Lynx girl

It's cold. Really damn cold. I'll get over it. Its just snow. Right? Maybe. I'm heading back to town. Fuck this. Wait.... what was that? Was that a girl? I have to see. So i run after her. Definitely a girl, She laughing though. A tank top and jeans even. Barefoot? What is wrong with her? Doesn't she know she'll catch a cold. She dives into a pile of snow laughing. I'm stopped up on the hill trying to catch my breath.
There are cats with her.... wait... not cats.... Least not domestic, their Lynx's. Iberian lynx's even. Now i see her. The light of day illuminates her. She has lynx ears. And a lynx tail. Long for a lynx i can tell. However her markings are there, light but there. No fur though. What is going on here?
I approach a bit further. The fur on the girl is a silver-grey. A medium grey tone. The girl looks up, her ear flicking. " Hey. i see you." She said. playful, smug. I poke my head up from the snow. " me?" I asked, confused.
" yeah you, Do you see anybody else dumbass." Shes grinning though. I'm taken aback. "Aren't you cold?" I ask. " No, should i be?" She asks petting the lynx that gather closer to her. Their curious about me though. I can tell that much. " I'd assume so." I say.
I pause though finally really looking at her. Her hair seems to shine in the light, natural highlights. Her eyes a perfect dark amber of the lynx. This may confuse me yet im intrigued. She's perfect..... she cant be human... is she. " So you gonna come play or stare at me gawking?" She asks. She doesn't mean it to be rude though, her tone suggests that much.
I'm still not sure how to answer her. However i approach closer, happy to be included by this lynx girl. Welcome to the possibilities.
