I decided to make these rules to make the people in my Empire sorta safe so they have that feeling of fear but safety at the same time
Rules Of The Empire Of The Mad
Go outside of the city and you will be considered a threat to the Empire
All guards have full jurisdiction inside of the city
If you are a mage, sage, magician, or mime just entering this city then go to see the head jester in the royal court room
All horses in this realm must be executed from existence or shall be brought to the heads man for slavery and honor enchantments
If you have information regarding the safety of the Empire and it is withheld it is punished by death
Don't feed the geese (They eat people)
If you have any peanut butter and jelly sandwiches they will be confiscated for your safety and the safety of those around you
Due to the previous land owners miners who woke up the dragon NO MUSIC or else the dragon will attack the village (Only music from an instrument will agitate the dragon)
If you are part of a fandom or group like one then you are welcome in the city with the question of fandom characters or stuff like that
(Final rule) If by any chance you are a noble then you are welcome to stay in the palace dungeons if you enter the city with out the Emperors strict permission
