomas is at the lab and he decides that the machine is ready to be tested but then when he gets in he is suddenly transported to another world. When Eric finds out his life is ruined his lover is gone, the project is being discontinued, and he is out of a job. So he decides to go wherever Thomas was sent. But he must hurry because the machine is being destroyed tomorrow. When he gets in the machine and activate it he is transported to a world where the laws of physics are controlled. Eric gains magical powers and must adapt to a world controlled by magic instead of technology.
