Chapter 8: The transformation sequence
Adam walked to the door of the mansion. He opened and closed the big door behind him. He walked upstairs and turned left. He walked towards to the room where Lucario and Riolu were sleeping. They were back in bed. Wouldn't they be awake at this time I mean... They woke up about 10 minutes ago. It was still dark outside. Why would be asleep. Adam went towards Lucario and Riolu. Adam now knew why they were asleep. They had a fever! And a serious one at that. This could be dangerous. Is it contagious? Could he be caught by this disease? Is he safe? So many questions, so little time, they fever is getting worse by the second. Adam looked around to see that no-one was watching. Adam closed his eyes and summoned a blue ball in his hand, he places the first one on Riolu. The blue ball was absorbed into his body and the fever left his body. Adam felt slightly drained from that healing move, now for Lucario. He made a larger ball for Lucario. He placed it on Lucario. Once again, the ball was absorbed by her body. And the fever went away. They were cured! Adam felt happy about that... But now he felt a little tired. He went to a random room in the big mansion. When he entered, he drew the curtains and turned on the light. He eyes widened at the sight and he no longer felt tired. This looked like his own room form where he originally lived, just bigger than before. There were four models on his table. They were: Latias, Latios, Lucario and Riolu. He smiled, but remembered it was night time. He needed to sleep! He turned off the light and climbed into bed. He felt sleepy and went to sleep
The next morning, Adam felt... He felt that he's changed. Adam yawned and climbed out of bed. He was astonished by what he saw before him. One of his hands has turned into a claw. Adam ran down and saw Latias and Latios, they saw Adam with really unstable aura.
"What happened, Adam?"
"_This happened..._Adam showed his newly formed claw to them both. His claw looked like Latios and Latias' claw, but the back of the claw is yellow instead of blue or red. Latios was astonished.
"I'm sorry."
"What is it?"
"I am so sorry..."
"What is happening to me?" Latios didn't say anything. Latias pushed him.
"You know what's happening to him. Say it! Otherwise I will." Latios inhaled and exhaled, he whispered to Adam.
"You are starting to transform. And there is nothing we can do. I'm sorry..." Adam was stunned. He was about to become one of them. Adam noticed a pain on his other hand and saw the horror. Another claw! Adam just fainted on the spot. What will happen next?
