#4 of Child of the Sands

ART! This portrait of me was drawn by the wonderful Shouyousei. It has maybe a small spoiler or two, but I wanted to peg this somewhere up front because I do like it ever so much. If you think I look odd without scales, that's because my scales are small and soft, not like the armor dragons get. Drawing ten billion scales would have taken too long.

Backstory: Child of the Sands originally started out as a spur of the moment Role Play between myself and avatar?user=331015&character=0&clevel=2 Shouyousei. She's an artist that I had been stalking and talking with for awhile, and at some point during a shout box conversation, she called me "Sweetie" or something similar. I jokingly responded with "Would you like a taste?", to which she responded with an emphatic "I would!! >:3" So, I sent her a PM with the subject "Would you like a taste...", and it rapidly turned into a casual role play. We had an endless amount of fun with it, but after our characters boned, there was an awkward moment where we knew we should end it, but didn't really want to yet. I offered that I could "Duct tape a plot together! We'll just keep it rolling until we run out of places to go." Our current logs of PM's has been clocked in at over 100,000 words, and though I barely even have a fraction of that edited and posted to SF, I'm infinitely glad that we didn't stop then.

Summary: As expected for a casual RP, the plot starts out simple. Rumors of a monster snake terrorizing suburbians attracts an adventurous young wolf looking for a change in pace and an adventure. Shouyousei goes exploring in the mountainside nature preserve just outside the city, and she finds a cave that matches the descriptions of the one given by locals that supposedly houses the monster. Within that cave, she finds a Naga (me!), a creature hundreds of thousands of miles from its home in the deserts. The Naga are a race wrapped in mystery and questions and Shou is an adventuresome spirit, so when Khaesho invites her deeper into his cave, she follows with glee. Within the Serpent's den, she learns that Khaesho is just a misunderstood soul, living alone in exile after he was driven from his home. She at first offers him friendship, but when his desires for something a little more than friendship become apparent, things get out of hand as Shouyousei makes a bold decision to see how far this snake is willing to go. After Khaesho gives her a little soft vore and some steamy double penetration (Snakes are hemipenes, they have two dicks.) The spur of the moment act sparks off a whirlwind romance that takes both Shou and Khaesho to the depths of their souls as they discover, then come to terms with their love. The Naga are an odd people though, and many unexpected complications arise when Khaesho reveals why he was driven into exile... the Naga didn't exactly leave his deserts alone.

Pre-Comments: So, this contained a lot of firsts for me. CotS was my first extensive Role Play on SF, my first attempt at writing erotica, and the first anything to feature my character, Khaesho Scorpent. Both Shou and I are having an endless amount of fun with it, and I decided to make it another first; my first attempt at editing a story rather than just writing one. I'm taking out endless chains of posts and editing them together into one, cohesive story. Before you groan, I'm not just copy pasting our stuff. I'm taking what we RP'd about and re-writing half of what happened, to make it more fluid, more descriptive, and hopefully, more enjoyable. As you might have guessed from the folder title, there is a good amount of Yiff sprinkled throughout, but there's also a copious amount of plot, drama, romance, action, and other such stuff that's also fun to read. If you're just here to "Release Pressure," you might want to look towards my short stories; this one gets involved fairly quickly. I'm making chapter breaks separated mostly by content, with a notice ahead of time so you can expect what a chapter will hold. That being said, I still highly suggest you read it all the way through from the beginning, because this is a damn good story, even if I say so myself :D

So, that being said, read on! Remember, watches are nice, fav's are wonderful, but nothing inspires me to write more than a reader taking an interest and commenting on what's happened. So please, drop a comment, anywhere! I would love to say hello :D
